My #SundayShare is a 1 v 1 defending practice.... Coaching points: • Movement/positioning: first action - pressure: pressing the ball, slowing down upon approach; eyes forward facing play. • Body position: balls of feet, side on, low, ready to change direction. • Patience: delaying down the attack; narrowing attacking options? Decision-making: when to step in (tackle), when to back off, what side to show the attacker? · Confidence: in the tackle/contact. Progression: 2 v 2. One defender starts behind the attackers and is not active until an attacker takes first touch. Great session on Friday. That's a wrap of Week 5 in the U11 syllabus. #SundayShare The Sporting Resource #1v1show more

Mesh Concept | Universal Answer Any hash. Any defense.... Call it anywhere. Formations, shifts, and motions change the picture. The QB progression never changes. Pre-Snap: Alert Okie (6-step speed out) Progression 1 - Rail 2 - Low Mesh 3 - OTB 4 - High Mesh Rules & Landmarks Rail – Aim heels of #1 → bottom numbers. Low Mesh – Align +4–5 from OT. Run at 4 yards. Set the mesh and stay on the move. High Mesh – Align +4 from OT. Run at 5 yards. Set depth and read grass under LBs. OTB – Push to 10 yards over the ball. Do not shut it down early. OL Protection – 5-Man Scat RB releases on Rail and must run off the coverage if the ball isn’t thrown immediately. Creates traffic vs man. Horizontal stretch vs zone. Gets RB and playmakers involved in space. Mesh Rail is the base. Variations change the picture, not the progression. Compliment play is Mesh Pivot. Are you teaching Mesh as a coverage answer…or as a progression the QB can trust every snap?show more

The hardest of decisions has been made. Tomorrow afternoon,... our vet, who has been with us every step of this journey, will come to our home and help Ralph cross. Despite eating copious amounts of food, he lost 500kg in 3 weeks, down from 3kg to 2.5kg. His temperature is too low as he is too weak to regulate his body and he is showing signs of muscle weakness. Although no indicator for pain (we checked, twice), he is literally withering away and prolonging this will be completely and utterly for us, not for him and you all know by now, we would never, ever do that to our kids. He is home, on top of our warm bed and he will be so spoiled the next 24 hours. He will be hugged so much and will be told we love him until the moment he slips away in our arms Simon and I are devastated this is happening a 3rd time this year and this has been my fear for many, many years. Thank you all for being there for us and keep Ralph in your thoughts tomorrow as he starts his journey over the rainbow bridge.show more

🚨Let's Talk About REAL Biblical Discernment vs. Emotional Manipulation... Laurie Cardoza-Moore wants to lecture us about "biblical foundations" while conveniently ignoring some very basic biblical principles. So let me break this down the way apparently NO ONE else will: FIRST - Let's address the elephant in the room: This is the same woman who sent threatening texts to Charlie Kirk before his tragic death. And now she's positioning herself as the arbiter of Christian faithfulness? The audacity is truly breathtaking. SECOND - On "Biblical Foundations": You know what the Bible ACTUALLY says? "Thou shalt not bear false witness." Yet she accuses anyone who questions Israeli government policy of being "demonic" and full of "jew-hatred." Criticizing a GOVERNMENT is not the same as hating a PEOPLE. Israel is a nation-state with a government that makes policy decisions. The Jewish people are God's chosen people. These are two different things. And if you can't distinguish between them, YOU are the one with the identity crisis—not the Church. THIRD - The Covenant Confusion: Yes, God made an everlasting covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. But let's read what Jesus said in Matthew 23:37-38: "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her... See! Your house is left to you desolate." The New Covenant established through Christ extends God's promise to ALL who believe—Jew AND Gentile (Galatians 3:28-29). To suggest that modern political support for every action of the Israeli government is a prerequisite for Christian faithfulness is theological malpractice. FOURTH - "Anti-Semitism" As A Weapon: Notice the pattern: Anyone who asks questions = "anti-Semite." Anyone who wants accountability = "demonic." Anyone who reads the FULL counsel of Scripture = "heresy." This isn't about protecting Jewish people. This is about silencing dissent and critical thinking. And weaponizing the charge of anti-Semitism to shut down legitimate discourse is disgusting and diminishes ACTUAL anti-Semitism. FIFTH - The Missing Context: She wants you to share her videos and "defeat these anti-Semites" but won't address: 🔘Why she threatened Charlie Kirk? 🔘Why Tucker Carlson's journalism is "heresy"? 🔘Why asking questions about foreign policy is "jew-hatred"? 🔘Why Christians can't think critically about Middle East conflicts? FINALLY - What The Bible ACTUALLY Says: "Test all things; hold fast what is good" (1 Thessalonians 5:21) "The simple believes every word, but the prudent considers well his steps" (Proverbs 14:15) Real biblical faith doesn't require blind allegiance to any government—Israeli or American. It requires discernment, wisdom, and the courage to stand for truth even when it's uncomfortable. You want to talk about the "last days," Laurie? In the last days, Jesus warned about FALSE PROPHETS who would deceive many (Matthew 24:11). He warned about wolves in sheep's clothing (Matthew 7:15). And He commanded us to be wise as serpents and innocent as doves (Matthew 10:16). So here's MY call to the watchmen: WATCH. But watch with discernment. Watch with wisdom. And watch out for those who use fear, intimidation, and manipulation to control your theology. Charlie Kirk deserved better than threats. Christians deserve better than emotional manipulation disguised as biblical teaching. And the truth deserves better than to be buried under accusations of "anti-Semitism" every time someone asks a question. I stand with Candace Owens. I stand with facts over manipulation. I stand with the truth. And I will NOT be bullied into abandoning either. Share this if you believe Christians are called to think critically, love genuinely, and refuse to be manipulated by fear.show more

