Brands that start doing this immediately will get the first mover advantage. Interactive live shopping is the future as customers can put questions in the open chat and ask employees to try on different outfits live. But it won’t stop at clothing. If you are a Small Business, particularly a coffee shop or a café I would start Live shopping making different coffees and experimenting - overtime you will drive insane traffic. If you are in the jewelry business selling watches, I would start live streaming your sales, especially your online auctions if you sell on eBay. Mark my words, live shopping will be huge. Every major flagship retail outlet on fifth avenue should start doing this, it would even be worth it to build a small studio section in the store and overtime you will grow spectators that will come in just to watch the live stream.
