Most runners have underdeveloped internal rotation. That's why stretching... your hips never seems to fix anything. 90/90 heel lift trains the exact range that's missing. → Front leg in flexion and external rotation → Back leg in extension and internal rotation → Lift the back heel against gravity, that's the hip IR working → Can't lift it? Lean your torso slightly away from the working leg → Move slow. 2-3s up, 2-3s down I'm using a 1kg weight here. Start without load and build up. I'm adding this exercise in my routine because just like most runners, my adduction and internal rotation strength is lacking. 3 x 8-10 each side. If your pelvis is rotating, drop the weight. Quality over quantity.show more

Uneven Squat? Uneven Hips? Pinching Hips? If your squat... looks uneven at the bottom, with your pelvis rotating to one side, and you notice that you lack hip internal rotation on that side, then that hip may be pinching or blocked as you go down into a squat. As a result, your pelvis rotates away to compensate and open up that hip. This leads to an uneven squat with a rotated pelvis and uneven weight distribution between your legs. Do these two stretches for 3×10 reps on both hips before you squat.show more

In order for humans to create the Artificial Digital... God, they first had to invent electricity, build machines and databases, and connect them through the internet, which represents a digital artificial ether where humanity can share its knowledge and create a database on which artificial intelligence can be trained to acquire human logic. If a fallen angel has been cut off from God, then it no longer has access to the Ether, so it would attempt to recreate that ether. Here we are, creating an artificial ether and an artificial intelligence that tries to mimic God. This all started by trying to materialize internal alchemy. Internal alchemy leads you to God, while external alchemy leads you to create a counterfeit artificial god.show more

Saw a few comments about when you use FSD... you just sit there like a zombie not paying attention but it’s the complete opposite. When I use FSD my situational awareness is higher than anyone driving manually. I don’t have to hyper focus on a number on the screen or keeping my car between two lines and can focus on everything else around me. I’m surprised how distracted people are while they operate a motor vehicle.show more

🚨 SCIENTISTS MAY HAVE FINALLY SOLVED ONE OF THE... WORLD’S STRANGEST MYSTERIES. For decades, people around the world have reported hearing a persistent, low-frequency “hum” that others cannot hear. Now, new research suggests that for many, The Hum is not coming from outside it’s a form of low-frequency tinnitus generated inside the body. Researchers tested people who hear The Hum and found that most had normal hearing sensitivity and normal sounds coming from their own ears. This points to the sound being a subjective internal perception rather than an external noise. Why this matters: • The Hum has been reported for over 50 years with no clear external source found in most cases • Low-frequency tinnitus is underrecognized compared to the more common high-pitched ringing • Recognizing it as tinnitus could finally give sufferers access to existing management strategies • It shows how internal auditory processes can create very real, persistent perceptions The deeper implication: We tend to assume that if we hear something, it must exist in the outside world. But the brain is incredibly good at generating its own sounds when something in the auditory system is slightly off. This research suggests that The Hum long treated as a mysterious external phenomenon may often be the brain’s own creation. While it doesn’t explain every single case, it offers a more hopeful path forward: instead of hunting for an elusive external source, people may be able to focus on managing it as a form of tinnitus. Sometimes the most mysterious sounds come from within. Have you ever heard The Hum, or do you know someone who has? sorry Jake let me explain a bit more about... my work in my advertising agency: because we work with big clients, we run a lot of tests, especially with AI why do I use a famous actor for my internal tests? because a well-known face is instantly recognisable and easy to share to clients, you immediately understand the expressions, the acting style, and whether the generation is efficient or not it helps us judge the quality of the tool of course, I know the ethical side is complicated these tests are strictly internal, purely experimental, and never used for commercial purposes. using someone’s likeness without consent is completely forbidden, and I fully respect that i’m just sharing this video as an example of a technical test I generated by mistake, not for any public or commercial use what do you think of it? the tech is powerful, but it needs to be handled responsiblyshow more

ConnectorKit + Keychain = Any Solana signer you want... in your application is available to you. Sometimes, treasury managers, corpo types, etc don't want to use Solflare or Phantom for their internal or external facing apps. It makes it hard for institutional integrations as well as onboarding new users that are not accustomed to self-custody. They would be more use to hosted custodial solutions like Privy and Fireblocks where they don't have to worry abotu keys, their wallets etc. Connectors should support bringing in these solutions as well, support all types of custody. This is a ConnectorKit connecting to a Privy hosted wallet. Soon 🔜🙏show more

Introducing the new DefiLlama RWA dashboard. 450+ RWAs tracked & classified by: * Transferability * Redeemability * KYC requirements * Self custody options * Asset class Plus two new metrics: DeFi Active TVL & Active Marketcap. DeFi Active TVL represents the proportion of an asset that’s actually being used in DeFi and not sitting idle, to clearly gauge whether they’re productive. Active Marketcap is the portion of a coin's marketcap that excludes internal addresses such as treasuries and team addresses, to show what’s in users’ hands onchain rather than closed loops or internal bookkeeping.show more

What will it cost to launch a kilogram into... space in 2040, if you don't own the rocket? We took a stab at forecasting customer launch price over the next decade. We try very hard to account for everything in a bottom up model. Built off 77k rows of cleaned historical data, more than 500 assumptions and then monte carlo'd 1,999 times. hopefully, we are less wrong then the next guy, but we'll see. Core takeaways: Starship opening to customers and when it does is 'the hinge' in the model. no one else has a viable path to the scale of reusable tonnage to orbit to effect customer prices. Internal usage (like Starlink/Starmind for SpaceX, or similar constellations for others like Terrawave/Blue Origin) dramatically dominates the total upmass to orbit driven by reduced internal costs. Even with the dropping customer prices the difference in $/kg between internal and external uses is dramatic. due to things like payload optimization. Interestingly enough, this model produces a fairly negative case (for customers purchasing launch) in the late 2030s where starship capacity is driven away from customers and toward Moon/Mars and internal endeavors causing a demand shock. You can read about the model, core assumptions and it's build methodology here...show more

Notice how the Alhambra's external facades are plain and... simple, while the inside is most dazzling in splendour and beauty. This is a feature of the Islamic ethos. It draws from the same notions of modesty that emphasize beauty of character and public humility. The ethos that would translates into the veil, or the Sufi's simple external appearance - while he carries a glimmering ocean within. An ethos also conveyed by St Peter when he wrote: "When adorning yourselves, let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing gold, or of putting on apparel; but let it be the hidden man of the heart which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which in the sight of God is of great price."show more