🚨🚨🚨 THIS $2 BILLION AIRCRAFT IS MORE DANGEROUS THAN... A NUCLEAR WEAPON → AND THE US JUST ACTIVATED IT 🚨🚨🚨 The B-2 Spirit. Inspired by nature's most efficient flyer → the Peregrine Falcon. Millions of years of evolution copied into $2 billion of engineering. Here's what nobody is telling you about what this plane is doing RIGHT NOW in Iran: → Step 1: It took off from Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri → Step 2: It flew 6,000+ miles WITHOUT being detected by a single radar → Step 3: It entered Iranian airspace completely invisible → Step 4: It dropped the GBU-57 — a 30,000 POUND bunker buster bomb → Step 5: That bomb penetrated 200 FEET underground → Step 6: It destroyed Iran's Fordow nuclear facility — buried inside a MOUNTAIN → Step 7: No missile defense system on Earth saw it coming → Step 8: It flew home. Iran didn't know it was there until the explosions started Why this is MORE important than a nuclear weapon: A nuke destroys everything — cities, civilians, the country that launched it politically. It can NEVER be used without ending the world. The B-2 does the same job SURGICALLY. → It reaches ANY target on the planet within hours → It carries 40,000 lbs of bombs — enough to level a military base → It penetrates 200 feet underground — no bunker is safe → It's INVISIBLE — $400 billion worth of Russian and Chinese air defense systems can't find it → It can strike and return WITHOUT a single soldier touching the ground → Iran spent decades burying its nuclear facilities underground thinking they were safe They weren't. The B-2 Spirit is why Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. Not sanctions. Not diplomacy. Not treaties. A plane they can't see, carrying a bomb they can't stop, hitting a bunker they thought was untouchable. Nature perfected flight over millions of years. The US copied it, strapped 40,000 lbs of explosives to it, and made it invisible. That's not a plane. That's a message. And Iran just received it. 🚨🚨🚨show more

Sam Altman on model pricing: "We want to create... incredibly capable, incredibly low cost, incredibly abundant intelligence, and I think Astra is a great step forward there. The token efficiency of Astra is so impressive to me, the amount of work you can get done with a relatively small amount of tokens and the kind of the price per dollar of a task. Only a few weeks ago, we cut the price of Luna, our small model, by 80%. Our goal is to have the best price performance at every level of intelligence. All the way along the curve, we will continue to keep dropping prices dramatically...I think the opportunity in front of us is so huge we will be able to continue to bring prices down and still have huge revenue." Texas A&M HC Mike Elko - Building Defensive IQ... for Winning Situational Football "It starts to me with you have to develop football 101 in your defense. You've got to take a step back & you've got to build some level of general football knowledge in your defensive unit. It's sometimes the things that can save you when you don't call the perfect defense/scheme. Down & Distance Understanding... 2nd & 7+ - We have won 1st down... The offense is now trying to get themselves back in favorable positions for 3rd down. Here the battle is for half the yardage. - Offensively you will see a lot of RPOs, Quick Game, Screen & Draw. This is not a down where you will see a lot of high risk types of offensive plays. - Defensively we play this down & distance like a 3rd down off 1/2 the yardage... (2nd & 8 is like 3rd & 4, 2nd & 14 is like 3rd & 7) 2nd & 4-6 - We have lost 1st down. Now we must make a play on 2nd down to try to re-create an advantage for 3rd down. Success on this down is similar to 1st & 10. We are looking to hold them to 3 or less. - This is a down where the offense usually sticks to their strengths. Again, they are looking for a low risk play that will keep the chains moving forward. - For us we call this D&D no different than 1st down. 2nd & 1-3 (Waste) - Thus for the offense is known as a waste down. This is a D&D where the offense is likely to take a deep shot because they are in a favorable position for 3rd down. - Offenses will try double moves & max protection shot plays a lot on this D&D - For us on defense, this is a big zone pressure down. Gives us a chance to create a negative play and regain the advantage on the sticks. Also closes the middle of the field to protect us on the shot plays.show more

6-Man Protection – X’s & O’s Diagram Style (Half-Slide... Example – most commonly taught by Bobby Acosta) Basic Alignment (Shotgun Example) Offense •LT – LG – C – RG – RT •RB aligned opposite slide call •4 receivers in route Defense (example) •4 Down DL •2 Linebackers (Mike + Will) 🔄 Step 1: Declare the Mike The QB or Center identifies the Mike linebacker. That sets: •The blocking count for the offensive line •The direction of the slide Example call: “Mike 52! Slide Right!” 🔁 Step 2: The Half-Slide Rules 👉 Slide Side (Right in this example) •RG → inside gap first •RT → next inside threat •C → helps play-side A-gap They are zone-protecting gaps, not specific defenders. 👉 Backside (Man Side) •LT → Man on defensive end •LG → Man on defensive tackle They block big-on-big. Step 3: Running Back Responsibility The RB: 1.Scans inside first opposite the slide 3.Picks up first linebacker or edge blitzer 4.If no threat → check release Coaching point often emphasized: “Inside-out, most dangerous first.” 📊 How It Handles Pressure ✅ Handles 4-man rush easily ✅ Handles 5-man pressure cleanly ⚠️ Versus 6-man pressure: QB must throw hot or adjust protection. 🎯 Why This Works •Strong interior wall •Backside edge secured •Flexible vs. common blitzes •Allows deeper route concepts To request for the OC Google Doc Workbook Drive. 🌷 The Egg Carton Trick for Planting Bulbs—Fast &... Perfectly Spaced Forget digging dozens of tiny holes. This simple, low-cost gardening trick lets you plant many bulbs at once, evenly spaced, with almost no measuring and far less effort. How it works: Step 1 Dig a single wide trench to the correct depth (roughly three times the height of the bulb). Level the bottom so everything sits evenly. Step 2 Place cardboard egg cartons directly on the soil, side by side. Drop one bulb into each cup, pointed tip facing up. Step 3 Cover everything with the soil you removed earlier—about 4–6 inches above the bulbs. Water thoroughly so the soil settles and the cartons begin breaking down. Step 4 Over time, the cardboard naturally decomposes. When spring arrives, you’re left with a dense, evenly spaced blanket of flowers. ⚠️ Important material reminder: Use only paper or cardboard egg cartons Never use plastic or Styrofoam cartons For faster root growth, cut a small slit in the bottom of each egg cup 🌼 Bulbs that work best: Ideal size: tulips, daffodils, crocus, grape hyacinths (muscari), scilla Not recommended: very large bulbs like giant alliums 🍂 When to plant: Best planted in fall, once soil temperatures drop below 60°F (15°C) Water immediately after planting to speed up decomposition and root contactshow more

