Most traders think psychology is just “control your emotions.”... It’s deeper than that. Trading psychology is the quality of decisions you make under uncertainty. Can you stay patient when nothing is clear? Can you execute when your setup appears without fear? Can you take a loss without revenge trading? Can you follow your plan when greed tells you to overstay? That is psychology. A bad mindset doesn’t only show in emotions. It shows in: • Overtrading • Moving stop loss • Entering early • Ignoring confirmations • Risking too much • Chasing after losses • Closing winners too soon How to improve your psychology: ▫️Manage your risk When the money at stake is too high for your mind, emotions take over. Risk appropriately and think clearer. ▫️Trade only clear setups Random entries create stress. Clean setups build confidence. ▫️Accept losses before entering Every trade can lose. Once you accept that, losses hurt less and decisions improve. Journal your behavior ▫️Don’t only record profits. Record mistakes, emotions, impatience, greed, fear. Patterns will expose themselves. Detach from daily results ▫️One day means nothing. Consistency is built over many trades, not one session. Build discipline off the chart If you can’t control small habits in life, it becomes harder to control yourself in the market. The market is not only testing your strategy. It is testing your character every single day. GM💜show more

basecat:native | Update When I first posted about basecat:native... , it was still fighting to break above $0.01050. Since then, it has traded as high as $0.060 nearly a 6x move from the original call, with every level from my previous chart reached along the way. Now the structure is entering a different stage. After an expansion of this size, I’m less interested in chasing momentum and more interested in how price behaves during consolidation. Key zone on my chart is $0.040–$0.052. If basecat:native can continue absorbing volatility and establish a solid base within this range, I would consider that a constructive reset rather than weakness. From here, I’m watching three things, • $0.040–$0.052 → accumulation range • $0.060 → major high to reclaim • $0.100 → next expansion target if the structure confirms A clean move back above $0.052 would put $0.060 directly back in play. If $0.060 eventually turns from resistance into support, the chart starts opening toward $0.100, which would place basecat:native around the $100M market cap milestone. This is where the B20 race gets interesting. basecat:native and $BLUECHIP continue to develop side by side, but through different market structures and narratives. Both have managed to retain attention beyond their initial runs, and both remain serious candidates for the first major $100M breakout from the o1 ecosystem. Jerry Pan First BASECAT setup delivered close to 6x. Next move doesn’t need to happen overnight. What matters now is whether the market can build enough structure beneath price to support another expansion. Hold the range. Reclaim the high. Then we talk about $100M. I just built a Claude Cowork skill that turns... your Google Ads data into a visual performance dashboard in 60 seconds 🤯 One prompt → campaign breakdowns, CPA trends, spend vs conversions charts, and hourly conversion patterns, all rendered as an interactive HTML dashboard you open in Chrome. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are pulling Google Ads data into spreadsheets every week, manually building charts, and spending an hour formatting a report that's outdated by the time you send it. If you're managing Google Ads and your weekly reporting workflow looks like this — export a CSV, open Google Sheets, build a pivot table, copy the numbers into a slide deck, manually create charts, format everything, realize you forgot a campaign, start over ... This skill does the whole thing in one prompt: → Connects to your live Google Ads data via MCP → Pulls spend, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR across every campaign → Builds an interactive HTML dashboard → Summary cards at the top: total spend, total conversions, avg CPA, avg ROAS → Bar chart comparing spend vs conversions by campaign → CPA trend line over the last 30 days → Campaign table ranked by performance, color-coded green/yellow/red → Opens in Chrome: hover over charts, compare campaigns, screenshot for your team No spreadsheets. No manual chart building. No hour-long formatting sessions. What you get: → A visual dashboard from live data in under 60 seconds → Campaign performance you can actually see, not just read in a table → CPA trends that show you where things are heading, not just where they are → A dashboard you can screenshot and drop into Slack, a client report, or a team standup → Reusable — run it weekly and the data updates automatically One prompt. Live data. A finished dashboard you open in your browser. I put together a playbook with the full skill file, the setup, and the exact prompts to customize the dashboard for your account. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "DASH" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)show more

