VIDEO | At a press conference, TMC leader Sagarika... Ghose says, "... For the first time in independent India, we are witnessing the misuse of every constitutional institution. Every constitutional body is being turned into a weapon, and that weapon is being used against the Opposition as though the BJP wants to eliminate it completely and establish a one-party state. The BJP wants a system where only one party rules. It wants every Opposition party and every political rival to disappear, leaving only the BJP. This is exactly what is happening. Institutions are being used as weapons, including the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which is being used to target the Opposition. This is completely unprecedented and unconstitutional. Never before in independent India have we seen the ED and the Election Commission being used in this manner. It is being done openly, without any hesitation, to target the Opposition."show more

Since the Modi govt has come to power in the country, we have seen CBI and ED work not to stop corruption and money laundering, respectively, but work to break other parties and to threaten other political leaders and make them join the BJP. India’s climate is being deliberately poisoned. Right-wing forces, emboldened... by power, are openly attacking Dalits, STs and minorities - through fear, lynching, threats and hate, all under the garb of religion. When those in power are the perpetrators and reward the protectors of this violence, impunity becomes policy. This is not governance; this is moral collapse. These attacks are unconstitutional, illegal and tear apart the very foundation of India- our UNITY in DIVERSITY. Silence today is complicity. History will not forgive this.show more

Modi's meltdown after the Supreme Court declared Electoral Bonds... as unconstitutional. He thinks of himself as Lord Krishna, and ₹6500 crore of dirty money collected by the BJP as the 'potli' of rice donated by Sudama. How shamelessly he is creating analogies after being caught accepting bribes and dirty illicit money through electoral bonds. Many companies that donated to the BJP were being probed by the ED and IT, and in fact, many donated after the probe was initiated. So, basically, the BJP, with the help of the agencies, used Electoral Bonds as an instrument to extort money from corporates. Modi is by far the most corrupt Prime Minister India has ever had.show more

Cocaine and cannabis sold openly in high street mini... marts. Prescription drugs handed over without question. And when the BBC went back to confront the dealers, Pitbull dogs blocked the door. This is organised crime operating in plain sight, and it needs zero tolerance, new enforcement powers, and action now. Great work by the BBC's Ed Thomas and team. Watch here:show more

Whenever there is a fall in PM Modi’s popularity,... or an economic crisis, or there are huge job losses, the Modi government brings out IT and ED. It's been a decade since the BJP has been in power; still, they are not able to prove any charges in ED cases. What are the success rates of IT and ED cases? If at all the central government is keen on finding where the black money is going or money laundering is happening, then they should raid their own offices. BJP is receiving Rs. 2000-3000 crores of donations. RSS's new building is built worth Rs.150 crores with modern technology. Who's funding it? They are saying 75,000 volunteers have donated the money. Let the auditing take place. BJP should audit RSS's account. The real money laundering is taking place through the electoral bonds and through RSS offices. If the government has any iota of shame and they want transparency, let them start filing cases against RSS and their own party people. : Priyank Kharge / ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ್ ಖರ್ಗೆ jishow more

"Just to be clear, speaking against Modi is not... anti-national. Neither is being against the BJP, nor being against the RSS, nor speaking against the government. None of these are anti-national; this is our right. Do you know what is actually anti-national? Going and shaking hands with the Taliban. What else is anti-national? Having an illiterate Chief Minister for our nation's capital. And people like Sonam Wangchuk, comedians, being in jail, while those who are throwing shoes at the Chief Justice of India are openly roaming outside and saying that 'God did this' and we are just silently watching all this. That is anti-national. Watching our country divide into Hindu and Muslim based on caste and still remaining silent, that is anti-national. All media being sycophantic, and all of Bollywood dancing to 'Modi Hai Toh Mumkin Hai' type songs, that is anti-national. Erasing pages of history from our schools' and children's curriculum, that is anti-national. Seeing the country burning and dividing, and still remaining silent. In fact, clapping at the country's collapse, that is anti-national."show more

