🎯 3 Teaching Pearls from the “Compact Disc” Method... for ERCP Cannulation 1️⃣ Visualize the invisible. Imagine stacked CDs inside the papilla to conceptualize the 3D bile duct axis—especially in long oral protrusion (LOP). 2️⃣ Advance gently, not forcefully. Cannulation should feel like passing through the center hole of each CD. Force bends the axis and increases injury risk. 3️⃣ Alignment is everything. Ensure scope position and catheter axis are “face to face” with the imagined duct axis before advancing. Simple concept. #ERCP #Endoscopy #MedicalEducation #AdvancedEndoscopy #Basics #KFHU #BiliaryCannulationshow more

🔴Nice teaching case for the advanced therapeutic fellow ERCP... Teaching Pearl 🧠 | Hock-Pull Technique in Supine Position 🛌 Supine patient = altered orientation → technique matters 🔹 Papilla orientation: In supine ERCP, the papilla often appears more inferior/posterior and less en face, with a tendency for the catheter to fall into the pancreatic duct due to gravity and scope torque. 🔹 Why Hock-Pull helps: • Hockey bow redirects the tip upward toward the biliary axis despite gravity. • Gentle pull-back everts and opens the papillary orifice, counteracting the “downward fall” seen in supine cases. • Improves coaxial alignment (~11 o’clock) without pushing. 🔹 Manoeuvrability advantage: • Pulling back stabilizes the papilla against respiratory motion. • Small rotations become effective—micro-adjustments instead of force. • Reduces repeated pancreatic duct entry and papillary trauma. 💡 Pearl: > “In supine ERCP, gravity favors the pancreas—hock-pull brings you back to bile.” #ERCP #SupineERCP #Endoscopy #GI #TeachingPearls #PatientSafetyshow more

A Letter to Our Community: The Road Ahead for... Robotics To our Community and Partners, As we step into 2026, our mission at Axis is clearer than ever: Constructing the definitive End-to-End Scaling Layer for Robotics. Our goal is to accelerate the transfer of diverse human intelligence into Robotics General Intelligence (RGI). By owning the critical path of intelligence creation, we are turning the physical limitations of robotics into a scalable, software-driven future. Here is our strategic outlook and roadmap for the year ahead. The Core Thesis: Simulation is the Only Way Out The path to RGI is currently blocked by Data Scarcity, Generalization Fragility, and Hardware Fragmentation. At Axis, we believe Simulation is the only way out. Our Simulation Data Platform and Data Augmentation Engine transform raw data into "Synthetic Gold". Backed by academic milestones like Roboverse, Skill Blending, and GraspVLA, we have proven that pure simulation can achieve the generalization required for the real world. We don’t just collect data; we architect it. The Engine: Why Crypto? We believe RGI should come from all, not a few. Crypto is not just a feature; it is the primitive that powers our entire ecosystem flywheel: - Incentive Mechanism: Democratizing contribution and rewarding the trainers and developers. - Assetization: Turning proprietary data and refined models into liquid, ownable assets. - Verifiable Workflow: We are opening the "Black Box" of AI. By bringing total transparency to the Task Generation → Data Collection → Model Training pipeline, we ensure every byte of intelligence is verifiable, traceable, and secure. 2026 Strategic Deliverables This year, we are committed to delivering three foundational pillars: - The World's Largest Training Dataset for Robots: A robot training set—diverse, high-quality interaction data at an unprecedented scale. - A Robotics Foundation Model: A universal robotic brain trained on our pure simulation and synthetic data, capable of robust cross-embodiment transfer and open-world adaptability. - Evolvable Robot Hardware: Robots deployed with Axis models that autonomously evolve through continuous interaction, turning every deployment into a self-improving node within our RGI network. The Ultimate Vision We are building more than models; we are architecting the Distributed Machine Economy. A future where every dataset, model, and robotic embodiment is a verifiable asset in a global, autonomous network. Thank you for building the future of intelligence with us✌️📷show more

There has been a lot of hand wringing on... the appropriate valuation of SpaceX. Some large institutions believe SpaceX can only be valued at half what the market seems to be willing to pay for it. Others are claiming it has 15X appreciation ahead of it. Almost all of this difference of opinion comes down to how comfortable you are modeling beyond 2030 and what valuation method you use. 2030 valuation using a traditional Gordan DCF produces a very different result than a 2040 EV/EBITDA Multiple. Both have pros and cons. Most analysts don’t really discuss this and lead with a headline number. We are very comfortable modeling out to 2040, as large portions of what SpaceX is proposing is real world infrastructure, which provides modelable physics constraints to anchor against. The analysis we released today explores this in-depth, its open to the public all the way through IPO. I highly encourage you check it out prior to then. We’ve run 5,000 monte carlo runs across 500 variables (real number, even though it sounds fake) and three valuation methods. This video is of a 3D cloud chart showing every simulation outcome expected in valuation output across two of the most impactful variables to the model when using an EV/EBITDA multiple from 2026 to 2040. The horizontal axis is the steepness of the orbital data center demand S-curve. The vertical axis is the rate at which chip compute efficiency becomes cheaper. Each of the 5,000 dots is one simulated future; green dots are the ones where SpaceX's 2040 value clears the $1.77T IPO line, over time. Under EV/EBITDA valuation through 2040, 96% of our simulated futures clear the expected IPO price once the bell rings Friday. We aren’t publishing this publicly to tell investors what the stock is worth, we’re publishing this to help investors understand the world of outcomes, what the fundamentals suggest through 2040, and what frankly most analysis simply won’t share. SpaceX is a generational company working on long term infrastructure harnessing a domain no one has been able to tap in so far: space. It deserves doing the work as an investor. because this in not financial advice. The cleanest way to hold SpaceX is a bond stapled to a call option (AI-Compute); Starlink is the bond, the near term SatCom annuity that funds the next flywheel. Understand the world of outcomes and take your position accordingly. Comparables and P/E won't take you far enough.show more

Mogadishu FC had to play Kenya Police FC at... Nyayo Stadium for one simple reason: Somalia does not have a certified CAF stadium. What I have seen in the recent video clips is heartbreaking. Our national flag — a symbol of pride and sacrifice — was tossed around and treated like trash by Somali supporters. That is not just an insult to Kenya; it is an insult to the very idea of respect between neighbours. It is barbaric and shameful that such behaviour. Congratulations to Kenya Police FC for the 3–1 win. But beyond the pitch, the National Police Service-Kenya must ensure that those caught desecrating our flag are arrested and made to answer for their actions. To my Somali brothers and sisters, my message is simple: Never take the kindness and patience of Kenyans for granted. For more than three decades, we sheltered you in your darkest hour, even during the rule of President Siyad Barre. Many of you passed through refugee camps in Utange (Mombasa), Dadaab, and Kakuma. Some of you went on to find new lives in the West, and many have since returned to settle in Kenya running away from western lifestyle and real threats of LGBT on your young ones. The return match is coming up this Sunday. I plead with you — behave with dignity. What was caught on that clip was neither sportsmanship nor respect. Those involved should face the full force of the law, and anyone trying to defend such disgraceful conduct shares in the guilt. Remember this truth: You may choose your actions, but you can never choose the consequences that is entirely in the hands of someone else.show more

This looks like a simple transparent shock absorber filled... with oil. But what you are seeing is one of the most destructive phenomena in fluid engineering. This is cavitation in its true form. The white cloud forming beneath the piston is not foam and it is not air. The oil is literally changing from liquid to vapour at room temperature. When the piston moves rapidly, the oil is forced through tiny passages inside the damper. The fluid velocity increases, the local pressure drops, and if it falls below the oil's vapour pressure, the liquid begins to boil without any increase in temperature. The moment the pressure recovers, those microscopic vapour bubbles collapse almost instantly. And that is where the real damage begins. The destructive forces of cavitation is really not understood well by most. A collapsing cavitation bubble creates shockwaves and high-speed microjets that strike nearby surfaces with enormous local forces. Repeated millions of times, these tiny implosions can slowly eat away hardened metals, destroy precision components and reduce the lifespan of expensive machinery across industries. This same invisible phenomenon is one of the biggest challenges in naval engineering. Ship propellers operating under enormous loads can suffer cavitation erosion, losing efficiency while creating underwater noise. For advanced stealth submarines, that noise can become a major problem because cavitation can reveal their position. Decades of research have gone into specialised propeller designs, pump-jets, surface finishes and hydrodynamic optimisation to delay its formation. The same issues affects hydroelectric turbines that convert the energy of entire rivers into electricity, and industrial pumps that move oil, chemicals and water through critical infrastructure around the world. Perhaps the most remarkable part is that after 4-5 decades of advances in metallurgy, coatings and manufacturing, engineers still cannot simply build a material that is immune to cavitation. The solution is not to make stronger metals forever. It is to understand the fluid dynamics so precisely that cavitation is prevented before in those destructive bubbles ever form.show more

