Toasted Banana Brread (high protein / gluten-free / no fat / no sugar) 4 ripe bananas 2 eggs 250g blended oats 100g almond powder 250 g skyr or Greek yogurt 150 g 85% dark chocolate 10 g baking powder A pinch of flaky sea salt (Optional: add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup for a sweeter touch) Instructions: Mash 3 bananas, then add the eggs and yogurt. Mix well. Add the dry ingredients along with a pinch of flaky sea salt, and mix again until combined. Finish by adding the chocolate, chopped into pieces of your preferred size. Pour the batter into a lined baking tin and top with the last banana, sliced in half lengthwise. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 180°C (350°F), until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cut a thick slice and toast it for 2 minutes on each side in a little butter, ghee, or coconut oil. To serve, add a spoonful of peanut butter, a pinch of flaky sea salt, and a drizzle of maple syrup:) 🎥 clemencegommy | IG
