It’s #WorldDiabetesDay! To tackle #diabetes in Africa, World Health Organization (WHO) is working with governments and partners to empower frontline community health workers. Through the WHO-PEN model, health workers are being trained to screen for early signs of diabetes and to provide timely care and treatment. Together, we can stop diabetes.
