Legend says Meghan Markle is still looking for the tiny diamond in her engagement ring. 😂 Watching the engagement interview, the way her eyes immediately dropped to the ring and then looked back up, she didn’t exactly seem impressed. For once Harry seemed to put genuine thought into it, using diamonds from Princess Diana’s collection and a center stone from Botswana to make it deeply personal and sentimental. Yet she didn’t look impressed in the slightest. And considering how many times the ring has since been redesigned, it does make you wonder. It’s a shame Harry couldn’t see through what I believe was phoniness from the start. He mistook ambition for affection and performance for sincerity. The fallout brought so much pain and turmoil to the Royal Family, especially for the late Queen. I can’t understand why anyone would think they should be welcomed back into the fold or even be given private access to members of the family after everything that’s happened. Like I always say, a snake doesn’t change its nature just because it sheds its skin. 🐍

Dear Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, This is how you make a statement. No PR circus. No media leaks. No staged paparazzi walks or piggyback photo ops pretending to sell the perfect relationship. Just two people standing together with grace, dignity, honesty, and gratitude. The harder you try to convince everyone it’s real, the more performative it looks. Genuine relationships don’t need to be constantly sold to the public.

Remember when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attended Kevin Costner’s first responders fundraiser? Meghan Markle reached for a microphone that wasn’t intended for her. Harry even appeared to gesture for it to be passed to her… and she still didn’t get it. 😭 She immediately switched to directing Harry instead. That whole exchange was painfully awkward and embarrassing. 🙈 Why does Meghan Markle keep putting herself in these situations?

How does a “Fashion Week debut” start and end with inviting yourself and then getting permanently banned from the front row?😭 Meghan Markle forced her way into last year’s Balenciaga show in Paris, complete with the dramatic security escort and grand self-important entrance. Her team spun it as the “culmination of years of friendship” and deep collaboration. The designer? He politely clarified she texted and asked to come.😩 Fast forward to this week’s haute couture show: snubbed. An insider gave the brutal six-word verdict - “Not after what happened last time.”💔 All that manufactured grandeur, the endless headlines, the try-hard PR… only to be remembered as the guest who invited herself and ended up blacklisted.🤭 Turns out no amount of PR can fake genuine acceptance, Meghan Markle. 💅🏻

Prince Harry is desperately trying to be Prince William, and the harder he tries, the smaller he looks. William is knowledgeable, respected, and genuinely likable. Despite being the future King, he’s grounded and approachable. He never has to announce who he is because his work and reputation speak for themselves. Harry has spent years trying to emulate his brother, but it only highlights the difference between them. William doesn’t rely on titles to command respect. Harry, meanwhile, seems to reach for the one thing he does have: his titles. He literally introduced himself as “Prince of England” and “Duke,” as if the titles alone should carry the weight. William never has to lead with his titles because he doesn’t have to. If your titles are the first thing you reach for, you’ve already made the point. Respect isn’t announced. It’s earned.

Prince Harry really said his occupation is “Prince of England” and “Duke.” We knew he was dim but this level of brain-dead idiocy is next level. His whole life the royals shielded him, told him what to say, buried his messes and coached him on how to come across. Then Meghan Markle took over with the scripts. Still can’t believe he reached for those titles when asked what he does. The mental gymnastics to call “Duke” a career in 2026 is actually insane. 😭

Just so you know, Princess Catherine and Roger Federer have a combined total of 8 Wimbledon titles. 😁 Congratulations to both! ✌🏻😂 Technically, it’s true. 😁 But jokes aside, I’m genuinely so proud of the Princess of Wales. Catherine has always been naturally athletic. Whether it’s tennis, rugby, sailing, skiing, rowing or now completing the Three Peaks Challenge, she’s always embraced an active lifestyle and never shied away from a challenge. After everything she went through with cancer treatment, none of us expected her to bounce back overnight. Regaining your strength takes time, patience & determination. That’s why seeing her complete the Three Peaks Challenge means so much. It wasn’t about setting records or proving a point. It was a quiet reminder of her resilience and how far she’s come. Seeing her looking healthy, strong, and back doing the things she loves is genuinely heartwarming. Long may her recovery continue. 🙏🏻♥️

If Meghan Markle wasn’t permanently attached to Harry 24/7, there’s a good chance both Harry and Invictus would still have far more public goodwill than they do today. Here, JJ explains that whenever they’re together, Harry ends up being “pulled away.” He describes Harry as warm, generous with his time, and someone everyone enjoys being around. Then he simply says, “What a shame,” because their time together is constantly interrupted. This is the same isolation we’ve seen for years. Cut off from family, old friends, his former life. Even with people who obviously want his company, the pattern repeats - he’s always being dragged elsewhere. In my opinion, JJ said the quiet part out loud, but I doubt dumb Harry even grasped the message.

I love this story♥️ On the latest New Heights podcast, Jason Kelce recalled meeting Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte backstage at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. Before walking over, he froze because he was holding a beer and genuinely worried it might be disrespectful to meet the Prince of Wales with a drink in his hand. Taylor Swift even laughed about watching him debate whether he should put it down because he wanted to show proper respect and follow the etiquette. Think about that. A man meeting the Royal Family for the first time cared enough to worry about something as small as whether he should be holding a beer. Then there’s Meghan Markle.🙄 She married into the Royal Family, claimed she knew nothing about them, mocked the curtsy as if it was some ridiculous “medieval” tradition, and has spent years profiting from the very royal title that exists because of that centuries-old institution. A complete stranger showed more curiosity & respect for royal etiquette than someone who willingly became a member of the family. You don’t hate Meghan Markle enough.