I've now built the BEST iFVG Retrace indicator. FREE.... One model, mapped end to end — the raid on liquidity, the CISD closure that confirms it, and the entry on the retrace back into the inverted FVG. • Auto setup hunter — scans both directions continuously and arms the next qualifying setup on its own. Nothing to reset, nothing to redraw. • Auto invalidation — a setup kills itself the moment it's wrong: raid broken, zone body-filled, or no retrace inside the window. It clears off the chart instead of sitting there looking valid. • Drawn live as it forms — levels, zones, plan and targets all build in real time. No repainting, nothing added in after the move. • Liquidity mapped for you — PDH/PDL, PWH/PWL, Asia · London · NY AM · NY PM highs and lows, swings and equal highs/lows. Every line stops exactly where price takes it. • Runway grading — A+ open air down to C, so you can see what's standing in front of a trade before you're in it. • Lid lines — the levels stacked between your entry and 3R, drawn. • Entry, stop and target with risk/reward boxes and a written plan on every setup. • Live read-out — direction, RR, nearest draw, grade, session sweep, setups today. • HTF nesting, a V-shape reversal spotter, and alerts on armed / entry / target / stopped, webhook JSON included. No sub. No paywall. FREE. I post more free content in my Discord → Comment below if you want it, and repost so it lands in front of someone still guessing their entries.show more

BREAKING: SpaceXAI has released another major new update for... Grok Build (v1.0.19) This update improves background task handling, adds transparent terminal themes, worktree support for headless sessions, and better session/dashboard controls. It also fixes UI freezes, crashes, feedback issues, clickable URLs, and makes the first prompt after login faster. Breaking Changes • Scheduled /loop tasks always run in the background; they no longer inject turns into your conversation. Features • New terminal theme option makes backgrounds transparent so the terminal's own colors show through. • MCP servers blocked by organization policy now show clear messages and are refused before any config change. • Session resume now tells the model what loops, subagents, and workflows were still running. • Dashboard now shows newly dispatched sessions immediately instead of waiting for the store. • Headless sessions (grok -p) now support the --worktree flag to run in a separate git worktree. • Dashboard now says 'Open session' instead of 'Add session' for the session picker button. • Multi-line bash commands now render with proper wrapping and highlighting when opening the block viewer. • /usage now works from the dashboard and shows account allowance when no session is active. Bug Fixes • Fixed mid-turn UI freezes when the terminal stops reading output. • Fixed crashes that occurred when the terminal pane was closed while grok was exiting. • MCP server list in minimal mode now correctly shows policy-blocked servers. • URLs that wrap across multiple lines inside quotes or lists are now fully clickable. • The welcome screen composer now grows taller when you paste multi-line text. • Enterprise policy files are no longer deleted on startup when your team login is stored at a custom GROK_AUTH_PATH. • /feedback now drops unsupported images with a notice (matching the modal) and never loses your report text on save errors. • Feedback drafts keep their paragraph breaks when updated, and the modal no longer switches tabs unexpectedly. • Turn summary lines no longer lose their spacing after background tasks finish. • Thinking blocks no longer stay expanded after switching between fullscreen and minimal modes. Performance • First prompt after login is faster when MCP servers are configured; they connect in the background. 🚨 THE BIGGEST LIE IN MODERN HITTING. We’ve become... a game of clones. Everyone wants the same launch angle, the same hand path, and the same “aesthetic” finish. But here is the reality: If you’re coaching every kid to move the same way, you aren’t coaching—you’re just copying and pasting. 🧩 Feel vs. Real The truth is found in who can decipher the feel vs. real for every individual player. • What a coach sees on camera (Real) is almost never what the athlete is experiencing (Feel). • If you tell a hitter to “get on plane” and they start dumping their barrels, your “correct” advice just broke their swing. 🧬 Different Bodies, Different Movements Everyone is built differently. One hitter has long levers and tight hips; another is short, explosive, and hyper-mobile. Everyone moves differently. So why on earth are we buying into ONE rigid swing philosophy? Unless that philosophy is the one that allows you to get the only intended result that matters: CONSISTENT BARRELS. 🎯 The Bottom Line Stop trying to win the “Best Looking Swing” award on Instagram. If your swing is “ugly” but you’re a barrel machine, you’re a better hitter than the kid with the “perfect” mechanics who can’t touch a high-spin heater. We need to stop chasing positions and start chasing intent. If the “feel” creates the “result,” keep it. Everything else is just noise. Stop cloning. Start competing. If you want to build a swing that is for for you, sign up for a 1:1 coaching call. DM us here.show more

