Ekko midscreen/corner combo with Vi to set up limit... strike install oki. Using j.S2 early then doing instant j.S2 after tag launch lets Ekko be +59 instead of +56 after install from normal routing, making the burrito oki much easier for me. 538 meterless #2XKO_EKKO #2XKO_VIshow more

i spent 4 dollars to make this post Akali... 3H single routing structure with positioning optimizations these range from bnb territory to psychotic, but mainly putting together as an example for combo limits / optimization adjustments on the fly. You can always 2 hit walljump / do single hit jM to reduce some length and maintain the routing if combo time is a concern. For the third and fourth combos, there are 2 versions - one that optimizes for limit strike damage / combo time, and one that sends in extra air normals for 5s2 oki. Just posted both as an example, but routing like this also helps bridge the gap on 5s2 damage if you'd like to use that. Notes: 1) Corner to corner, keep in mind extra normals will increase the pushback and leave you closer to corner by the end, reducing frame adv from the tumble. 2) Nearing corner (starting about 75% of the stage away) adjustment on the ender for when the tumble has less frame adv, just cram in more air normals and save your double jump. 3) Here's where you'll start to see corner adjustments - round start position, this ends up being the starter for max damage midscreen, but if you were to reach the corner after the apex of your second jump loop arc, you can squeeze in extra minimum damage for a notable increase. Fortunately also maximizes corner carry while pushing damage. 4) In corner route. Stupid hard wrt combo time, just posting as an example of combo limits. you can probably just opt for above, but it does get an extra min damage source in. Alternatively, learn an easier combo lol. Have similarly structured stuff for 2H, will probably get to it later.show more

You can now use Jev right inside Claude Code... 🤯 It's called jev-model-router, an early access mod built on Claude Code's new function hooks. Before every turn, it checks in with Jev and asks: > how mechanical the task is > how much reasoning it needs > whether it's risky Then it routes: → it'll move up to a stronger model on weak evidence, and only drops to a cheaper one when it's confident the task is simple → every decision gets logged in your transcript → if the call fails, your request runs untouched Setup: 1. copy the install command: npx claude-code-templates@latest --mod productivity/jev-model-router 2. paste it inside Claude Code 3. run claude with CLAUDE_CODE_ENABLE_FUNCTION_HOOKS=1 set 4. accept the trust prompt on first launch Link: Also works with no api key, it just falls back to a built-in classifier with no confidence score. For real jev routing, add your typesafeApiKey or gatewayApiKey to ~/.claude/settings.json. Follow me for more AI workflows and tutorials.show more

The way people treat us does impact how we... see ourselves. Past partners made me feel like I was easy to forget and even easier to let go of. Most of them made me feel so unimportant after pursuing me when I initially wasn’t interested. I’m learning the way people treat me reflects how I feel about myself because if I believe that a man that can move on from me easily was ever meant to be with me- then I’m not respecting what a treasure it is to be let into my heart. When a partner leaves they only leave you better off. In loving myself, my work is forgiving myself for not trusting my gut. My heart knows what’s meant for me and that’s holding myself, my body, and my love in the highest regard. Don’t tolerate less than what you deserve. Don’t settle. We’re so much better than that. Leaving you with this reminder: no matter what anyone says about your body it is a sacred vessel that lets you impact people and have your life be your message 🖤show more

I still think Hermes agent is the most slept-on... AI tool of 2026. For literally $6/mo, you can launch multiple subagents that work for you 24/7. Most people don't know you can do this, but it's a complete game-changer. Instead of one Hermes assistant doing everything sequentially, you run specialized agents in parallel, each with its own job, its own context, and its own memory. Practical example: → Research agent: scans your watchlist and competitors overnight, delivers a morning brief → Content agent: drafts and schedules your posts based on what's trending in your niche → Ops agent: manages your inbox, flags anything urgent, drafts replies for your review All three can run simultaneously and improve over time. How to start: 1. Install Hermes Terminal command: curl -fsSL | bash (can also download desktop) 2. Prompting Simply tell Hermes directly: "I want to run separate subagents for [task 1], [task 2], and [task 3]. Set them up to run independently and report back to me." For the cheapest setup, you can use a $4/month VPS with Hostinger, plug in DeepSeek V4 Flash as your default model. There isn't another AI tool with this much value in 2026. Hermes is still so underrated.show more

