The Standing Pelvic Tilt is a subtle mobility exercise where you stand with soft knees and rhythmically rock your pelvis, alternating between arching your lower back and tucking your tailbone under. This motion acts as a "reset" for the spine, providing immediate relief from lower back stiffness by decompressing the vertebrae. Its primary benefits include strengthening the deep core and glutes, correcting poor posture (such as swayback), and teaching you how to maintain a neutral, injury-resistant spinal alignment during daily activities.

POV: You realize you aren't going to die on this run 😮‍💨💪 The first two miles are just pure regret and questioning every life choice that led you here. This is the exact moment the runner's high finally kicks in and you realize you aren't actually going to die on the trail. #runnershigh #motivation #fitness #physique #fitnesslifestyle

Waiting for the sun, but moving forward anyway. 🌧️➡️☀️ It’s been cold and rainy here all weekend, and honestly, I miss the sun more than I expected! It’s easy to let the weather—or life’s current circumstances—make you feel stuck. But we have to remember that consistency isn't dependent on sunshine. You can still choose to move forward, even when things are wet and cold. It’s about building up that mental resilience. Just wanted to send some love out to the Starr-Gazers facing their own rainy days today. Keep moving, keep hoping. Brighter days are always ahead. What are you doing today to keep your momentum going, despite the weather?
