NEW: The city of Denver has released video showing ICE chasing down & arresting a suspected Tren de Aragua gang member who had just been released from jail after Denver refused to hand him over to ICE inside the safety of facility due to sanctuary policy. Instead, he was street released and fled upon seeing ICE agents. ICE says he assaulted an agent while being taken into custody. 9NEWS Denver reports that ICE requested a 48 hour heads up on his release, but they received that notification from the Denver Co. jail 90 minutes beforehand via email. ICE says it makes no sense for sanctuary policy to ban transfers inside the jail, where it is safer for everyone. In this case, six ICE officers had to show up to apprehend the uncuffed TdA gang member after he was released from the jail. Denver Mike Johnston says he reached out to ICE yesterday and is asking to sit down with them to discuss “best procedures” moving forward.

BREAKING: Fox News has obtained intense video showing CBP agents’ perspective inside their vehicle as it is pelted with rocks while they attempt to leave the anti-ICE protest in Paramount, CA today. You can hear & see the windows & windshield breaking w/ each hit. Federal source who sent me this video tells this attack could have killed one of the Border Patrol agents or caused a serious crash. NEW: I asked House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) about Nancy Pelosi saying in 2011 that President Obama didn't need Congressional approval to bomb Libya, but Dems now say President Trump needs approval to bomb Iran? I shot this video while on a boat in the Rio Grande in Del Rio, TX on 9/18/2021 as 15,000+ Haitians flooded across the border illegally and set up a camp underneath the international bridge. Mayorkas later admitted 12,000+ of them were released into the U.S. Many of them later discarded their IDs and paperwork showing they had been living and working in South American countries for years (mostly Chile) as they prepared to make fraudulent asylum claims. Their documents were all over the ground. We collected many of them. House will vote on extending Haitian TPS today at 1:30pm.

WATCH: Four weeks ago, a frustrated ICE agent in the sanctuary city of Boston contacted me, telling me a group of anti-ICE agitators had just blown their operation to arrest a Salvadoran fugitive who is wanted in his home country on an arrest warrant for child rape & had been living near a Boston elementary school. He told me while he & his team were in their vehicles surveilling the target's residence in East Boston & waiting for him to come out, the ICE team was quickly surrounded by activists who blew whistles, cursed at them, and said they were traumatizing children at the nearby school down the street. Their cover was blown, the whole neighborhood was alerted, and the child rapist wasn't arrested. The agent provided me several videos of the activists interfering that day (February 12th) as they unknowingly protected the child rapist from ICE arrest due to blind opposition to ICE. The agent asked me to sit on the videos until they were able to arrest the target. I’m told that fugitive target is now in ICE custody four weeks later (arrested March 10th). The agent says the target, a child rapist, was on the streets four weeks longer than he should have been because activists interfered without having any clue who they were protecting - and they dealing with this almost every day. I’m told his the target’s name is WALTER ROBERTO VIDES-ORTEZ, a Salvadoran national who crossed the Texas border illegally in 2016, the same year that El Salvador issued an arrest warrant for him for the offense of child rape.

NEW: Last night at the Portland ICE building, we witnessed anti-ICE protesters burning an American flag. Nick Sortor then grabbed it from them, put the flames out, and took away what was left of the flag. Nick was arrested later in the night by Portland PD after videos appear to show him surrounded by anti-ICE protesters. It’s unclear what exactly happened, we are working on getting in touch with him once he is released from custody. We had seen Nick get surrounded and verbally threatened by protesters the previous night. He posted on X that he felt Portland PD would arrest him if he tried to defend himself.

NEW: The Texas Military Department confirms the TX National Guard has seized control of Shelby Park in Eagle Pass (city property where mass illegal crossings are), and is restricting Border Patrol from accessing the area, saying the Feds “perpetuate illegal crossings”. This is the area where Border Patrol has been cutting TX razor wire. Razor wire and fences are now deployed to block the area off from the public and federal government. Attached video is from our crew on the ground this morning as they began blocking it off. You can expect DOJ to sue Texas over this. Texas Military Department statement: “The Texas National Guard has maintained a presence with security points and temporary barrier in Shelby Park since 2021. The current posture is to prepare for future illegal immigrant surges and to restrict access to organizations that perpetuate illegal immigrant crossings in the park and greater Eagle Pass area.” I reached out to CBP/Border Patrol in the sector for comment hours ago - no response yet.

At 10:26 AM, as a Delta flight lands, you see the first small plume of smoke in the hills in the background. At 10:28 AM, as a United flight lands, the smoke plume can be seen growing larger. EXCLUSIVE: We witnessed an incredibly rare sight in the sanctuary city of Los Angeles, as Twin Towers jail transferred an illegal alien inmate to ICE custody, not because sanctuary policies have changed, but because the jail is being *forced* to cooperate w/ ICE as part of a new federal operation designed to "neutralize" California's sanctuary state law. The new Trump-appointed US Attorney in Los Angeles, F.A. United States Attorney Bill Essayli, launched "Operation Guardian Angel" last week, and it's already forcing sanctuary jails to make transfers to ICE. How does it work? Essayli has organized a federal task force made up of ICE, FBI, HSI, DEA, and ATF, working out of an office in downtown LA. Every single day, they are now scanning criminal databases w/ fingerprints and identifying illegal aliens in jails throughout Southern California who have been previously deported from the United States. If they've come back to the US after a deportation, they've committed a federal felony under 8 USC 1326 known as "illegal re-entry". As soon as the task force ID's an alien booked into a local jail who has a previous deportation, they seek a federal criminal warrant on them for felony re-entry, signed off on by a federal judge. Unlike an administrative ICE warrant or ICE detainer request, these criminal judicial warrants for 8 USC 1326 *CANNOT* be ignored by sanctuary jurisdictions, and California's sanctuary state law cannot shield aliens from these criminal warrants. Instead of releasing the alien inmates and ignoring ICE detainers, jails must hand the aliens over to the Feds, regardless of sanctuary policy. "With this operation, we're going to be neutralizing California sanctuary state policies," Essayli told me. "We're going to flood the system with warrants for criminal illegal immigrants who are in county jails, they can ignore a detainer, but they cannot ignore a criminal arrest warrant. They have no choice, they will comply, and if they don't, if they interfere with our ability to arrest a federal felon, they can expect to face consequences for that. Fox News was granted exclusive access to the task force as they scanned databases and found a previously deported Mexican alien in jail in downtown LA who had just been arrested for robbery in the city of El Monte. They filed a warrant, and we joined them at LA County's Twin Towers jail as the sanctuary jurisdiction handed the alien inmate over to the task force - potentially one of the first on camera transfers to ICE since California's sanctuary state law took effect in 2017. The task force says once they're at full steam, they project they will be arresting 40-50 aliens from local jails every week, and that if it's successful in LA, US Attorneys can use it as a model to neutralize sanctuary jurisdictions in other parts of the country.