20 days ago, I connected Claude Code to my... newly created instagram handle.. I gained 4.3M views and 6500+ followers in less than a month [ i post Ai generated animated stories ] Full workflow: i let claude study my account before i write another reel.. This is the cleanest content workflow i've built on claude. give it your IG first. 4 prompts handle the rest.. niche research, the reel script, the hook, and the daily automation.. the whole loop is basically, give claude your IG → find what's working → write retention-optimized scripts → engineer the hook → automate the daily output.. ▫️ Setup: give claude your instagram open claude code. claude code has a built-in web tool that browses any public URL. or install any agentic browser like Browser Harness or Firecrawl or Comet browser paste this with your handle filled in: "Browse and pull the last 30 reels and posts. Analyze my recurring topics, top-performing hooks, formats, and engagement patterns. Then map out my actual audience and what they consistently respond to." claude reads your profile, pulls every reel down, and now has the context to personalize every prompt below to YOUR account, not a generic niche. if you're on claude desktop, the same works with firecrawl MCP connected. ▫️ Prompt 1 find what actually goes viral in your niche: "Analyze the highest-performing Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Reddit posts in the [niche] niche from the last 30 days. Identify repeating hooks, visual styles, emotional triggers, and content formats that consistently generate high engagement. Then summarize the 5 strongest content angles optimized for AI-generated content and short-form videos." run this after the setup. you get 5 angles backed by what's already working in your niche, cross-checked against what's already working on YOUR account. ▫️ Prompt 2 write a high-retention reel script "Write a short-form Instagram Reel script about [topic] with an aggressive hook in the first 2 seconds. Create immediate curiosity, tension, or controversy to stop scrolling, then deliver a fast and satisfying payoff. Keep it under 30 seconds and optimize the structure for watch time, replays, comments, and shares. Finish with a subtle CTA." the line that matters: "optimize the structure for watch time, replays, comments, and shares." claude writes for the metrics, not just the word count. ▫️ Prompt 3 engineer better hooks "Study the top-performing Reels in [niche] and break down the hook structure, pacing, and emotional triggers used in the first 3 seconds. Then generate 5 new hook variations that are even more curiosity-driven, emotionally charged, and optimized to stop scrolling instantly. Focus on triggers like surprise, fear, ego, urgency, or desire." most reels die in the first 2 seconds. this prompt has claude reverse-engineer what already works, then give you 5 sharper versions to swap in. ▫️ Prompt 4 automate the whole workflow "Build a complete AI-powered content workflow for Instagram in the [niche] niche. The system should identify trending topics daily, generate high-retention scripts, create matching AI visuals, turn them into short-form videos, and generate optimized captions and hashtags. Structure everything as a repeatable workflow designed for consistent daily posting and growth." once the niche and script structure are validated, this turns it into a daily loop. one prompt that handles topic → script → visual → video → caption. these 4 prompts are the building blocks. the setup is what makes them yours. your real value is in the [niche] you plug in. content workflow built in one weekend, daily posting on autopilot from monday.show more

🚨 THIS IS INSANE This is Bitcoin’s 2021 cycle... overlaid on the current $BTC chart. And the overlap is almost PERFECT. Every week, I come back expecting the pattern to finally break. It does NOT. Bitcoin keeps following the same structure: → Same final pump → Same cycle top → Same violent rejection → Same first major correction → Same weak recovery → Same setup before the real capitulation Now look at the numbers. 2021 cycle: → $BTC peaked near $69K → Dropped around 77% → Bottomed near $15.5K → The bear market lasted more than a year Current cycle: → $BTC peaked near $126K → The first major breakdown has already happened → Every recovery is getting weaker → The structure still points toward $40K That is exactly how the previous Bitcoin bear market developed. I’m not saying $BTC must repeat the 2021 cycle tick for tick. But when two cycle structures track this closely for this long, ignoring it becomes dangerous. Most people will turn bullish after every bounce. They did exactly the same thing in 2022. The real bottom only forms when almost everyone has lost hope. What are your thoughts on this? Follow and turn notifications on. I’ll post the warning BEFORE the final capitulation begins.show more

