Quick testing on the jet engine : The system upgrade worked perfectly✅ Before now, the jet prototype could never move on rough sand without the Afterburner mode ON, now it's just cruising through the rough terrain, with little rolling resistance, showing a significant increase in engine power, my welder wouldn't dare try to catch it if the Afterburner mode was ON🤣 I'm just imagining the rocket speed on a paved runway 👀 The entire vehicle weighs about 50kg⚠️ With an 8ft delta wingspan There's a huge possibility that this beast may Fly if pushed hard enough😅 The turbo core is actually very weak now due to rust & oil caking while lying dormant for weeks and I will need to change it to a new one🤦🏻‍♂️ We are locally challenging the likes of Lockheed Martin, Anduril, Boeing etc😂 If we could build this with crude tools, Just imagine what we would do with high end machinery & resources It was great to hear the roaring sound again after lying dormant for long I am planning for another runway test✅ Nigeria can be great too mahn Our international colleagues do not have 2 heads⚠️ We'll keep building, testing and pushing Mtcheew.......🚶 #Zedora

To everyone asking about our Jet engine project⚠️: As I said in my return speech🙏🏻, some unfortunate & unpleasant things happened to me that I've just survived I have not been as lucky as others may have been either I am just moving at the pace available to me & my team I am currently restructuring & rebuilding the major brand ZEDORA Working on making our pioneer products mainstream again Streamlining our operations etc This is not a toy⚠️ Aerospace projects of this scale cost alot of money ⚠️ We built systems from scratch Developed our own designs We have burned through a few millions already just to get to this stage of development Once we have the ability to start its R&D again, we will resume building in public as is our M.O I know many if u well wishers want to crowd fund for its development, I appreciate that, but matters that concern 'public money' are not as easy as it appears, one needs to be very very careful Yes we've actually tried to secure corporate funding for the expansion of the project, but there hasn't been any headway yet, raising capital for such an ambitious project especially from this part of the world is....... The project is still alive, but just offline for now, until the variables to continue pop up The goal of this project, with our successful prototype was to create indigenous gas turbines/engines for various applications, one of which is the aerospace aspect✅ We will be back to it soon... I have done it ✅😎😂 The Engine has been fixed and it now runs on afterburner mode🔥, exactly like a fighter jet engine🚀. I repeat, in all humility, I am the first person in Nigeria 🇳🇬 & probably Africa to build a functional self sustaining & afterburning turbojet engine 🙌🏻, if u have data to prove I am not the first, pls show us, if not, then acknowledge me & put some 'respek' on my name😂. Instead of a driving motor, I now use high pressure air from an air blower to start the engine until it self sustains, I also made some design modifications, so technically this is now Mark3-B. I still haven't pushed it to full power😂🥲, it's terrifying & exciting at the same time. As promised....my father's laptop from the 70s, I dunno if I should keep calling it a laptop cos it's quite bulky He used it as a phD student in Florida A&M University USA🇺🇸 It's rated 110v⚡️ so I will need to find a step down transformer to power it up, it will just blow up if I plug it directly into our Nigerian sockets rated 220v🥲 The mouse looks like a grenade, but I couldn't find it Technology 🔥

Impromptu test on the Mark3 turbojet engine😎😂: The Ear Muffs are arriving next week, but again, I couldn't hold back but to run the engine at mild power today😂. I am probably the first person in Nigeria 🇳🇬 & probably all of Africa to build a self sustaining turbojet engine 🔥🤔, please correct me if I am wrong tho🙏🏻, but I doubt. Incase u don't know what a turbojet engine is, it is the engine that powers most fighter jets🚀. The engine is self sustaining because once it gets to idle speed, it runs at about 35,000 RPM on its own without the starter motor & batteries, and can only be shut down if the fuel supply is shut off, as demonstrated by my assistant in the clips. We will do a full power test with the afterburner next week when the ear Muffs arrive😎, so we don't go deaf🤣😂. Our little taxi test on the new build✅ I must admit I am very happy today, the acceleration was indeed a sight to behold, now imagine the top speed on the runway. we took data from the last runway tests & implemented many changes, the entire frame now weighs about 50kg It can be lighter, but I'm working with the resources & materials available to me The tyres are more balanced, aligned & stable The engine ran at 94,000 rpm at full throttle and still has extra 16,000rpm to deliver if I want, meaning more power, although it's danger limit is going above that. The wings currently have relatively flat aerofoil due to complexities in aluminum metal fabrication and weight management. I am still having issues with the Afterburner system, it's difficult to start and often gets blown off when the engine nears full throttle, I will review the sequence design again and make sure we harness the full power of the Afterburner. As u see, I'm also using the manual controls, the remote control unit is also undergoing upgrades Thanks for all the support and encouragement, may God bless us all #Zedora #madeinEbonyi #madeinNigeria 🇳🇬

