An 'exhausted' Eluned Morgan accidentally said "vote Plaid Cymru"... during a week-to-go Senedd Election event. The First Minister and leader of Welsh Labour made the slip-up during a campaign event at Barry Island's bandstand on Thursday (30 April). Ending a speech to party members, she said: "For fairness you can feel, vote Welsh Labour in the election next week." She followed up in Welsh by adding: "Pleidleisiwch Plaid Cymru..." meaning "Vote Plaid Cymru", but corrected herself immediately to say "Plaid Lafur" (Labour Party), which was met with laughs and claps by party members. Speaking to ITV Wales' National Correspondent Rob Osborne, the First Minister said: "We're all a little bit exhausted, once you switch into Welsh the word 'Cymru' comes off your lips. #itvnews #politics #wales #walesdecides2026show more

Facial reconstruction of a 10,000-year-old woman from Alborz, Iran... She was described by the anthropologist J. Lawrence Angel (1951) as follows: Hotu 2 and 3 were found partly supine, with their heads together and positioned lower than their footless legs, within the early 4th gravel layer above an underlying sandy deposit. This position suggests a casual backward fall from a higher level near the cave wall and does not rule out accidental death, possibly caused by falling rock disturbed by food-gatherers. The woman (Hotu 2) was about 167 cm tall, with a muscular yet slender build. Although she showed robust bony ridges, her femoral robusticity index (11.9) indicates a slender shaft. Deep gluteal fossae, pronounced crests, strong adductor tubercles, and enlarged muscle attachment areas on the tibiae suggest well-developed muscles adapted to rough-terrain travel. Her hands were long and narrow, shoulders likely not broad, and hips narrow. While some proportions approach those of lanky modern males and the skull may give a male first impression, the pelvis is clearly female, with a deep inlet and wide outlet. Pelvic features also suggest physical stress, possibly related to carrying children. The pubic symphysis corresponds to early Phase V. Overall, this woman, about 27 years old, was exceptionally strong, tall, and slender, surpassing the average build of ancient Greek, Medieval Norwegian, or modern American women. The skull vault is 75–100 cc larger than the modern average (1,325 cc). It is long and high, with a noticeable post-coronal depression and concave temporal planes, suggesting the parietal curve was not fully corrected during growth. The cerebellar area bulges downward, giving the brain cavity a vertically developed, somewhat empty appearance. These vault features resemble those seen in populations across the African and Near Eastern desert zones. However, the broad skull base, wide face, low rectangular orbits tilted downward, small nose, nearly horizontal chewing plane, square jaw angles, and protruding chin are Cro-Magnon-like. This differs from the later Iranian facial type, which is narrower and more sloping. Among the Hotu population, such features as the mouth and chin combination, the Cro-Magnon-like low orbits, the Iranian full cerebellum, and perhaps trends toward sacral hiatus and first molar abscess point to a certain genetic unity, and plausibly "inbreeding." She had a large cranial length of 186 mm, medium-large cranial width of 135 mm, medium-large cheek width 129 mm.show more

Why is Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal — chair of the... Democratic Party's Progressive Caucus — peddling a false narrative about Cuban healthcare being better than the U.S.? From my research on my book PHARMA, I know what she says is WRONG. But she keeps repeating it and I am sure many progressives believe it. No legacy journalist is calling her out so let me do the job. Most recently, she stood at a Capitol Hill press conference on July 1 — flanked by Reps. Delia Ramírez, Jonathan Jackson, and Ro Khanna, under a banner reading "Demanding an End to the Blockade Against Cuba and International Medical Solidarity" — and told the crowd that Cuba, despite all its difficulties, had done admirable work preventing “maternal mortality, neonatal mortality, and cancer,”in her words, "areas in which we in the United States are still struggling to make progress." It wasn't an ad-lib. It was a return engagement. In an April interview after her own delegation trip to Havana, Jayapal said Cuba has "the lowest infant mortality, maternal mortality — sort of the opposite of what the United States has." When the reporter mentioned Cuba's higher life expectancy, she agreed with that too. The Washington Post's editorial board flagged it then as a flawed diagnosis. She said it again in front of National Nurses United two months later. So it's worth actually running the numbers, one at a time. Maternal mortality. The U.S. rate was 18.6 deaths per 100,000 live births in 2023, and it fell further to 17.9 in 2024. Cuba's own Ministry of Public Health reported its maternal mortality rate at 40.6 per 100,000 in 2024 and rising to 44.1 in 2025 — better than two-and-a-half times the American rate, and climbing. There is no version of the current data where Cuba is "the opposite" of the U.S. on this metric. It's far worse. Neonatal/infant mortality. Cuba's