In light of the Cybercab event this week, here... are my expectations: Of course the first official Robotaxi rides in a Cybercab will happen. Good chance it's limited to a certain portion of the geofence, especially for the launch event to avoid any edge cases I think Elon will say a few words. Likely nothing we don't already know - thanking the teams and explaining the importance of and vision for Cybercab Frankly though what happens at the event doesn't matter. It's what the Cybercab service looks like the following day. I think best case scenario would be Tesla having ~25 active Cybercabs operating in Austin for a majority of the operating hours (6A - 10P). I think we all need to be prepared for somehwere around ~5-10 Cybercabs to be active for a week or so after the event and then a slow build from there While we don't know how many active Robotaxis Tesla has in Austin, we can guess it's ~50-75 on any given day. I think increasing that fleet by up to 50% is the most we should be hoping for. I think the survey going around where ~50% of people are expecting > 100 Cybercabs to be deployed is overly optimistic. Not that it can't happen, and I'd love to be wrong, it would just be a stark departure from everything we've seen/heard so far This event shouldn't be viewed as a scaling announcement, but rather a beginning of operations and celebration of the Cybercab. I know Elon said over the weekend Tesla is "about to" flood Austin with Cybercabs, but in his mind that could mean later this year with V15, not this week Given Ashok's recent commentary about why they're going broad instead of deep (more different cities instead of higher fleet volume in each), I'd be more impressed with Cybercab starting operations in the other active Robotaxi cities in the following week or two after the event. To me, that would be a great signal that the validation is going well with Cybercab more generally, not just in the Austin geofence where Tesla has extensive data So while this is a huge milestone (no wheel, no pedals, purpose built for autonomy, cost profile, attention-grabbing design etc.), I'm still not expecting to see hundreds of Robotaxis in Austin or other cities until later this year or early '27 $TSLAshow more

IMPORANT ANNOUNCMENT! ⊹₊˚‧︵‿₊୨ᰔ୧₊‿︵‧˚₊⊹ i want to make an official... post after all the stuff that blew up and went down since yesterday and update everyone, first of all i want to thank each and every one of you that have sent me sweet messages of support, i see them all and i hear you! sadly there is SO many- i cant like and reply to them all, so please know im so grateful for you guys who have said something nice! i am also safe and have no bad thoughts currently, so please do not worry too much about me! regarding streaming and content creation, i really thought about the beginning of my passion for content creation. it started out as little ol me sitting on my ipad watching youtube for hours wanting to be just like my favorite youtubers. why didnt i start off on youtube? i saw streaming was a huge hit during the pandemic and started preparing myself on Twitch, following whatever was big at the time. after going through so much hardships with streaming, i have decided to go back to my original love for youtube and now i'll make pre-recorded content as well as shorts on other platforms. i may stream for fun occasionally but i am totally changing it up for 2026! i hope everyone can support my decision and its easier for everyone to consume my content on their own time rather than scheduled streams. and again, thank you for 13K+ followers and all the love- it truly makes my heart warm inside. you guys are all stuck with this crazy snow leopard forever, i dont make the rules! /ᐠ˵- ⩊ -˵マ TLDR : thanking everyone for being kind and i am now moving from streaming to making pre-recorded content for easier viewing and better schedule ♡show more

Sorry if I did not answer many of you.... I’ve never been a fan of the online eulogy. The immediate fallout is always about loved ones. And we should leave those closest be. And then I realised of course I was just incredibly upset, and a large digital outpouring is inevitable and testament to his character. My devastation came from having to watch it all unfold. From spending years trying to help and actually getting him close to a point where he almost had a normal life again - then being powerless to stop him doing things he should not have. Powerless in every sense as it also meant it sometimes not being my place to say anything. In the end watching some of the evil shits around enable the worst of it was too much for me, I had to step back it was too painful to watch. I told my mate who was filling in for me looking after him “ah I just need some space from it all, I’ll be back with him after Christmas” and then suddenly there was no Christmas. And it turned out no one was to blame, and I immediately looked to blame myself most of all, fearing the worst. But it was a simple accident in the end. A bolt out of the blue. So if you are ever estranged or overwhelmed by friends and family and think it will all be OK one day - DON’T put it off. Reach out now. Grab that person and hold them tight. There may not be a tomorrow. You might not be around to see them off. There may not be the grand luxury of time available you thought there was. He died in the arms of his beloved son, and that is a measure of comfort, if a passing can ever have any. He was my mentor, my friend and my glad burden. And there was nothing I would not do for him.show more

