VIDEO | At a press conference, TMC leader Sagarika... Ghose says, "... For the first time in independent India, we are witnessing the misuse of every constitutional institution. Every constitutional body is being turned into a weapon, and that weapon is being used against the Opposition as though the BJP wants to eliminate it completely and establish a one-party state. The BJP wants a system where only one party rules. It wants every Opposition party and every political rival to disappear, leaving only the BJP. This is exactly what is happening. Institutions are being used as weapons, including the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which is being used to target the Opposition. This is completely unprecedented and unconstitutional. Never before in independent India have we seen the ED and the Election Commission being used in this manner. It is being done openly, without any hesitation, to target the Opposition."show more

📢 Dr. Raghuram Rajan, former RBI Governor, has made... a major statement regarding the move of demonetization 📜 Read the English translation below: 📅 I knew demonetization was going to happen. 🛠️ We were told to make preparations. ⚖️ Legally, the RBI could not stop demonetization. ✋ "However, I tried to stop the government from proceeding with demonetization... I couldn't do more than that... Very saddening." 📉 Dr. Rajan stated that demonetization was a failure and provided no benefit to India. 🤝 Observe Dr. Rajan’s grace; even today, he frames it as his own personal failure for not being able to stop the government. This is the mark of a true banker and statesman. 🕵️ Demonetization was a conspiracy against the country. After leaving office, there should be a rigorous inquiry into this million-crore scandal.show more

India’s climate is being deliberately poisoned. Right-wing forces, emboldened... by power, are openly attacking Dalits, STs and minorities - through fear, lynching, threats and hate, all under the garb of religion. When those in power are the perpetrators and reward the protectors of this violence, impunity becomes policy. This is not governance; this is moral collapse. These attacks are unconstitutional, illegal and tear apart the very foundation of India- our UNITY in DIVERSITY. Silence today is complicity. History will not forgive this.show more

Modi's meltdown after the Supreme Court declared Electoral Bonds... as unconstitutional. He thinks of himself as Lord Krishna, and ₹6500 crore of dirty money collected by the BJP as the 'potli' of rice donated by Sudama. How shamelessly he is creating analogies after being caught accepting bribes and dirty illicit money through electoral bonds. Many companies that donated to the BJP were being probed by the ED and IT, and in fact, many donated after the probe was initiated. So, basically, the BJP, with the help of the agencies, used Electoral Bonds as an instrument to extort money from corporates. Modi is by far the most corrupt Prime Minister India has ever had.show more

Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, BRS Spokesperson Ravula Sridhar Reddy says, "It's been 2 years since the Enforcement Directorate raided the residences of Telangana Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy. But till date, no information has been disclosed by the Enforcement Directorate. What is the secret? When the ED conducts raids, they come out with a lot of information; they come out with press statements. In this case, the ED is silent, the BJP leaders are silent, central government is silent.