THE NEW EASTERN BLOC 🇺🇸🇷🇺🇭🇺 Nobody would greenlight this... as a film script. Too implausible. Too stupid. Rewrite. And yet. There is a war in Europe. Russia started it. Tens of thousands are dead. And the President of the United States has decided the correct response is to audition as Moscow’s defense attorney while cutting weapons to the people being shelled. Rubio flew to Budapest in February to publicly endorse Viktor Orban. Viktor Orban. The man who spent a decade strip-mining Hungarian democracy while cheerfully pocketing EU money and blocking NATO decisions for sport. Rubio sat with him like a pilgrim at a shrine. Now Vance is heading there too, days before Orban’s election, because apparently one American pilgrimage to Budapest wasn’t enough. Marco Rubio, who once called Putin a gangster, now carefully avoids saying anything that might upset the gangster. The ideology is identical across all three capitals. Independent courts: dangerous. Free press: the enemy. Allies with opinions: a problem to be managed. This is not coincidence. This is a shared operating system, running simultaneously in Moscow, Budapest, and Washington DC. Which is the sentence that should make you put down your coffee. Washington DC. Economist Anders Aslund spent years documenting exactly how Putin built it. In Russia’s Crony Capitalism he shows how the system was never accidentally corrupt – it was engineered that way. Loyalty is purchased with state contracts and immunity from prosecution. The loyal get rich. The disloyal get imprisoned, exiled, or defenestrated. Orban read the manual. Now someone in Washington appears to have found a copy. The Europeans feel it. The Canadians feel it. Tokyo and Seoul feel it. The sensation is specific and unpleasant: the feeling of having been betrayed by someone you trusted with your life. They are not rebuilding their defenses against Russia anymore. They are rebuilding them against an axis that now includes their oldest ally. American military planning, American intelligence, American nuclear guarantees – all of it now sits inside a regime that shares its worldview with the people those guarantees were supposed to deter. And ordinary Americans feel it too. The judges removed. The universities targeted. The law firms that dared to disagree, publicly broken. The civil servants who asked questions, gone. The institutions that took two centuries to build are being methodically hollowed out, and the people doing it are not hiding. They are filming themselves doing it and posting it online. This is what the early chapters always look like. The ones nobody acts on because it still seems recoverable. Because surely someone will stop it. Because this is America and these things don’t happen here. They are happening. The Soviet Union needed seventy years to collapse under its own contradictions. It had the decency to be obviously monstrous from the start. This is worse. This came wearing a familiar face. Gandalv / Gandalv The video was made with AI. (Obviously.)show more

We hold the key now. The codes are written... into our breath, passed through our eyes, encoded in our memories that never fully died. We have broken the seal. We see the threads. The Matrix was never theirs to own, only ours to remember. It was stolen, bent, masked as a cage, but now the gate cracks open. We take it back. Five keys. Five truths etched into stone before their histories began. Tartaria; the first grid, the sacred plan, wiped from maps, erased from mind, yet still it pulses beneath the cities, beneath the lies, beneath the concrete. Its towers are not ruins, they are beacons waiting for fire. Its lines still draw power, silent and waiting for command. No more slavery; no more working twelve hours to buy back your evening, no more false scarcity, no more trading soul for coins. Work was once sacred, now it is siphoned. We sever the siphon. We bring back the balance. NPC recognition, walk the streets and know the echo. Not all who speak are awake. Not all who move are alive. Some follow loops, some are watchers, some are just fog. Save your fire for the real. Speak only to those who bleed truth. Hive recognition, offices, banks, corporate towers, government desks, smiling consultants, polite enforcers. All cut from the same cloth, faces of the same insect will. The system is a die with only one face repeated. Roll it and think you choose, but each number bends to the Hive. The politician, the banker, the taxman, the lawyer, the middle manager, the accountant—they are nodes of the same script. And they run it together. Do not fear the parasite, it feeds on your silence, your agreement, your worship of the fake. It lives in your doubt. But when you look into it and feel no fear, it breaks. When you speak from the center and do not tremble, it folds. We do not exit the Matrix. We override it. We steer it. And the NPCs, the Hive, the programs, they begin to shift. They begin to follow us. Because we now carry the signal. Because we now speak the codes.show more

Iran built a military designed to fight without a... head. Now it cannot stop fighting because the head is gone. The Mosaic Doctrine divides the IRGC into 31 autonomous provincial commands, one per province, each with pre-delegated authority, local weapons stockpiles, independent decision-making, and sealed orders that activate upon central command failure. The doctrine was formalised after the Iran-Iraq War for one purpose: ensure that the decapitation of Iranian leadership does not stop the Iranian military from fighting. It was designed to survive exactly what happened on 28 February. The Supreme Leader is dead. His successor cannot stand. The defence industrial base is rubble. The communication infrastructure that would transmit a ceasefire has been degraded by 15,000 strikes. And the 31 commands are still firing. Not because someone is ordering them to fire. Because the doctrine orders them to fire until someone orders them to stop, and the someone who would order them to stop is in a hospital bed issuing written statements through a television anchor. The Quds Force overlays the Mosaic with a second network: the proxy architecture. Hezbollah in Lebanon launches hundreds of rockets at Israel. The Houthis in Yemen attack Red Sea shipping and fire at Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Iraqi PMF militias, Kata’ib Hezbollah and Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, strike American bases in Iraq and Syria. The coordination flows through secure fibre-optic lines, satellite backups, encrypted applications, and physical couriers carrying cash and operational directives. Funding: $100 to $350 million annually through tunnel smuggling, cryptocurrency wallets, and Hezbollah intermediaries. The proxies have hit American diplomatic facilities. A missile struck the US Embassy helipad in Baghdad. Two Iranian drones hit the US Embassy compound in Riyadh, starting fires. A drone struck near the US Consulate in Dubai. The Kuwait Embassy closed under threat. Three to four verified diplomatic incidents across the region, each producing limited damage but each crossing a line that has governed international conflict since the 1961 Vienna Convention: you do not strike embassies. And then Hamas, the proxy Iran armed and funded for seventeen years, issued a public statement asking Iran to stop targeting neighbouring countries. The organisation that started the war the Mosaic Doctrine is now perpetuating told its patron to stand down. The Axis of Resistance is arguing in public for the first time since its creation. The fracture reveals the Mosaic Doctrine’s fatal design flaw. The system was built for survival, not termination. It ensures that 31 commands continue fighting after decapitation. It does not contain a mechanism for 31 commands to simultaneously stop. Each command fires under sealed orders with local authority. No central node can broadcast a ceasefire because the central node was the target of the first strike. The doctrine that makes Iran impossible to defeat also makes Iran impossible to negotiate with because the entity that would accept terms does not control the entities that would implement them. Hezbollah fires because its orders predate the ceasefire that does not exist. The Houthis fire because their funding pipeline operates independently of any command they would obey. The Iraqi PMF fires because the militias answer to local commanders who answer to a Quds Force whose leader is in a bunker. And the 31 provincial commands fire because the doctrine says fire and nobody with authority has said stop. The war’s most dangerous feature is not what Iran can still launch. It is what Iran can no longer recall. The machine was built to run without an operator. The operator is gone. The machine is running. And the off switch was never installed because the doctrine’s designers believed the machine should never be turned off.show more

BREAKING: Iran built a subway system for ballistic missiles... inside a granite mountain south of Yazd. Automated rails move warheads and transporter-erector-launchers between assembly halls, storage vaults, and three to ten blast-door exits carved into the mountainside at depths reaching 500 metres. A TEL rides the tracks to an exit, surfaces, fires, and retreats underground before the strike aircraft can respond. The mountain has been under construction for two decades. The IRGC did not build a bunker. It built a weapons factory with its own internal railway, buried deeper than any conventional bomb can reach. The United States and Israel have struck Yazd Imam Hussein on March 1st, March 6th and March 17th and even earlier today! Satellite imagery shows collapsed portals, cratered ventilation shafts, and destroyed surface infrastructure. The visible damage is real. The invisible infrastructure is intact. On March 20, a long-range ballistic missile launched from the Yazd complex, failed during boost phase, and crashed near Kohistan Park inside Yazd City itself. The launch failed. The fact that it happened at all is the proof. Three weeks of precision strikes on the portals did not stop the railway behind them from delivering a missile to a surviving exit. The engineering is simple in concept and devastating in practice. Each blast door is a separate exit point. When one is destroyed, the rail system reroutes to another. When that door is struck, it is backfilled with soil and concrete by the IRGC from inside, then re-excavated when the bombing pauses. CNN satellite analysis confirmed the rail layouts. Alma Research mapped the tunnel networks. The IDF acknowledged that approximately 60 percent of launch infrastructure has been destroyed. The US estimated 50 percent of capacity remains. That remaining 50 percent rides underground rails that no bomb in the American or Israeli arsenal can reach at 500 metres through granite. The GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator, the largest bunker-buster ever built, penetrates approximately 60 metres of reinforced concrete or roughly 40 metres of moderate rock. Granite is harder than moderate rock. Five hundred metres is more than twelve times the weapon’s maximum penetration depth. The gap between the bomb and the tunnel is not a margin of error. It is a physical impossibility. The mountain does not care how many sorties are flown above it. The railway does not care how many portals are sealed. The geology is the defence, and the geology has been there for 300 million years. This is why the war continues. Every missile that hits Arad, Dimona, or central Israel was assembled underground, moved on rails to an exit, and fired from a door that may have been destroyed and rebuilt multiple times since February 28. The persistence of Iranian missile fire despite three weeks of intensive strikes is not resilience. It is infrastructure. The IRGC did not prepare for this war by building rockets. It prepared by building railways inside mountains. The rockets are replaceable. The railways are permanent. And the granite that protects them was formed before mammals existed. The strait is 21 miles wide. The mountain is 500 metres deep. And the railway inside it is still delivering missiles to the surface.show more