Our ground speed⚠️ test video on the PROTOTYPE: We ran the Turbojet engine at 60% throttle & No afterburner for this test⚠️. The UAV prototype started accelerating to about 80km/h, as it approached high speed, control became difficult & instability set in, leading to a crash, we will need to redo the wheel placements & weight distribution✅. The UAV weighs about 65kg fully loaded, although our engine was capable of propelling it, we will need to redesign the build to reduce weight by about 40% to make flight possible & stable, we will be exploring a full aluminum or composite material build. After the crash, the wheels jammed up & misaligned, making further runway tests impossible, the power of the engine made the jammed tyres screech on the tarmac. We did not exceed 60% throttle talk more of using Afterburner mode because of control instability. We have more work and improvements to make⚡️ Things to improve : We need to reduce the weight of the build by 40%✅ We need to redesign the wheel placement for better stability on high speed✅ Alot has been learned from this outing, we will redesign the prototype to improve stability & we'll be back again Hopefully, we may be able to attempt flight #Zedora #madeinEbonyi #madeinNigeria 🇳🇬

My punching bag no longer gives me any solid resistance ❌ I am using concrete walls from now 7 rounds✅ I felt some 'good pain' in my wrists & bones after this I feel this is hardcore & exactly what I need I am not a professional boxer⚠️ An actual pro boxer MAY still drop me⚠️ This is just a hobby, to blow off steam & also casually build strength, so easy on the phD boxing takes

Testing the speed breaks✅ The speed brake flaps were cut from 2mm stainless steel pan, the actuation servo arm has a torque of 40KG, everything was bolted to the test bed frame, don't think it's paper because of the bounce... Testing the speed breaks✅ The speed brake flaps were cut from 2mm stainless steel pan, the actuation servo arm has a torque of 40KG, everything was bolted to the test bed frame, don't think it's paper because of the bounce... Anxiety driven short test😂: Apologies for not wearing any safety gear asides the ear Muffs 🙏🏻 Our Afterburner Problem has been solved✅ I can confidently say we can design a powerful jet engine in Nigeria 🇳🇬✊🏻 Engine is running on Liquid kerosene at 80% power I changed the exhaust design to allow for a region of low pressure in between where AB fuel can be vaporized on contact with the subsonic exhaust flow & ignited, the entire explosion now proceeds to a high pressure region where the entire flow becomes supersonic again✅, leading to a massive increase in thrust 🚀. Seems like the engine roar became more violent too, I could feel the ground shaking a bit. Also notice the insane drop in the RED HOT situation on the exhaust liner. We will do 100% power and Afterburner testing tomorrow. The enormous amount of data, knowledge & experience I've gotten from this project✊🏻 #Zedora

I got back from the hospital and asked the boys to get ready to fire up the jet engine🔥 I am super fired up as well, you can see the performance resulting from the last design upgrades, we finally have BLUE Afterburner flames, showing tremendous increase in power and thrust, the grasses along the exhaust path in the uncompleted building turned brown after this test, my welder was so happy he started taking selfies close to the engine. I can't imagine what this beast will do on a runway and for ndi 'aesthetics🤣, I don't believe u expect me to test a freaking jet engine at Transcorp Hilton do u?😂 No worries, Soon we will move to our advanced facility already in the works ✅ We are back 🚀 #Zedora

The greatest test video so far🔥: Guys Make sure you retweet this 🙏🏻 The engine sent the test bed flying & I had to stop it b4 it crashes into the fence😂, subsequently brushing me down, imagine the force it took to brush me, fully loaded with fuel, the test bed weighs about 48KG⚠️. The control systems are yet to arrive, soon we will control the test bed remotely 😅. This was not even full power, imagine I activated the afterburner, this thing might do up to 200+ km per hour o👀👀👀. We need a runway for a full power test🤧. I will be applying to the government of Ebonyi State for permission to use a runway at the state airport for full power tests on the project, it has grown beyond my compound 🙏🏻. Good news and bad news 😖🤧: Hello guys, in the spirit of transparency, I have good news & bad news on the attempt on full power tests on the mark3 prototype. The bad news is, the driving motor shaft developed a critical fault & therefore we could not reach high speeds for the engine to self sustain to idle as before🤦🏻‍♂️, the shaft eventually broke off as shown in the video❌. The good news is, our afterburner sequence works✅✅ even below self sustaining speeds, I decided to activate it at this low power level & it worked 🔥, although at full power it would be more violent & streamlined in nature, the sun's glare also made the flames less visible. We will fix the motor damage & try full power testing again next week 🙌🏻. I am not giving up, we are not giving up ⚠️, we are almost there, full power or nothing 🚀 Thank you for the kindness and support, I appreciate you all, we will fix the anomaly & test again. I feel very sad but goodnight 🙏🏻 #Zedora

Running the engine at 100% power + 100% Afterburner is a bad idea⚠️❌😂: I throttled the main engine to 100% and throttled the Afterburner to 100%🥲, it turned out to be Overkill, it was so powerful & violent, however we recorded the highest temperature ever🔥, almost 1300 degrees Celsius 😂 This caused the engine to overheat and melt the turbine blades completely 😂 Final observations: We can run the main engine at max 100% throttle peacefully, but adding Afterburner at 100% will kill the engine ⚠️ The safest maximum operating principles for this design and build are 1. 100% throttle (No Afterburner)= safe✅ 2. 80% throttle and 40-60% Afterburner = safe✅ 3. 100% throttle and 100% Afterburner = engine failure ❌😭 This is why you must test and test and test to failure, to understand the operational limits of machines, exactly why Elon keeps testing his starship continuously as well... We'll replace the turbine in due time🤞🏻, until next time guys, which should be runway testing finally 🚀 We move✊🏻 #Zedora
