Sainte, who is also named Jacob Todd Pabellon according to the affidavit, fled but was quickly pulled over by police and was found with the victim’s home, car and lock keys, according to authorities. Sainte was released from jail on “his own recognizance” by Judge Marisa Tinkler-Mendez and is scheduled to be arraigned on April 20, according to the Miami DA’s office. “If yall really believe that story that’s going around is the truth I hate that for everyone…..
