Trump Spans the Decades Like a Time Traveler Trump... posted two images — a young Donald rocking the pink “Trump 2028 SAVE AMERICA” hat, and another of him standing next to JFK at the White House. In this AI version he doesn’t hold back: “All I have to do is post images of myself and the media will report on it. I can post anything. This proves why the media is fake news and the enemy of the people.” Then JFK steps in with the ultimate endorsement: “I officially endorse you, Donald J. Trump, to be President of the United States for as long as you keep making America great.” (Video: AI) The man still runs circles around everyone else when it comes to staying interesting.show more

🚨 Revolut CEO Nik Storonsky just put a timeline... on one of Europe’s most anticipated IPOs: 👉 “At least 2 years away” (target ~2028) That’s a clear signal: ► not happening in 2026 ► not happening in 2027 ► but very much on the roadmap Why delay? Because Revolut is playing a different game: → As a bank, trust matters more than timing → Public markets = credibility boost → But only when the business is fully ready And they’re using that time strategically: • Latest valuation: $75B (up from $45B in 1 year) • Ongoing secondary share sales to give liquidity (without IPO) • US banking license in progress (key unlock 🇺🇸) • Continued global expansion What this really means: Revolut doesn’t need an IPO right now. They’re building: 👉 scale 👉 licenses 👉 trust Before stepping into public markets. When it happens, this won’t be just another listing. It could be Europe’s biggest FinTech IPO ever. 📷 Source: A Bloomberg interview with David M Rubenstein for an upcoming episode of The David Rubenstein Show: Peer to Peer Conversations:show more

WEIRD 🤨 Candace Owens SCIENTOLOGIST backer/handler John Mappin is... getting protected from being called out‼️ Jimmy Dore had Kurt Metzger on his show to discuss Candace’s TPUSA conspiracies when suddenly something went wrong… Kurt went OFF SCRIPT and mentioned he who must not be named… John Mappin !!! Watch Jimmy Dore immediately PANIC as he takes Kurt Metzger off the screen and quickly tries to change the suspect. Why did he react that way? Because John Mappin is most likely funding a lot of these podcasters who are attacking TPUSA and Erika Kirk. John was caught trying to send a “donation” to one of Candace’s “influencer” buddies right here on X not that long ago. He plays a BIGGER role in this than most people realize. Have you ever seen The Wizard Of Oz? John Mappin is the man behind the curtain.show more

This video of Snoop Dogg is going viral after... he told viewers not to vote for Donald Trump, in an expletive-laden statement. A few things I need to point out: 1) Even though this video is suddenly trending this morning on multiple social platforms, it is OLD. In fact this video was created over 4 years ago in 2019 amidst a partial government shutdown as Trump was president. Snoop was talking about re-electing him in 2020, not 2024. 2) He has every right to express his opinion here, just like you have every right to push back. I would have avoided the expletives, but in general I still agree with him that Trump in 2020 or 2024 would be a disaster. Why would be elect the man who added more to our national debt in 4 years than any president in history, if we are all so worried about our national debt & inflation?show more

Another day. Another racist death threat via voicemail. A... triggered white man called my church and declared, “Time to toe tag a n*gger preacher who doesn’t know a f*cking thing about Jesus.” Let’s be clear about what that means. A toe tag is placed on a corpse in the morgue. This wasn’t political disagreement. This wasn’t theological debate. It was a death threat. Why was he offended? I posted a depiction of Jesus as a Black man. The same people who lecture everyone about “Christian love,” “religious liberty,” and “ending hate” are often the first to resort to racist slurs and violent threats when their mythology is challenged. If your faith is so fragile that a picture of a dark-skinned Jesus drives you to threaten murder, the problem isn’t the picture, it’s the wickedness in your heart. I’ve reported this threat to the FBI. The current administration has repeatedly said it will vigorously investigate threats against churches and violations of religious liberty. We’ll see whether those promises apply when the target is a Black pastor and the person making the threat is one of their own. Let me make one thing perfectly clear: I will not be intimidated. I will not be silenced. I will not stop preaching the Gospel. And I certainly will not stop exposing the sickness of racism that continues to masquerade as Christianity. Jesus wasn’t threatened because He preached comfort. He was threatened because He challenged the system. Some things never change.show more

