Texas DPS Troopers & National Guard forces have secured the area, preventing illegal border crossings. One thing of interest is the presence of colored wristbands littered on the ground. This type of trend has been used by the Cartels that operate across the Rio Grande Valley but now is being used in Eagle Pass.
