It worked!! Kimi k3 Oauth is now wired directly into codex. The Kimi k3 model is insane but their app is not. So I figure a better way to use k3 by hooking my sub straight into codex instead. K3 now sits in the model picker next to Sol 5.6. Same subscription i was already paying for, no api key, just have to do OAuth in Kimi Code. Links down below 👇

Shooting, aiming, and the animations are all done. Day 17 of speed running to build the GTA 6 with a loop of AI agents. Today's progress: - Shooting feels real now, the hits actually land. - Animations are actually connected, the character moves like a real game instead of a cheap asset. Remember the animation wall from the last two days? We bought a premium pack off Epic, handed it to Claude, and the character finally moves right. The whole on foot half is basically there. What's left for the demo is driving and a multiplayer mode. Aiming to finish the whole thing this week so everyone can actually play it. J A Z I I can't wait to implement driving and see the whole game.

Rockstar just announced GTA 6 preorders open June 25. We are at day 9 of building my own with a loop of AI agents, and the streets finally have people in them. The map's set, so I'm leaving it as it is and slowly adding more stuff into it. the honest part: everyone's hyping Unreal's new 5.8 update and its official MCP. I tried it for whole night. My feedback is not to update it yet. The 5.8 MCP isn't like crazy good, and it actually slows the build down. Chasing the newest version felt like the obvious move. it wasn't. the loop runs better without it. Repo's still open, the project just lives in Unreal now. Theirs is a preorder. mine you can pull and run yourself.

People think Matt faked it when he said one prompt built a whole cod game. So i read the prompt properly and ran it myself. Spent over 30% of my weekly tokens on the 20x plan for 12 hours. It's real. but here's the part nobody's talking about. The prompt says don't stop until you beat call of duty in a blind side by side. It never beat it. It kept making the scores, and judges the game every single round. it failed its own test the entire time. That's why the game got better and better . An impossible high bar means it never stops improving.

Day 2 of building my GTA 6 agent in the loop. It's working better than yesterday, genuinely. But two things are bugging me. The Godot version still looks cheap, or might be because half of it isn't finished. The agent built downtown LA skyscrapers, which is a problem, because this is supposed to be Florida. Also I've burned 33% of my 20x weekly usage in one day. So that clock is ticking. So here's where I'm stuck: switch to Unreal, or keep grinding on Godot?

I let a loop of AI agents build GTA 6 while I slept. Woke up to a dead Mac and a half walking NPC. Day 8. We're moving the whole game from Godot to Unreal, and the agents kept shipping right through it: - the first NPC walks but no animations - in-game phone now has maps, contacts, and a wallet. Bad news: the Mac died overnight because every agent opened the game at once to screenshot it. Fix was one line in claude.md, only one game or editor open at a time. Agents are back to looping, one at a time. Tomorrow: finish converting the entire repo to Unreal, and work the walk animation so the NPC actually looks real. The loop keeps building the phone apps, and I might pull the map onto the phone so the whole thing feels seamless. One catch: the licensed Unreal assets can't be shared publicly, so that part stays in a private build.

Unreal Engine has a huge agent tax. A whole 20x in Codex only lasts about a day with the agents looping. Here's what happened so far: 1. Traffic feels way more natural. still improving. 2. Driving is smooth now, and cars actually collision and hit buildings. 3. Pedestrians has a real look but no animations yet 4. Limit burn is real, one day and the usage for 20x is gone. It took me 3 full Codex usages just trying to finalize the traffic. It's getting better, just not good enough. Unreal looks insane. it's just not agent native at the moment. Unreal Engine needs to work on some native CLI!! So I'm going to test Unity. not switching, just testing. My Claude usage will be back up tomorrow I'll report back what's up!

10 days ago this was an empty map. A loop of AI agents has been building GTA 6 on it and the community building it together while I sleep. day 10. look at it now. People are walking around. a skyline that actually holds up from the air. from a distance you'd swear it was the real one. Unreal is so goated, this would've taken months on Godot. Up close it's still rough, not every building can enter. on night time the far side of the ocean is empty, so the water goes black. might build a second city over there to fix it. still deciding. Going to implement steal cars and shoot tomorrow. Any suggestions?

Codex can spawn grok 4.5 or Kimi k3 as subagents now. Not more GPT, other companies' models, running underneath it, in the same session. Wired both into my picker weeks ago. Today they stopped being alternatives and started taking jobs. Each agent gets its own context window and runs on a sub i already pay for. My Codex quota only goes on the turns that need it. Traffic, pedestrians, and police in our game now. Day 35 of building our own open world game with a loop of agents. The streets actually feel alive. Today's progress: - Traffic follows the roads now, no more cars driving into walls. - No more texture reflecting onto the character - Crowds spawning across the map. - Police come after you the second you commit a crime. Textures came out cleaner than i thought they'd be. next up: let the loop finish, then MetaHumans and car hijacking.

Day 3 of building GTA 6 with a loop of AI agents. We've got: - NPCs walking around - cars on the road - shadows and reflections that finally look right - weapons - phones with Instagram in it wait. imagine we wire those in-game phones to real X accounts. You drive past someone and their actual timeline is sitting on their phone. The agents are still looping. Tell me what features you guys want I will add it in there

Successfully locked 60 fps, this finally starts to feel like a real game. Caliber was running at 15 FPS two days ago. Day 33 of building our own open world game with a loop of AI agents. Today's progress: - 60+ on the counter driving through the full city. - world partition is in, the whole city streams around you instead of loading all at once. now I'm bringing the graphics quality back up while holding the 60. Best quality and best fps is the goal. next up: the npcs and the traffic. What's the first thing you'll do when you get in: drive, explore, or cause chaos?

I still can't believe we are building this quality game that runs on my Mac. Day 18 of building my own GTA 6 with a loop of AI agents. Today's progress: - the shadows and car reflections look real now, not like a cheap game anymore. - spent over a day on performance, so it runs smooth. By the way this is a Mac, not a gaming PC, so a lot of the rendering and lighting is not gonna be the same as the NVIDIA GPU. We are almost there. right now i'm debugging the driving so it feels smooth. quick question, what do you all want to see in the demo?

I've read a hundred "make money with AI" posts. Most are hype. This one is different. The idea: build a bunch of boring little tools. PDF converters, GST calculators, JSON formatters, word counters. Each one ranks for a keyword. Each visitor sees an ad. Do that 1,000 times and you're at $10K/month. No audience. No content grind. No selling. Just tools that quietly rank and compound for years. The best part is it's actually achievable. AI builds the tools now. The only real work is SEO and getting AdSense set up right. That's exactly what I'm going to do next. Building the tools, ranking them, attaching AdSense. If you haven't read this one yet, go read it. And if you're not sure how to set up AdSense, I attached a video below.

Pedestrians AND Traffic are alive now everyone!! Been heads down for 2 days on this one to build a hyper realistic flow, it was a massive amount of work, but part of the map now has people walking the streets and cars actually driving through traffic. Day 23 of building hyper realistic community own open source, open world game with a loop of AI agents. Today's progress: - Pedestrians are in. NPCs walk around the streets on their own. - Traffic works. cars drive the roads and follow the flow. got both running together across a whole section of the map. This was one of the hardest parts so far. a city only feels alive when the crowds and the traffic are all running at once, and that's a lot of systems talking to each other. but real talk, a lot of this i had to set up by hand right now, and the bigger the map gets the worse that's going to be. There has to be a better way. next up is scaling it from one section to the entire city. quick question for the unreal engine people: whats your best approach for traffic and crowd AI at full city scale? I got a section fully alive, now i want the whole map moving. if you've built this before i want to learn how you did it.