The apartment across the courtyard had been empty for... nearly a week before anyone noticed the dog. Moving trucks had come and gone over the weekend. Furniture disappeared. The lights stayed off. Management assumed the tenants had simply finished their lease. But every evening, just after sunset, a small white-and-tan Jack Russell Terrier would appear outside the apartment door. He never wandered far. He would lie on the worn welcome mat for hours, lifting his head every time footsteps echoed down the hallway. Whenever the elevator doors opened, his tail would twitch with hope before slowly falling again as another stranger walked past. Most neighbors thought someone would come back for him. No one did. By the fifth day, his bark had changed. It wasn't loud or aggressive. It was quiet, almost pleading, as though he believed if he called often enough, the people he loved might hear him. I couldn't stop thinking about him. Each morning before work, he was there. Each night when I came home, he was still waiting. A maintenance worker finally confirmed what everyone had begun to suspect. The previous tenants had left without taking the dog. No emergency contact. No forwarding address. Nothing. That evening, I carried a bowl of fresh water into the hallway. The little dog didn't move toward it. He simply stared at the apartment door. I placed a blanket nearby and sat several feet away, saying nothing. Nearly an hour passed before he cautiously walked over, drank a few mouthfuls of water, then returned to the same spot outside the empty apartment. The next morning, heavy rain swept through the city. Water blew into the open-air corridor, soaking the doormat where he had spent every night. I couldn't leave him there any longer. When I gently reached toward him, he didn't resist. He was lighter than I expected. Far too light. Inside my apartment, he immediately searched every room before curling into the corner beside my bookshelf. He ignored the expensive dog food I bought that afternoon. He ignored treats. He ignored toys. Even when I sat beside him, he kept his eyes fixed on the front door, listening for footsteps that never came. The veterinarian examined him the following day. Physically, he wasn't seriously ill. He was dehydrated, underweight, and carrying several untreated ear infections, but none of it explained why he refused to eat. The veterinarian sighed softly. "His body can recover," she told me. "It's his heart I'm worried about." She explained that some dogs experience profound emotional distress after sudden separation from the people they've bonded with. They stop eating, withdraw from interaction, and seem to lose interest in everything around them. Healing takes patience. Not days. Sometimes weeks. So I changed my routine. Instead of trying to convince him to play, I simply shared the room with him. While reading, I sat on the floor nearby. While working on my laptop, I left it beside his blanket. At night, I spoke quietly to him about completely ordinary things, not because I thought he understood every word, but because silence had probably become frightening. For nearly a week, nothing seemed different. Then one morning, as I prepared breakfast, I noticed him watching me from the hallway instead of hiding. It wasn't much. But it was the first time he'd shown curiosity. Later that afternoon, when I walked into another room, I heard the faint clicking of little paws behind me. He had followed. Only a few steps. Then he stopped. The following evening, I offered him a small piece of boiled chicken. Instead of turning away, he sniffed it carefully before taking the tiniest bite. I smiled so hard my face hurt. It wasn't about the food. It was the decision behind it. For the first time since I'd met him, he had chosen tomorrow. Little victories followed. He started greeting me at the door after work. He discovered that tennis balls were worth chasing. He claimed the sunny patch beside the living room window as his favorite afternoon nap spot. One night, while I watched television, I felt something warm against my leg. He had quietly climbed onto the couch and rested his head against me. No hesitation. No fear. Just trust. The veterinarian noticed the change immediately during his next checkup. "Look at him now," she said, smiling as his tail wagged across the exam room floor. "That's a completely different little dog." I decided to call him Chance. Not because life had given him a second chance. Because he had given one to me as well. It's been almost a year now. Every evening, he still walks to the apartment door before bedtime. He stands there for a few seconds, listening to the quiet hallway. Then he turns around, trots back into our home, curls up beside me, and falls asleep without looking back. Sometimes healing isn't about forgetting where you've been. Sometimes it's simply discovering that someone stayed long enough to help you believe in home again.show more

