Today, I'm proud to announce the pre-sale of my upcoming book (April 1) "The Children We Left Behind." It's a non-political, cultural critique of Western culture and the proliferation of childhood abandonment and family separation through the eyes of an abandoned child: me Pre-Order Paperback Directly through Wrong Speak Publishing: Pre-Order Paperback / Kindle on Amazon: Audiobook will be available by April 1, 2025. Nearly every major social problem in the West can be traced back to our declining appreciation for the nuclear family structure and our failure to plan for families properly. Our culture has shifted from prioritizing sacrifice for the benefit of innocent children to catering to the fleeting desires of the adults who bring them into the world. As a result, family separation has become commonplace, and what we consider normal is often rationalized, even when it harms our children. The culture of radical individualism among adults has left children to bear the consequences of their parents' choices. I was once that child who was left behind, neglected by his father, and witnessed his mother shoulder the load for our survival. My father's choice to abandon me physically and emotionally contributed to my decades of struggle with depression, low self-esteem, and suicidal ideation. If we are to change our culture's trajectory, we must sacrifice our pride and prioritize the needs of our children over our own selfish desires. Our children must come first, or they will come last-there is no middle ground.

After the ICE shooting last week in Minnesota, Black Lives Matter MN gave a speech demanding justice and ranting about ICE. Renee Good wasn’t Black, so why is BLM giving a press conference about her? It’s because BLM was never about Black Americans; it’s about revolution. Most became familiar with BLM post-George Floyd where they were able to attach themselves to his death. But Black Lives Matter is not a black organization, it’s a communist organization using Black people’s images as cover. It was hard for people to see this in 2020 since emotions were so high and they allowed communists to speak for the life of the average Black American. They were given the microphone to portray my existence is inevitably deprived simply due to my skin color. However, I recognized early on their tactics and why they were pushing such a strong message and condemnation of America. Communists use propaganda like a weapon and they take truth to gain legitimacy so they can manipulate you into believing the lies that will come later. Good propaganda, like a good conspiracy, needs an ounce of truth to push heavy loads of exaggerations and falsehoods down the line. It’s why their talking points sometimes land with people who aren’t familiar with their tactics. Sure, you can talk about slavery, Jim Crow, or any other historical mess and you can analyze it. However, their objective isn’t to recognize our historical wrongs for a better future: It’s to use it as a reason to tear down America. There are reasons they use words like “institutional” or “systemic” because their hatred goes past an individual to the collective. They are collectivists who hold all guilty if they are tacitly part of that collective. It’s why they say you benefited from “White Supremacy” because no matter how good of a person you are, you will always be tainted with historical stains. And you don’t have to be White to be a White Supremacist because if you defend the institutions they want to dismantle, you are automatically part of that collective. Good propagandists use everything to their advantage and they know that there is a social guilt about what has been done to Black Americans. It’s a point of leverage to get normal people to concede to communistic demands. They will always use Black Communists to speak for the collective and tribal nature over time has convinced us that communistic symbolism, like the raised fist in the air, is in fact Black in nature because we saw some dudes in afros doing it on old film. They’d have you think that the Black Panthers were popular and admired by Black Americans, when they weren’t. They were fringe, radical communists who were constantly shouting for revolution. They hid behind the imagery of being some type of militant neighborhood watch but every communist’s goal is to destroy the current system to instill theirs. They don’t care that it’s a tall mountain to climb because they enjoy being martyrs for a cause. The ends always justify the means for them, so lying and misrepresenting is fine as long as it pushes us closer to revolution. They will hijack trusted institutions, like government or churches, and use this inherent trust like a skin suit tricking unsuspecting people to believe what they want you to believe. This is no different from Black Lives Matter. For most people, it’s enough to see some angry black people on stage yelling about justice to convince them that this is the demeanor or demand of the average Black American in America. Black people like me stand in the way of their cause and when we speak out against them, they’ll call me the sellout for wanting to preserve the positives of American life. We are in or around the demoralization phase of revolution. They don’t need the support of Americans to be in support of their cause or to do anything to overtly support them. They just need enough people to sit on their hands while targeting institutions of power to either destroy from the outside or infiltrate to dismantle from within. Renee Good is their martyr, just as George Floyd was in 2020. You don’t have to knowingly sacrifice yourself or even be a communist to be a martyr for them; hijacking identities, especially dead ones, are perfect for manipulating the public. They will instigate events, cause chaos and when something goes awry, they’ll use it against us. This is exactly what’s happening in Minnesota with ICE. ICE could operate under normal conditions like it does everywhere else but they’ve turned non-newsworthy apprehensions into a spectacle so that it taints their image so they can force incidents exactly like Renee Good’s death. Now, when there are riots, it’s ICE’s fault and not the heavily funded leftist organizations who financially exist because of adversarial foreign nations who can’t wait till the United States is demoted from its power position. They are agitators at their core, they will use all goodwill to their advantage and strangle us with our own niceness. They will poke and prod our society, forcing you to question everything you held as sacred so they can replace it with something that suits them. Communist agitators are dying for Black Americans to be convinced that this somehow is negatively impacting us and they will propel any black face to make this happen. God help us if a black communist gets killed while provoking a response from ICE. Black Lives Matter Global and Minnesota doesn’t give a damn about Black people it can’t use to further a revolution. They’re not a Black advocacy group; they’re a communist outfit that gallivants in blackface.