HOLEE SHIZZLES‼️ 🚨 The Fulton County Georgia FBI Raid... Affidavit CONFIRMS Election Records in Fulton County's 2020 Vote Count was MANIPULATED 1. Only 16 tabulators out of an expected much larger number were used to generate closing data for about 315,000 ballots across 138 provided poll tapes. This extreme concentration improperly funneled through a small set of machines, breaking chain-of-custody rules and making it easier to alter election results 2. Review of machine logs indicated that memory cards were likely removed from their original tabulators and inserted into different ones to produce or recreate closing poll tapes. This indictated tampering or fabrication of records to cover up discrepancies, as it allows data to be manipulated OUTSIDE the standard process. 3. Many closing poll tapes—essential documents that verify end-of-day vote totals from each polling site—were entirely MISSING from the records provided. Without these, there's no way to confirm that votes weren't added, removed, or changed post-election. FRAUD. 4. It was discovered that the Tabulator's data appeared to cover ballots from several different polling sites, which shouldn't happen under normal procedures. This suggests intentional mixing of data streams, which leads to DUPLICATE votes, misplaced ballots, or hidden errors across precincts. 5. Tabulators showed mismatched or anomalous timestamps in their logs, such as dates and times that didn't align with actual election events. This could indicate backdating, editing, or unauthorized access AFTER polls closed, further hinting at possible manipulation to make records appear consistent. 6. Auditors assisting in the Risk Limiting Audit reported counting purported absentee ballots that had never been creased or folded, as would be required for the ballot to be mailed to the voter and for the ballot to be returned in the sealed envelope requiring the voter’s signature for authentication. I TURNED $1K INTO $100K ON ROBINHOOD MEMES IN... 7 DAYS It wasn't luck! I want to show you the details that mattered most. Anyone can do this - you just have to stop saying "tomorrow" and start today! Here's the exact playbook I used 👇 1️⃣ GMGN FOR FINDING RUNNERS Set the chain to Robinhood and monitor New Pairs, Trending, and Hot Searches. But don't buy whatever is already flying. For established names: → Under ~$25M MC → 7+ days old → Sort by volume → Look for secondaries around $5M-$10M with a path toward $50M-$100M For fresh launches: → ~$500K+ MC → Under 7 days old → Sort by volume → Prefer $1M-$2M entries with $10M-$20M as the first hurdle Always check bundles, snipers, and rug flags! Dirty tape = instant skip. 2️⃣ FOMO FOR TRACKING HOLDERS Find a runner from the last 2-3 days. Open Holders and look for wallets that got in early. Then filter them hard. → Stale wallet → skip. → Buys and dumps in 2 minutes → skip. → Sprays every launch → skip. → Selective + consistently early → watch closely. When that wallet buys again, pay attention. But don't copy it blindly. The chart and narrative still need to make sense. And if every big CT account already owns it, you're probably late. 3️⃣ THE RULE THAT SAVED ME THE MOST STOP BUYING GREEN CANDLES. The easiest way to lose money is buying a 10-15 hour launch after everyone has already discovered it. Instead: → Hunt 1-4 day old names that already ran and dumped → Make sure the community on X is still alive → Paste the CA → Check holder concentration → See if CT is still talking about it → Look for dips around $100K-$200K after a $1M-$3M ATH I'm not chasing the 2x everyone already saw. I'm looking for the setup before the next move. That's the playbook. Good luck. DYOR.show more

This is a question I think quite a lot... of people are wondering about. Right now, I’m hiring students to handle the newer phones, post content, and create content every day. For the TikTok accounts that are already trusted, have been running for a long time, and have a high follower count, I automate them using my own internal tools. Currently, I only handle the first steps myself: buying new phones → warming them up → making the first posts. After that, I hand the phones over to the students I hire to continue creating and posting content. Then, once I feel the accounts are strong enough, I move them into automation. And right now, I’m traveling with my family in Da Nang. This time I’m here with my family and want to spend all my time with them, so I won’t be meeting anyone while I’m here. 🏝️ I always aim to build everything in an automated way, or avoid doing things I don’t enjoy by hiring people to handle them for me.😌show more