Yet another unglued Trump rally in Potterville, Michigan today... that the media won’t cover. Let’s recap it: Donald showed up an hour and 27 minutes late. The workers in the crowd were using their “drill baby drill” signs to fan themselves because they were so hot. Even the news anchors were whining about the heat. A few days after he said that mortagages have gone up “four times,” he now claims they’ve “trippled.” He can’t even keep his lie straight. He had trouble saying “mortgage,” “seen,” “posthumously,” “industry,” and “comrade." He’s crying about Biden sleeping in public on the beach. He’s obsessed with Biden. He’s also not one to talk since he slept through his criminal trial. He said he just did an interview with NBC News backstage. Explains why he was late. He’d rather get airtime than show up on time to his rally while people were overheating. He talked about abortions after birth multiple times. Bro is so disgusting with this lie. He says nobody knows who VP Harris is. Yet he's talking about her. He again proves he doesn’t understand that “Marxism” and “Communism” are different. He claimed the “polls are rigged.” They’re only rigged when he’s losing. He’s cringing that Harris is refusing to sit down for an interview. She already did. It’s airing tonight. He claims “thousands of people” are there. No, they’re not. He ooohs and goos over a “beautiful young daughter” in the crowd. GROSS. 🤮 He calls the United Auto Workers “crazy.” That’s gonna go great for him. 🍿 He claimed we won’t be making cars in the US in 2 years. He’s claiming the reason why he lost Michigan is because “Democrats cheat.” Mkay, old man. All those lawsuits said that’s fake news. He claims that he shouldn't be talking about the building that he owns in San Franscisco. He then says he lost billions of dollars on it. He’s fear mongering about WW3 for about the 2304048th time in 10 years. He’s crying about Democrats talking about him when all he does is whine about Democrats. Stable genius in action. 🙄 He implies he’s being treated worse than Abraham Lincoln, who was killed. OMG. Once again he’s saying that the Presidential Medal of Freedom is better than the Medal of Honor given to our troops. His constant disrespect and contempt for our military is disgusting. He’s pushing the Wuhan lab conspiracy theory again. He’s bragging about his tarriffs saying that he saved jobs by placing tarrifs on China. Not true. He lost jobs, people committeed suicide as a result, and it crushed our economy. He thinks energy prices are called “electrical prices.” He claimed there’s only one oil refinery in the world. Bro’s mind is mashed potatoes. He said “we’re closing down all our plants” and won’t have enough electricity for anything anymore. He said we’re going to have to replace every bridge and all of the roads in the country because how heavy electric batteries are. FFS. I’m pretty sure he said “pork” instead of “torque.” I’m snort laughing. He immediately says other people “are deranged.” Methinks he’s projecting again. His face looks like it’s melting off. Imagine Rudy Giuliani’s hair dye but on Donald’s face. It's bad. He read his name out loud on the teleprompter, “under President Trump.” HAHAHA! He’s back to whining about VP Harris not doing an interview. He knows it’s already been recorded. He thinks that “no tax on tips” will help our retired seniors. Sure, bro. I'm sure 90 year-olds are really gonna be helped by that. He claimed he's gonna make insurance companies pay for IVF (these procedures cost upwards of $50k). I’m pretty sure he’s a) lying b) going to lose some donors over this. He claims he was right about everything. Uh…someone put this guy in a nursing home. He’s delusional. He says VP Harris "doesn’t care about sex slavery” when she literally created a department in California to tackle it. He said she doesn’t care about the cost of food, but he’s also whining about her talking about wanting to go after companies who price gouge. He said nobody wanted Bernie Sanders to be president, not true. I voted for him in the primaries back when. He called Elizabeth Warren “Pocahontas” multiple times. He lied and says that states are deciding whether or not to give sex changes to kids. He calls VP Harris “uncaring.” Hilarious coming from a man who made these people wait for almost 30 minutes in the heat while he did an interview. He’s lying about the incident at Arlington National Cemetery and says that he “doesn’t need the publicity.” He claimed that she failed to prosecute “pedophiles and child abusers” when she was a prosecutor and the AG. Again, she literally created a department to do that. He said she never went to the border. Then he said she went to a place on the border where people would want to have dinner. She said she didn’t speak to anyone when she was there. There’s literally video of her talking to people and touring the border multiple times. He said “I have your back, I have your heart, I have every part of your body.” WHAT THE ACTUAL EFF?!?!?!?!? He may be Hannibal Lecter. He claims that "thougands and thousands" of people, “as far as the eye can see” outside of his tiny little rally. He’s hallucinating, and lying again. He tried to do an accent of a Russian and it sounded like he was plugging his nose. He’s whining about “Critical Race Theory.” I thought MAGA forgot about that. He’s lying again about the biologically female Algerian boxer in the Olympics and called her a man and “a horse.” I hate this man. He’s trying to tell us what’s “demeaning to women.” Not letting us choose what to do with our own bodies is the epitome of “demeaning.” He claims Republicans “love women.” I nearly vomited. He’s crying about President Biden again. He really misses him. He blames COVID for projects he didn’t complete, despite having over 3 years to complete them prior to the pandemic. The last thing he said is that he hopes people vote for him, otherwise “our country is finished.” Gotta love those dog whistles. - Another message for the media: DO YOUR DAMN JOBS AND COVER THIS MAN’S UNHINGED RANTS AND CONSTANT LIES AT HIS RALLIES!!!!!show more