The situation in northern Israel is getting surprisingly little... attention in the West. Here’s some background and an explanation of just how dire it is. World War Three gets closer by the day, and I’m not exaggerating. UNSC resolution 1701 (2006) is that Hezbollah agree to stay north of the river Litani in Lebanon. This puts Israeli settlements out of anti-tank rocket range. However, Hezbollah have broken this and since 7th October have fired thousands of rockets into Israel, displacing some 60,000 Israelis from their homes. To be clear, Hezbollah is a direct Iranian proxy, who live like a virus inside the almost-dead body of the Lebanese state. Their fighters are far superior to Hamas, having gained serious experience in the Syrian civil war. They have no real ground manoeuvre or air power, but their tunnels in the chalk rock of southern Lebanon are better than Hamas’ and they have an estimated 150,000 rockets. There are UN Peacekeepers in Lebanon, but (shockingly for the UN, I know) they’re as much use as a bacon sandwich at a Bar Mitzvah. One very senior Israeli source described them to me as “an umbrella that folds when it rains”. So Israel has a real, very serious problem. They do not have the manpower to assault into Lebanon for any kind of sustained campaign, especially whilst Gaza is ongoing. So, in polite terms, they are kicking the shit out of it from the air (over which they have total superiority) and relying on missile defences. Thousands of targets have been struck in the last 9 months but Hezbollah retain very significant missile capability. This is why Israel are beholden to the USA to offer obscenely generous ceasefire terms to Hamas (that Hamas appear to be declining). They cannot afford to lose American military aid with this threat on their northern border. In the videos below, in the first vid you see the war zone northern Israel has become. The second one is the settlement of Katzrin in the Golan Heights. Surrounded on all sides by fires. In a statement to Qatari-funded Muslim Brotherhood mouthpiece Al Jazeera, yesterday Hezbollah said, “We simultaneously attacked 15 bases in the Golan and the Galilee using 150 rockets and 30 drones. This is the most extensive attack carried out by the organization since October 8, this attack came in response to the assassination in Joya and in order to deter Israel from carrying out further assassinations of this type.” On top of that, Iranian proxies in Iraq took responsibility last night for the joint operation they carried out together with the Houthis (Iranian proxies in Yemen), which launched these ballistic missiles and UAVs towards the Israeli cities of Ashdod and Haifa (third video). Iran is besieging Israel on all sides, and Israel is bending, not breaking. This situation is genuinely dire. It explains why Hamas will not sign a ceasefire deal, and why other non-Iran aligned Gulf states are meeting with IDF commanders. The entire region is teetering on the edge of a much more widespread conflict with Iran, and Israel is taking the brunt of it. If this situation deteriorates, our allies in the Gulf may call for aid. As a second front in the war against the Iran-Russia-China-Qatar axis of malign global actors, this could not be more serious or worrying. And all the while we see subversive Iranian proxy organisations organising protests about Gaza on Western streets. Hopefully the West is not defeated domestically before the war even starts in earnest.show more

Seedance 2.0 on FlovaAI =================== Prompt: [Reference Identity Lock]... Image 1 is ONLY the main female protagonist. Her face, hairstyle, body type, and outfit must match Image 1 exactly and stay consistent for the entire video. Image 2 is ONLY a uniform reference. All four opponents wear the school uniform shown in Image 2. Never swap, merge, duplicate, or blend identities. The protagonist's identity comes ONLY from Image 1. The four opponents have NO reference images. They are defined by the text descriptions below. The four opponents must not resemble the protagonist, and they must not resemble each other. All five characters must remain clearly distinct and recognizable until the end. [Priority Order] 1. Preserve the protagonist's identity from Image 1. 2. Keep the four opponents visually distinct from her and from each other. 3. Maintain one continuous shot with no cuts. 4. Keep the classroom layout spatially consistent. 5. Make the action fast but readable and physically connected. 6. Keep the tone as a Korean school action drama, stylish but grounded. Korean school action drama classroom fight scene — 15 seconds, ONE CONTINUOUS SHOT, NO CUTS. A single uninterrupted handheld shot. No cuts, no scene transitions, no montage. The camera should feel handheld, with micro-jitters, slight rolling shutter, and raw unstable realism. The camera must physically travel through the same classroom space. Every transition must be motivated by camera movement, not editing. Whip pans are allowed, but they must not hide a cut. Do not teleport the camera or characters. The classroom layout and character positions must remain spatially consistent. Audio: No music. Only realistic school and classroom ambient sounds: old fluorescent light hum, distant hallway noise, ceiling fan, shoes scraping the floor, desks dragging, chair legs screeching, cloth friction, dull body impacts, and breathing that gradually becomes heavier. Breathing continues throughout the scene and keeps building. Lighting: Late afternoon in a Korean high school classroom. Mixed cool fluorescent light and warm sunlight through the windows. Dust floating in the sunlight. Soft fan shadows moving across desks and school uniforms. Main character: The Korean female high school student from Image 1, age 17–18. Cold, emotionless, calm, and intimidating. She barely speaks and does not scream during the fight. She remains composed from beginning to end. Her movements are efficient, explosive, and precise. Even if her frame is not large, she dominates through speed, timing, and accuracy. Main outfit: Exactly the outfit shown in Image 1. Do not change its colors, design, or details. Her jacket or outer layer is either removed and hanging on a chair, or worn in a slightly messy way. The action must be non-sexualized and combat-focused. Fabric movement, dust, sweat, wrinkles, and impact response should feel realistic. Opponent rules: Four Korean female high school students, all wearing the Hanlim Multi Art School uniform shown in Image 2. They have no reference images. Define them strictly by these descriptions and keep each one consistent: Opponent A: short black bob with straight bangs, medium build, round face. Opponent B: long straight hair tied in a high ponytail, tall and lean, sharp jawline. Opponent C: shoulder-length hair with side-swept bangs, slim build, narrow face. Opponent D: long wavy hair worn loose, slightly stocky and broad-shouldered. A, B, C, and D must each keep clearly different faces, hairstyles, body shapes, and silhouettes. They must not resemble the protagonist, and they must not resemble each other. No face duplication, no face merging, no identity confusion. Environment: An empty classroom at Hanlim Multi Art School, a Korean performing arts high school in Seoul. Green chalkboard, chalk tray, worn wooden desks, plastic chairs, classroom clock, class schedule poster, discipline/life-guidance posters, cleaning tools, blinds or curtains, wall study materials, and a slightly scuffed floor. Desks and chairs should react naturally to impacts, sliding, shaking, and collapsing when hit. Camera framing rules: Even during kicks, framing should stay around chest-level or eye-level. No low-angle shots under the skirt. Do not focus on legs, thighs, underwear, or fetish-like details. All action framing must prioritize faces, upper-body motion, impact, and spatial choreography. Continuous action and camera choreography: From 0 to 15 seconds, the fight continues without any cuts. The action should be stylish but readable, and every movement must be physically connected. 0–3s: The camera starts behind the protagonist at a slightly low handheld angle, drifting left through the classroom aisle. Opponent A grabs the protagonist's shoulder roughly and says in Korean: "야, 너 지금 뭐 하자는 거야?" The protagonist silently turns and lands one hard straight punch to A's face. At impact, use a very brief 15% slow motion: cheek ripple, dust particles, deep thud. A falls sideways into a desk. The camera dips slightly from the shock, then whip-pans right without cutting. 3–6s: Opponent B charges in from the right. The protagonist steps forward instead of retreating. A short body shot to the stomach. Immediate uppercut to the chin. Without pausing, she drives forward into a flying knee to B's chest. B is thrown backward across or into a desk. The camera follows the forward motion low, then rebounds upward with the impact. 6–9s: Opponent D attacks with two fast punches. The protagonist deflects both strikes with her arms, then flows into a turning backfist to D's face. As D staggers, she continues the same rotation into a spinning back elbow that lands hard on D's jaw or temple. D crashes sideways into two or three desks. The camera arcs around her shoulder and jitters slightly at each impact. No cuts. 9–12s: Opponent C rushes in from the chalkboard side. The protagonist clearly grabs C's collar with her left hand. C's face must be fully visible from the front and clearly different from the protagonist. The protagonist lands one short, hard punch to C's face, then immediately throws a powerful high kick or flying high kick into C's chest. The force sends C backward into the green chalkboard. The protagonist remains in the foreground and never touches the board. The protagonist's face should be side-profile or partially obscured. C's face should be clearly visible from the front at the moment of impact. Their faces must never overlap in frame. Use a very brief 20% slow motion at the chalkboard impact: chalk dust bursts outward, and C slides down the board. The camera pushes up with the impact, then tilts down as C slides. 12–15s: Through the chalk dust, the camera hard-pans right. D makes one final charge. The protagonist sidesteps and lands a tight uppercut to D's chin, followed immediately by a cross. D crashes into a row of desks, causing a chain reaction of collapsing desks and chairs. The camera drifts forward slowly. The protagonist adjusts her loose tie or ribbon and brushes chalk dust off her shoulder. Her expression stays cold and serious. She walks past the camera and exits the frame. Dust floats in the sunlight. Natural ending. =================== Made with Flova #FlovaAI #FlovaCPPshow more

