20 years between these two clips. Look at how... fast they place the components now. The older clip is slow with plenty of mistakes. In the newer one they look like they could do it blindfolded. I can barely follow each move. It makes me a bit more patient with humanoid robots. They aren’t coming off factory lines in huge numbers yet. Give it a few years. I think we’ll see much cheaper ones.show more

"I think there is a little bit of a... misconception about when Apartheid started. It started in 1652 when the first Europeans came to Africa. They brought with them the paradigm in terms of superiority and inferiority. They always thought they were superior to the people who are indigenous to Africa. It was a paradigm of more than 300 years." - Roelf Meyer (History Channel)show more

i think Aja said it best talaga na they... aren’t gatekeeping, they just want to emphasize that there is a deeper historical context as to why it existed in the first place. we’re aware of ballroom elements (slang, dips, voguing, etc.) but we only look at it as just a trendshow more

Dropped off husband’s Y at the repair shop yesterday.... I hope they fix it fast! Our Tesla service center doesn’t really do repairs and they use this shop. Husband was a bit grumpy with his rental - Nissan Altima. It could be worse. He won’t even bring it in the garage. 🫣show more

MAGA whistleblower Ashley St. Clair: "Did you see the... unfuck America kids? They just did this expose on how so many of the Turning Point chapters are fake. Like, they're ghost chapters. They don't exist. So it looks like they're just boosting these numbers for donors, to make it look like they have more of a student movement and operation than they do."show more

when it comes to dancing and choreography, you can... really count on ni-ki!! i think they had a bit of an issue with the direction that they were facing on a move and he was the first one to point out what’s causing it. this got me thinking about how much he have helped with the making of the bloody paradise choreo 😣 #NI_KI #니키 #ニキshow more

I came across this clip of Carlos Alcaraz doing... this simple but effective drill to help with his ball toss when serving It immediately made me think about how these amazing players in ANY sport don't skip the basics I see it everyday with golf, the recreational golfer isn't willing to do the smallest, most basic things in order to help themselves acheive their goals They say they want one thing but their actions don't show they will achieve it Golfers always want to hit driver as hard as they can, they skip the importance of setting up to the ball correctly, they don't like changing their terrible grip because it "feels weird" Yet the best tennis player on the planet is working on his ball toss in order to ensure he can serve the ball to the best of his abilities It's these 1% efforts that can help you achieve exactly what you want. Don't skip them & when a coach asks you to do them, there's a reason we want you to listen and do them. They are importantshow more

I used to get Starbucks egg bites every single... week. Until yesterday. I opened them up and noticed a fly crawling on one. Brushed it off and thought nothing of it. Then I saw another. And another. That’s when I realised they were coming from INSIDE the food. They kept crawling back into the egg bites. I’ve eaten these hundreds of times over the years, but after seeing that, I genuinely don’t think I can ever eat at Starbucks again. Makes me sick thinking about how many times I’ve eaten these without looking properly.show more