When an abandoned Pit Bull turned its face to... the wall every time a family stopped at its kennel, and I learned why, it broke something quiet in me. By the twelfth family, people at Briar County Animal Rescue had stopped calling it a coincidence. They called him rude. Or damaged. Or one of those dogs who “just doesn’t want people.” He was a stocky brown-and-white Pit Bull, maybe four years old, with a broad head, one torn ear, and the kind of stillness that made strangers uneasy because it looked too deliberate to be fear. His shelter card said Male. Neutered. Good health. Found abandoned near county road. His intake photo showed him staring directly into the camera, eyes amber and alert, ribs just faintly visible beneath short fur. But by the time families came to meet him, that dog from the photo had vanished. The kennel door would rattle. A child would point. A mother would bend down and say in the bright, hopeful voice people use when they want love to happen on schedule, “Look at this sweet boy.” And the Pit Bull would turn around. Not slowly. Not shyly. Decisively. He would walk to the back wall, sit with his shoulders squared, and face the cinder block as if the people standing ten feet behind him had already become a memory he preferred not to keep. The reaction was always the same. At first, confusion. Then awkward laughter. Then disappointment, which in shelters hardens quickly into judgment because there is always another kennel, another dog, another chance to be chosen without being made uncomfortable first. One man muttered that the dog was mean. A teenage boy said it looked ungrateful. A woman in a camel coat whispered to the volunteer beside her, “Why would anyone adopt a dog that won’t even look at you?” The volunteer had no answer. Neither did Kayla Moreno, the shelter’s adoption coordinator, though she tried. Kayla was thirty-one, compact, sharp-eyed, and the sort of woman who kept spare leashes looped over one arm and dog treats in every jacket pocket she owned. She had seen fear biters, shut-down seniors, clingy owner surrenders, and wild strays who mistook affection for a trap. But this was different. This dog did not panic. He did not bark. He did not tremble or lunge or cower. He simply refused to participate in hope. That made people angrier than open aggression ever could. By the end of the week, the Pit Bull had become a small ugly legend inside the shelter. Staff called him Winston because every dog needed a name, but visitors started referring to him as “the one who turns away.” Children lost interest in under a minute. Adults shrugged and moved on. A rescue partner declined to pull him because dogs with “poor kennel presentation” did badly in foster pipelines. One older volunteer, tired and not unkind, said what several others had already begun to suspect. “Maybe he just doesn’t deserve a home if he keeps doing this.” Kayla hated the sentence the moment it landed, but what unsettled her more was that part of her was starting to resent him too. Twelve families. Twelve chances. Twelve times he had chosen a wall over a hand reaching for him. Then one night, after the shelter closed and the last mop bucket had been rolled away, Kayla pulled up the security footage on a hunch she could not explain. And what she saw after midnight changed the whole story.show more

