Exposing Fraud and Crime in the Migrant Crisis: What I Found and the Retaliation That Followed : Exclusive During my investigation into the migrant crisis, a staff member at a taxpayer-funded shelter came forward with allegations of widespread fraud, including no-show jobs, empty rooms being billed, and expenses unrelated to migrant services. According to sources, the no-show positions alone were costing taxpayers millions of dollars per month, amounting to tens of millions annually. I believe this represented only a small portion of a much larger problem tied to migrant contracts. The migrant program has cost taxpayers more than $7 billion, nearly 20 times more per migrant than Chicago. I immediately brought this information to someone close to government and requested to speak with a senior City Hall official. That person told me they were already aware of the misconduct and stated, “everybody does this.” After that conversation, the same individual attempted to give me access to information and opportunities that no other journalists had. At the same time, I was discouraged from reporting on the alleged scams and urged to move on from the story. Despite that pressure, I continued my reporting and ultimately published the findings they had wanted buried. As my reporting expanded, I began focusing on alleged organized criminal activity operating out of some taxpayer-funded migrant hotels. Multiple sources alleged these locations were being exploited as hubs for serious crimes, including child exploitation, illegal gun sales, drug trafficking, and other illicit activity. Some shelter rules appeared structured in ways that limited law enforcement involvement or meaningful oversight, allowing criminal enterprises to continue operating unchecked. It often felt as though one arm of the system was undermining the other—despite both operating under the same authority. After I published the reporting on fraud and criminal activity, the response from some at City Hall shifted sharply. Messages went unanswered. Calls were ignored. Requests for information were met with silence. My primary contacts and sources within City Hall cut me off completely after the stories were released. Some people I approached for questions and information no longer responded—no more information was coming in. At the same time, certain individuals outside of City Hall warned me that I was “messing with other people’s money,” suggesting that financial interests and external actors were attempting to intimidate me and influence how the story was handled. Months later, the consequences escalated further. I was informed that a police officer had been approaching other officers on the street, warning them not to speak with me and falsely claiming that I get officers in trouble, and could not be trusted. The apparent goal was to isolate me, intimidate sources, and disrupt the flow of information. Importantly, I do not believe this misconduct was limited to one political party. Based on what I encountered, I believe individuals aligned with both Democrats and some Republicans had involvement in, or benefited from, aspects of the migrant crisis and the contracts surrounding it. The issue appeared less about politics and more about money, access, and the absence of accountability. Reporting on these issues came with professional consequences: access was restricted, sources were chilled, and retaliation followed publication rather than preceding it. The experience underscores the risks journalists face when investigating misconduct tied to government-run programs and taxpayer-funded contracts—particularly when those investigations intersect with powerful financial interests, organized criminal activity, and institutional resistance to oversight. Right after the October 7 terrorist attacks, anarchist and hate groups in NYC went to work protesting and targeting Jewish houses of worship. I saw it happen repeatedly. One incident that stuck with me happened at Wall Street, where a memorial and museum had been set up for the victims of October 7. Anarchists protested directly at the entrance, yelling hateful slurs and anti-Israel hate speech. Family members of the victims trying to enter the memorial were cursed out and verbally abused. I visited the memorial myself and could smell the smoke inside and feel the attack. Another incident happened at Parkside East Synagogue, where anarchists stood at the gates yelling hateful slurs at Jewish worshippers as they entered. I was told an IAB investigation was launched into the handling of the protest, but nothing ever came out of it and eventually it went silent. Right after the Parkside East incident, former Mayor Eric Adams and a City Council member decided to push legislation to stop protesters from protesting directly in front of houses of worship, right as Adams was about to leave office. That CM claims to be a protector of the Jewish community, but in reality, it appears they sold the Jewish community out. The reality is they didn't need new legislation. All they needed was one phone call to the NYPD to push the protesters back and create a safe distance around houses of worship , but those calls were never made. Right after the legislation propaganda, Adams launched his memecoin, which he claimed would help