I'm convinced that CNN actually stands for “Condescending News Network.” They are unnecessarily snarky & demeaning when they engage in debate because they really believe they're the smartest people in every room. Their crap attitudes are a result of catering to the elitist left, carving out an even more dogmatic niche audience than in previous years. The people they bring onto their panels and hire as contributors are so abrasively condescending that it's like second nature for them to hit you with a rude quip for the sake of exuding their self-perceived dominance over anyone who dares to challenge their egotism. Their high self-regard makes them equally loud and oblivious to how foolish they appear to outsiders when they are wrong. In a recent appearance, "Journalist" Toure, in a classic snobbish manner, repeatedly laced Scott Jennings with unnecessary condescending remarks. Classic one-liners like "Do I need to give you a civics lesson?" and "At some near point, this conversation is going to look very silly to you." Meanwhile, in typical deranged fashion, Toure is implying that Trump will put someone in charge of the military to do Trump's bidding...when Trump is already in charge of the military as the commander-in-chief. Speaking of unlikable snobs, CNN routinely features Washington Post's Catherine Rampell on roundtables to visually demonstrate her contempt for anyone disagreeing with her. My favorite moment was when she was sitting next to a successful businessman, Kevin O'Leary, and she's constantly interrupts him to tell him how business really works. Granted, she is a former associate economics professor and likely knows more than I do about economics. However, only a fool would think they know more about a given topic than a person who lives it day in and day out. It's like thinking that the sports announcer knows more about basketball than an NBA player. The icing on the cake is CNN anchor Jake Tapper coming out with a new book focused on the cognitive decline of Joe Biden during his administration when he made it a point to snide Lara Trump for saying the most obvious. The true irony is that Tappers' book is about how people weren’t allowed to talk about his mental decline, yet he was part of this enforcement. It's like the getaway driver complaining about the prevalence of bank robberies. So, I'm not being misunderstood: I have no problem with debates and passionate discussions surrounding politics and news. For me, it's not about a particular side and defending someone because of personal bias. I'm focusing on the decorum, or lack thereof, that exists in the mainstream media atmosphere. Since 2020, my political worldview has been molded by rejecting outright snobbery coming from the media and politicians alike. Part of the reason I started contributing to publications like the New York Post and Newsweek was because of how elitists in the media give bad faith interpretations about how Americans see the world. In other words, outlets like CNN have turned into an unlikable network and with every passing day, they repel viewers like they're broadcasting kryptonite. It's not just that their hosts and panelists have contempt for the people sitting across from them, but that air of disdain transmits through the cameras as well. It took me a while to contemplate why people still watch CNN, regardless of if you're on the political left or right. For some, it's the habit of watching legacy media that is difficult to quit. However, I believe the real audience they're catering to is the classical elitist who is familiar with speaking to people "below" them with an unabashed, condescending attitude. The reason most Americans are turning off the mainstream media for their information is because they've realized that the message coming across isn't for them anymore. It's for a class of Americans that enjoys being argumentative and ridiculing anyone they feel isn't on their level. This attitude is a massive turn off for most Americans. We get nothing from watching six to eight people yell over each other and laughing in the face of someone who has an opposing viewpoint. Normal people don't engage in this type of in-person demonizing and have a healthy amount of humility. The people on these networks aren't normal though, which is why they look alien to us. With the average CNN viewer being 67 addition to their lack of self-reflection, makes it inevitable that this legacy network will be put out to pasture. But don't worry, they'll blame us for their downfall. Accountability isn't the media's forte after all.