official infant mortality rate did fall to a low of 4.0 per 1,000 live births in 2018 — a genuinely low number, and one Cuba has kept touting. But two things complicate that figure. First, a peer-reviewed study in Health Policy and Planning found evidence that Cuban physicians have been pressured to reclassify early neonatal deaths as late fetal deaths (effectively, miscarriages) to hit government mortality targets — a known method of statistical manipulation, flagged by demographers going back to the 1990s. Corrected for that, researchers put Cuba's real infant mortality rate somewhere between 7.45 and 11.16 per 1,000, not the sub-5 figure the government published. Second, and more damning for Jayapal's live claim: Cuba's own current numbers show infant mortality at 9.9 per 1,000 as of the end of 2025 — up 148% from that 2018 low, and now well above the U.S. rate. Havana's maternity wards are reporting sewage leaks in neonatal units and adolescent pregnancy rates spiking past 20% in some provinces. Whatever Cuba was doing right in 2018, it isn't doing now, and the 2018 number itself was likely inflated by data manipulation to begin with. Cancer. This is the claim with the least data behind it and the most against it. The most recent regional analysis of Latin America and the Caribbean, using 2022 GLOBOCAN figures, found Cuba has the highest age-standardized cancer mortality rate in the entire region — 136.6 per 100,000 for men, 91.6 per 100,000 for women — ahead of Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Colombia. There is no dataset I could find, from PAHO, WHO, or IARC, showing Cuban cancer outcomes outperforming the United States. Cuba's president, Díaz-Canel, touring a Havana maternity hospital the same week Jayapal spoke, said the healthcare system currently can't get lifesaving treatment to more than 100,000 cancer patients, including 1,200 children, due to shortages. That's not a system beating American oncology. That's a system in collapse, by the Cuban government's own telling. The bigger problem with the claim. During my reporting for PHARMA I learned that Cuba's low mortality figures have functioned as propaganda for an authoritarian government for over 30 years — repeated uncritically by public health researchers, NGOs, and now members of Congress, because the story fits a preferred narrative about what a "resource-poor" country can accomplish with universal healthcare. But the country producing those numbers has no free press, no independent statistical audit, and a documented history of reclassifying deaths to hit targets. That's not a minor asterisk. It's the whole ballgame if you're going to hold a press conference built on the premise that Cuba is quietly outperforming America. Does Pramila Jayapal know she is selling a disproven story or does she not care so long as it fits her narrative that a communist universal healthcare system is better than the one in America?show more

Cole Tomas Allen, the man accused of opening fire... at the White House Correspondents’ dinner at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C. Saturday, reported released a manifesto to his close family members only minutes before the shooting took place. The dinner, an annual event with President Donald Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and other Trump administration officials in attendance, was cancelled and its attendees evacuated after gun shots rang out late Saturday night. On Sunday, the New York Post obtained and published what they report to be Allen’s full, 1,052-word manifesto in which he refers to himself as “Cole ‘coldForce’ ‘Friendly Federal Assassin’ Allen.” Among the many chilling details laid out in the manifesto, included in full below, are the following: Allen maintained he was “no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist, and traitor”(referencing left-wing conspiracies related to President Trump) to commit crimes. He planned to target numerous Trump administration officials “prioritized from highest-ranking to lowest.” Allen was willing to “go through most everyone” in attendance at the event “if it were absolutely necessary,” rationalizing the violence because all those present “[chose] to attend a speech by a pedophile, rapist, and traitor and are thus complicit.” Various talking points and accusations levied against President Trump in the note appear to come directly from various misleading left-wing conspiracies and talking points spread by Democratic Party members and other U.S. leftists. What follows is Allen’s manifesto, as released by the New York Post, in full, with one minor edit to remove profanity: Hello everybody! So I may have given a lot of people a surprise today. Let me start off by apologizing to everyone whose trust I abused. I apologize to my parents for saying I had an interview without specifying it was for “Most Wanted.” apologize to my colleagues and students for saying I had a personal emergency (by the time anyone reads this, I probably most certainly DO need to go to the ER, but can hardly call that not a self-inflicted status.) I apologize to all of the people I traveled next to, all the workers who handled my luggage, and all the other non-targeted people at the hotel who I