💷💵🚨Matt Shoe Makes a Video on Offloading Fake Currency... in India🚨💵💷 Lithuanian travel creator Matt Shoe posted a video on his Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts showing a transaction in India. In the video, he walks into a small shop with a €20 note, receives ₹1,960 in cash, and openly states on camera that the note is fake. He says on camera: “One of the best money hacks that I do when I come to India is I bring fake euros and I change them to rupees… they never know the difference.” He is literally demonstrating a trick or shortcut to exchange counterfeit currency for real money. That is not a travel tip — it is fraud. Passing counterfeit currency in India is a crime with serious consequences under anti-fraud and counterfeit laws. The transaction took place at a local shop. The video does not show the shop verifying identification or taking a copy of a passport. There is no indication that the shop followed standard money exchange procedures. Shopkeepers in India operate on tight margins. ₹1,960 may not seem like much to a foreign tourist, but for a local vendor, that is real income — potentially a day’s profit. Turning that into social media content and showing it as a “money hack” is exploitative. The video exists publicly, and his statements are on camera, providing a record of the actions he describes. His entry into India in December 2025 is recorded, and his digital footprint within the country exists. Fraud is not funny. Counterfeit currency is not a joke. Exploiting hardworking local businesses for content is shameful. Encouraging or demonstrating financial crime online is dangerous, and spreading it across multiple social media platforms makes it even more serious. Indian authorities have the evidence to investigate. His face is on camera. Entry records exist. The digital footprint exists. This behaviour should be taken seriously and treated as a criminal matter, not as entertainment.show more

"...Ed Miliband as Foreign Secretary. You can see the... photo on your screens. That photo, by the way, I'll blow it up for you, is genuine. We can assure you we would not be publishing this photo of Ed Miliband attempting to eat a sandwich if it were not genuine. Everyone in the United Kingdom knows that is indeed a real photo. The point here is that man, as you can see pictured on your screens now, is our new Foreign Secretary. Why the photo in particular is relevant is because of the...there's another one for you, it's because of the implication. As Lee Anderson MP states, which you can see now in the middle of your screens: 'Ed Miliband is now in charge of (our secret intelligence service, colloquially known as) MI6. Let that sink in.' This man is in charge of Britain's intelligence, Foreign Intelligence Service. And that is a problem. It is a problem because the photo itself, though of course comedic and tongue-in-cheek, what it depicts is an image of a man that lacks control of his faculties, in a more nuanced sense. And that is as exemplified by the concerns that the Americans have raised, which is on your screens now. It's not just us picking on him from over a photo, all right? Though, the photo is relevant. It's - to the actual point - where diplomacy comes in. The Americans have have made a serious point. The Times reports 21st July 2026, 'Ed Miliband has been appointed as Foreign Secretary. The US administration has already let it be known that it has significant reservations about Miliband.' Now, what those reservations may well be, probably include the fact that Ed Miliband was known as Red Ed, born to a devout Marxist father...Ed Miliband is similarly of that view. He was known as Red Ed when in government. The Americans are probably concerned that we've just appointed Red Ed as the head of our Foreign Intelligence Service." ED raids have been carried out against several Congress... leaders including Rahul ji across the country, and Congress has been among the most affected parties. Yet, nowhere have Congress workers attacked ED officials. The latest incidents involving CPM workers once again raise serious questions about their commitment to the rule of law. Ironically, the ED action appears to have re-energised sections of the CPM cadre who had remained subdued following a historic electoral setback. Is this another BJP-CPM deal to destroy law and order situation in the state?show more

Fake currency was a serious issue and it is... always a serious issue for any nation as it can strike at the very foundations of faith in the financial system. However some things have changed since demonetization. Various forensic reports have suggested the pre demonetisation fakes were "functionally" fake whereas fakes now are "visually" fake and substantially caught by counting machines. (To be fair counting machines have upgraded too). There is no news of Pakistan being able to copy our new notes "functionally". Your political opinion can vary, but the fact is even Manmohan Singh government took fake currency notes very seriously. They called it terrorism! We are presenting some of UPA actions against fake notes (that arguably failed) so you can decide if the issue was small or big and not let some random influencer decide it for you.show more

This visual disturbs me. He is the head of... a national party, yet look at how Amit Shah’s police handle him. Did the INDIA bloc protest? Or is it effectively dead? Rahul Gandhi has repeatedly asked why Pinarayi Vijayan was not being arrested. Yesterday, perhaps, he saw politics come full circle - Pinarayi being raided and the CPI(M) general secretary being dragged through the streets of Delhi. The AICC and V. D. Satheesan remain silent. Go back to the Deccan Herald case: the CPI(M) central committee had openly condemned the ED action and stood firmly against the so-called questioning of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. Stalin, Kejriwal, Akhilesh, Tejashwi and others speak against the RSS, but where is the collective resistance? If the INDIA bloc is finished, India now needs a democratic front that will never compromise with or align alongside the RSS. Time for a real political struggle. #INDIABloc #DemocracyUnderAttack #OppositionUnity #StopPoliticalVendetta #EDPolitics #CPIM #CongressSilence #DMK #MKStalinshow more