F350 Rear Differential Service done right. Step by step... pure ASMR. If you want to keep your heavy-duty truck running smoothly, keeping up with your differential maintenance is non-negotiable. Whether you are dealing with a standard cover or a high-capacity unit, taking the time to properly clean, seal, and refill your rear diff will save you from major mechanical headaches down the road. Here is a comprehensive breakdown of the exact process shown in the video to get the job done right. Step 1: Remove the Housing Bolts Pop the truck up on a lift or secure it on jack stands. Position a drain pan underneath the differential. Grab an impact wrench and begin backing out all of the bolts securing the differential cover to the housing. Pro-Tip: Leave one or two bolts loosely threaded at the very top of the cover. This keeps the cover from falling completely off and splashing old gear oil everywhere once you break the factory seal. Step 2: Drain the Old Fluid Once the lower bolts are removed, use a chisel and a dead-blow hammer to gently tap the lower edge of the cover. Pry it open slightly to break the old gasket seal and let the fluid drain smoothly into your catch pan. Once the majority of the oil has drained, remove the top safety bolts and take the cover completely off. Step 3: Prep the Differential Housing With the gears exposed, stuff a clean shop rag inside the housing cavity to protect the ring and pinion from any loose debris. Use a gasket scraper or razor to carefully peel away the old silicone sealant from the mating surface. Follow up with a die grinder equipped with a surface conditioning disc to polish the flange completely clean, then remove the rag and wipe down the interior edge with brake cleaner. Step 4: Deep Clean the Diff Cover Take the removed differential cover over to a parts washer. Use a solvent brush to scrub out any residual sludge, metal filings, and old oil. If the exterior has built-up road grime or rust, give it a quick pressure wash or hose down. Finally, use an air blow gun to thoroughly dry the cover, ensuring absolutely no moisture or solvent remains inside. Step 5: Apply New RTV Sealant Lay the clean cover flat on your workbench. Grab a high-performance RTV silicone sealant (ensure it is rated for gear oil exposure) and lay down a clean, continuous bead along the center of the mating flange. Make sure to loop around the inside of each bolt hole to prevent future leaks. Step 6: Reinstall the Cover and Torque Carefully align the cover back onto the differential housing, making sure not to smudge the fresh RTV bead. Hand-start all of your bolts to avoid cross-threading. Once they are all in place, use a ratchet to tighten them down in a star pattern, ensuring even pressure across the gasket surface. Step 7: Fill with Fresh Gear Oil Locate the fill plug on the side or rear of the differential and remove it. Grab your premium synthetic fluid—such as SAE 75W-85 hypoid gear lubricant. Insert the bottle nozzle into the fill hole and squeeze the fluid in. You will need to continue filling until the fluid level reaches the bottom edge of the fill hole and just begins to weep out. Step 8: Reinstall the Fill Plug & Inspect Wipe away any excess fluid that leaked out during the filling process. Reinstall the fill plug and torque it to spec. Give the entire assembly one final look to ensure your seals are clean and dry.show more

Insecurity. HERE ARE THE RED FLAGS TO HELP YOU... IDENTIFY IMPERSONATORS, KIDNAPPERS, CRIMINALS, TERRORISTS ON MILITARY OR PARAMILITARY UNIFORMS WHEN DRIVING OR TRAVELING THROUGH THE HIGHWAYS IN NIGERIA. VISIBILITY AND STATIONED VEHICLES. When driving and you suddenly sight men in uniform and guns, either soldiers in Army camouflage, police, or paramilitary uniforms standing on the express in an isolated area, slow down from afar and scan the area for proper visibility. If the road is a two lane express, ensure both sides of the road where the uniform men are standing are not covered with bush. If the both sides of the road is covered with thick and over grown grass, please it is a red flag. Before soldiers, police, civil defence, immigration or customs set up checkpoints or road blocks in the middle of nowhere, they will properly clear the bushes on one side, or on both sides of the road where they intend to mount their road block. They will build makeshift shades or seats. They may build makeshift shelter and create a proper space for vehicles to park. At a certain distance, the road block will be very visible to you as a motorists. HERE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT. If you see such road blocks, please check both sides of the road if there is a stationed vehicle of the officers. For such an isolated roadblock there must be a well branded vehicle of the organisation parked by the side of the road for easy identification, confidence, and protection assurance. If the men who blocked the road are on Army camouflage, you will see a well branded Army Hilux parked by the side of the road. If they are on police uniform, you will see a well branded police vehicle parked by the side of the road. If they are on customs, immigration or civil defence uniform, you will see their branded vehicles parked by the side of the road. The vehicle is for proper identification and protection assurance. Please note: on such isolated road blocks or checkpoint, they will never use unbranded vehicles, unmarked vehicles, or private cars. If you don't see a branded vehicle of the force parked by one side of the road when you sight such road blocks from a distance, it a big red flag. If such road block is not very visible from a distance, it's also a big red flag. HOW THE OFFICERS ARE KITTED UP. Check how the uniform men on the road are dressed from up to down. If they are on a legitimate stop and search or road block, they will dress properly from head to toe. They will Put on their uniforms properly, with boots. They will put on their caps and will properly shave their beards as officers. No overgrown hair, no dreadlocks, no long beards. If you see them on pam slippers, snickers, or rubber shoe, it is a very big red flag. HOW THEIR GUNS ARE POSITIONED OR DISPLAYED. If they are on legitimate road block, or on a stop and search, they will never point their guns on oncoming vehicles. Their guns will either be hanged on their back, or seen pointing to the ground. In this video, you will see that they are not properly kitted up. They are putting on pam slippers, and mounting road block. (RED FLAG) You will not see a branded vehicle of the Army parked on any side of the road. (RED FLAG) You can clearly see some of them pointing their guns towards oncoming vehicles. Ready to shoot. (RED FLAG) Please don't be deceived by their uniform. They are bandits and terrorists using the Nigerian military camouflage to disguise. Retweet to save a life.show more