put in danger simply by being near. I apologize to everyone who was abused and/or murdered before this, to all those who suffered before I was able to attempt this, to all who may still suffer after, regardless of my success or failure. I don’t expect forgiveness, but if I could have seen any other way to get this close, I would have taken it. Again, my sincere apologies. On to why I did any of this:I am a citizen of the United States of America. What my representatives do reflects on me. And I am no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist, and traitor to coat my hands with his crimes. (Well, to be completely honest, I was no longer willing a long time ago, but this is the first real opportunity I’ve had to do something about it.) While I’m discussing this, I’ll also go over my expected rules of engagement (probably in a terrible format, but I’m not military so too bad.) Administration officials (not including Mr. Patel): they are targets, prioritized from highest-ranking to lowest Secret Service: they are targets only if necessary, and to be incapacitated non-lethally if possible (aka, I hope they’re wearing body armor because center mass with shotguns messes up people who *aren’t* Hotel Security: not targets if at all possible (aka unless they shoot at me) Capitol Police: same as Hotel Security National Guard: same as Hotel Security Hotel Employees: not targets at all Guests: not targets at all In order to minimize casualties I will also be using buckshot rather than slugs (less penetration through walls) I would still go through most everyone here to get to the targets if it were absolutely necessary (on the basis that most people *chose* to attend a speech by a pedophile, rapist, and traitor, and are thus complicit) but I really hope it doesn’t come to that. Rebuttals to objections: Objection 1: As a Christian, you should turn the other cheek. Rebuttal: Turning the other cheek is for when you yourself are oppressed. I’m not the person raped in a detention camp. I’m not the fisherman executed without trial. I’m not a school kid blown up or a child starved or a teenage girl abused by the many criminals in this administration. Turning the other cheek when *someone else* is oppressed is not Christian behavior; it is complicity in the oppressor’s crimes. Objection 2: This is not a convenient time for you to do this. Rebuttal: I need whoever thinks this way to take a couple minutes and realize that the world isn’t about them. Do you think that when I see someone raped or murdered or abused, I should walk on by because it would be “inconvenient” for people who aren’t the victim? This was the best timing and chance of success I could come up with. Objection 3: You didn’t get them all. Rebuttal: Gotta start somewhere. Objection 4: As a half-black, half-white person, you shouldn’t be the one doing this. Rebuttal: I don’t see anyone else picking up the slack Objection 5: Yield unto Caesar what is Caesar’s. Rebuttal: The United States of America are ruled by the law, not by any one or several people. In so far as representatives and judges do not follow the law, no one is required to yield them anything so unlawfully ordered. I would also like to extend my appreciation to a great many people since I will not be likely to be able to talk with them again (unless the Secret Service is *astoundingly* incompetent.) Thank you to my family, both personal and church, for your love over these 31 years. Thank you to my friends, for your companionship over many years. Thank you to my colleagues over many jobs, for your positivity and professionalism. Thank you to my students for your enthusiasm and love of learning. Thank you to the many acquaintances I’ve met, in person and online, for short interactions and long-term relationships, for your perspectives and inspiration. Thank you all for everything. Sincerely, Cole “coldForce” “Friendly Federal Assassin” Allen PS: Ok now that all the sappy stuff is done, what the hell is the Secret Service doing? Sorry, gonna rant a bit here and drop the formal tone. Like, I expected security cameras at every bend, bugged hotel rooms, armed agents every 10 feet, metal detectors out the wazoo. What I got (who knows, maybe they’re pranking me!) is nothing. No damn security. Not in transport. Not in the hotel. Not in the event. Like, the one thing that I immediately noticed walking into the hotel is the sense of arrogance. I walk in with multiple weapons and not a single person there considers the possibility that I could be a threat. The security at the event is all outside, focused on protestors and current arrivals, because apparently no one thought about what happens if someone checks in the day before. Like, this level of incompetence is insane, and I very sincerely hope it’s corrected by the time this country gets actually competent leadership again. Like, if I was an Iranian agent, instead of an American citizen, I could have brought a damn Ma Deuce in here and no one would have noticed s**t. Actually insane. Oh and if anyone is curious is how doing something like feels: it’s awful. I want to throw up; I want to cry for all the things I wanted to do and never will, for all the people whose trust this betrays; I experience rage thinking about everything this administration has done. Can’t really recommend it! Stay in school, kids.show more