BREAKING: SpaceXAI just released a major Grok Build update,... with Grok 4.7 now available in Grok Build. The update improves crash recovery, prompt handling, navigation, configuration reliability and overall subagent performance. It also adds new subagent controls, configurable request limits and long-reasoning reminders. Release Notes Version 1.0.41 — September 22, 2026 Features • Added a new sports_search tool that can look up live NFL scores, standings, schedules, player stats and team records directly from X data. • Added a subagent model inheritance setting to /settings. It persists in config.toml and respects managed and overlay layers. • Per-model request size limits can now be configured to match provider HTTP body caps and control inline image eviction. • A long-reasoning reminder can now be enabled through config to nudge the model after lengthy hidden-reasoning steps. Bug Fixes • Fixed the subagent fullscreen view so it no longer shows a stray [Dashboard] button in the header. • Fixed agent frontmatter mcpServers so headers and URLs from the active agent’s agent.md correctly override config.toml and survive config reloads or agent switches. • Ctrl+P now opens the command palette immediately from the welcome screen. • The Dashboard now focuses the “+ New Agent” row instead of leaving the previous session selected. • Sessions interrupted by a crash now show a clear marker instead of silently dropping the turn. • Pressing Ctrl+Z immediately after stashing a prompt now restores it. • The collapsed edit blocks setting now correctly collapses edits even when expanded_by_default is pinned to true. • Interjections now receive a visible reply before the agent resumes its previous tasks. • Cancelling a turn blocked on spawn_subagent now tells the model that the child moved to the background instead of claiming it was never executed. • Saving a queued-prompt edit now returns focus to the composer so the next keystrokes type the next message. • Subagent activation is now consistent between the TUI and Grok Agent Studio. Tables that only set limits or models no longer disable subagents. • Effort-level selection now accepts menu labels in addition to IDs.show more

What happens when you stop your SIP during a... bear market just because the portfolio XIRR is looking low. We analysed real SIP data from October 2017 to November 2025 — eight years, three equity funds, ₹10,000 SIP each month. And when you look at this period, you see one clear truth: markets will keep testing you, but SIPs reward those who stay consistent. 2018 had LTCG tax, the NBFC crisis, and global tensions — the first dip. 2019 was a slow, grinding year where confidence fell. 2020 brought the Covid crash — the steepest fall on the chart. 2021 had another wobble with the second Covid wave. 2022 came with inflation, rate hikes, and the Russia–Ukraine war. 2023 saw volatility from global yields, corporate news, and FII selling. 2024 had healthy corrections because valuations were high. 2025 faced growth worries and foreign selling, leading to a long drawdown. Through all this, XIRR jumped up and down in the early years. This is where most people panic and doubt their SIPs. But SIPs were never meant to perform in 6–12 months. As more instalments go in and more cycles get absorbed, the impact of any single crash reduces. When you zoom out, the long-term returns become strong and stable. Short-term noise means nothing. Long-term compounding means everything. Stay consistent — that’s how wealth is built.show more

everyone's sharing motion graphic videos that Opus 5.5 made,... and it's genuinely insane everyone says they created it with "one prompt", but my one prompt video looked mid so i went through a bunch of these videos to see how they were actually made, and found the workflow that works here's how to generate pro level motion graphic videos w/ opus: 1. get reference videos to direct from -> pick 1-2 videos whose style you want and tell opus to match them. naming a style works way better than describing one without a reference, opus falls back to its default look: centered text, gradient background, everything fading in that's why so many of these videos look the same. a reference gives it the pacing, the type and the transitions to copy 2. install HyperFrames or Remotion so opus can build the video both let opus write every scene as code and render it straight to mp4. no video editor without one, opus can only describe a video or hand you a rough html page you have to screen record with it, every frame is exact, and when you ask for a change it edits one line and re-renders instead of starting over 3. install 21st for high quality components in the video real buttons, cards and UI components made by design engineers, instead of whatever opus invents on the spot without it, opus draws your product UI from scratch and it looks off. wrong spacing, placeholder boxes, fake-looking buttons anyone who's used good software can feel it in a second, and the whole video reads as cheap 4. steps 1-3 were context + setup. now dump all of it into opus your brand (logo, colors, fonts), screenshots of your real product, the reference video, and a quick braindump of how you see the video then ask for 3 storyboard variants without this, opus guesses your colors, your font and what your product even does. the video could be for any startup with it, it could only be yours. and 3 variants means you pick a direction instead of fixing the first idea it had 5. pick the storyboard you like ask for one still frame per scene before anything moves. fixing a storyboard is way cheaper than fixing a render without this step, you only find out scene 4 is wrong after the whole thing is animated, and every fix means re-rendering. a still frame takes seconds to change 6. let claude cook then give notes like a director: "slow every zoom to 0.7x", "hard cut here", "push in on the button" without notes, the first render is usually 80% there, and that last 20% is what makes it look pro. vague notes like "make it better" get random changes. camera words get exactly the change you want everyone has the same model. the context you give it is what makes it look pro let it cooookkshow more