The Godfather Marlon Brando insisted that reading his lines... during a take increased his spontaneity and made his lines sound less canned. “If you don’t know what the words are, but you have a general idea of what they are, then you look at the cue card. Then it gives you the feeling as the viewer, hopefully, that the person is really searching for what he is going to say,” Brando said in the documentary The Making of Superman: The Movie. Brando began using cue cards as early as 1966. Directors taped the cards to lamps, bushes and even other actors to keep them from showing up in the shot. Even if you don’t know anything about The Godfather, you probably recognize the memorable quote “Leave the gun. Take the cannoli,” uttered by capo Peter Clemenza after a certain dirty deed. Actor Richard Castellano improvised that line after director Francis Ford Coppola added a line in an earlier scene in which Clemenza’s wife says, “Don’t forget the cannoli!” as were actor John Marley’s screams. A fake horse head was used in rehearsals, but when the cameras were actually rolling, Coppola replaced it with the real thing, much to Marley’s surprise. What you know about this movie?show more

I just sold my startup Talknotes for $200,000 on... acquire.com 💸🤯🤩💰🥳🎉 I launched it last August when I was looking for an idea I could grow with paid ads, and made a MVP in one week. I took it from $0 to $7500 MRR in just 11 months. 👉 Here is how I grew it from zero: 💡 Idea: I got the idea when I tried to write a tweet using Google Doc's transcription tool, but it was terrible. And I was pretty sure I wasn't the one too lazy to type. So I made my own solution, and Talknotes was created. The audience is pretty broad so it was a perfect fit for Meta ads However… ✅ Validation: My rule is to only reinvest what the project generates, so, no ads until I make enough cashflow ❌ Listing on startup directories + a few Twitter sales generated $700 after 10 days. Yes, it's not much, but more than enough to show there is interest in the product and tell me to keep working on it 🤩 I started adding the features users requested, but the launch effect started to wear off and daily revenues quickly went to $0 after a few weeks 🫥 I got depressed and almost gave up on the app... 😔 But luckily, my friends and Dan Kulkov pushed me to continue And I'm glad they did because In October, I launched on Product Hunt 😸 and it blew up 🤯 It got Product of the Day and reached $1500 MRR thanks to the media coverage 🚀🚀 Until then, everything was done using vanilla JS/CSS/HTML + Node for back end. It's simple and easy, but I saw the limitations, so I remade the app using Nuxt to make it easier in the future 🏗️ (thanks to @blackevilgoblin and Piotr Jura for the content/courses! Tim Bennetto as well for the basics!) After that, I took a break and then launched ads on Facebook. The strategy is simple: Catch people's attention, and show them how the app can help them improve their life. No need to over-complicate 🙅♂️ Making good creatives is 80% of the job when doing ads on Facebook, most of the technical stuff is done by AI now. Thanks to the boost in traffic, I implemented a feedback loop: 1) Get new users 👥 2) Learn to know them with the onboarding form 💬 3) Make more ads based on the data you get from onboarding 📝 And it completely blew up. MRR doubled in ~2 months However... In May, I had a bad burnout 🥵😩 Multiple bugs slipped into the app, and I had to spend 2 days fixing everything in an emergency while revenues plummeted. This completely fucked me up mentally and had a hard time working on the app after that ( 💀💀 So I decided to list it on acquire.com and made a Twitter post ( I listed it for $200,000, a pretty low price considering the revenues and fast growth. I could have gotten $300,000 if I accepted payment over time, but $200,000 today is better than $300,000 tomorrow for me. 🚨 The process went smoothly until we tried to use Escrow, which almost fucked up the whole deal. (details: I got extremely lucky because the buyer really wanted to buy the app, but this could have ended the deal. We had to wait over a week to get the money back from them, even tho they said they already refunded it. But luckily, after threatening them, they sent it back the next day 🙃 The buyer finally got the money back, I transferred every asset to him, and he sent me the wire. With the profit made from the app + the sale, and other projects, I'm 30% away from being a millionaire 🤯 With this amount, I can pretty much retire in Asia if I want to. But that's just the beginning, I’m going to launch new projects soon! 🚀 But before that, I need to take a real vacation and detox. My brain is completely fucked up by those last 2 months. I gained weight, and got brain rot from scrolling all day waiting for the acquisition to move forward 💀💀 Surprisingly, doing absolutely nothing is 10x more exhausting than working 15h per day 🥱 Now, all this might sound like an overnight success. It is not ‼️ This is the result of 7 years of failure and working like a madman. I launched over 40 projects in those 7 years, and most of them failed. But a few took off, and that’s all I needed All those weeks working 15h/day without weekends and vacation feels soul-sucking when you don’t see the end, but this is what took me there You only need to win once to snowball everything. Work hard, focus, fail a lot and keep shipping fast. 🚀🚀 Thanks to you for reading until here, and thanks to everyone who supported me 🤞show more