There is 1 fundamental flaw with most health programs:... They pass the complexity over to you. You are presented with high-level information or action steps that fail to dig into the details. Why? Because this is hard to do; and the coach or creator of the program didn't put in the work to sift through that complexity for you. Instead, they passed it over to you to figure it out for yourself. Like it or not, someone has to eat this pain. And I'm of the belief that this shouldn't be you. Thankfully, I've put in the work—I've suffered a high degree of pain—so you don't have to. Over the last 2.5 years I create a 12-step health system to achieve total human optimisation. A blueprint to eliminate lingering health issues, gain complete control over your mind and body, and access your full cognitive capacity. You'll find all the details here: And I'll admit: It's not a cheap program. I don't offer low quality cookie-cutter services. Like Leonardo da Vinci and the Mona Lisa, this program has been cultivated over many years. And it's damn good. Which is why tomorrow it will return to it's full price of $1,475. Meaning you have 24 hours to secure it at 53% off, $697. The program is 100% self-paced, and you maintain access to support and coaching for 6-months at a time. How does this work? From your sign-up date, a subscription renewal fee is charged every 6 months so you can maintain access to me and my team. (+all roll-outs/updates) This renewal will be exactly 1/2 of your initial investment. Meaning, if you secure the program at 53% off, your renewal will be $348.50 every 6 months (down from $737.50). This is fixed. The 53% off code is auto-applied at checkout as we speak, it will only work for the first 50 people. Go here to secure it:show more

This explains it all. Hillary Clinton has greatly been... behind the destruction of America Hillary Clinton wrote her entire college thesis on a book that explains how to turn any country into a communist dictatorship Wait until you hear this “You want to know how we got here? I'll tell you. It's people like Hillary Clinton who've been introducing Socialist Marxist ideology to the American public for decades, and they've been pushing their agenda to turn this country into a commie nation. And if you don't believe me, tell me if any of Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals sound familiar based on how you're living your life right now and what this country's become. It's the exact playbook on how to convert any nation into a communist dictatorship. — It was written down step-by-step. So here's how it works. It's eight steps to take any civilization and convert it to socialist Marxist ideology that's reinforced by communism, which, by the way, Hillary Clinton wrote her entire college thesis on this particular book. — The first move is to control healthcare. You control healthcare, you control people's bodies, you control their choices, and you create dependency - The second move dovetails right off the first. They jack up poverty so people can't breathe. Keep wages low, make prices high through inflation, tax f*cking everything, and then suddenly people are desperate. That's exactly what they want because when you're desperate, you beg for anyone who promises some form of relief - Then the third step is to bury a generation in debt. $20 trillion, $30 trillion. Who's keeping score again? Nobody. That's where we're at. The math is absolutely f*cking brutal on purpose and the goal is to crash the system, and then they offer the solution. - Step four in Alinsky's plot is to take guns off the table, disarm the people, and centralize enforcement. Makes everything easier when no one can push back - The fifth step is to weaponize welfare. Food, housing, income, dependency on the state. Call it compassion if you want. I call it a leash. - Then the sixth step is to own the classrooms. Control the curriculum, control the future voters, control the narrative. Kids are taught to parrot slogans and not to ask questions, which is perfect, right? At least if you want to institute socialism and a Marxist ideology and a communist dictatorship in your own f*cking country, - Then step seven is to erase God, or at least replace faith with dependency. Because faith causes people to ask questions. Dependency forces people to submit - Then finally, the eighth step. They keep the population fighting each other. Class versus class, race versus race, left versus right. While the people are busy clawing over crumbs, they rob us blind and they take over. Look, every single one of these moves is being played out in real time right now. It's not a coincidence. Not even close. It's a pattern, and if you see the pattern, good. You're awake. Don't just watch it happen. Push back. Talk about it. Share it. Wake people up. Because the worst part of this is that they knew that a society of young, strong, level-headed, logical thinking men would never have allowed any of this to take place, and that's why they came after us first.“show more

Imagine if someone told you have to catch the... biggest flying object in the world as it's falls back to Earth faster than a speeding bullet, all so it can get reused and can be launched again back into space. I bet most people would throw in the towel right there, shaking their heads like, "No way, that's impossible." But not Elon. I’m talking about SpaceX's Starship, THE vehicle that will be used to make life multiplanetary. Back in October 2024, during their fifth test flight, Elon's team pulled off something straight out of a sci-fi movie. The Super Heavy booster, the bottom part of the rocket, towering over 200 feet tall, blasted off from their Starbase in Texas, sent the upper stage soaring, and then came roaring back. Instead of letting it splash down in the ocean or crash, they caught it mid-air with these giant mechanical arms on the launch tower, nicknamed "Mechazilla,” bringing it to a gentle stop. It was the first time ever, and it worked flawlessly on the very first try. What people don’t realize is each catch saves $ millions in costs, makes space travel cheaper, and gets us one step closer to putting people on Mars or the Moon for good. Reusable rockets is like re-charging your Tesla, instead of buying a new one after every trip. It's game changer for humanity's future. What inspires me about Elon is that drive… it’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I would say I’m very driven, but this man is at a different level. Most people see “impossible” and step back, but Elon sees “impossible” and goes head in first. And history always changes bc of the ones that do the impossible. And I believe history will recognize Elon as the greatest entrepreneur in history.show more