On January 7, 1943, Nikola Tesla died alone in... Room 3327 of the Hotel New Yorker. He was 86 years old. A maid found him two days later after he had left a “do not disturb” sign on his door. The official cause was coronary thrombosis. But the deeper truth was quieter — years of isolation, poverty, and a world that had moved on without the man who helped power it. This was the inventor of alternating current, the system that still runs through our homes today. He pioneered wireless transmission, radio technology, and electric motors. He held hundreds of patents and imagined ideas — like wireless communication and renewable energy — long before they became reality. Yet by the end of his life, he was nearly penniless. In his final years, Tesla lived simply. He survived mostly on milk, bread, honey, and vegetable juice. Every day he walked to nearby parks to feed pigeons, especially one white pigeon he loved deeply. He once said he loved her as a man loves a woman. When she died, something in him seemed to fade too. There was a time when Tesla dazzled New York society, lighting bulbs with his bare hands and creating artificial lightning in his laboratory. Investors once backed him. Crowds once admired him. But as his ideas grew more ambitious — especially his dream of free wireless energy for the world — funding disappeared. He became known more as an eccentric than a genius. And yet, when he died, the world paused. Thousands attended his funeral. Leaders and scientists sent tributes. Years later, the Supreme Court recognized his priority in radio patents. History slowly corrected itself. The world he electrified had not truly forgotten him — it had simply taken time to understand him. Today, his name lives on in science, technology, and even in companies that shape the modern age. Tesla died alone in a hotel room, feeding pigeons while the current he created hummed through cities. He did not die forgotten. He died having changed the world — and that legacy still shines. It makes you wonder how many visionaries we ignore while they’re still alive. How many brilliant minds are dismissed as “too different” or “too ahead of their time” until it’s too late? What do you think — does the world truly value its geniuses, or only recognize them after they’re gone?show more

🚨 “Soon you will know who I am.” ☠️... 18,000 known or suspected terrorists are here, now, in America. That's the current estimate from Director Joe Kent of the National Counter-Terrorism Center, who just testified to that effect recently before Congress (1). They infiltrated across our open borders during the last four years of the Biden Admin. Most of these combat-experienced fighters are from the Middle East, Africa, and Indonesia, war-torn countries such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Mali, and Somalia. We are looking at not just shooters, but suicide bombers and "Fedayeen" (they fight to the death-never surrender). Many are Al Qaeda trained terrorists from Afghan training camps. Intel expert Sarah Adams has corrected her numbers assessment on the SRS podcast - Shawn Ryan Show (2) the other day, now modified to over 8,000 AQ trained. ISIS fighters along with other various Islamic Terror groups make up the other 10,000 killer-force estimate. A recent video (3) smuggled from a Taliban training camp (probably former Bagram AFB), show combat drills with skill sets comparable to our Tier 1 operators (Seals, GB, Delta). These men (and some women) are not the backwards third world ignorant natives of lore any more, so often stereotyped by the media. They are highly intelligent, clever, sinister, ruthless, and dangerous adversaries. And totally evil. 18,000 men is an Army. LET me repeat - 18,000 minimum - this is an Army of Insurgents here to kill us. Let's put it into perspective: if you divide this army into small 5-man teams, it makes 3,600 teams. Distributed equally across the US, that would be at least 72 five-man terror teams per state. Did I mention this attack would be multi-faceted on several levels? In other words, multiple swarm attacks using firearms, IEDs, vehicles and possible bio-weapons, targeting soft and hard installations, large events, transportation, communication, military installations, government offices, public safety, power and infrastructure. They will also be using camouflaged tactics, such as impersonating first-responders like Police, Fire, and Paramedics, possibly even Military. Expect mass shootings, kidnappings, suicide bombers, political assassinations, drone swarm attacks, commercial aircraft bombings, deliberate aircraft targeted crashes (think of it as a missile), arsons (cities and forests), infrastructure attacks, using the same tactics deployed against Israel. According to Europe Intel experts, AQ boasts the Israel massacre 2 years ago was a dress rehearsal for this Homeland attack against the US, striving for 50 to 60 thousand American casualties. They are going to hit where we live, work, and play.show more