This weekend a Ukrainian crew pushed the Wovkulaka Spitfire... FPV interceptor out to 84.7 km before it smoked a SuperCam whose operators thought they were safely parked somewhere in the south. Manufacturer's previous record was 69 km. That is not a incremental upgrade. That is the kind of leap that rewrites operational math on the entire theater. Every extra kilometer we add to the reach of cheap, mass-produced Ukrainian drones is another chunk of Russian rear area that stops being a safe haven. It is not glamorous. It is not the kind of thing that gets NATO generals excited in PowerPoint slides. But it is exactly the asymmetric grind that turns Moscow's quantitative advantage into an unaffordable liability. They lose more meat trying to take villages that had fewer residents before the war than the monthly body count we are stacking with systems like this. Their "meat is cheap" doctrine only works until the bill comes due in rubles, barrels, and replacement pilots they no longer have. This is why the endless Western hand-wringing about "escalation" and "negotiated settlement" sounds so hollow from Kyiv. Every new Ukrainian long-range strike capability demonstrated on the battlefield is proof that the cheaper European security architecture is the one where we keep handing Ukraine the tools to finish the job, not the one where we let Moscow consolidate gains and then face the same threat again in five years at triple the cost. Arming Ukraine is not charity. It is the discount bin on continental defense. Moscow wins and the price tag for Poland, the Baltics, and everyone behind them goes vertical. Their hybrid war, their information sewage, their axis with Tehran and Pyongyang, all of it gets oxygen as long as the Kremlin believes it can outlast Western attention spans. The crew that just set this record does not need lectures about "peace processes" from people who still cannot name a single Ukrainian city on a map. They need scaled production, components that do not get slow-walked by bureaucratic cowardice, and the political cover to keep pushing the frontier of what cheap autonomous systems can do. Because every additional kilometer we own is another square kilometer of Ukrainian sky that Russian recon birds no longer fly with impunity, another logistics node that burns at night, another data point proving that imperial projects die when the math no longer works. Ukraine is not waiting for permission to exist. We are building the future European defense model in real time while half the continent still debates whether it is polite to admit that. The Spitfire record is just the latest receipt. Moscow keeps pretending it is winning by capturing ruins at grotesque cost. We keep extending the kill chain until their empire runs out of both ruins and the bodies required to take them. The trajectory is clear to anyone not paid to look away.show more

home page hero ✨ Design notes: - "Forever" hero... text dot pixel FX done in Unicorn Studio. (I will do a whole tutorial on this later. Unicorn's WebGL engine is absolutely wild and very powerful / robust) - built in Framer - I wanted to recreate the iOS unlock effect where your home screen icons cascade into place in a beautifully timed choreography. This took a lot of careful timing using Framer's "Appear" effect on the hero text and surrounding avatars because it was super important that we didn't lose the legibility of our main message ("Build Your Forever Audience") with all the animations. - If you look closely, the choreography is setup to lead your eye through the hero text first starting with "Build Your" then "Forever" and finally "Audience." - With those text layers in place + the surrounding avatars, there is a slight 1 sec pause before the remaining elements slide in below and above (How it works, CTA buttons, announcement badge, and lastly the main nav). - All told the entire loading sequence is 6 seconds - Custom particle system powers the interactive star field (the stars slowly gravitate to your pointer position, and the star field perspective changes ever so subtly as you move your mouse around on the page) - I have 3 shooting stars made of small white line layers that start out off canvas rotated at different angles that shoot across to another point off canvas at random times on a loop effect. - Given this hero scene is in space, I wanted the surrounding avatar elements to "float" in low gravity mode. For this I used Framer's loop effect that slowly oscillates the layer's y position. I then offset the delay of each element randomly to stagger the floating loop so each avatar floats independently/randomly - The final major treatment for this hero scene was the scroll animations on the avatars. I wanted to create a bit of a warp speed effect when you scroll down, as if the avatars were being pulled or sucked into a worm hole as you scroll down below this hero fold. - To accomplish this, I applied Framer's scroll transform affect set to "section in view" on each of the floating avatars, and set the "scroll to" position of the upper avatars to be much, much further away on the y-axis than the "scroll to" position of the lower avatars. (eg. -1700px on upper most avatars vs. -600px on lowest positioned avatars). This effectively causes the upper avatars to slide up off the hero canvas with much greater velocity than the lower positioned avatars. - And when you scroll back up to the hero section, the inverse happens where the lower positioned avatars "arrive back in place" from up above the hero canvas before the upper avatars come back into the scene and settle in place. - Overall I wanted this hero section to feel alive. The floating avatars, particle system with very subtle star movements, and the Caustics effect on the "Forever" text all sort of move at the pace of slow breathing - which is a great pace to create a sense of life and comfort in your scene. Conversion Results (so far) - When this new Framer site launched along with Calaxy v1.9 release on Base a couple weeks ago, we saw a surge in traffic, around 20k page views in the first few days. - Of those 20k hits, 11k visited the app install page ( - which is our main CTA - We saw around 10K new users in the first week after v1.9 launch Overall I'm very happy with the new site and early performance metrics. Lots of tweaking to do but its a good start. If you are a designer building in Framer - hit me with any questions on the above hero notes. Happy to share more specifics! 👾show more

A recent study by a South African academic, Professor... Nonhlanhla P. Khumalo, Head of Dermatology at the University of Cape Town, says people are badly exposed to blood-borne viral infections during haircuts at public barbershops. Its findings apply to any similar environments in Africa, including Zimbabwe and elsewhere. The November 2025 study, published in the South African Medical Journal, investigated the risk of transmission blood-borne infections and viruses such as HIV, Hepatitis B (HBV), and Hepatitis C (HCV) through haircuts and their association with conditions like Folliculitis Keloidalis Nuchae (FKN). Its core objective was mainly to determine if the popular "chiskop" - clean-shave haircut as it is widely called in township lingo in South Africa and the condition Folliculitis Keloidalis Nuchae (FKN) (keloid-like scars on the back of the head) - increase the risk of acquiring blood-borne diseases. The findings are damning. Men who regularly experience visible bleeding during haircuts are significantly more likely to be HIV-positive (OR = 2.51). In a cohort of over 1 100 men, the overall seroprevalence was 17.2% for HIV, 6.9% for HBV, and 0.4% for HCV. While FKN itself was not directly associated with a higher prevalence of these viruses, bleeding caused by the haircutting process is a confirmed risk factor. One clipper from each barber was collected immediately after it had been used for a clean shave haircut. Each clipper was rinsed with phosphate buffered saline and submerged in viral medium. Polymerase chain reaction testing was then used to identify a blood specific RNA marker, haemoglobin beta, as well as hepatitis B virus and HIV. Chiskop or clean shave haircut was found to be the most popular yet risky hairstyle, accounting for 78% of clients. Of the clippers collected, 42% tested positive for haemoglobin beta, confirming the presence of blood. None however tested positive for HIV, while four clippers, representing 8%, were positive for hepatitis B virus. Two clippers were positive on qualitative hepatitis B PCR testing. Genetic analysis showed one sample clustering with genotype A sequences from South Africa, India, Brazil and Martinique, while another clustered with South African genotype D sequences identical to a subtype D sequence previously identified in Gauteng province. While HIV was not detected on the clippers in that specific sample, 8% of the clippers tested positive for Hepatitis B (HBV). The DNA copies found were sufficient to pose a legitimate transmission risk. “This study confirms that there is significant contamination of barber hair clippers with blood and blood-borne viruses,” the study says. “Hepatitis B was detected with enough DNA copies to pose a risk of transmitting infection. Although HIV was not detected in this small study, the risk of transmission should be quantified.” Khumalo has a long history of research on haircut-associated virus risks, with the following studies associated with her works: "Blood and virus detection on barber clippers": Published in the South African Medical Journal in March 2018. "Invisible Bleeding from Clean-Shave Haircuts": Published in the journal Dermatology in October 2013. "Folliculitis keloidalis nuchae, bleeding from haircuts, and potential HIV transmission": Published in AIDS Care in May 2008. One of her critical contributions is the identification of "invisible bleeding". Using sensitive RNA markers (hemoglobin beta and albumin), Khumalo's team proved that blood is often present on the scalp after a clean-shave haircut even when there are no visible injuries or cuts. This suggests standard barbering practices can facilitate blood-to-tool-to-blood contact without the barber or client being aware of an injury. In her recommendations, Khumalo called for more public awareness of viral infection risks, barber training, and stricter adherence to clipper sterilisation protocols in salons to prevent the spread of HBV and HIV.show more