Kathy Hochul wants to remove Eric Adams from his office as mayor. However, Eric Adams is a black man and because they love identity politics, they're also afraid of the image of a white woman taking a black man's job. That's why Al Sharpton is there. The Democrats use Al Sharpton like he's the pope of black people. Hardly any Black people care what he thinks. It's only a specific class of black Americans that listen to him and they're typically in a higher tax bracket. That part doesn't matter to Kathy Hochul. What matters is what Al Sharpton represents in the media: The Voice of Black America. If Kathy can get the blessing of Al Sharpton to take down the black mayor of the largest city in America, then she can move forward with a shield of accusations of racism. Al Sharpton is supposedly a member of the media now and would probably consider himself a journalist. Why would a sitting governor ask a journalist what he thinks? It would be like Trump asking Tucker Carlson to give a press conference before an unprecedented governmental action. The reason why most black people don't care about what Al Sharpton thinks is because he's morally compromised. Sharpton is for sale to the highest bidder and trust that his "non-profit" will receive a lump sum payment from "donors" for him pimping out his race for political expedients. Years ago, I had looked up Al Sharpton's National Action Network's 990 form, and he pays himself typically around a million dollars a year. Where do you think that money comes from? Kamala Harris paid Al Sharpton's National Action Network $500,000 just before her interview with him on MSNBC. He’s a paid operative who sells his likeness to the highest bidder in the party. I believe that Hochul is looking for enough political support statewide to take down Eric Adams. I would venture to say that this probably wasn't her idea in the first place. Likely, if Hochul is stating her interest in this publicly, she's getting a push from state Democrats and/or Democrat donors to step in. Al Sharpton is only a piece to this puzzle to either take down Eric Adams or get him to change his mind about assisting I.C.E. (AKA working with the Trump administration) to deport criminal migrants from jails. I don't see Eric Adams backing down and this situation will probably get worse before it gets better. New York Democrats used Sharpton to cover for any perceived notions that Kathy Hochul's pursuit to take down a Black mayor is racially motivated. New York Democrats can now make Sharpton the front man, essentially saying, "See, even the black pope is fine with it!" There is no other reason why a sitting governor would call on Al Sharpton in a critical and potentially unprecedented moment if they were to discover a way to remove him from his seat. They are going to use every measure to take down Eric Adams, whether it be exploiting a political loophole or weaponizing the state court system to take him down. Sharpton, an anointed black figure in the Democratic party, must play cover and give his blessing for this much heat coming towards a black man in power. Gotham's Kathy Hochul put out the "black-signal" and Al Sharpton showed up to save the day (for a fee). Too bad he’s really The Joker.

Days ago, I was honored to interview Marcus Coleman, the father of Dalilah Coleman, who was severely injured after an illegal immigrant driving a semi-truck crashed into the vehicle she was in. This interview will be featured in my upcoming documentary, "The Illegal Highways," where we discuss not only how illegal immigrants are able to get behind the wheel of a semi-truck, but also the Americans who have suffered because of it. Marcus describes in great detail the evening he received a call that his five-year-old daughter had been in an accident. At first, he was unsure of the seriousness of the situation. It wasn’t until he received another call from EMS stating that his daughter was being airlifted to the hospital that he realized her condition was far worse than anyone could have imagined. He openly explains the confusion that persisted until he finally laid eyes on his daughter. Hospital workers couldn’t find her at first because she had been admitted under an alternate name, and he grew increasingly frustrated with the lack of help locating his child. I could never imagine what he experienced as a father — walking into a hospital and seeing his frail daughter connected to machines, watching her condition initially get worse. In the video attached, I clipped out six minutes of him describing his experience of watching his daughter barely survive this ordeal, including multiple health scares that many thought she would not overcome. Thankfully, she is alive, but she is not the same little girl as before. Today, she is seven years old, non-verbal, and can only walk with assistance. I met Marcus in D.C. because he has been working with the federal government to help draft legislation that would curb illegal immigrants from obtaining CDLs and strengthen enforcement — all with the objective of preventing another tragedy like Dalilah Coleman's. The full interview was over an hour long. Of course, with a documentary, you only see a small percentage of it. However, I wanted to write this to express to the world what I took away from this experience. It is not often that you find people who are willing to sacrifice for a greater cause. Marcus isn’t trying to chase fame or run for office; he’s just trying to do the right thing. When I asked him what it was like being at the State of the Union and having the President acknowledge their situation, he explained that he sees these moments as part of the process and not as moments of excitement. This response I can completely understand. He would rather have a happy and healthy daughter than anything else in the world. His family was forced into this position by systemic failures, which the documentary will explain. As Marcus put it in the interview, he’s doing the job that politicians should be doing. The man is sacrificing his time, flying back and forth between California and Washington, D.C., to fight for a greater purpose. I found him to be a very honorable and genuine man who is striving to create a safer world for Americans. Most importantly, he is a man of strong Christian faith