NEW QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSINATION (MORE ARE... POPPING UP EVERY HOUR): An event 1/4 of this size with a nobody speaker would have ambulances immediately on scene for emergency situations like this. So why was Charlie Kirk instead stuffed into a predetermined SUV, that would have to follow traffic laws on the way to the hospital, with no medical supplies, no oxygen, and no medical personnel? He's carried there by 6 dudes (including the SAME 2 GUYS that were making the umpire hand signals seconds before the shot (white hat/white shirt guy and black shirt/black sunglasses guy) The black sunglasses guy also appears to be THE SAME PERSON that was on Trump's secret service team the day he was also shot...? (see attached pic) Nobody carrying Charlie is applying pressure to the neck wound as they run him to the car. Instead, they are just letting his head violently flop all over the place, the last thing you would do following a traumatic neck injury And despite the above carelessness with a gaping neck wound...there isn't a single drop of blood anywhere on the ground, his shoes, or any of the people carrying him 🤔 How come there are new camera angles of the shot emerging showing the blood coming out not from his neck...but from under his shirt, more in the upper-chest area? Many have forgotten that the eyewitness reports on the day of the event were saying they saw him get shot in the CHEST. The story didn't change to NECK until after those 2-3 videos we've all seen spread across the internet like wildfire, which as my original post demonstrated, had some pretty weird, potentially AI-looking inconsistencies (ring changing fingers, black dot on the top-right of his shirt moving diagonally up and seemingly BECOMING the bullet hole wound, the wound itself shifting slightly to the side when watching frame-by-frame, etc.) Could this have something to do with why some video-analyzing sleuths are spotting a black object inside the collar of Charlie's shirt, right in the area this blood is coming out in the above-mentioned angles? (See the attached video where I included clips of all of these new discoveries) Additionally, is it a complete coincidence that the freemasonic #33 has been spammed ALL OVER the event, AND the following investigation? Stacks of hats on the stage adding up to 33, supposed murderer driving 3 hours to get there, 3K people in attendance, "300 cases of politically-motivated violence since January 6th" being reported across Yahoo and other MSM outlets, manhunt lasting exactly 33 hours (Kash Patel even corrected himself after saying 36 hours, to make sure everyone heard 33 on the livestream), and many more such examples And ANOTHER coincidence, that the man they've pinned all of this on looks exactly like Lee Harvey Oswald, one of the most classic patsies in the history of US Government cinema? What about the Jew decoy they trotted out (George Zinn), who also just happens to be a key witness that reported seeing planes flying into the twin towers on 9/11/01, AND has connections to the Boston Marathon bombing? How did the supposed shooter—according to the official story we're being given—take apart the gun and stuff it in his backpack & pants in seconds (not possible according to experts), then escape the scene without being seen lugging around these giant gun parts, then REASSEMBLE THE GUN BACK TOGETHER AGAIN to leave it nicely in a box in the forest. What??? Passports found underneath the world trade center, anyone? Why was Kash Patel wining & dining at a "swanky Italian restaurant in NYC" just hours after Charlie—his self-proclaimed "best friend"—was brutally murdered live on the world stage? He has a private jet - why didn't he use it to go there and investigate? What are the odds that at the exact same time Charlie was shot, there was a big senate hearing going on regarding the Epstein files, in which they concluded they were not going to release them? (A convenient time for a distraction) What are the odds that Trump and Bibi Netanyahu—in completely different timezones and with completely different schedules—posted a "Pray for Charlie" tweet at the exact same time, to the minute? How was a book titled "The Shooting Of Charlie Kirk" published on Amazon on September 9th...then quickly taken down from the website? And what about that "Charlie Kirk Dead at 31" song posted on Soundcloud a month ago? Many have commented that, after watching the Erika Kirk TPUSA press conference video, they intuitively got weird vibes from it, sensing that it appears she is acting. I won't inject any personal opinion on this one - go watch it for yourself, and draw your own conclusions. ALL OF THIS SAID: It could not be any more blatantly obvious that whether or not all of the above bizarre occurrences are just incompetence, insane coincidences, or some mixture of the two, there is something very big going on behind the scenes here, and we've been fed a gigantic plate of lies over the last few days of unfolding events, with most of the internet is eating it up faster than Kash Patel at a swanky Italian restaurant in NYC. The only question is: how deep do the lies surrounding this situation go? (Watch the final attached video for many different levels of speculation, for you to come to your own conclusions on where you draw the line) Question everything. Always.show more
