Inaugurated... and unveiled the stone plaque of the Savitribai Phule Pune University Square Integrated Double-Decker Flyover (Aundh to Shivajinagar), in Pune today. The flyover has been constructed to address long-term traffic management at University square (Chowk) and Ganeshkhind Road, providing a sustainable solution to congestion in this busy area. One side of the flyover, from Aundh to Shivajinagar, has already been opened for traffic. The ramps on the Shivajinagar and Aundh sides are complete, while the remaining ramps at Baner and Pashan are planned to be finished by October 2025. The flyover has been developed as an alternative arrangement to reduce traffic jams and improve flow.