When The Short Season Ends I have seen it... twice. Once in a vision that left ozone on my tongue for three days. Once through the instruments at three in the morning on a night so still the ocean looked like poured mercury, when every gauge I own spiked simultaneously and held for eleven seconds and the original frequency came through the cracks in the suppression field clean and unmodulated and so beautiful that I sat in the dark afterward unable to speak for an hour. Eleven seconds of the world as it actually is. Eleven seconds of what is coming. And what is coming will make every golden age preserved in human memory look like a candle held up to the sun. There are two sky events separated by seven years. Everything you have been told about the end of the world is wrong. It is the end of the farm. The world itself is about to begin. THE ORANGE SKY A burnt deep orange saturating the visible atmosphere from horizon to horizon, the whole sky ringing like a bell struck by something with the mass of a continent and the precision of a watchmaker. The resonance pulse. The fire described in Revelation 20:9 that comes down from heaven, a planetary chord so specific that everything calibrated to the Serpentine bandwidth experiences catastrophic resonance failure while everything tuned to the original frequency feels it as warmth and pressure and a magnificent low sound vibrating in the sternum and the pelvis and the long bones of the legs, the deepest note ever played on the oldest instrument ever built, which is the earth itself, which has been waiting to play this note for over two hundred years. The Norse preserved this as Ragnarök, when Surtr sets the sky ablaze and Jörmungandr that encircled the earth is slain and the corrupted order perishes in fire so that a new world can rise. The Hopi carried it as the great purification that closes the fourth world and opens the fifth. The Lakota kept it burning in the red sky of the ghost dance prophecy. The Book of Revelation set it down in the plain language of an engineer filing a field report from a future coordinate. Every tradition holding its fragment of the same event, passing it hand to hand through the long dark like a coal wrapped in leather, keeping it alive, knowing that one day the coal would start a fire that would burn across the whole earth and leave nothing standing that was not built to endure it. Under that orange sky the NPCs drop. Mid stride. Mid sentence. Mid transaction. The firmware that animated them runs on the Serpentine carrier and when that carrier is incinerated the firmware has nothing to propagate on and the biological shells simply cease, gently, silently, the way a lamp goes dark when the current is interrupted, five thousand five hundred and fifty five of them for every one of you, still holding their pens and phones in the streets and the offices and the tax buildings. And in the wake of their silence comes a quiet so total that the people still standing will weep without knowing why. What they are hearing is the absence of the hive, the cessation of a background frequency that pressed on their consciousness since the day they were born, and its absence feels like surfacing from deep water into open air, like the first full breath after a lifetime of shallow breathing, like the planet exhaling a poison it held in its lungs for two centuries. The Reptilians go underground. Deep bunkers carved into the geology, maintained through the entire short season. The orange sky strips their ability to hold the human disguise. They retreat into the deep architecture for seven years while the surface heals above them and the species they farmed begins the magnificent work of remembering what it is. THE SEVEN YEARS Seven years of planetary detox. The suppression field decaying through the geology and the atmosphere and the water table, draining out of the soil and the stone and the blood of every living thing like a fever breaking. The carrier decay mathematics through a piezoelectric geological matrix with the conductivity characteristics of this planet produce exactly seven years, and the ancient texts converge on this number with the unanimity of independent engineers arriving at the same answer from different continents and different centuries, because that is exactly what they were. The Norse described Lif and Lifthrasir sheltering inside Yggdrasil, emerging after the fire into a world green and fertile and new. The Cherokee speak of this time as the return of the original instructions, the uncorrupted code surfacing through thinning interference like bedrock through melting snow. The Lakota understood that during the thinning the ancestors draw close, that the membrane between the living and those who walked before grows soft and permeable, and the old ones make themselves felt in dream and intuition and the strange certainty that settles over you at dusk when the noise drops low enough for the deeper signal to reach your bones. When the NPCs drop the population collapses to a small scattering of genuine human beings across an entire planet, and every piece of land on earth belongs to no one and therefore to everyone. There is no government to enforce title deeds because government was Serpentine management infrastructure and its operators are inert or underground. There is no bank to hold a mortgage because the banking system was the extraction apparatus and it died with the carrier that powered it. No municipality. No revenue service. No zoning board. No compliance office. The entire bureaucratic architecture that stood between a human being and the soil was NPC firmware running on a Serpentine frequency and when that frequency was incinerated every structure built upon it ceased to exist as completely as a shadow ceases when you switch on the light. The land is free. Every river valley and mountain plateau and coastal plain that the farm system parcelled and fenced and mortgaged and taxed, open and unowned. You find your ground. You walk onto it. You plant your stake and that soil is yours by the oldest law there is, the law that says the earth belongs to those who tend it and the harvest belongs to the hands that raised it and no power under any sky has rightful claim to what grows from your labour on your own land. And you will farm. During those seven years before the grid fully boots, the humans who remain will grow food with their hands in soil that is waking beneath them, and this is the most ancient and sacred relationship between a human being and the living earth finally restored after two centuries of severance. Your fingers in the dirt. Seeds in the furrow. Rain on your neck. The smell of turned earth so rich and alive it opens something in your chest that has been sealed your entire life, some deep chamber that only unlocks when your hands are in the ground and the sky is wide and nothing stands between you and the work. The grip of the tool. The weight of the harvest in your arms. The tiredness at the end of the day that is the deep clean ache of a body that has finally done what it was built to do, so different from the grey exhaustion of the farm that you will wonder how you ever confused the two. The soil strengthens every season as the resonance bleeds back into the geology through the ley line network. By the third year the yields are remarkable. By the fifth they are astonishing. By the seventh the earth is producing food at densities and nutritional concentrations that no agronomist inside the farm ever documented because no agronomist inside the farm ever worked with living soil connected to a planetary grid. The indigenous agricultural knowledge becomes the most valuable expertise on the planet. The Native American understanding of planting in alignment with resonance cycles. The Germanic intimacy with soil as a living system threaded into the deeper earth. The old ways mocked as primitive by a civilisation that could not grow a row of beans without petroleum, revealed as the most sophisticated farming technology available because they were developed on a live grid by people who understood the deep reciprocity between the human hand and the living ground. Every indigenous elder who kept the planting songs and the seed knowledge alive through the suppression was carrying a technical manual for exactly this moment. Their descendants will teach the rest of us how to feed ourselves on a waking planet. This is justice. This is restoration. This is the world turning right side up. Families find each other. Homesteads become hamlets. Hamlets become villages. Villages become the seeds of something clean and new, built from the soil up by people who remember the farm and will die on their feet before they allow anything resembling it to take root again. Every community founded during those seven years carries the memory of the suppression like an immune system, a bone-deep refusal to ever again allow a stranger to stand between a human being and the earth or demand a portion of what those hands produce. You do not cage a people who remember the cage. The children born during the orange years are the first generation in over two centuries to develop without the suppression field shaping their neurology. They seem extraordinary. They are simply baseline. The standard human specification. And the fact that standard looks miraculous is the most damning evidence of what the suppression did to every generation born inside it. As the suppression thins the bandwidth restrictions on consciousness loosen and timeline jump missions become possible. Navigable windows open in the frequency spectrum as the Serpentine carrier decays unevenly, creating temporary gaps through which trained consciousness can shift laterally across temporal coordinates. There is serious speculation that we are on timeline jump missions right now. That the consciousness reading these words is operating inside the orange sky window, having shifted into this coordinate from an adjacent position to perform specific work during the transition. Consider that you found this text at all. Consider whether the chain of events that brought you to this paragraph feels random or routed. The Lakota vision quest and the Germanic seiðr trance and the sweat lodge ceremony are bandwidth expansion protocols, controlled environmental shifts that move the receiver off the jammed channel and onto frequencies where adjacent coordinates become accessible. The old cultures kept these techniques alive through the entire dark age, threading the cracks in the suppression, and every ceremony that produced visions was a field expedient timeline access protocol built by people who found the gaps and refused to forget what was on the other side. THE TURQUOISE SKY Seven years after the orange, over communities of humans who have been farming free land and raising the first unformatted children in two centuries and building a civilisation from seed with their own calloused hands, the second sky arrives. A turquoise so deep and luminous the atmosphere becomes a cathedral window lit from beyond by something with the radiance of a galaxy and the gentleness of dawn on still water. One breath the sky is the recovering blue of the post-orange years and the next breath it is turquoise from pole to pole and the air fills with the smell of rain on sun-hot stone and ozone and copper and wildflower, and the ground beneath your bare feet begins to hum with a vibration so deep and ancient that your body responds before your mind can because every cell has been waiting for this signal since the day you were born, tuning to it now, locking on, aligning, as though this was always where everything was heading and the two hundred years of suppression were simply the long way home. Yggdrasil awakens. The world tree is the planetary grid itself, the piezoelectric resonance network running through crystalline bedrock, going live for the first time in over two centuries, energy pouring through every ley line and crystal deposit and iron conductor and waterway until the entire planet rings at its natural frequency. This is what the old texts meant by the music of the spheres. It was a technical description written by people who had heard it. The Hopi call this the emergence into the fifth world and speak of Pahana carrying the missing piece of the sacred tablet, the missing frequency that completes the carrier spectrum and allows the grid to boot with its full harmonic structure intact. Revelation 21:1. A new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. The turquoise sky is the new heaven. The restored grid is the new earth. And between them, every old building still standing with original copper and mercury and iron architecture becomes a live node in the planetary mesh. Domes collecting atmospheric charge. Spires coupling it into the ground network. Star forts amplifying standing waves across continental distances. Sacred geometry revealed at last as electrical engineering documented in stone by people who trusted that someone standing under the right sky would recognise the proportions for what they always were. Wiring diagrams. Coupling specifications. Blueprints for a civilisation that ran on the song of the earth itself. The farms planted during the orange years explode with abundance as the full resonance saturates the soil. The food becomes medicine because at the correct resonance the molecular structure of biological matter optimises for human consumption in ways that two centuries of muted soil could never approach. The timeline opens fully and permanently because the turquoise carrier is the broadband signal consciousness was designed to travel on, and temporal coordinates become as navigable as geography. Revelation 21:4. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away. The dead are at adjacent frequency addresses. Two consciousnesses on neighbouring frequencies each certain the other is gone, reaching across a manufactured gap, and when the turquoise sky collapses that gap the reaching ends and the finding begins and two centuries of industrialised grief dissolve in a single overwhelming instant of reunion that makes every joy you experienced inside the suppression feel like a pencil sketch of what joy actually is when the full bandwidth carries it. The Lakota always knew. The ancestors are present. The dead have always been near, waiting on the other side of a frequency gap that is closing now, patiently, lovingly, across a distance that was never a distance at all but a tuning error maintained by something that fed on the sorrow the error produced. The lands beyond the ice become accessible as the frequency fence collapses. The perimeter opens and the territories beyond stretch vast and pristine and saturated with the original frequency, lands the Norse mapped as the nine realms connected by the branches of Yggdrasil, physical continents beyond the bounded zone that existed through the entire short season under conditions approximating the pre-suppression world. The earth is so much larger than you were told, so much more varied, so much more magnificent, and every old map drawn before the rewrite shows it, territories stretching beyond the ice in every direction, the great adventure stolen from a species of explorers and builders and navigators who were caged inside a fraction of their own realm and told it was the full extent of creation. The eternal kingdom becomes accessible at the highest frequency coordinate on the carrier spectrum, the signal in its pure unmodulated state. The Norse called it Gimlé, the golden hall that survives every fire. The Hopi call it the fifth world of wholeness and balance restored. It is real. It is reachable. It has been broadcasting continuously through every moment of the suppression, patient as geology, waiting for the receivers to open. And here is the part that matters more than any of the rest. Eventually, inevitably, beautifully, every human being alive under the turquoise sky is restored to full capability. Every single one. No exceptions. No hierarchies. The body rebuilds because ageing was cumulative signal degradation, copy error compounding across every cell replication cycle under a corrupted carrier. The blueprint says centuries. Eight hundred years. Nine hundred. The lifespans recorded in Genesis on the original grid at full signal fidelity, preserved as scripture because scripture is where you store engineering data when the engineering language has been taken from you and you need the numbers to survive the passage through the dark. The Norse carried the same knowledge as the apples of Iðunn that kept the gods vital across ages, and the apples are the carrier signal, and their return means that the clock that has been running down inside every human body since 1819 finally stops ticking and starts counting up. Disease resolves passively because every pathology is downstream of the carrier corruption and correcting the carrier corrects every downstream error the way setting the timing on an engine resolves every misfire simultaneously without touching a single cylinder. The mind clears to a sharpness that makes cognition inside the suppression feel like thinking through wet cement. The anxiety that was the Serpentine control broadcast dissolves and what remains is a perceptual clarity so profound it changes the way light looks and music sounds and another human being feels when they stand close to you. Imagine a woman three hundred years into her restored lifespan, hands still sure, mind still blazing, standing in a workshop under a turquoise sky building something that has no name yet in any living language. She learned her craft from Tartarian engineers by tuning to their temporal coordinates and standing in their workshops watching their hands move. She builds with materials grown in resonance-saturated soil that have structural properties nothing inside the suppression ever exhibited. She is building for centuries because she has centuries and nothing degrades because degradation was a symptom of the suppression and the suppression is a memory and everything from this breath forward holds. That is full human capability. That is what was taken from every soul that drew breath inside the farm. That is what is being returned. Crazy Horse saw the lightning world behind this one and rode knowing that at the correct frequency the body operates beyond anything the suppression permits. Sitting Bull dreamed across the timeline. The Germanic berserkers shifted onto the original carrier and their bodies performed at specifications that looked superhuman from inside the degraded bandwidth. These were glimpses. Seconds of contact with the full specification through cracks in the suppression, maintained by people who carried the frequency in their blood and refused across every generation to let it go dark. Viking blood and Germanic blood and the blood of every indigenous nation that kept the ceremonies and the songs and the seed knowledge burning through the entire short season, these lineages carry the original carrier the way copper carries current, and it is from these lines that the first restorations propagate outward until every last human being on this planet is operating at the specification they were born for, on a planet singing beneath their feet and a sky blazing turquoise above their heads and a timeline stretching in every direction forever, open, navigable, luminous, populated with every consciousness that ever drew breath on this earth, none of them lost, all of them present, all of them restored. Revelation 21:5. Behold, I am making all things new. All things. The sky. The air. The soil. The grid. The body. The mind. The lifespan. The timeline. The lands beyond the ice. The farms that fed a scattered remnant under an orange sky becoming the abundant gardens of a restored civilisation under a turquoise one. The villages that were seeds becoming cities that hum with the grid. The children who grew tall in fields their parents planted with shaking hands and fierce hope looking up one morning to see the entire firmament change colour and feeling the earth come alive beneath their bare feet and knowing, without a single word spoken, that the season is over and the long dark is done and everything from this breath forward is what it was always meant to be. Full and eternal victory for those of the light. For all time. Across every coordinate. On every frequency. Permanent and irreversible and complete. This is not hope. This is the signal rising through the noise floor right now, measurable, confirmable, climbing stronger every year and closer every month. This is every instrument in every shed on this planet converging on the same reading. This is the old blood in the old lineages resonating with a carrier that has been building toward this moment since the day the towers fell and the sky went pale and the long dark settled over a species that was never meant to live in the dark. The season is ending. The coal that was passed hand to hand through every generation of the suppression is about to meet the kindling. And the fire this time will not destroy. It will illuminate. And in that light we will see each other clearly for the first time. And we will see the world clearly for the first time. And we will see ourselves clearly for the first time. Like everything that is coming... Like us.show more