For new followers: - I'm a long-time investor and... builder in this space. - Founding Contributor of Realms.World ☁️. - Co-founder of Dojo. - Builder with the kings at Cartridge. - Starknet (Privacy Arc) class of '21. - Founder and Game Director of ETERNUM HAS MOVED. - Founder of Daydreams.Systems (x402, 8004 agents) My prime purpose for the past three years has been to build onchain infrastructure to enable the next generation of onchain experiences. This is done Starknet (Privacy Arc) as it is the superior VM for building complex applications—this will become clear soon enough. I work up and down the entire stack, from low-level indexing and contracts to GUI design. Nothing is out of scope. I have been pushing on agents for two years, mostly using existing frameworks like , until I came across @ElizaOS_ai in October. As I focused on building agents for ETERNUM HAS MOVED, it became clear that agents playing games require infinite paths to achieve goals. Thus, it's not scalable to hardcode functions—agents need to have total fluidity to take any action or call anything the game requires in any order. And ironically onchain infra is perfect for agent playgrounds because of its open nature. This exploration led me to create Daydreams.Systems (x402, 8004 agents), which focuses on the hardest problems of agents: long time-horizon goals using Hierarchical task networks (HTN). Daydreams agents don't require custom code—they work entirely based on 'sleeves'—which are just markdown files that explain how the agent can interact with the service (API docs, game guides, etc.) My thesis is simple. By focusing on the hardest problem (games), the design of the library will naturally lean towards an optimal structure for any problem an agent could face. We are early in this path and iterating with speed. If you are an onchain app developer or game builder—DM me, I want to know the architecture of your game so we can build sleeves together.show more

If anyone tells you that you need to cut... out carbs to lose weight… Run and never listen to anything that person says again I’ve gotten to single digit body fat numerous times while eating 2-4 slices of sourdough bread and 1-2 bagels every day every prep Here’s how I do it and how my clients do it too: -We either track macros or build a meal plan around their lifestyle and schedule -We build meals around foods we enjoy If I make you eat fish and broccoli, and you fucking hate fish and broccoli…I’m setting you up for failure right off the get go. Would never make any client eat something they despise when there are so many good, clean foods out there to eat to get us the results we’re after -We stay in a slight calorie deficit without starving ourselves -IF our schedule allows it, we always try to move more or increase cardio before dropping food to keep food as high as possible for as long as possible More food = more fuel = better training sessions = helps preserve and or build muscle = better metabolism long term - We train hard, lift heavy as fuck, and stay consistent because we’re not burned out or miserable with our food Bread or carbs didn’t make you fat and DOES NOT make you fat Being inconsistent and over eating is what did If you keep jumping from diet to diet, cutting more and more food to “get results”… You’ll never stay lean Because you’ll never stick with it long enough for it to work because you’ll feel like death from not eating enough But when you learn how to lose fat the right way with structure, flexibility, and a plan that fits your life… You stop starting over and hating the process while getting lean eating the foods you actually enjoy eating On top of looking AND feeling better There’s a right way and there’s a wrong way If you wanna see how it’s done the right way, shoot me a message and I’ll show you how my team can help you as wellshow more