If this is AI slop, the slop is getting... ridiculously realistic Made with seedance 2.5 Prompt: Create a 30-second, 1080p ultra-realistic personal home-video showing an ordinary summer evening in the life of a young Japanese woman. No reference image. MAIN SUBJECT Young Japanese woman in her early 20s, naturally pretty, realistic skin texture, minimal makeup, soft and cheerful personality. Shoulder-length dark brown hair worn down with a simple clip pinning back one side, a few loose strands framing her face. Wearing an oversized light-yellow short-sleeve shirt, denim shorts, white canvas sneakers and a thin gold anklet. Maintain the same face, hairstyle, clothing, body proportions and overall appearance throughout the entire video. SETTING A quiet older residential neighborhood in Kyoto during a warm summer evening. Narrow paved streets, low wooden houses, hanging laundry, vending machines, telephone poles, tangled overhead wires, a small corner convenience store, a shrine gate visible in the distance, cicadas humming in the trees, and long tree shadows stretching across the road. Everything should feel lived-in, ordinary and peaceful. No tourist attractions, advertisements, recognizable brands or commercial activity. CAMERA / VISUAL AESTHETIC Raw personal footage casually recorded by a friend on an early-2000s consumer DV camcorder. Strong handheld shake, imperfect framing, autofocus hunting, exposure shifts, occasional motion blur, faded colors, soft digital detail, mild noise, accidental zooms and natural camera imperfections. No stabilization, drone footage, gimbal movement, dramatic lighting or polished commercial cinematography. — OUTSIDE THE HOUSE She steps outside holding a small paper fan. She slides the door shut, glances at her reflection in a window, and looks toward the camera with a shy laugh. A warm evening breeze rustles the nearby wind chimes as she starts walking down the street. — CONVENIENCE STORE STOP She reaches the small corner store and buys a popsicle. She steps outside, unwraps it, takes her first bite and scrunches her face happily at the taste. She notices her friend filming and waves the popsicle toward the camera with a grin before taking another bite. — WALKING HOME She continues down the quiet street while eating. A small dog tied outside a shop barks softly and wags its tail. She kneels down and gently scratches behind its ears. The dog's owner calls it back and she stands, giggling as she walks on. — SMALL ACCIDENT She walks past a low hanging laundry line when a stray sheet brushes against her head. She stops, startled, then realizes what happened and bursts out laughing. She pats down her hair while her friend zooms clumsily toward her face. She looks directly into the camera and says: "Mou, yamete!" ("Come on, stop it!") — QUIET MOMENT She reaches a small stone step near a shrine gate and sits down for a moment. She finishes the popsicle while watching fireflies begin to flicker faintly near the bushes. A gentle breeze moves her hair. She tucks a loose strand behind her ear and looks around peacefully. — FINAL MOMENT She stands up and continues walking home. After a few steps, she turns back toward the camera with a soft playful smile and says: "Hayaku kite." ("Come on, hurry up.") She keeps walking down the dim lane as the streetlights flicker on, while the camera follows behind. She disappears around the corner and the recording abruptly cuts to black. AUDIO Natural location sound only: cicadas, wind chimes, footsteps, distant bicycle bells, a vending machine hum, sliding doors, rustling laundry, faint conversations and subtle camera-handling noise. No music. No narration. No artificial sound effects. Only the two spoken lines specified above. FINAL FEEL The entire video should feel like a forgotten summer recording from the early 2000s. Warm, gentle, casual, slightly playful, intimate and nostalgic. No dramatic events, no exaggerated acting, no model poses and no polished cinematic shots. The realism should come from ordinary surroundings, natural expressions, small accidents, realistic environmental movement and imperfect camcorder operation.show more

🚨 THE WEST HAM ROBBERY: How a boring low-block... cost them their Premier League status. That 1-1 draw against West Ham under Michael Carrick last season was never supposed to be a draw. The match should have easily been a win for either side, but the media completely ruined the vibe by overhyping it because of the guy who wanted to get his hair cut . West Ham came into that match with a small-club mentality, playing strictly to pick up a draw just to stop us from getting 5 straight wins over them. They weren't even thinking about winning. If they had actually played their normal attacking football, they might have won the game, picked up 3 vital points, and saved themselves from getting relegated! I was actually hoping West Ham wouldn't relegate last season because my dream was to see Tottenham Hotspur go down instead. I've never witnessed a truly massive Premier League club get relegated in my lifetime, and seeing Spurs drop to the Championship would have made me so glad. But it's fine, because Chelsea will gladly take their place this season! With no European football and their squad in complete chaos, Chelsea is going to relegate so I can finally witness exactly what it looks like when a "big team" goes down to the trenches.show more

Most competitive 49ers' training camp practice so far ended... Block 3 — fittingly, it coincided with Kyle Shanahan's return to the podium. Some highlights: 🏈Upton Stout will be a HUGE part of this defense. Pick 6 on a Brock Purdy-to-Demarcus Robinson try today. Raheem Morris said Stout is SF's starting "Star" — that was Jalen Ramsey's versatile position in LA's defense 🏈OL/DL 1-on-1s didn't go well for Connor Colby, who lost multiple reps (rookie James Thompson got him twice). Robert Jones continued as top LG. Brett Toth (concussion) watched from sideline 🏈Romello Height had a fun multi-rep battle with Colton McKivitz. Slipped lost Round 1, then jumped offsides twice, then ripped out a wicked inside spin move — speedy potential on full display. Height says he picks Trent Williams' brain after practice (smart move, per sources) 🏈De'Zhaun Stribling was back in team drills. Purdy's first pass: Crisp out-breaker to the rookie, who continues to look polished and explosive. Stribling did log a catch vs Stout on another out later on 🏈Biggest offensive play came when 49ers spread defense out with Stribling and Co. to set up Purdy-to-McCaffrey on a 25-yard post 🏈The logjam of young DTs — Sebastian Valdez, Bryson Eason, and James Thompson — will be interesting to sort out. All are flashing. Alfred Collins had a big pass bat-down today, one of his specialties 🏈Jordan Watkins has had some struggles over the middle and today he dropped an intermediate crosser in traffic from Adrian Martinez 🏈Nice adjustment from Junior Bergen on a similar route but with Kurtis Rourke at QB. Throw was a touch late and behind Bergen but the gritty young WR made it work. His good camp continues 🏈Best practice so far for vet CB Nate Hobbs, who notched 3 pass breakups, including one vs Bergen. Hobbs has been most effective inside during his career but he also knocked two boundary passes away today 🏈Soaring TD catch in end-of-game red-zone work from 6-2 rookie WR Wesley Grimes on a throw from Mac Jones 🏈Purdy found Luke Farrell for a last-second TD during his first turn of this hurry-up work. Farrell's pass-game usage has gone way up this camp; looks like a trusted target for 13 now 🏈Deommodore Lenoir INT of Purdy came on the first team's second red-zone try. Fourth down as time expired, so Purdy had to force a throw since no one was open and the "game" was on the line. Lenoir undercut Robinson 🏈Big run stop from rookie DT Gracen Halton, who's one of the most vocal players on the field. When Halton makes a play, you typically hear it from the sideline 🏈Fred Warner notched a lunging PBU, showcasing that rare 6-4 LB height, and also scooped up a possible early fumble for a return TD 🏈49ers will be off Sunday before returning for their fourth 2-practice block on Monday, the second of which will be a joint session with Robert Saleh and the Titans — so the work is ramping up at just the right timeshow more