who openly acknowledges that it is his faith that has kept him together throughout this entire ordeal. One of the most powerful stories he told me was about meeting the man who almost killed his daughter. He had so much anger and hatred toward him — until he looked into his eyes. He saw a young man, a soul, and decided at that moment to forgive and let go of that rage. He chose to forgive him, but not to forget. Not forgetting has allowed him to fight for a greater cause. This documentary isn’t about dehumanizing anyone, including the illegal immigrants behind the wheel. I understand — more than the average person — how many of these men are brought to America under false pretenses and are essentially indentured servants who have to drive a truck twice as long as the average American trucker. The purpose of making this film is to tell the stories of the people caught up in this systemic failure. We often lose sight of the families who wake up every day knowing they will never talk to their spouse, sibling, or child ever again. I want their stories heard around the world so that we, the American public, also don’t forget that there are real innocent lives at stake. I am still crowdfunding for this project. If you’d like to support it, you can donate on GiveSendGo:

On The View, of course, there was another conversation about illegal immigrants in America, and the hosts were using two main arguments as a defense for illegal immigration: They pay lots of taxes, and they commit fewer crimes. Let’s use some common sense when we discuss this topic and remove the talking points. I find this discussion is littered with repeatable statistics that are rarely challenged. It’s the same when people find headlines they like—because it confirms their biases—they just yammer on about the headline for a study they never examined. I wanted to know where they’re getting these numbers from and especially wanted to figure out what constitutes an “undocumented immigrant” in the study. Often, what you’ll find is that their definitions skew the results and give a false impression. I didn’t find this in this case. In the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy (ITEP) July 2024 report “Tax Payments by Undocumented Immigrants”, the taxes referred to are a comprehensive total of federal, state, and local taxes paid by undocumented immigrants in 2022, estimated at $96.7 billion overall. This breaks down as: $59.4 billion to the federal government. $37.3 billion to state and local governments. I’m not dismissing the numbers, but what I am doing is challenging the entirety of their picture when it comes to the life of illegal immigrants. Imagine you escaped from prison and now you’re on the run from the law. You’ve already committed an illegal act, and you find yourself committing more crimes to stay off the radar (ironically). For example, you’ll assume a new identity, get fake identification cards, or steal someone’s identity to avoid detection. You might take odd jobs to make enough money to live that are off the books because you don’t have a valid SSN to use for verification. If you get into a car accident, you’ll flee the scene because you don’t want your identity to get compromised when they dig into your story or discover your identification is false. This is essentially how illegal immigrants often live, and when you commit a crime like entering a country illegally or overstaying a visa, unless you’re brazen, your life is dedicated to blending in and not being noticed. So, when they claim that they pay lots of taxes, it should be measured against common sense for the life of illegal immigrants. Employee taxes are initiated by employers, so it could be plausible that illegals are paying taxes (with fake information) but not by their own volition. In the same way, you pay state taxes when you go to the store and buy an item. These are taxes that are unavoidable and not initiated by the taxpayers. The framing of the tax statement on The View is as if every April, illegal immigrants are opening up TurboTax to pay the government money just because. How would they file? They don’t have an SSN. They don’t have a valid tax identification number. Even if they stole an identity, why would they pay taxes on a stolen identity? When conducting studies like this, you can only deal with the numbers that are in front of you, but illegal immigrants, by and large, are invisible in a paper sense because they’re not supposed to be here. Speaking of which, the “illegals commit fewer crimes” narrative is absurd. I just gave you a massive reason as to why that’s not the case, but the biggest of all is that they are here illegally. Their existence in our country, by default, makes them start off by violating our immigration laws (you know...a crime). Compound this with the prevalence of forgeries and identity theft, and it’s even more evident how ridiculous this statement is. But let’s say Sunny is 100% correct. Let’s say that they commit far fewer crimes than American citizens: Sunny still misses the point. When you are someone who isn’t authorized to be in our country and you commit a crime, you’re committing a crime that shouldn’t have existed in the first place. If that person weren’t here, that crime wouldn’t have been committed. This is what I would call “excess criminality.” For every crime that’s committed by an illegal immigrant, there is a crime that is excess to our society. Recently, I interviewed a widow who lost her husband due to an illegal immigrant jackknifing a semi-truck and crushing her husband to death when metal piping fell onto his car, killing him instantly. The driver was deported 16 times prior. Her husband would still be alive if he hadn’t repeatedly broken several laws to end up behind the wheel of a semi-truck. Excess criminality creates excess victims. This is one of the primary reasons I am—and have always been—against illegal immigration. It creates a dual society with an imbalance of rules and punishment for the people who are abiding by them. It also creates victims that should never have been victimized. I know the ladies on The View hate Trump; I get it. But their hatred for Trump leads them down a pathway of lacking critical thinking, denigrating our citizens, and glossing over the reality for victims.

