It appears to be from बड़ा खाना in a unit in army, which is simply an event being celebrated, whether it's winning some sports or professional achievement by the unit, or perhaps a raising day celebration. This is the way of life in the army. I am impressed with the confidence of the young captain, who happens to be a lady, participating with enthusiasm and fervour without inhibition. The officer eats the same food and drinks the same liquid as the troops do. Though liquor is best avoided, but not just because you are a lady. I hope no one brands it as a colonial tradition.