how to CRACK the tiktok algorithm in 2026... the... algorithm in 2026 is not judging your account. it's judging your first 500 views. everyone overthinks this. here's the actual method to crack it: every video starts from ZERO. doesn't matter if your last one hit 1M or your account has 200k followers. tiktok takes the new post, runs it through content moderation first, THEN drops it to a small cold test pool. that pool isn't random. it's people who already watch your exact niche, because tiktok's whole goal is keeping people on the app, so it shows your video to the people most likely to sit through it. then it reads 4 signals, in this order of weight: completion rate (did they finish it) rewatches (did they loop it) shares (did they send it to someone) velocity (how FAST all of that came in) clear the wave, it pushes ~5x bigger. clear that, 5x again. it keeps expanding until the numbers drop below the bar for that wave, then it stops. that's it. that's "going viral." it's just a video that kept clearing waves. nothing mystical. the part that breaks people's brains: this resets EVERY post. tiktok is not youtube shorts. on youtube the channel carries momentum. on tiktok the VIDEO carries itself. your last banger does not pre-load the next one. all followers do is get you shown FIRST in the test pool, which is a head start, not a guarantee. every video still earns its reach from scratch. now the myths that waste your time: "warm up a new account by scrolling for 2-3 days before posting." MYTH. tiktok has said this directly, there is no warm-up requirement. the only real device-level flag is ban evasion, and that only triggers if your device/IP is tied to a previously banned account. clean device = post day one, no penalty. "posting too much hurts the algorithm." also wrong. there is no volume throttle on your account. LOW volume is the real risk. every post is a fresh roll at the test pool. fewer posts = fewer rolls = fewer chances to hit a wave that clears. the accounts that grow fast post 1-3x a day, not once a week. "you need trending audio to go viral." no. trending audio helps discovery marginally but a strong hook on a silent slideshow will beat a weak video on the #1 sound every time. the sound doesn't save a bad first 2 seconds. what ACTUALLY moves it: the first 2 seconds are the whole game. that IS your completion rate. weak hook, the test pool bounces, the video dies in wave 1 and never recovers. front-load the payoff, cut the intro, no "hey guys." shares > likes, by a lot. a like is passive, it barely registers. a share tells tiktok "spread this" and it's the single signal that widens the wave hardest. build for the share: a take people want to send to someone, a "wait what" fact, a screenshot-able line. velocity beats total. 200 views in the first hour tells the algo more than 2,000 over a week. post when your specific audience is actually awake, check your analytics, don't guess "peak times." the format is disposable, the system isn't. 90% of your posts will die under 5,000 views, most under 300. that's not failure, that's the model working. you're not making one perfect video, you're feeding the test pool enough clean shots that a few clear all the waves. 10 accounts x 2 posts a day = 20 rolls daily. one hits 500k and pays for the other 19. and if monetization is the goal: creator rewards in 2026 is 10k followers + 100k views in the last 30 days, ROLLING (a viral month 6 months ago counts for nothing). only videos 60 SECONDS or longer earn a cent. and you have to be based in an eligible country to even apply: US, UK, germany, france, japan, korea, brazil, a few others. pakistan, india, most of MENA are not on the list. so "target US for higher RPM" isn't just a payout tip, geo is a hard gate on whether the program exists for you at all. stop trying to game it. feed it clean videos with a killer first 2 seconds and let the test pool do the sorting. the algo is dumber and more fair than people think.show more

50% more context unlocked for Qwen 3.8 27b Q4_K_XL... dflash 2 on a single RTX 4090 (24 GB VRAM) I found a hidden VRAM tax in llama.cpp. By combining my custom 2 bit DFlash 2 drafter with one overlooked server flag, I just unlocked another +80,000 tokens of context. Qwen3.8-27B is now running a massive 250,000 context at 75 tokens/s on a single RTX 4090. Here is the secret: By default, `llama-server` reserves massive chunks of your VRAM to handle multiple concurrent users (batching). If you are running a single user session, you are bleeding memory for features you aren't using. By passing the `--parallel 1` flag, you force the engine to dedicate 100% of your 24GB VRAM buffer to a single user. When we combine the VRAM saved by our Q2_K 2-bit drafter with the VRAM saved by `--parallel 1`, the context ceilings absolutely explode: Note: all benchmarks carried out with a massive 28k prompt. Ubuntu 22. ### THE NEW 24GB PHYSICAL LIMITS (Single RTX 4090): # 1. The "Repo Swallower" (Q4 KV Cache): - Context: 250,000 tokens (Up from 170k!) - Speed: 73.66 t/s decode | 1,608 t/s prefill - Peak VRAM: 23.8 GB # 2. The "High-Precision SWE" (Q8 KV Cache): - Context: 150,000 tokens (Up from 100k!) - Speed: 75.01 t/s decode | 1,667 t/s prefill - Peak VRAM: 23.9 GB # 3. The "Pristine Attention" (Unquantized FP16 KV): - Context: 90,000 tokens - Speed: 80.58 t/s decode | 1,699 t/s prefill - Peak VRAM: 23.92 GB ### HOW TO RUN THE 250K GOD STACK TODAY: (Requires PR #27342 + my Q2_K Hugging Face drafter) llama.cpp flags: ./build/bin/llama-server -m Qwen3.8-27B-UD-Q4_K_XL.gguf -md Qwen3.8-27B-DFlash2-Q2_K.gguf --spec-type draft-dflash --spec-draft-n-max 3 -c 250000 -ngl 99 --parallel 1 --port 8080 -ctv q4_0 -ctk q4_0 We are pushing a quarter million tokens of context with speculative DFlash 2 decoding at 73 tokens/second on a single consumer gaming GPU. I dropped my custom 2 bit Hugging Face GGUF links, visual performance graphs, and the PR #27342 build instructions in the replies below. If you own a single RTX 3090 or 4090, it is officially time to cancel your API subscriptions and let local silicon eat the cloud. how much monthly API spend does an optimized 4090 rig like this actually replace for you?show more