It’s abundantly clear to me that Tim Walz does not understand what masculinity is, based on his demeanor and his constant comparisons of manhood to activities rather than attributes. When Walz was chosen as Kamala Harris’s running mate, Democrats immediately saw it as an opportunity to "win back" the men they had alienated with their anti-male, antagonistic rhetoric and irreverent messaging toward us. Kamala Harris had a quintessential "man problem," and they thought Tim Walz could shore up her failing male support in the polls. MSNBC fawned over him, portraying him as a sort of modern or new-age man who is highly emotional yet somehow internally macho. Through the lens of there being only two types of men—toxic and non-toxic—they spent so much time painting Trump as the toxic man that they were left with a try-hard, insecure figure like Tim Walz. There are many ways to tell if someone is insecure about who they are, but a clear sign is that they spend far too much time trying to prove what they are instead of simply being it. Trump doesn’t incessantly talk about how he’s a "real man" or use every media appearance to convince you he’s relatable to men through some stereotypically male activity. Whether you love or hate Trump, he just is himself. He’s confident—not because he says he’s confident, but because he simply is. A person who explicitly tells you how smart they are likely isn’t smart and doesn’t believe it themselves. This applies to any other internal attribute. It’s not for someone to tell you their character; it’s for others to assess for themselves. Tim Walz believes that masculinity is measurable by the activities he’s participated in and by bragging about how great he is at a given male-associated pursuit. While there are activities typically associated with men, those activities don’t make you masculine or a man. Tim Walz loves to bring up how he hunts, but there are women who hunt too—that doesn’t make them men or masculine. Walz’s insecurity aligns with my biggest problem with the political left and how they equate the essence of manhood with a list of activities instead of personal qualities. It’s no different from saying womanhood is equivalent to wearing dresses and makeup, which is an absurdly low threshold. So, what is a masculine man? Masculine men are balanced individuals who are not easily toppled emotionally. They are confident in their capabilities while maintaining humility and acknowledging where they fall short. Masculine men are calm under pressure yet recognize the need to step away from conflict when necessary. These men are purpose-driven and willing to sacrifice themselves for the people they love. Plenty of masculine men don’t know how to fix a car, play football, or hunt, because these activities never defined what it is to be a man. They are simply pursuits that men can bond over, learn from, or use to accentuate what they already possess. Walz is what I would define as a performative man. He’s a guy who is always trying to prove himself to the world, which is why he’s constantly talking about the supposedly manly things he does. He sounds incredibly goofy when he tries to talk tough, as if this middle-aged man is prepared to get into a street fight at a moment’s notice. But masculine men don’t feel the need to prove anything to anyone. They don’t speak recklessly, especially about engaging in violent acts. If you are something, you don’t have to convince anyone to believe it. People can tell what’s genuine and what isn’t. Tim Walz isn’t some new-age masculine man; he’s an insecure guy who desperately wants you to believe he’s something more than he actually is.