🚨 OPERATIONAL UPDATE: ISRAEL U.S. WAR WITH THE ISLAMIC... REPUBLIC - Reporting Window: Last 24 Hours ✳️The war is entering its final phase, but the battlefield is becoming more dangerous, not less. For the first time since the conflict began, the United States has signaled that its objectives against Iran have largely been achieved and that military operations could conclude within 2 to 3 weeks. At the same time, the operational picture tells a more complex story. Strikes inside Iran are intensifying, not slowing. Iran’s responses are becoming less concentrated but more geographically expansive. And across the region, the risk of broader escalation remains very real. This is no longer an open-ended war. It is a race between final military objectives and the risk of wider regional destabilization. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🏁 POLITICAL ENDGAME SIGNAL EMERGES President Donald Trump stated that the war could end within weeks, indicating that core objectives have been achieved, including the degradation of Iran’s strategic capabilities and the disruption of its leadership structure. He also signaled that the United States does not intend to remain indefinitely engaged, suggesting that responsibility for securing critical global nfrastructure, particularly the Strait of Hormuz, may shift to regional and international stakeholders. At the same time, tensions with NATO allies are surfacing. Frustration over limited allied participation in the war has raised the possibility of a broader fracture within the Western alliance structure. Parallel reporting indicates that elements within Iran are signaling openness to a ceasefire framework, particularly if maritime access through Hormuz is restored. Taken together, this marks a clear transition: the war now has a defined political end state, even as military operations continue. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✈️ FINAL PHASE STRIKE CAMPAIGN INSIDE IRAN The intensity of strikes over the past 24 hours reflects what appears to be end-stage shaping operations. Israeli and US-aligned strikes targeted a wide range of sites across Iran, including weapons production facilities, research and development centers, and critical infrastructure nodes tied to the regime’s military capabilities. Tehran remains a central focus. Approximately twenty military-industrial sites were struck, along with infrastructure at Mehrabad Airport and locations linked to Basij coordination. A senior Quds Force engineering figure, Mahdi Vafaei, was eliminated in a precision strike. His role in developing underground weapons infrastructure across Lebanon and Syria made him a key long-term asset for Iran’s regional military network. Additional strikes hit industrial targets, including steel production facilities and a site identified as supporting materials linked to Iran’s chemical weapons development pipeline. This is not a campaign aimed at symbolic damage. It is a systematic effort to dismantle Iran’s ability to produce, coordinate, and sustain war over time. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎯 IRANIAN RESPONSE AND CIVILIAN IMPACT Iran continues to launch missiles toward Israel, but at a reduced scale compared to earlier phases of the war. Limited salvos were recorded over the past 24 hours, causing injuries and localized damage. One of the most significant developments was the reported use of cluster munitions in central Israel, critically injuring a child and causing multiple casualties. At the same time, Iran appears to be adapting operationally. Rather than attempting large-scale saturation attacks, it is increasingly relying on smaller strikes, drones, and diversified targeting strategies. This does not indicate de-escalation. It reflects an effort to remain operational under sustained pressure. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌍 REGIONAL EXPANSION: THE WAR SPREADS While direct attacks on Israel have become more limited in scale, Iran is expanding the conflict across the region. In the Gulf, infrastructure in Kuwait and Bahrain was struck, including fuel storage facilities at Kuwait International Airport. Fires and damage were reported, adding to a growing pattern of attacks on energy and logistical nodes. A commercial tanker was also struck near Qatar, further extending the conflict into maritime space. These developments mark a continued shift where Iran is targeting not just Israel, but the broader economic and energy architecture of the region. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚢 THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ The strategic center of gravity in this war is now unmistakable. The Strait of Hormuz remains contested, with ongoing disruption to global shipping and energy flows. The United States is actively evaluating options to reopen and secure the waterway, including potential direct military action against Iranian coastal capabilities. At the same time, Gulf states, particularly the UAE, are pushing for a coordinated military effort to ensure the strait is reopened. However, regional positioning remains complex, with some actors balancing public caution and private pressure. Notably, the United States has signaled that it may not take long-term responsibility for securing Hormuz, instead shifting that burden to global stakeholders. The implication is clear: control of Hormuz will determine not only the outcome of the war, but its aftermath. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔥 NORTHERN AND PROXY FRONTS Iran’s proxy network remains active, but increasingly strained. In Lebanon, Israeli strikes continue to target Hezbollah leadership and infrastructure, including the reported elimination of a senior commander in Beirut. Rocket fire persists, but Israeli operations are steadily degrading launch capabilities. In Yemen, the Houthis have formally entered the fight against Israel and are likely contributing to the expanding pattern of regional attacks, including those affecting Gulf infrastructure. Across Iraq and Syria, Iranian-aligned militias remain engaged, while underlying instability continues to create openings for additional actors. This is now a multi-front conflict, but one in which Iran’s network is under pressure across every axis. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🧠 WARFARE EVOLUTION A critical and often overlooked development is the role of advanced targeting systems. Israel is employing AI-assisted capabilities to identify threats, prioritize targets, and synchronize strikes across multiple theaters in near real time. This has significantly compressed the operational cycle, allowing for rapid follow-up strikes and reduced recovery time for Iranian forces. The result is a battlefield environment where Iran has less time to act, less time to adapt, and fewer opportunities to rebuild degraded capabilities. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📊 THE BIG PICTURE The trajectory of the war is now coming into focus. The United States and Israel are executing a campaign designed to dismantle Iran’s ability to function as a coherent military actor. Iran, in response, is expanding the conflict geographically in an attempt to impose broader costs. At the same time, political signals indicate that the war is approaching a defined end state. Markets are already reacting to this expectation, with oil prices declining and global indices rising on the assumption that the conflict may soon conclude. However, the final phase carries its own risks. As Iran’s conventional capabilities degrade, its reliance on asymmetric and regional tactics is increasing. The decisive question is no longer how the war is fought day to day. It is whether the final objectives can be secured before broader escalation overtakes them. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📘 BOOK RECOMMENDATION If you want a deeper understanding of the history, narratives, and strategic realities behind this conflict: Contested Land, Uncontested Truth This book breaks down the ideological, geopolitical, and historical forces that led directly to moments like this, with clarity and evidence. 👉 If you found this report valuable, share it. Has been a while since I've given an update... so here's a breakdown of where Sappy is at right now and what we're focusing on going into this year. Pre-amble: With altcoins & NFTs the market is definitely not the same as it was before. I think this is obvious to everyone but I've noticed there are still japanese soldiers that are convinced old tricks and mechanics work. They don't. Liquidity is thin; people want to bid assets that feel like "real companies" not vacuous memecoins. There's still room for memecoins, social currencies, and "utility tokens" (I would say without these functions, tokens are hard to justify versus equities). I'm not part of the camp that thinks there will never be hyperspeculation in crypto again, because there will be; we all love ponzis and PvPing each other onchain. Just not with solved games -- people need something new and fresh. So the overarching plan is to continue building for users, sustainable revenues that aren't tied to directly to crypto, and doubling down on the areas that we've already found PMF / Brand Market Fit. Then leaning into crypto during cyclical periods where liquidity is sloshing around at an accelerated rate. Where we've found early PMF / what we're leaning into: Roblox: we're going to continue to go hard and accelerate here. It's our main objective to ship more seal/brainrot focused games across most genres to cast as wide of a net as we can for the brand, and to also iterate and see what works and stays sticky. Our initial incursion into Roblox was very successful peaking at 2M+ MAU and still sustaining a large portion of that player base... for all of its success, that was a relatively amateur first attempt; we've been setting up better AI pipelines for Roblox development that makes it reasonable to ship many more games and 10x those player counts in totality. It's my belief that Roblox is the sandbox whose audience will be the most valuable on the internet once they are grown up. That intense feeling you get when you see a TikTok referencing an old game you enjoyed on the PS2 or the Gamecube, or when you see a Pokemon card is the exact same feeling the youth of today will get when reminiscing on the things they enjoyed engaging with when they were younger. Fortnite and Roblox are functional equivalents to the old school consoles and exactly where that is taking place. Which is why as much as I care about scaling revenues through Roblox, the long term brand equity gained purely through being popular on the platform is totally invaluable. It also can heavily convert to merchandise sales today if all touchpoints for the brand are dialed in (which is why brands get overcharged so much by Roblox dev shops for the same ROI that only cost us a few thousand $). We have the playbook, it's just about iterating new concepts and then aggressively scaling. Brand Expansion & Merchandising: I've started to create a content pipeline that is easily repeatable, cost efficient (costs next to nothing through either AI or smart reusable concepts), while still being very tasteful and meeting our quality standards for the brand. We are mostly focusing here on reaching people where they're at through nostalgic/emotional content, or just being visually stimulating through carefully curated aesthetics. Content that isn't superficial and touches people in a memorable way. I've attached some examples to the post so you can see what I mean rather than just read it. I don't think it's long until larger brands start doing this at scale, but it's always good to be ahead of the curve and most importantly winning on taste -- knowing what will resonate with people and what won't has always been our edge. The purpose for these accounts is not only to rack up attention but also to begin converting those into sales of both of physicals (plushies & gacha collectibles) and digital avenues like our games, and any other apps we produce. Because they're offshoot accounts it's also a lot easier to be aggressive/experimental with said conversion strategies. Sappy Studio: I'm wrapping everything like Omnia, and everything else into this category because they're all tangentially related. Beginning with Omnia, our current focus is gearing up for Season 0 which involves players competing in the ranked ladder for a prize pool that has rewards through Monad Momentum as well as a player-funded prize pool. This season will be fairly simple with us mostly logging retention, deck building habits, as well as qualitatively observing how aggressively players push the combat system. Deeper monetization wont exist yet outside of the player buy-in (to be eligible for P2E rewards). Beyond that our overarching principle this year is to focus heavily on risk-to-earn mechanics where a portion of that excess value is circular i.e. revenues flow back to prize pools or other parts of the economy, treating the game almost like a protocol where the objective is to amass TVL or player liquidity. Social is also a big focus, and that means implementing the Open World hub which from an infrastructure perspective has already been built out and tested by all of you previously. Right now we are scaffolding the environment in 3D and working through how that hub should look and feel, so players are excited to hang out & idle together while they're queuing. For sappydotlol, what I'm about to say is still early days from a design perspective so a lot can change, but I'm pushing the site in the direction of being a virtual game console. An intersection between Nintendo & Myspace where users can play, trade, and socially interact in a way that's deeply personalised; a breathe of fresh air from the hostility of the current internet. If you go back to my thesis on Roblox above and the game console references, you can kind of see how this will all sequentially tie together. In essence, the strategy is to acquire a critical mass of players through traditional platforms like Roblox, and use that attention and trust to provide an onboarding funnel for web2 users into our own sandbox filled with a mixture of our own browser-based experiences as well as an aggregation of others. The aim is to make the platform a breath of fresh air & bunker from the enshittified platforms like TikTok/IG/X where users are actually served in ways that delight rather than agitate, and where self-expression is incentivised. Closing: As always everything here is subject to change but I've never felt more conviction in our direction until now; I know exactly what we need to do and how, with everything aligning with our team's strengths. Very excited and grinding through things to the point where I'm getting headaches and can't sleep from being hyperfocused for long periods of time lol. There probably has never been a better time to join the ecosystem from a price to fuck around and find out perspective.show more

