Genuinely disgraceful to try and profit off strikes. One thing to go in on your normal days on, another thing to actively profit off the days I’m sacrificing my own pay.

Good evening The Leng review. I am the “troll” mentioned by Scott Hepburn - he / him and also one of the original whistleblowers on the MAP circus. The reason I’m not well liked amongst the AA circle is because my ability to present my evidence leaves them with nowhere to hide. See below.

Dr Elaine is the UK’s first deaf/blind doctor. She is under multiple specialists in London. She is on 24 hour LTOT. Her request to be pre-allocated to London was declined and was allocated Dorset. This is a catastrophic failure by the UKFPO, who simply isn’t hated enough.

The gravy train has arrived at its final destination. Clearly the increase in ratios for Psych and GP wasn’t the success of #choosepsychiatry as lauded by Wendy Burn CBE et. al but just the path of least resistance for IMGs with nothing to lose. No more!

What is it with F1s making vlogs about how TV character like they felt when they’re talking about someone’s worst day?

There’s always a video. Here is a clip of Prof. Colin saying the GMC have effectively no power in preventing physician associates (a profession they are about to regulate) from using the term consultant, and employers have a “right” to use the term.

Interesting video of a pharmacist/ nurse disc. management in a cardiac arrest. Can’t help but reflect on the fact that I’ve never attended a CA with a pharmacist (maybe a cultural difference) and secondly why the pharmacist keeps calling herself a doctor in this situation…

🚨thank you to Wes Streeting for acknowledging the absolutely mental scenario of UKGs having to compete with an endless, global supply of doctors for the same training spots🚨 this will go a very long way for building positive relations with the next generation of doctors.

JFC, no wonder maternity care is so ass in this country when these are the midwives we’ve got. Doctors (the Obs consultant with 10+ years of medical exp) don’t have the habit of assessing the whole picture? As opposed to the midwife who is taught everything in 3 years?

Recording from a video made by an IMG outlining applications for training in the UK; - never worked in the UK - no NHS experience - no GMC registration (at time of exam) - CREST form signed off by a consultant who hasn’t worked in the UK - apply multiple times.
