CODEX SKILL THAT STOPS WASTING YOUR CODEX USAGE! I... made a Codex skill that gives every task a clear budget before it starts. Choose Saver, Balanced, Full Power, or define your own limits. It reduces: → unnecessary repository scans → repeated commands and huge logs → speculative refactors → redundant web research → unnecessary subagents → endless retry loops It still runs the essential checks needed for a trustworthy result. If the budget isn’t enough, it creates a Markdown checkpoint you can open in Codex and resume later. It doesn’t increase your account limits. It helps you use them better. Install: npx --yes codex-budget-mode@latest 100% open source. Repo in bio.show more

▣ Introducing Endless: infinite inference (kinda). An experimental harness... to milk every ounce out of your Codex subscription. Since Codex can let an in-progress turn keep going even after your usage hits 100%, why not put that to the test? Endless starts one Codex turn and gives the agent a wait_for_user_input tool. Once it finishes a task, it calls that tool and waits. Your next message becomes the tool result, keeping the entire session inside the same turn. It runs through Codex’s own app server using your existing ChatGPT login. Native tools, automatic compaction, context tracking, and quota tracking still work as usual. ⚠️ NOTE: I CAN’T CONFIRM THAT YOU WON’T GET BANNED OR PUNISHED FOR USING THIS TOOL. USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.show more

if you use Codex and you're stuck on GPT... models only, this fixes that. it's called codex-router, open source. drops other models straight into your normal Codex picker, right next to the GPT ones you already have. what it adds: - Grok, Kimi, Deepseek, Claude, all in the same picker - oauth login per provider, no api key needed - your GPT models and Chatgpt login stay untouched setup: point Codex at the repo, let it read the readme, it installs itself one snag: if you've got the Chatgpt app and a separate Codex on your path, you can end up running two different Codex versions, and the older one can choke on newer config it doesn't recognize. if the install looks off after, that's probably why, reinstall clean.show more

You can now orchestrate Fable 5, Sol, and any... model inside Codex with one plugin. It's called Codex-Orchestration. Assign Fable 5 as the advisor, Sol as the executor, or any model to any role. Then define the order they work in. Codex handles the routing. I ran Fable 5 High as planner with GPT-5.6 Sol Extra High as executor on a set of issues Opus and GPT-5.5 always struggled with. Done in 30 minutes. 40% fewer limit hits. 2x faster implementation. Install it by pasting this into Codex: "Install Codex Orchestration: codex plugin marketplace add Cjbuilds/Codex-Orchestration codex plugin add codex-orchestration@codex-orchestration Verify the installation, then tell me to start a new task." Then assign your models: @ codex-orchestration advisor: Claude Fable 5 High, Executor: GPT-5.6 Sol High Open source. Tweak the routing however you want.show more

Alrighty, everything is ready 😎 here’s an unofficial “2x... Codex limits” promo from my side for you all. meet DevSpace — an MCP connector app that turns ChatGPT into Codex. npm install -g @waishnav/devspace After installing, tunnel the MCP server over the internet and enjoy 2x limits. You can use GPT-5.5 Pro, xHigh, or High for planning, then hand off the task to your local Codex/pi/opencode/cursor/claude code instance. Or you can just use it for reviewing code written by other local coding agents Go ahead, experiment with different workflows, and keep the feedback coming on GitHub Issues or in my DMs And let’s thank OpenAI for being so generous by giving us separate ChatGPT and Codex limits and by being so chill around this MCP :) Please use it sparingly, only when you run out of limits. Don’t overuse it — in the end, they do have a button to stop it 🙂show more

🚨 do you understand what OpenAI just announced.. ChatGPT... Pro is now $100/month. 10x more Codex usage. and Codex isn't autocomplete - it writes, debugs, builds entire apps. autonomously. if you've used Claude Opus for coding you know the feeling. Codex hits the same way. except Claude Opus limits burn through in hours. you blink and you're out. Codex just got a $100 tier built to run 24/7. no cooldowns. no "you've reached your limit" at 2am mid-build. they're not selling you a chatbot. they're selling you a software engineer that never sleeps and never asks for equity. and they're doing it quietly while everyone argues about tariffs.show more

Codex can run Qwen-3.8-max now as well!! Alibaba most... capable model, dropped today and it's already in my codex picker. It's a token plan subscription, not metered api billing. You take the key from your Qwen plan, drop it into Codex Router, and it spends down the plan instead of your card. There's a catch though. Qwen's official setup switches your whole codex over to them, so your ChatGPT models stop showing up at all. That's exactly what Codex Router is for. It adds models to the list instead of replacing them, so sol, Grok, kimi, Deepseek and now Qwen 3.8 max all sit in the same picker and it can grab whichever one suits the job. Router's open source, setup's in the video 👇show more

Claude Code Scheduled Tasks is now available... here's a... solid idea to connect it with Telegram Save this so you don't forget to set it up! First, ask Claude to add a simple Telegram messaging module to your repo. You can use the Telegram Bot Builder Skill from Link: Install command: npx claude-code-templates@latest --skill enterprise-communication/telegram-bot-builder Once the module is in your project, grab your bot credentials from BotFather and add the bot ID to your .env file That's it! ✅ Now every Scheduled Task you create should end with an instruction for Claude to send the task result to Telegram using that module. Claude Code can now go find the right skill... itself, instead of you searching for one. it's called find-skills. a small package that plugs into Claude Code, and instead of you hunting for rest, you just describe the task and it searches the whole open skills ecosystem, finds the ones that fit, and installs them for you. > tell it what you're trying to do, in plain english > it scans the skills registry and maps your task to real skills > it pulls the right ones in and sets them up half the time you don't even know a skill exists for what you're doing. now you don't have to.show more

