It is Kasongo who wanted the tender to make Kenya police uniform to be given to a private company outside Kenya, a company. Matiang'i refused and insisted Kenya can make its police uniform. Kasongo was to receive millions in kickbacks but Matiang'i closed the taps😂. Now some Titam idiots want us to believe Kasongo is all of a sudden fighting corruption. They are all over saying Kasongo has closed the corruption taps that fed Mt. Kenya cartels. He closed the taps so that he can remain as the only cartel. Huyu lazima akwende Eloi!