I’m here only because I have a visceral reaction... to misinformation….Jessica Machado Apparently there’s some confusion as to why people are pissed. People aren’t pissed because J7 trashed Baker on your show. People aren’t pissed because you said you don’t like Baker. People aren’t pissed because you made jokes about Baker sticking his dick into a fleshlight. People are pissed about how you responded to Baker’s 4Loco live where he told the real story behind the sex toy gift package. Baker explained that he and J7 had a sexting flirtation for a couple weeks but after he started seeing some red flags in her behavior he cut things off. J7 doesn’t handle rejection very well so she went off the rails and started blowing up his phone constantly. She even tracked down his danish phone number after he had blocked her on everything else. It was then that she sent him that package of sex toys. That is scary and weird as fuck. We all know damn well that if a woman had cut off contact and blocked a man who wouldn’t leave her alone and that man then sent her a box of sex toys we all would be horrified. Baker also talked about the abuse he went through with his ex-wife and it was fucking heartbreaking. In response to alla this you did not say something like “Fuck man I’m sorry. I didn’t know the whole story so while I still think you’re an asshole I apologize for making fun of the sex toy stuff.” Instead you doubled down by saying that he “preys on women”, he has “severe issues with women”, he “played the victim”, implied that he is lying about all of this because you’ve “seen all of the text messages” and you “know things that we don’t”. That is why people are pissed. And yes, you are taking way more heat from Baker and everyone else than J7 is but that’s because we all agree that J7 is crazy and you’re not crazy so we expect more from you than we do from the crazy lady. Also, nobody thought that you were talking about Baker being a predator when you were actually talking about J7 and Proctor being predators. That’s why none of us were posting that clip in an effort to try prove that you called Baker a predator. It seems that a couple of the bunnies just found you saying the word “predator” on a livestream and assumed that we’re all idiots who lack basic listening comprehension skills. Then you took it and ran with it even tho that explanation made absolutely no sense. And yes, I fucking hate alla this. There are only like 8 people who are thrilled that this whole shitshow happened. The rest of us are pissed, disappointed, and sick about it.show more

‼️ EXCLUSIVE ‼️ I have uncovered old social media... posts with Casey Means, MD’s old X social media handle “DrCaseysKitchen” tagged, in which she was celebrated on 2/22/2021 for getting her COVID 19 vaccine LIVE on Clubhouse. The new Trump nominee for US Surgeon General took the COVID JAB, so how can she be a representative for MAHA? How can you be MAHA when the original MAHA movement was created by parents of vaccine injured children, and then reignited by people who were anti-COVID vaccine? It looks like Casey Means, MD is pretending to be someone she isn’t. Why did she change her social media handle? She doesn’t even have an active medical license, yet she’s portraying herself as an MD. That is highly unethical. How can Robert F. Kennedy Jr endorse a woman to be US Surgeon General who wasn’t smart enough to read the vaccine insert to see that the COVID vaccine was still being studied and was only approved for “emergency use authorization” (EUA). Casey Means is another MAHA grifter. Her nomination should be REVOKED. See screen recorded evidence below 👇🏻show more

Breaking news 🗞️ 🚨 Tesla just quietly solved a... problem in Australia. The Model X is gone from our market. But the new Model Y L Premium AWD might actually be the closest thing we have to a replacement. And honestly… it makes a lot of sense. ⚡ Tesla Model Y L – Key Specs • 0–100 km/h: ~5.0 sec • Range: ~681 km WLTP • Top speed: 201 km/h • Seating: 6 adults • Supercharging: 250 kW • ~288 km added in 15 min 💰 Australian pricing (before on-road costs) Model Y Long Range AWD → $68,900 Model Y L Premium AWD → ~$74,900 So for roughly $6k more, you get: ✔ 3 rows ✔ 6 seats ✔ Much larger cabin ✔ ~400L extra cargo capacity ✔ Longer wheelbase ✔ Even more range 📊 Quick comparison Model Y Long Range AWD • 5 seats • ~600 km range • 0–100 km/h: 4.8 sec • $68,900 Model Y L Premium AWD • 6 seats • ~681 km range • 0–100 km/h: 5.0 sec • ~$74,900 So performance drops slightly, but practicality goes way up. 🇦🇺 Why this matters in Australia Since Tesla stopped selling the Model X locally, there has been a real gap in the lineup for larger families. The Model Y L doesn’t completely replace the X. You lose things like: ❌ Adaptive air suspension ❌ Driver instrument cluster ❌ Falcon Wing doors ❌ Some luxury interior touches But you still get: ✔ Tesla software ecosystem ✔ Supercharger network ✔ Massive range ✔ Practical 3-row seating And at a much lower price than a Model X ever was. 👨👩👧👦 Who this is perfect for • Growing families • Current Model Y owners needing more space • Former Model X buyers • Anyone considering EV9 / EX90 but wanting Tesla’s ecosystem Personally, as a Model X owner, this is the first Tesla sold in Australia that actually feels like a realistic successor. I’m seriously considering replacing my Model X with the Model Y L, possibly around the end of Q2 or mid-Q3 this year. Not a perfect Model X replacement. But for Australia right now? This might be Tesla’s smartest family vehicle yet. ⚡🇦🇺 ORDER NOW : Tesla Australia & New Zealand Tesla AIshow more