‼️UNSCRIPTED: Shedeur Sanders and the Rise They Never Saw... Coming … There are athletes who play the game and then there are figures who shift culture. Shedeur Sanders has become the latter. Not because the world cleared a path for him, but because he rose above everything they said he could not overcome. From the moment his name surfaced in NFL conversations, critics formed their narratives. He is not ready. He cannot read an NFL playbook. He does not have the arm talent. He will not start this season. He will sit behind veterans. He will fold under pressure. They buried him on depth charts that were never meant to define him. But here is the biblical pattern. Every chosen leader is underestimated before they are elevated. Every David is measured by the armor he does not wear. Every Joseph is counted out before he steps into his palace. Every Daniel is doubted until he survives what should have destroyed him. And even Jesus walked through wilderness before walking into purpose. Shedeur’s journey mirrors that same divine blueprint. He did not rise because the critics supported him. He rose in spite of them. He rose above projections. He rose above narratives. He rose above the low expectations placed on him by people who never studied his preparation. And just like David he did not need public approval to prove he was ready. He just needed a moment. A moment to step into the pocket. A moment to command the huddle. A moment to show he can read defenses, manipulate safeties, extend plays, and deliver throws critics said he could not make. When God appoints someone no amount of opposition can block the assignment. Critics can predict it. Analysts can dismiss it. Experts can misunderstand it. But they cannot stop it. God has a history of taking what people overlook and turning it into what the world cannot ignore.show more

