Humble day for a cardiologist… A patient of 44... years came with an axillary chest pain and scapular pain. (I have indicated the pain sites in the accompanying picture). He has had diabetes for the past three years and also has a family history of heart disease. He is not a smoker and doesn’t have any other coronary risk factors. His ECG, ECHO and TMT were normal. Because the pain was atypical and non-exertional and his non-invasive testing was normal, I prescribed medication and sent him home. He came back again with more severe pain at the same site after a month, and again, the ECG and Troponin were normal. I reassured him once more. He came back the next day (last Saturday) with the same complaints, but this time I suggested doing an angiogram to investigate the persistent pain. What I found was a 90% lesion in the PLV artery. I stented the vessel, and he experienced total relief from his chest pain. Physicians and cardiologists should be willing to modify their diagnosis when the initial line of management does not provide clinical benefit to the patient. Family want to make custody arrangements so she can stay with them while mother is detained—but they can't find her. Mother called 911 about a possible break in—they called ICE instead and turned her in for a possible outstanding administrative warrant. Austin Police Department, per Texas law, is required to cooperate with ICE—even if they do not have direct knowledge of an individual's immigration status. 🚨OSTROUSHKO UPDATE: Paige Ostroushko, who violently assaulted me in... Minneapolis, has voluntarily dismissed her restraining order against me after her parents LOST against me in court. Reminder, that after attacking me, the entire family LIED on legal documents to get “ex-parte” restraining orders issued against me in an attempt to stop me from reporting on them. DeYanna also personally went to the police department to try and get me ARRESTED for reporting on how she, Chris and Paige have been utilizing these restraining orders to try and silence me. Thankfully, I won my court hearing and Chris and DeYanna’s restraining orders against me were DENIED by a Hennepin County judge. Paige has now voluntarily dismissed her case and doesn't seem to want to show up to make her case, despite putting on a legal document that I have been “threatening” and "doxxing" her and her family. Chris and DeYanna state that they have lost $300,000 in employment income and state they’ve been getting death threats (although they submitted ZERO evidence to prove these allegations when we went to court). Another WIN against the violent Ostroushko family who have been federally indicted and have their next pre-trial motion hearing on September 1st.