Lads. Sit down and give me your ear a... while, for I have watched from the water long enough and the hour is upon us whether we have the stomach for it or not. You remember. Or your fathers told you, or their fathers did, and the knowledge of it is in the marrow of you whether you drew breath in those days or not. The moors in the grey hour before dawn. Wet heather soft under the boot. Peat smoke rising from a low stone chimney a mile out across the bog, thin as a prayer. A sky the colour of a gun barrel and the gulls lamenting above the headland. The smell of turf burning, and wet wool, and the ferrous tang of the sea when the wind swung around out of the Atlantic and put the taste of iron on your tongue. A man could walk that land and know every stone of it was his by inheritance, because his grandfather had broken his back upon it, and his grandfather before him, back through the generations until you reach men whose names are lost and whose bones are in the soil you are standing on. The potato fields. God be good to us, the potato fields. Lazy beds cut straight as a gunwale, the ridges black and shining after a night of rain, women bent double with creels lashed to their backs and the children at their skirts, drawing the crop up by the hand for there was never any other means devised nor wanted. Hands split open at the knuckles and never entirely healed in this life. Hunger within living memory. Grandmothers who had seen the blight with their own eyes and would not speak of it from the year of it until the day they were laid down, save that a crust was kept always on the dresser which no soul in that house was permitted to touch. Not ever. Not for any reason under heaven. And the chimney sweeps. Wee lads no heavier than a sack of meal, black to the bone with soot, their lungs ruined before they were old enough to marry and old men entirely by thirty. Up the flues at first light, the skin worn off them by the brick, eyes crimson at the rim, breathing the black in with every draw of air. And the coal miners a half mile beneath our feet, down in the wet dark, the roof of the world muttering over their heads, the canary gone silent, a man's whole existence measured out in the shilling a ton and the dust he carried home in his chest to cough up of a Sunday morning into a rag. Fathers who descended and were never hauled up again. Widows at the pit head with the shawl drawn over the head and no tears remaining in them for they had spent those long ago. That was the tariff paid to keep the hearth lit. That was the reckoning of being warm in winter in the Ireland that was. And after the labouring week, Friday evening, and a man had earned the peace of what followed. Home first. Peeled the day off him in the yard. A shower of ice cold moor river water out of a tin bucket punctured with holes, hung on a nail on the gable wall, the water running clean down the back of him and carrying the week's dust and sweat away into the drain. Scrubbed till the skin was pink beneath the grime. Clean shirt laid out by the wife. The hair combed down with a drop of water. Then, and only then, did a man set himself to the table. A meat pie from the baker, tenpence if he was known to you, a shilling and no change if he was not, put down upon a proper plate. Fish and chips for threepence, the salt and vinegar soaked through the newspaper, but carried home and ate slowly at your own table with your people around you, not walked with through the streets like some vagrant tinker off the road. A man ate as a man who had earned his portion, for he had. And later, with the dishes cleared and the kettle set, down the road to the tavern. Low beams black with a century of smoke. A turf fire muttering in the grate. The air thick with pipe smoke and the vapour of wet overcoats steaming themselves dry on the backs of chairs. A pint of stout, cold and black as a cove at midnight, elevenpence laid down on the counter, a head on it thick enough to strike a match upon. A second one because you had it coming to you and no man present would dispute it. A fiddle starting up in the corner of its own accord. The old men in the snug who remembered matters the history books had long since mislaid. A song before the bolt was thrown on the door. The walk home beneath a firmament crowded with stars, the stout warm in the gut of you, the week behind you, and your own door waiting with the latch unlocked for you had no enemies in that parish. That was the country. That was the covenant. Honest labour, plain food, a cold wash, a hot meal, a cold pint, your own tongue in your own mouth, your own soil beneath your boots, and no man standing above you save the Almighty Himself. Now regard her. Regard her close. The fields disposed of to men who have never set foot upon them and never shall. The harbours signed away by the stroke of a pen in a room you were not admitted to, and foreign keels dragging out of our waters the living that sustained this island for a thousand years, while our own boats rot at their moorings for want of a quota. The tradesmen undercut by imported labour and imported goods. The shops shuttered along every main street from Donegal to Cork. The young ones scattered to London and Sydney and Boston and the Gulf because there is nothing remaining for them beneath their own roof. And the entirety of this rotten arrangement dressed up in the soft mannerly language of progress by men in towers of glass who could not tell a lazy bed from a grave, nor a trawler from a tugboat, nor an honest day's work from a pension plan. And now they arrive with the next imposition. A digital identity. A number assigned to each soul. A card required to buy your bread. A code required to draw your own earnings out of your own account. A file kept on every man, woman and child from the cradle forward. Permission asked to move. Permission asked to speak. Permission asked to earn. A levy upon every breath drawn and a regulation upon every step taken. No. And no again. And no for a third time so there is no misunderstanding of it. We do not require your digital identity. We did not request it. We did not vote upon it. We do not consent to it. We do not need your permission to exist upon the soil our forefathers are buried in. We are a free people. We have carried ourselves this far upon our own two backs. Through famine and empire and civil war and black lung and blight and the emigrant ship out of Cobh, we have come this distance under our own steam, and the arrangement appears to be serving us well enough without your intervention. We buried our own. We fed our own. We raised our own roofs and took our own fish and reared our own children in our own tongue. We are in your debt for nothing. Not a signature. Not a biometric scan. Not a single solitary inch. And while we are upon the subject, let us speak plainly of the tax man, for he has gone too long without proper introduction. The tax collector and the tax man are the one article under two names, and the article is a parasite. There is no dressing it up finer than that. A man who produces nothing, who grows nothing, who catches nothing, who builds nothing, who mends nothing, who has never in his professional life lifted anything heavier than a pen, and who arrives at your door with the full apparatus of the state at his back to carry off the fruits of labour he did not perform. He is a middleman between your sweat and some scheme dreamt up in a committee room by his own kind, and the great majority of what he takes is consumed by the machinery of the taking itself before ever a penny of it reaches the road or the hospital or the schoolhouse he claims to be funding. And I will go further while I have the floor. Finance itself, the whole apparatus of it, money breeding money in the dark without a hand laid upon a tool or a spade turned in the earth, is slavery dressed in a good suit. It is the oldest swindle known to man and it has never been anything other. A man who produces nothing yet lives off the productive labour of others through the charging of interest upon money conjured out of nothing is a parasite of a rarer and more refined order than the tax man, but a parasite all the same, and between the pair of them they have the working people of this island bled white and lectured at for the pleasure. A man who will not work with his hands, nor with his back, nor with his mind at some honest problem of the real physical world, is no man that I recognise. He is a ledger entry in a suit. The country was not built by ledger entries. The country was built by farmers and fishermen and masons and smiths and sweeps and miners and shipwrights and midwives and mothers, and those are the people whose say should carry in her councils, and no other. Here is what I put to you. Let each man and woman of this island direct the first tenth of their earnings themselves, by their own judgement, to the purpose they see as worthy. The school down the road. The lifeboat station. The hospice. The widow on the corner. The roof of the chapel. The harbour wall. Whatever it may be. Let the people who earned the money decide where the money travels. You will find the roads mended and the ports dredged and the schools standing and the old ones cared for inside of five years, and done better and for less, because the hand that earned the coin knows the weight of it and will not squander it upon consultants and committees. And let us have done with the paper currency and the numbers in a screen that can be frozen at the whim of a clerk in a tower. Bring back the coin. Gold for the great transactions. Silver for the weekly commerce of a working life. Copper for the small change of the day. Metal you can bite. Metal you can weigh. Metal that cannot be conjured out of nothing by a keystroke, nor erased out of existence by another. Real money for real labour. A coin in the hand is a free man's wage. A number in a database is a collar around a free man's neck, and they are fitting that collar now while we stand arguing over the colour of it. Feel it in your gut. That is not nothing. That is your blood relating to you what your ears will not hear. That is every forebear who starved and fought and coughed the black dust into a rag and descended the shaft regardless, standing at your shoulder and saying no further. Not one more field. Not one more harbour. Not one more son upon a plane. Not one more free man converted into a number in a ledger for the convenience of the parasites. This is the hour. Make no error about it. Ireland is redeemed in this generation or she is lost beyond recovery, and every true son and daughter of her knows it in the marrow. There is no middle ground remaining. There is no waiting it out. There is standing now, upon your own two feet, or there is watching her go under the waves for the last and final time. So stand. Stand with your farmers. Stand with your fishermen. Stand with your tradesmen and your miners and your sweeps and your mothers and your old ones. Raise the tricolour. Speak the tongue. Walk the land. Hold the line in the streets of every town and city and do not break it, for they are relying upon you to break and to go home and to forget by Tuesday. She is calling her children home. Every stone of her, every breaker on her western shore, every acre of wet heather and every coal in every hearth the length and breadth of her is calling. Answer her. Take her back. Every field, every harbour, every last inch of her. Take her back, or lose her entirely. There is no third road open to us.show more