"The label just says No Brand" GRWM w Desi... Generated on Atlas Cloud Wan 3.0 Prime Esr upscale stitched together on ElevenCreative studio prompt Desi: South Asian woman, mid-20s, warm brown skin with natural, realistic texture — visible pores, subtle natural sheen, no airbrushed smoothness. Expressive dark brown eyes, defined brows, full lips. Long dark wavy hair, undone/messy at the start. No jewelry until the earrings beat. Gold jhumka earrings and thin gold necklace are her fixed accessories once applied. Environment — Desi's Bedroom: Modest, lived-in bedroom, soft neutral-toned walls, single window with sheer curtains, warm diffused morning light with real shadow falloff. Wooden/laminate flooring, small woven area rug. Flows from bed area to vanity/mirror corner to a closet/wardrobe area to a doorway. Bed: simple platform frame, unmade, muted duvet, mismatched pillows, folded throw, nightstand with a plain ceramic mug, analog alarm clock, small lamp. Vanity: wooden dresser, plain oval mirror, small ceramic dish holding her rings/studs/jhumka earrings, a plain glass jar labeled "NO BRAND" in small black sans-serif text, a plain wooden hairbrush — all visible on the surface from the start. Wardrobe area: simple open wardrobe/hangers with a small handful of plain unbranded clothing already visible. Doorway: simple wooden door, softly lit hallway beyond. Visual style (all blocks): Cinematic realism, not commercial polish. Soft natural film-like grain, warm slightly imperfect color grading true to real morning light. Skin genuinely textured, never smoothed or beauty-filtered. Smooth floating steadicam/gimbal camera movement throughout, cinematic framing sensibility, not raw flat phone footage. Audio style (all blocks): Warm, natural, close-mic room-tone quality, not sterile or studio-clean. Real object-contact sounds, natural room reverb on her voice. No music, no artificial sound effects. Standing negatives (repeat in every block): No AI morphing of any kind — no shifting, warping, or unstable facial features, body proportions, or object shapes. No items suddenly appearing or disappearing in frame — every object must already be visible in its place before she interacts with it. No over-polished or beauty-filtered skin — natural texture and imperfection required throughout. No overly clean, sterile, or commercial visual grade. No duplicate Desi in any frame. No identity drift from block to block. Every product/container shows either no text/logo or exactly the plain "NO BRAND" mark — simple black sans-serif on plain packaging. No recognizable real-world brand names, logos, or trademarked packaging/clothing design anywhere in frame. No extra fingers, fused hands, or distorted anatomy. No text overlays or captions. No music — natural ambient audio only. Mirror reflections physically accurate and consistent; camera never visible in any reflection. No sudden speed changes, no time-lapse compression, no rushed dialogue delivery. BLOCK 1 — [0:00–0:15] The Alarm, Waking, Yawn, First Line Continuity note: Opening block — no prior frame to match. Action: Dark, close frame on Desi's sleeping face, soft warm morning light beginning to catch her skin's natural texture. A phone alarm begins ringing on the nightstand. Hold on her unmoving for a real beat as it rings. Her hand fumbles slowly toward the sound, silences it. She lies still a moment longer, then opens her eyes slowly, squinting at the light. She yawns — full, unhurried, genuine — stretching slightly where she lies. A long pause settles after. Dialogue: (after the yawn, slow, groggy, real pauses) "Okay... (pause) ...so it is way too early for this..." (long pause, slow exhale) "...but let's get ready anyway." Camera: Static-to-slow-float — begins locked close on her face, only beginning the faintest float as she finishes speaking, ending the block just as she starts to shift toward sitting up. Block-specific negatives: The alarm sound must play first, before any dialogue or visible movement. Do not have her wake up abruptly or sit up quickly — the entire block stays in slow, groggy stillness. Do not begin the standing/sitting motion before the final line completes. BLOCK 2 — [0:15–0:30] Five More Minutes + Coffee Stretch Continuity note: Opens exactly where Block 1 ended — Desi still lying down, having just finished her line, beginning to shift toward sitting up. Match her position, the room's lighting, and her expression precisely to Block 1's final frame. Action: She sits up fully, stretches with a real, full arms-overhead extension, laughs softly at herself. She reaches for the ceramic mug already present on the nightstand, takes a slow sip, holds it a moment, exhales contentedly. Only after finishing the sip does she swing her legs out and stand, unhurried. Dialogue: "Five more minutes..." (pause, small laugh) "...turned into not five minutes." (beat) "Classic." (pause, after the sip) "Okay." (beat) "...That helps." Camera: Smooth floating steadicam, holding a steady elevated angle through the stretch, following her rise to standing by the block's end. Block-specific negatives: Do not skip or shorten the full stretch. The sip of coffee must complete before she stands — no simultaneous drinking-and-standing. Do not have her rush to her feet; the stand is the final motion of the block, unhurried. BLOCK 3 — [0:30–0:45] Moisturizer Continuity note: Opens exactly where Block 2 ended — Desi just risen to standing beside the bed. This block covers her walk to the vanity and the full moisturizer application. Match her position and the room's light to Block 2's final frame. Action: Camera drifts with her as she walks unhurried from the bed to the vanity, arriving at the mirror. The plain glass jar labeled "NO BRAND" is already visible on the vanity surface as she arrives. She unscrews the lid slowly, scoops a small amount, and applies it in full, unhurried circular motions across her face — the entire application shown start to finish within this block. Dialogue: (spoken only once the application is fully finished, near the block's end) "This is like..." (pause) "...the one step I actually never skip." (beat) "Everything else is negotiable." Camera: Floating lateral tracking during the walk, settling into a steady medium shot at the mirror for the application itself. Block-specific negatives: The jar must already be visible on the vanity before she reaches for it — no appearing mid-motion. The application must be shown completing in full before any dialogue begins. Do not rush the walk to the mirror to make room for the application — both get real, unhurried time within the 15 seconds. BLOCK 4 — [0:45–1:00] Hairbrush + Earrings Continuity note: Opens exactly where Block 3 ended — Desi standing at the mirror, moisturizer just applied. Match her position and expression to Block 3's final frame. Action: She picks up the plain wooden hairbrush, already resting on the vanity, and brushes out her hair with several full, unhurried strokes, working through it completely. She sets the brush down, then picks up her gold jhumka earrings from the ceramic dish and puts them on one at a time — each fully finished and settled before she begins the second. Dialogue: (mid-brushing) "Yeah, I don't even know what's in that jar anymore." (soft laugh) "The label just says 'No Brand.'" (beat, as she puts in the second earring) "...Works though." Camera: Steady medium-close shot at the mirror, holding through both the brushing and the earrings without cutting away. Block-specific negatives: The hairbrush and earrings must both already be visible on the vanity from the block's start. The first earring must be fully in place before she begins the second — no simultaneous application. Do not shorten the number of brush strokes to save time; let the motion read as genuinely unhurried. BLOCK 5 — [1:00–1:15] Wardrobe Change (Revised: Explicit Detail + Locked Outfit) Continuity note: Opens exactly where Block 4 ended — Desi at the mirror, both earrings now in place. This block covers her moving to the wardrobe area and changing. New Outfit — Locked Reference (carries into Block 6 and any future scenes): A simple, plain white or cream-colored short-sleeve cotton top with a round or slightly scooped neckline, no graphics, no visible branding — soft, everyday fabric with natural draping and slight creasing. Paired with plain straight-leg or slightly relaxed-fit trousers in a muted neutral tone (soft khaki, warm taupe, or dark grey), no visible logos, no stitched branding on pockets or waistband. Simple flat sandals or bare feet, consistent with the casual, staying-home-in-the-morning energy of the piece. This exact combination — top, trousers, footwear — must remain