Roscoe had been waiting beside that front door every... afternoon for almost nine years. He knew the sound of Frank Miller’s mail truck, the squeak of its brakes, and the two quick taps Frank always gave the brass mailbox before walking up the porch. Frank never hurried past the house, even on busy days. He would hand over the mail, scratch the boxer under the chin, and pull a broken dog biscuit from his jacket pocket. Roscoe usually heard him before anyone inside did. Then Frank’s route changed without warning. For the first few days, Roscoe still ran to the porch when another truck turned onto the street. He would sit up straight, watch the sidewalk, and wait for the familiar man in the faded blue cap. When someone else came up the path, his tail would slow and he would look past them toward the road. The new carrier, Teresa, had worked with Frank for years. She knew about the illness that had taken him off the route, and she knew he had died before getting the chance to say goodbye to many of the people he saw every week. She also knew about Roscoe. Frank had talked about the boxer at the little white house more than once. He called him his most dependable customer because Roscoe was waiting in every kind of weather, even when the mailbox was empty. Weeks passed, but the routine at the house never changed. Roscoe still took his place near the door each afternoon, and Teresa started noticing that he never watched her hands or the mail. His attention stayed on the street behind her. One day, she stopped before reaching the porch. Roscoe had been looking back through the glass door, but the sound of her steps made him turn quickly. Teresa walked closer and asked, “You were waiting for Frank again, weren’t you?” Roscoe stood and came toward her slowly. When she lowered herself beside him, he leaned his gray muzzle against her shoulder and stayed there. “I know, sweetheart,” she whispered as she rubbed his neck. “I miss him too.” After that, Roscoe still watched the road, but he also began meeting Teresa halfway down the porch. She never tried to replace Frank, and maybe that was why the dog eventually made room for her. Do you think Roscoe understood why Frank stopped coming, or was he still waiting for those same footsteps?show more

Happy 5th Anniversary to Everyone ❤️ Since the birth... of our NFSC, we’ve walked a powerful path through storms and sunshine and Mr. Miles Guo didn’t just help us - He awakened us and he taught us Truth, Love, Courage through the movement and this is more than a fight - This is Family, this is Faith, this is History in the making. I don’t have the right to speak for others and I never will but based on what I’ve seen - The Alliance and our Great Fellow Fighters didn’t just fight but they protected, they bled, they sacrificed, they stood tall when it hurt the most and their bravery has become the heartbeat of our movement and this is the reality, not a story or a rumor and from my point of view, it’s only going to get better and stronger. With all due respect to Brothers and Sisters, let’s take a moment to show more appreciation towards the great people around us, those in the Alliance, your Farm, your Fellow Fighters who are showing up with intelligence and courage, both online and offline activities and I truly mean this to everyone from every part of the world - One of the greatest way to stay United is by sharing Love, Respect, Support, Advice, Experiences with one another, all under the one and only important goal is to grow stronger together and fight against CCP, a journey that has been incredibly tough and long but deeply meaningful. For a very long time - I kept hearing the same question over and over again: People asked with worry, when will Mr. Miles Guo come out ? But ever since 3.15, my mind has been holding onto just one question that I keep asking myself every single day: Why would he choose to stay inside when he had the option to be free outside ? IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, it's because he wants to make it clear to everyone that he prioritizes his mission to TAKE DOWN THE CCP over his own freedom - That’s why I’ve never spent even a second believing he couldn’t get out because the people behind him is massive and there’s no such thing as 99% - It’s a 100% chance he could be released if he chose to make the call... Most importantly, please don’t misunderstand: the FACT is that he is a PURE, CLEAN, INNOCENT PERSON who has done absolutely nothing wrong and everyone knows it - CCP, the West, the Families knows it pretty well and they know far more than all of us combined and whether people agree or not, it doesn’t change the fact that he was a good person, a man of his word, a man who never backed down from doing what’s right and good for the Chinese people.show more

