Everyone who follows me knows I get called a “HYBE ass-licker,” “BPD defender,” and whatever else because I ALWAYS defend BTS and even HYBE. And I do. I’ll keep defending them in the future when the criticism is ridiculous. But in 9 years of being in this fandom, this is the FIRST time I’m genuinely DISAPPOINTED. And I’m not going to hide that.

This guy from the production crew posted today about the sheer scale of the VIDEO AND AUDIO production and logistics alone for BTS’s tour, and it’s actually insane. And that’s just one part of the massive operation behind all the crew we already see around the stage and at those huge production/control desks… Bro, this tour is MASSIVE, and somehow there are still people who genuinely think you just throw everything into a truck, drive it from country to country and city to city,...

🧵 The Economics of a Stadium Giant: The 360° Tour 🏟️✨ 👀Did you know the biggest profit for artists on tour actually comes from MERCH, not the performance/tickets?! Let’s talk about tour costs since everyone’s so impressed with the stage. 1/ Ever wondered why stadium tickets are priced the way they are? When you see a 360° stage like the one BTS uses, you aren’t just looking at a concert—you’re looking at a massive, multi-million dollar financial operation. Let's break down the "burn rate." 🧵👇 2/ The "Burn Rate" 💸 For A-list stadium tours, roughly 60% to 70% of the gross revenue (ticket sales) goes straight back into production. If a single night grosses $15 million, it’s likely that $9M–$10M was spent just to turn the lights on and get the band to the city. 3/ Logistics & "Heavy Lifting" 🚛 A 360° stage isn't just "more seats." It requires: -50–100+ semi-trucks for LED screens, sound, and flooring. -300–500 crew members (tour staff + local hires). -4–5 days of setup and teardown for just a few hours of performance. ⬇️⬇️Continue

🧠About the iHeart and "losers" comments: ✨️You can’t complain about the industry disrespecting BTS while STILL portraying them as powerless rookies who have no say in their own career.✨️ Here’s the thing: the way people in this industry talk about ARMY and BTS while benefiting MASSIVELY from both is disgusting. We know that. I posted like 6 times that I don’t even understand why BTS agreed to do that iHeart festival. BUT this guy wouldn’t even have needed to mention BTS or ARMY if ARMY hadn’t started spreading lies in the first place. BTS WERE NOT CUT. They literally spoiled 4 songs hours before the festival. They were there under contract. It was planned. I, and so many other people told you that! But instead of simply saying, “BTS, I didn’t like this. I wish you’d chosen a longer set,” y’all invent someone else to blame because you’re terrified of criticizing your own faves and keeping victimizing them all day. The guy was right, YOU ALL ACT LIKE LOSERS when you talk shit you don't understand AND you understand very LITTLE about industry, contract, and BTS if you think BTS would flight from SK to be cut in the middle of a set to iHeart in the year of 2026‼️‼️💁🏽♀️💁🏽♀️