identical through Block 6 and any subsequent generation; treat it as a locked reference image once established. Action, explicitly detailed: Camera follows her as she walks from the vanity toward the wardrobe area, where the clothing has been visible on the rod/hangers since the environment was established — including the specific white/cream top and neutral trousers she will select, already hanging there from the start. She reaches the wardrobe, looks over the few items for a moment, unhurried, and lifts the plain white top and the neutral trousers off their hangers, laying them briefly over her arm or the chair. She turns slightly away from camera or angles herself naturally at the wardrobe (matter-of-fact, not performative), and removes her sleep t-shirt first — pulling it up and off in one unhurried motion, setting it aside on the chair or a nearby surface. She then pulls the plain white top on over her head, arms finding the sleeves naturally, settling the fabric down over her torso with a small adjusting tug at the hem. She then steps out of her sleep bottoms or loungewear pants — sitting briefly on the edge of the chair or bed if needed for balance, one leg at a time — and pulls on the neutral trousers, standing to fasten or settle them at the waist, a small natural motion to smooth them down her hips. Once fully dressed, she does a small self-check — glancing down at the outfit, smoothing the top's hem once more, rolling one sleeve cuff slightly — before turning back toward the mirror. Dialogue: "Okay..." (pause, mid-change) "...let's see." (beat, once dressed, considering the outfit) "...Yeah. That works." Camera: Floating steadicam following her to the wardrobe, holding a respectful medium distance throughout the change — matter-of-fact framing, never a close or lingering angle, treating the change the way an ordinary morning routine would actually look on camera, not stylized or drawn out for effect. Block-specific negatives: The white top and neutral trousers must already be visible hanging in the wardrobe from the start of the block — no appearing only once she reaches for them. The change must be shown as a clear, complete sequence — sleep shirt removed, new top pulled on, sleep bottoms removed, new trousers pulled on — with no skipped steps or instant swaps between states. The change must read as ordinary and unhurried but not sexualized or dwelt upon — medium-distance framing throughout, natural body positioning, nothing posed. No outfit teleporting at any point — every layer change must be visibly performed by her, not implied through a cut or dissolve (there are no cuts in this piece regardless). This exact outfit (plain white/cream short-sleeve top, neutral trousers, sandals or bare feet) is now the locked wardrobe reference for the remainder of the piece — it must not vary in color, cut, or detail in Block 6 or any subsequent scene. BLOCK 6 — 1:15–1:30 FINAL LOOK → WALK OUT CONTINUITY OPEN Block 6 begins immediately from the final frame of Block 5. There is no cut. Desi stands in front of the mirror wearing the exact outfit established in Block 5. Her: white/cream top; neutral trousers; footwear; gold jhumka earrings; gold necklace; hairstyle; makeup; facial features remain exactly consistent. --- 1:15–1:20 FINAL MIRROR CHECK Desi faces the oval mirror. The camera floats gently into position behind/alongside her. She looks at her reflection. A genuine pause. She looks down briefly at the outfit. Smooths the top once. Looks back at herself. A tiny satisfied nod. No exaggerated posing. No influencer-style presentation. She simply looks like someone deciding that she is ready enough to leave. --- 1:20–1:26 WALK TOWARD DOOR Desi turns away from the mirror. The camera smoothly follows. She walks through the bedroom toward the doorway. Her pace remains natural and unhurried. The camera never overtakes her. No whip-pan. No sudden acceleration. No speed ramp. The hallway beyond the doorway is already visible. Morning light spills naturally from the hallway. Dialogue Desi: "Okay." pause "Human." beat "Presentable." pause "Good enough." A small genuine laugh. --- 1:26–1:30 EXIT Desi reaches the doorway. She opens the wooden door. Warm hallway light falls across her. She steps through. The camera continues following her naturally. Just before she disappears completely, she turns her head slightly toward the camera. A genuine late-arriving smile. Dialogue "Alright..." pause "...let's go be a person today." beat "Bye." She exits. The camera remains inside the bedroom. It settles naturally on the empty doorway. Hold for one quiet beat. END. --- MASTER NEGATIVES & CONSTRAINTS BLOCKS 5–6 CONTINUITY One continuous physical camera take. Zero hard cuts. Zero hidden cuts. Zero jump cuts. Zero dissolves. Zero fades between states. Zero time skips. Zero time-lapse. Zero teleportation. Zero duplicated footage. Zero sudden camera repositioning. WHIP-PAN ONE WHIP-PAN ONLY. It occurs exclusively during the wardrobe change in Block 5. The whip-pan must: physically originate from the camera's current position; move through the same bedroom; temporarily obscure Desi; return naturally to the wardrobe area. It must never be used as a disguised cut. No whip-pan during Block 6. --- NO MORPHING / NO MESHING Absolutely no: face morphing; facial meshing; body morphing; wardrobe morphing; texture morphing; object morphing; environmental morphing; frame interpolation artifacts; identity blending; unstable facial geometry; unstable hands; unstable hair; unstable jewelry. Desi must remain the same woman throughout the entire sequence. --- IDENTITY LOCK Do not alter: eyes; eyebrows; nose; lips; jaw; cheekbones; skin tone; face shape; body proportions; age; hair texture; hairline. No identity drift. No alternate version of Desi. No duplicate Desi. No phantom Desi. --- WARDROBE CHANGE The wardrobe change must be physically believable. No: instant outfit swap; outfit teleportation; clothing appearing on her body; clothing disappearing from her body; clothing growing onto her; magical transition; glowing transformation; particle effect; dissolve; morph. The single whip-pan simply gives privacy while maintaining the continuous physical flow of the camera. --- OBJECT CONTINUITY No object may suddenly appear or disappear. The following must remain spatially consistent: wardrobe; clothing; chair; vanity; mirror; jewelry; dresser; plants; rug; door; hallway. The white/cream top and neutral trousers must be visibly hanging in the wardrobe before Desi selects them. --- OUTFIT LOCK Once Desi finishes changing: WHITE/CREAM SHORT-SLEEVE TOP + EXACT NEUTRAL TROUSERS + SAME FOOTWEAR must remain unchanged through the end. No recoloring. No redesign. No different sleeve length. No different trouser cut. No different footwear. No spontaneous accessories. --- MIRROR CONSISTENCY Mirror reflection must be physically accurate at all times. One Desi. Reflection matches her movements exactly. No reflection drift. No alternate face. No duplicated reflection. No delayed reflection. Camera never appears in the mirror. --- ANATOMY No: extra fingers; missing fingers; fused fingers; duplicated hands; malformed hands; warped arms; elongated limbs; distorted torso; unnatural joints; anatomical meshing. --- VISUAL STYLE Cinematic realism. Natural morning light. Natural skin pores and texture. Subtle film-like grain. Slightly imperfect real-world color. No: beauty filter; plastic skin; excessive skin smoothing; glossy commercial lighting; HDR; hyper-clean advertising aesthetic; artificial glow; excessive sharpening. --- AUDIO Continuous natural audio only: footsteps; fabric movement; clothing rustle; jewelry movement; room ambience; natural breathing; door movement; hallway ambience; Desi's natural voice. No music. No cinematic impact sounds. No artificial transition sounds. No sound effect accompanying the whip-pan. --- VOICE Warm low-mid female voice. Natural morning rasp. Close and intimate. Slow. Unhurried. Conversational. Real pauses between phrases. Never sounds like a commercial, narrator, actress, or influencer reading a script. Do not compress dialogue to fit the timestamps. Natural delivery takes priority. --- FINAL GENERATION LOCK ONE DESI. ONE BEDROOM. ONE CAMERA. ONE CONTINUOUS PHYSICAL FLOW. ONE WHIP-PAN ONLY — BLOCK 5 WARDROBE CHANGE. NO CUTS. NO MORPHING. NO MESHING. NO TELEPORTATION. NO IDENTITY DRIFT. NO OBJECT POP-IN. NO WARDROBE TELEPORTATION. NO DUPLICATION. NO TIME-LAPSE. NO RUSHED MOTION. Block 6 must begin exactly where Block 5 ends, with the exact same Desi, exact same face, exact same jewelry, exact same hairstyle, exact same outfit, exact same environment, and exact same spatial continuity. #AtlasCloudshow more