Some Democrats are solely blaming Donald Trump for corporate America moving away from DEI. The truth is that corporations have been wanting to move away from DEI for years and Trump became a convenient scapegoat. The honeymoon phase of DEI ended a long time ago, they just didn't know how to officially separate from it. Just like any relationship that you move too fast with, the emotions of the situation blind you from seeing the true character of your partner and you over-implement good faith translations of behavior to rationalize an inevitably doomed relationship. The DEI industry has existed for a long time in one form or another but in reaction to the nationwide high emotions of the moment post the death of George Floyd, corporate America decided to marry DEI initiatives in our nation's moment of grief. Prior to 2020, most corporations didn't see the value in the initiatives of DEI and the practicality of fully adopting this shift in corporate culture. It's not to say that corporations didn't want a diverse workforce, it's just that DEI in practice prioritizes diversity as a significant factor in employment instead of a convenient byproduct. However, there was always a brewing industry waiting for the moment where this ideological framework could catch corporations on the rebound. As far back as 2015, Consulting firm McKinsey & Company, published a foundational report called "Diversity Matters" which became the key business case that influenced corporate DEI throughout the 2010s. The first inclination that this sudden marriage to DEI was destined to fail was because full adaptation of DEI by creating another department and C-Suite position as a Diversity Officer means raising financial demands for something that doesn't make money. In response to my New York Post article, titled "Why the diversity-industrial complex bubble burst," I appeared on Varney & Co on August 7th, 2023. In this segment I made this statement, "I think within corporations, ultimately it's about the bottom dollar. And the reason I personally knew that this was going to be much of a fad within corporate America to some degree." "It may not disappear completely, but it's going to drastically reduce itself. The reason being is because the DEI doesn't earn any money. And how do you actually rate the performance of diversity, equity and inclusion?" What many people don't understand about DEI is that it's not just a couple of added training sessions, it's that in the largest corporations in America, it's a behemoth of a department that radically alters how they operate and what they spend their money on. Investing money on a department structure that yields no profits yet spends money like a gambler is destined to disappear, especially in an economic downturn. Who even benefits from DEI? Most would presume that black people or other minorities are the primary beneficiaries of DEI positions in corporate America: They'd be wrong. White women benefit most from DEI because women are included in the diversity equation. It's estimated that about 63%-76% of CDOs (Chief Diversity Officers) are white women; 3%-4% are black (Zappia). Ironically, DEI is a white dominated field even in the non C-suite diversity positions. The association SHRM's 2021 data showed 61% of DEI professionals were women, the vast majority white women. The push to blame Donald Trump for DEI falling out of favor ignores the multitude of reasons why corporations fell out of love. Post-George Floyd, many corporations saw this as a public relations opportunity, throwing millions of dollars at any organization with "black" in its title and letting the world know about their alleged pledges. What they didn't expect was that making their diversity initiatives public brings them more scrutiny, not less. It's generally in the best interest of a company to remain neutral, especially if they provide a product for the public. When you take a stance and announce it, you risk losing a portion of your customer base or attacks from adversaries. Al Sharpton and other activists threatened a boycott against Target for their decision to drop all DEI initiatives and their racial equity program, which they pledged to invest $2 billion in black-owned businesses by the end of 2025. Their decision came January 24th, four days after Trump signed his executive order demanding the dismantling of DEI in the federal government. However, Trump was the scapegoat in their decision making. Target has been the "target" of activists and boycotts for their stance on social issues and product choices. In May 2023, the boycott stemming from their Pride Month collection contributed to a 5.4% drop in in-store sales and a 10.9% decline in online sales in Q2 2023, with CEO Brian Cornell acknowledging “negative guest reaction” as a factor. Oh, and we can't forget the many lawsuits brought against corporations stemming from diversity practices. IBM, Starbucks, Novant Health, have all faced lawsuits involving some form of discriminatory action due to diversity initiatives. And that's the final nail in the coffin of corporate DEI; it's legally questionable in practice. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin. The EEOC's Commissioner has stated publicly when replying to Mark Cuban's endorsement of diversity based hiring practices. "You’re dead wrong on black-letter Title VII law. As a general rule, race/sex can’t even be a ‘motivating factor’—nor a plus factor, tie-breaker, or tipping point. It’s important employers understand the ground rules here.” Corporate America's relationship with DEI is coming to an end because the honeymoon phase is over and rationality is coming back to the forefront. There are way too many risks and financial burdens involved with these types of divisive practices to maintain this high-maintenance relationship. Just like any trend, DEI came into prominence quickly and now it's going away just as fast. And that's not Trump's doing: Corporate America was ready for this break-up.