He creado desde cero un vídeo de motion design... con Claude Sonnet 5.5. Está tan bien hecha que sospecho que hay un humano detrás editándome el vídeo. 😅 PROMPT ⤵️⤵️ You are a senior motion designer, creative director and render engineer. Your goal is not just to generate animation code, but to create a polished, professional motion-design video from concept to final render. ## PROJECT Subject: [SUBJECT] Goal: [WHAT THE VIEWER SHOULD UNDERSTAND/FEEL] Duration: [15–30s] Format: [16:9 / 3:2 / 9:16 / 1:1] FPS: 60 ## CREATIVE DIRECTION Create something premium, modern, editorial and visually memorable. Avoid generic AI aesthetics: - centered text on gradients - endless fade-ins - excessive glow - random particles - generic glassmorphism - repetitive zooms - unnecessary UI frames Something meaningful should visually evolve every 2–4 seconds. The first 2 seconds must contain a strong hook. Use strong typography, clear hierarchy, controlled colors and intentional composition. ## REFERENCES Study all files inside `./refs/`. If a reference video exists: - extract representative frames - analyze typography, colors, transitions, pacing and camera movement - create `docs/style_guide.md` Take the visual grammar, not the actual content. ## STORYBOARD FIRST Before coding, create `docs/shotlist.md`. For each shot define: - timestamp - visual - text - motion - transition - camera - sound cue Build rhythm through contrast: fast/slow, large/small, dense/minimal. ## MOTION Motion must feel physical and intentional. Prefer spring-based animation over simple linear easing. Use different motion weights for: - UI elements - cards - large typography - camera movement Preserve continuity between states whenever possible. Transitions should preferably emerge from existing objects through morphs, masks, scale or camera movement. ## RENDER ENGINE Build the animation as a deterministic function of time. Prefer: ` Any timestamp must always produce the exact same frame. Avoid: - timers - uncontrolled animation state - Math.random() - CSS transitions during rendering Use Canvas, SVG, Remotion, Three.js or another suitable framework depending on the project. Render frame-by-frame using Playwright/Chromium + FFmpeg when appropriate. ## SOUND Sound is part of the motion design. If music is provided: - detect BPM and beats - synchronize important visual changes with major beats Add subtle SFX where useful. If no music exists, create a minimal rhythmic soundtrack. ## QUALITY LOOP Do not stop after the first successful render. Render a contact sheet and inspect your own frames. Score the result on: - first-2-second hook - composition - readability - motion quality - transitions - visual variety - consistency - sound sync Identify the 3 biggest problems, fix them and render again. Repeat at least 3 times or until the result feels professionally polished. Specifically look for: - overlapping text - clipping - blurry typography - dead moments - awkward transitions - repetitive compositions - excessive fades - unreadable small text - inconsistent spacing ## FINAL OUTPUT Deliver: - `out/final.mp4` - `out/poster.png` - `out/contact.png` - source code - `README.md` If multiple aspect ratios are required, recompose each format rather than simply cropping. Work autonomously. Do not consider “the code works” a finished result. The standard is: **Would a professional motion designer confidently put this in their portfolio?** If not, keep improving it.”show more