Prince Harry Couldn’t Even Explain Invictus Like JJ Could Joe Marler asked one of the simplest questions imaginable: “Can you explain for those who don’t know what the Invictus Games are?” If there was ever a moment for the founder to explain the mission, this was it. After all, this is the project he has built much of his public identity around. He repeatedly refers to himself as its founder and has spent years promoting it around the world. Instead, his first response was, “You do this one.” JJ Chalmers then gave the explanation I expected from Harry. He didn’t talk about press coverage, global recognition or how much the Games have grown. He explained the purpose. Invictus was created to use sport as a tool for the recovery and rehabilitation of wounded, injured and sick service personnel. But, as JJ explained so powerfully, it became so much more than that. It gave veterans purpose after devastating injuries. It rebuilt confidence. It gave them a community that understood their struggles. It reminded them they were more than the worst day of their lives. As JJ himself said, “It totally changed my life.” That is the heart of Invictus. Harry, meanwhile, summed it up by saying it started with sport as part of recovery and rehabilitation, that it had become much bigger than anyone imagined, that it reaches beyond the military community, and that it “really means something to people.” That isn’t an explanation. It’s a summary. As the founder, I expected Harry to articulate the mission before anyone else. Explain what Invictus is. Who it’s for. Why it exists. What it aims to achieve. Then invite JJ to show what that mission meant to him personally. Instead, the competitor explained the purpose while the founder focused on the growth. Personally, it feels like Harry has lost sight of what made Invictus extraordinary in the first place.

Remember when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle arrived late at the Mountbatten Festival of Music 2020 at the Royal Albert Hall and treated the applause like it was for their grand entrance? The audience was already giving a standing ovation to the Royal Marines Band Service & Harry giving that little wave, both of them nodding and Meghan grinning as if they were acknowledging their own applause… when it had absolutely nothing to do with them🤭 It just screamed misplaced self-importance and turned into one of those classic secondhand embarrassment moments 😭

Don’t be a Meghan Markle. Not every stage is yours. Not every moment needs your face. Know when you’re invited & when you’re intruding. Validation-seeking has a way of making everyone else uncomfortable & Presence without purpose is just interruption.

Remember when Prince Harry received the Pat Tillman Award in 2024? Pat Tillman gave up an NFL career to serve his country and made the ultimate sacrifice. Prince Harry gave up royal duty for Hollywood deals and memoirs. Tonight, Scott Ruskan is being honored after helping save 165 people from devastating floods on his first day on the job. No PR machine. No victim narrative. Just extraordinary courage and selfless service. Respect to the real hero tonight. 👏🏻

Prince Harry LOSES his case against the Daily Mail’s publisher. Harry seemed to think he could get away with making allegation after allegation simply because his family has largely chosen not to fight back publicly. But courtrooms don’t run on interviews, headlines, or victim narratives, dear Harry. They run on EVIDENCE, and courts have a habit of interrupting carefully crafted narratives. Congratulations, Harry! Reality finally said hello. 🥂

To all the so-called journalists pushing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s narrative that Prince Harry “didn’t get security” in the UK, let me do your job for you. Prince Harry does receive police protection in the UK on a case-by-case, bespoke basis with advance notice. What he didn’t get was the automatic, taxpayer-funded protective security reserved only for the reigning Monarch and the Heir. Even working royals such as Princess Royal and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh don’t receive that same automatic level. Harry argues he should get it because he was born into the Royal Family and served in the military. By that logic, Prince Andrew could claim the same. 🤮 To everyone crying that Prince Harry is a terrorist target. Remind me, who was it that published details of his military service for a payday? He made millions selling out his family and country. If he wants more security, he can fund it himself. Harry is now a private citizen, no longer a working royal carrying out duties for the UK. Demanding the highest level of taxpayer-funded protection anyway is pure entitlement. And no - he wasn’t “denied security.” He was denied the specific level he wanted. You don’t get the perks after walking away from the job. Actions have consequences. Welcome to reality, Harry. Enjoy your “Freedom Flight” 😌

Prince William, the brother Harry claimed was ‘trapped,’ recently travelled to Istanbul with his closest longtime friends to watch Aston Villa win the UEFA Europa League Final. Then, like clockwork, Prince Harry, the supposedly ‘free’ brother, turned up at a polo match in Montecito with his friend Nacho Figueras. And, judging by the Backgrid photos, someone clearly wanted to make sure the world knew about it. It’s just funny. The ‘trapped’ brother seems to be having a pretty good time, while the ‘free’ brother is “delicately perched” for Backgrid at a local polo match.

Meghan Markle could have had all of this. If she’d just accepted that the Crown wasn’t there to serve her, but that she was there to serve something much bigger than herself, she could have become one of the most significant royals in modern times. Coming from Hollywood, she had a front row seat to the exact world she was so desperate to impress. After years of chasing status in those circles, she found herself in a position where the very people she desperately wanted validation from would have been standing when she walked into the room because of the institution she represented. The thing she never got is that the respect isn’t for the individual. It’s for the Crown, the role, and the centuries of service behind it. Those who understand that thrive. Those who think they’re bigger than it? They crash and burn. A few years ago, when the monarchy was under real pressure and Catherine was fighting serious health issues, Harry and Meghan had a genuine chance to step up and build something positive. Instead they chose to wage war on the very institution that gave them their platform in the first place. They wanted the prominence without the protocol, the status without the hierarchy, and the influence without any accountability. The saddest part is Meghan couldn’t accept playing second fiddle to Catherine. In the end, refusing to accept her place in the institution is exactly what cost her the platform she had inside it. Pride really has undone a lot of people. And it might end up being the defining lesson of Meghan Markle’s whole story.