I just built a Claude skill that audits your... entire Google Ads account in under 5 minutes 🤯 One prompt → a full account score, wasted spend breakdown, and a prioritized fix list telling you exactly what to change this week. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are running Google Ads but have no idea how much budget is leaking. If you're managing Google Ads and your "optimization" process is logging in, staring at the dashboard, sorting by cost, and hoping you spot the problem before it costs you another $500... This audit skill finds it for you: → Connects to your live Google Ads data via MCP → Scores your account across 6 dimensions: wasted spend, search term quality, keyword health, quality scores, budget allocation, and creative performance → Calculates your exact wasted spend in dollars — search terms burning budget with zero conversions → Flags quality score issues dragging up your CPCs → Identifies keyword cannibalization across campaigns → Surfaces your top 5 highest-priority fixes ranked by budget impact → Generates a clean audit report you can hand to a client or share with your team No CSV exports. No pivot tables. No guessing where the money went. What you get: → A single Claude skill file you install once → An account health score (0-100) every time you run it → Exact dollar amount of wasted spend identified → Prioritized action list — not "optimize your account," but "pause these 12 search terms and save $847/month" → Works with any Google Ads account connected I'm giving away the full audit skill — the actual .md file you drop into Claude and run against your own account. Want it? Like this post Comment "SKILL" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)show more

if you use claude code, this will save you... real money. the problem: every time you make an edit, your ai rereads the whole codebase to figure out what changed. tens of thousands of tokens, every turn, for context it already had. this repo fixes it. it’s called code review graph, and it just maps your entire codebase: every file, every function, every connection laid out so you can see the actual shape of your project how to set up (2 min): 1. pip install code-review-graph 2. code-review-graph install - auto-configures Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI + more 3. code-review-graph build change one function, and it traces exactly what that touches... every caller, every dependent file, every test. your ai only reads what's affected, not the whole repo. and the savings are wild. a task that used to burn ~100,000 tokens (about a dollar) now runs closer to a penny.show more

Codex CLI Update: Let there be Search Whatup nerds,... back so soon looking or yet ANOTHER update?! I got you. Update 0.121.0 is here! > You can now search through previous user prompts with CTRL+R. Just trigger search and enter your search string, you can easily arrow through all matches. See video below! > 🥔 Support for Spud! Is not here yet. Sorry. Maybe tomorrow. 🫢 > v0.121.0 adds custom marketplace installs in Codex: you can run codex marketplace add to register marketplaces from GitHub shorthand, git URLs, or local directories. Codex validates the marketplace layout and stores it in your user config so it shows up consistently in plugin discovery. > Improved memory features, including a new /memories TUI menu with use/generate toggles, a reset-all-memories action, app-server support for setting thread memory mode and clearing memories, and cleanup of stale memory-extension resources. Note: Not working on Linux for me. /memories command unavailable. > Codex MCP got further upgrades with direct app tool calls, cleaner namespacing, and safe optional parallel execution for faster workflows > Codex realtime got better controls (text/audio + clear “done” signals), easier history syncing, and safer file handling. > Hardened devcontainer setup plus smarter macOS socket allowlists for safer local runtime access. > Dozens of other bug fixes, see repo below. Toodles! ✌️show more

this is the best trick to maximum usage limits... on chatgpt codex codex's best kept secret is that your main agent doesn't have to do everything... custom agents are just files in ~/.codex/agents, and one file gives you a second worker on deepseek v4 flash > create ~/.codex/agents/deepseek-worker.toml > set model = "opencode-go/deepseek-v4-flash" with model_reasoning_effort = "max" > keep it bounded: one task packet, no scope creep, report back ```toml name = "deepseek_worker" description = "bounded implementation, testing, and cleanup on deepseek v4 flash" model = "opencode-go/deepseek-v4-flash" model_reasoning_effort = "max" ``` then @ deepseek_worker in the composer... your root agent plans while the worker ships the implementation planning on the main model, execution on the flash lane... that's the whole trick (we run this exact file, last i checked it keeps the heavy turns off the main thread)show more

I’m joining OpenAI Codex to work on the future... of agentic development! At Cursor, I got to see the shift from autocomplete to agents. The next step isn’t a better IDE. It’s an Agent Development Environment (ADE): systems and tools for orchestrating agents, reasoning over their outputs, and making them autonomous enough to reliably complete ambitious work. After chatting with Alexander Embiricos and Tibo, it was clear that Codex is the best place to realize this vision. The team has consistently shipped SOTA models for agentic coding (check out gpt-5.3-codex) and I’m pumped for the future that the new Codex App points to. What I’m most excited about is the broader mission: accelerating the knowledge work economy. All agents are coding agents, and we’re already seeing Codex used across every job function within organizations. I’m extremely grateful for my time at Cursor, working with the incredible team, and I’m proud of what we built together. I’m excited to take an even bigger swing with Codex. If you’re curious to get a glimpse of where we are headed, download the Codex App! If you want to work on this mission, please apply or reach out - we are hiring across all functions! You can just build things.show more
