Jean Carroll $83.3 million in defamation damages, leaving the full award in place while his legal team moves to appeal. This is naked lawfare: a speech-punishing, venue-shopped jackpot that weaponizes civil courts to bludgeon a political opponent. It won’t withstand real scrutiny. 🚨NEW: Mark Levin torches the left wing talking point that birthright citizenship has constitutional precedent. “There's absolutely nothing, nothing in the language of the text of the 14th Amendment citizenship clause that confers universal birthright citizenship.” He’s 100% right. The 14th Amendment was never intended to be used in this way, and there is no legal precedent for it. None. Even the drafters of the 14th specifically stated that it was not designed to allow the children of foreigners citizenship. The narrative built around birthright citizenship is a very old and strong lie, built up over decades. With one executive order, Trump had now opened the door to shattering that narrative. But will the courts actually have the courage to take action? We will see.

Justin Chermol, her 2022 Campaign Press Secretary, couldn’t even answer weather it was appropriate to make up lies about people to score political points. “I don’t know,” was the best Justin could do. What kind of candidate hires people that have ZERO moral compass like this? I guess we now know why Spanberger employed staffers who cheered the death of Charlie Kirk. They don’t care at all what they do to gain power. They may be willing to hide and lie to the voters, but these are sworn depositions and her staff couldn’t answer these questions. Simply untrustworthy. 🇺🇸

Nonsense. The nonstop smearing of conservatives—“Nazi,” “insurrectionist,” “cop-beater”—has real-world consequences: swattings, doxxing, security details, and now, assassination. “It's all lies, and it has to stop.” That starts with accountability: put Spanberger under oath in open court, compel the emails and drafts, force a retraction and damages, and make every campaign think twice before laundering a hit through a party press shop. If you’re interested in saving yourself some time and pain, instead of actually watching Michelle Obama’s podcast, Just watch Matt Walsh’s review of the first episode. Though even the clips are excruciating. I’m not sure Democrats have any idea what authenticity is at this point. Everything they do ends up like this. Contrived meaningless drivel. I don’t want anyone to tell me Michelle’s a future presidential candidate ever again. 🇺🇸