fight antisemitism. The memecoin later crashed and investors lost their money and Jewish community was screwed again. There was also an incident in Crown Heights, in front of 770 Eastern Parkway, one of the most religiously significant Jewish holy places in New York City. Anarchists descended on the synagogue, yelling hateful slurs and attacking Jews. Thankfully, Jewish students fought back and pushed them away. I was then contacted by police sources who told me that someone in city hall allegedly ordered an investigation to find the Jewish students who pushed back and hold them accountable. Some in city hall told me that wasn't true, but people in high-ranking positions within the NYPD told me I was absolutely right and that two Jewish students were wanted. I repeatedly contacted Adams' team when anarchists protested in front of Jewish houses of worship begging them to do something I was ignored brushed off or giving some excuse. On one occasion , I was even told it was a federal issue lol But in reality a phone call could of pushed these anarchist group away from Jewish houses of worship. While I'll never agree with Mayor Zohran Mamdani's anti-Israel rhetoric, I believe he needs to stop. There are sick people who feed off this kind of rhetoric and act on it, as we've seen with recent attacks against the Jewish community. He has zero power over what happens in Israel, but his words can have consequences here in New York City. That being said, I will give credit where credit is due. After Mamdani took over and gave full authority to Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch, anarchists were never able to get as close to Jewish houses of worship again. Eric Adams is now claiming he has a win, which is ridiculous to me. I am a proud Jew and a proud Israeli. My family fought in the Six-Day War, and I still have family in the Israeli military, government, and intelligence. No amount of money, access, or clout could ever make me turn against my religion or nationality. I won't lie or sell out my community for anyone. You don't get win for this Eric.

Scammers Are Targeting High-Value Shipments With Your Identity : Exclusive Report According to sources familiar with operations inside UPS, FedEx and other shipping companies, a new and highly organized package theft scam appears to be targeting high-value shipments, particularly Apple iPhones, Apple Watches and other expensive electronics. The scam is reportedly happening at assigned UPS and FedEx drop-off and pickup locations. Here’s how the scam allegedly works: Someone on the inside of a shipping company allegedly provides the scammers with the tracking number, name and address of the victim. The scammers are then able to track the shipment and determine when and where the package will be available for pickup. The crews allegedly already have a fake New York driver's license or New York State ID made using the victim's name. Once the package arrives at the assigned drop-off and pickup location, the scammer walks in, presents the fake identification and attempts to leave with the victim's package. In one reported incident, an employee at one of these locations wasn't satisfied with the identification and told the scammer that they wanted to see another form of identification. The scammer reportedly left and returned less than 15 minutes later with a utility bill that appeared authentic and contained the victim's name and address. Imagine being able to produce another piece of documentation using someone's personal information in less than 15 minutes. According to the sources, this type of theft has been increasing throughout the five boroughs of New York City and appears to be extremely organized. If the information about insiders providing tracking information and victims' personal details is accurate, this goes far beyond someone simply stealing a package. It could involve people with access to shipping information working with organized crews on the outside, who then use fraudulent identification and other documents to intercept high-value shipments. I normally stay out of my brother’s activist life because, honestly, nothing good usually comes out of it besides some footage. But some of the people he deals with are complete wack jobs who, in my opinion, need serious help. When these people start calling me and making threats against me and my 80-year-old mother, however, I have no choice but to get involved. Mike Fink, aka “Cop Watch Rabbi,” apparently thought it was a good idea to send undercover threats against my 80-year-old mother. You’ll see the comments below. Mike is completely unstable, and I believe he may be dealing with either a serious drug problem or mental health issues. A while back, Mike also called me directly and threatened me over the phone. Anas Shuaib is another pro-Palestinian and pro-Hamas activist who apparently thought it was a good idea to call my mother’s house and make a video threatening me, my mother, and the rest of my family. I’ll attach the video below. As far as Batar goes, it’s literally two people in the entire group. They slap their watermarks on other people’s videos and then claim they sent protesters to disrupt events. For the record, I have absolutely no affiliation with Batar or any other activist groups.