Jamie Foxx's character in Collateral was originally going to... be played by Adam Sandler, as a 'Woody Allen kind of cab driver in New York' in 'one of those funny screenplays.' But when Michael Mann came aboard, he took the project in a totally different direction. He explains why: "Nothing’s wrong with Adam Sandler, but...the Jamie Foxx character was a badly-written Jewish cab driver, with the kind of stereotypes that can only come from someone writing that kind of a character who’s foreign, who’s not American, that doesn’t live in New York.” (The script was written by Stuart Beattie, an Australian) …I didn’t like the screenplay, I didn’t like the dialogue, I didn’t like (the) writing, but if you took the screenplay, and put it under an MRI, or an X-ray machine, and took a look at it, you realize this thing has beautiful, beautiful bones. It’s one of the most beautifully constructed stories I’d had ever run into. And it was gemlike, and it all took place in one night, and the roles each guy played in the other’s realization of himself, and it was just a beautiful piece of writing by Beattie. But I loved the story structure of it, so I rewrote it."show more

This is gonna be so long omg but when... it comes to translating in Korean, it’s very very important to take in consideration of 1) Culture 2) Seniority, the Closeness & Intimacy of the people involved in a conversation. Because this gives an entire different vibe for the context. And we have to keep in mind that there are Korean phrases and expressions that simply don’t have just One way, exact words that can be translated in English. Translators can find ways to convey the meaning, but it requires more explanation and understanding of the context while conveying it, and not relying on assumptions. How about “인상 덜 쓰기” or “인상 쓰다“ then? Here, a direct translation can simply be 인상 덜 쓰기 - be less grumpy/ frown less, etc 인상 쓰다 - being grumpy, frown, make a face, etc Here, I include an educational video of an English speaker talking with a Korean speaker where they’re discussing a similar expression, “인상 좀 쓰지마!“ (which in word by word in English, it sounds something like “Don’t frown/ Don’t make a face”) Now, as an English speaker, that sounds a bit harsh doesn’t it? That’s because such expression doesn’t exist in just One interpretation in English, so if we only read it as it is, without considering the context and the speakers’ closeness, we’re bound to misunderstand the context. Quoting some parts of this video, 💚: “Now, Tyler’s expression for today is ‘인상 좀 쓰지마!’. Have you ever heard of this expression? 🩶: I’ve heard something like that before 💚: Then doesn’t this mean there’s a same expression in English too right? 🩶: Oh! I’ve only heard it in Korea 💚: Ah really? The guy then explained that if you say something like this in english, it can be rude. so it’s better not to say it in English-speaking countries. He gave examples like “If you do that, you’ll get wrinkles”, and the other guy added something like “If you make an ugly face, you’ll have wrinkles” and said that “If someone (an English speaker) hears this they would think I must be crazy” Here, they’re talking about the cultural differences. A phrase like this, when expressed directly, without considering people’s closeness, and being translated exactly like that, would sound so negative to English speakers. *also notice how this phrase is being worded in various ways??? ‘HOW’ it can sound to someone, really depends on their culture, their closeness with the person, and context* So later on, he gave a few more examples like, “stop making such a long face”, and “stop wrinkling your forehead”. And concluded that: 💚: Well in that case, the phrase “인상 좀 쓰지마” is basically a phrase that doesn’t exist in English. 🩶: It’s an expression that we don’t use. It’s not that it doesn’t exist. (This part, he’s explaining that there’s no such a thing as word by word to explain this phrase in English, bcs we English speakers use different wordings that is more suitable for a situation’s nuances.) Then again, we have to consider speakers’ closeness as well because in Korea, it’s a huge thing. If you don’t understand how this works, you won’t understand the nuances of a conversation. You’re bound to misunderstand. If you refuse to understand it then, I don’t think you want to respect their culture. Because again, this is a huge thing.show more