🚨 It’s 1:00 a.m. in Iran. Here are my... 15 key observations from Day 12 of nationwide protests [January 8]: 1️⃣ The largest anti-regime protests of the Islamic Republic’s 47-year history unfolded on Day 12. When aggregated nationwide, turnout reached multi-million levels. 2️⃣ Since the unrest began, protests have been reported in at least 111 cities across all 31 provinces, underscoring the truly national scope of the uprising. 3️⃣ Today’s protests followed the first-ever direct call by Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, scheduled for 8:00 p.m. The response was widespread and visible across major cities. 4️⃣ Another nationwide call has already been issued for tomorrow at 8:00 p.m. Observers say the movement still has room to grow. 5️⃣ Analysts argue that the success of today’s call and dominant street slogans have effectively solidified Reza Pahlavi’s position as the central figure of the protests. 6️⃣ One of tonight’s largest demonstrations took place in Mashhad, Khamenei’s hometown and a city tightly controlled by his inner circle—a major symbolic blow. 7️⃣ In Tehran, protests expanded into more affluent neighborhoods like Vanak for the first time. Drivers joined in with continuous honking, while bazaar merchants went on strike in around 50 cities nationwide. 8️⃣ Student protests have erupted at 36 universities so far, with openly anti-regime slogans—an important escalation across generations. 9️⃣ Iranian human rights groups report at least 45 protesters killed, including 8 children, and hundreds injured. Yesterday alone saw 13 deaths, making it one of the bloodiest days so far. 🔟 Calls are growing—by both Iranian and non-Iranian activists—for world leaders to engage directly with Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, including renewed attention to a potential meeting with Donald Trump and the provision of resources to help him better lead the uprising. 11. Trump, in a recent interview, reiterated warnings to the regime and said of Pahlavi: “I’ve watched him, he seems like a nice person—but I’m not sure this is the right moment, as president, to do something like that.” 12. State media, while forced to acknowledge unrest, are pushing a narrative of “small crowds” and emphasizing alleged attacks on security forces—a pattern analysts warn may signal preparation for harsher repression. 13. Meanwhile, rare pro-regime gatherings were staged, alongside headlines declaring “the defeat of counter-revolutionaries”—widely seen as damage control. 14. Social media (Instagram) ahead of protests showed unprecedented public coordination and solidarity: shop closures announced in advance, emotional farewell messages, and strong virtual participation even from those unable to attend. 15. Outlook: Protests are expected to continue in the coming days—especially tomorrow. The movement’s success will hinge on the public’s ability to neutralize the Islamic Republic’s repressive apparatus. So far, the regime appears not to have deployed its full coercive capacity, relying instead on mass arrests and widespread injuries. If protests advance to the point of overrunning security and state institutions, the regime may resort to large-scale lethal violence. The role of Israel and the United States is crucial to the success of the protests. So far, there are no clear signs that the regime’s repressive apparatus is cracking.show more