This one hurts me deeply 🥺💔 I'm not sure... where to start but Rachaad White 1️⃣ has been my main favorite player over the years ever since he got drafted by the Bucs. If you didn't know, I'm the biggest Rachaad White fan in the world. One day back in 2023, I was at Bucs Training Camp and I took a vid of Rachaad practicing and tagged him on X. He then commented and said if I needed anything, just reach out to him. So a month later I did and he reached back out to me and I met him at pregame before the Bucs preseason game against the Ravens, it was truly one of the best days of my life. Then a year later, I reached out back to him to see if he could sign my Rachaad jersey and he did, another one of the best days of my life. He's truly a man of his word, a down to earth guy, a great guy on & off the field, and like I always say how can you not love him. Every single home game since before when the players come out the tunnel, you can only hear me in my section screaming, “RACHAAD WHITEEEE, LETS GOOOOOOO WOOOOO" and now I'm going to miss that 😞💔 Rachaad's also the reason why I started listening to Rod Wave 😂😂 I know players come and go but this one truly means a lot to me. 🙏🙏 I never saw the day you would be in a different uniform man 😢 I'll miss all the good memories, touchdowns you had in front of me live or on tv and I'll miss seeing him in a Bucs jersey running on that field at RayJay. 😭💔 Thank you for everything you have done for me and for the Bucs, Rachaad, good luck on your next journey 🙏🙏 I love you my guy and much love, UNO 🤞🏻🙏❤️1️⃣ #WeAreTheKrewe (my photo and videos)show more

Chatgpt+ Sedance 2.0 Mini On OpenArt Seedance 2.0, 15... seconds, 16:9. Main subject from Image — lock her identity completely. Keep her face, skin tone, body shape, outfit, hairstyle, and every unique feature perfectly identical throughout the entire video. She is wearing a faded grey sleeveless crop top, loose high-waisted light blue jeans, black canvas sneakers, a black cord necklace, and has black wavy hair tied in a messy side-swept ponytail with bangs. Korean woman with an authentic early-2000s vibe. The entire video takes place in a quiet Korean residential neighborhood with narrow concrete alleys, low-rise houses featuring small terraces, a front yard with a clothesline, potted plants, parked bicycles and motorcycles, large trees, and overhead utility cables everywhere. There are no shops, vendors, or commercial elements—only a natural, everyday residential environment. The camera treatment is the defining element. The footage must feel as if a friend casually picked up a DV camcorder and started recording without any planning or setup. Use heavy handheld shake, constant reframing, the subject naturally drifting toward the edges of the frame, autofocus hunting, visible lens breathing, and exposure pumping. The image should appear faded, low-contrast, slightly washed out, with authentic early-2000s digital noise and compression artifacts. No stabilization, no cinematic movement, and no modern color grading. This camcorder aesthetic is absolutely non-negotiable. She begins sitting on a concrete sidewalk while fixing her ponytail with both arms raised, smiling naturally as the wind gently catches her hair while the camera struggles to maintain focus. The camera then follows her into a narrow alley where she crouches down and feeds a friendly stray cat that walks right up to her. Next, she is in her front yard hanging laundry on a clothesline as the morning breeze softly moves the clothes, while the camera continues swaying and searching for focus. Midway through, she sits quietly on the front terrace holding a coffee cup, calmly looking toward the street as the camera drifts loosely from the side. Then, in a close shot from her right side, she raises her arm, warmly waves to someone off-camera, and says, "Annyeong," with the camera catching the moment a beat late. The final shot follows her in a slow tracking walk down the street with the coffee cup still in hand. She notices the camera, turns slightly, gives a soft, genuine smile, and the recording abruptly cuts to black mid-motion as if the camcorder was simply switched off. Audio must remain entirely natural. Include only morning birds, a gentle breeze, distant motorcycle sounds, faint neighborhood chatter, the stray cat, coffee cup handling, footsteps on concrete, and rustling leaves. No music, no sound design, and no added audio effects.show more