I regret to inform my iRacing friends that I... have been suspended from the iRacing service as well as the upcoming Coke Series race at Iowa for “intentionally causing a caution” during the eNASCAR race at Kansas. This is of course pending an ongoing appeal process that JRM and I are going through while this is still playing out. I’m simply stunned at this ruling and I want to be perfectly clear… I did not, nor would I ever, intentionally spin to bring out a caution. I have far too much respect for the folks I represent and the people I race with to do so. The attached replay clearly shows me trying to gain control of the car after receiving suspension damage from an impact with the wall, and unfortunately I failed to do so. A mistake on my part no doubt, but nothing close to substantiating the claim that I had intent to manipulate the race. My replay is up here and my twitch vod is available for anyone who wants to view it showing my perspective of the incident… I have absolutely nothing to hide. None of those things (my replay, telemetry, or stream view) were utilized by the decision makers before coming to their conclusion. It is my hope that with this information provided in the appeal process, that it will clear my name of any wrongdoing. Regardless of their eventual decision, my conscience is clear on the matter and I take solace in knowing that I did nothing in line with what they have accused me of. I’m grateful to JRM for their continued support and the work they’re doing in attempting to get this ruling overturned. I apologize to them that they had to waste time dealing with this nonsense. I hate that I may not be behind the wheel for them in the #8 at Iowa because it truly is an awesome privilege being in this series, but I look forward to racing whenever that return might be. I reckon I’ll be back on iRacing when my suspension is up or this appeal is rightfully reversed. Hopefully by then I’ll have learned my lesson and be better at saving wrecked cars with unrepairable suspension damage. Maybe with the new build it’ll be easier, who knows. I guess we’ll see! ✌️show more

🚨 1,000 MORE SIGNED COPIES OF UNELECTED ARE LIVE... 🚨 All the way back in spring, you bought the first 1,000 copies of UNELECTED within a matter of hours. I genuinely don't know how to thank you enough. One of UNELECTED's most powerful themes is creating alternatives to legacy institutions. I felt like I would contradict my own message by going with a "Big Five" publisher, so I chose to go all-in with Passage Publishing instead. We've been pushing pre-orders hard since spring, and there's a reason for that. With a small publisher, we had to build inventory and sales volume to get the book launched in retail chains. You've responded. You've done that. You're making this book happen. Passage tells me "they sure ordered enough to have it on [store] shelves!" I got an early copy - and let me tell you, it's BEAUTIFUL. It's also huge, somewhere between a textbook and a normal paperback. 470 pages, and 100+ of these pages are citations (over a thousand of them). What also means this is a DENSE book - after all, Joshua Lisec, The Ghostwriter likes to call it the "first and most complete history of globalism." It's heavy on history because of that ambition. If you’re primarily interested in current politics, the final third brings the entire historical argument into the present... DOGE, Trump, NGOs, and what comes next. I wrote this book to be enduring and applicable long after the events of 2025. You, the readers, the supporters - you made the impossible happen. This is what America is all about. 🇺🇸 This week, we've made 1,000+ more signed copies available directly from Passage Publishing . If you missed out on the first rush, now's your chance. 🚀 Introducing EgoExo Forge - built on top of... Rerun, Gradio, and Hugging Face hub (I’ll be in San Francisco July 21–29 — if you’re into robotics, egocentric AI, large-scale data collection, or just want to chat, DM me!) In my opinion, large-scale, diverse, and high-quality data is still the largest bottleneck for generalized robotics deployment. I believe that some version of imitation learning from human examples will be the most scalable + clean way to train humanoid robots 🤖 (similar to what Tesla did for Full Self Driving). Teleop is too expensive to collect a large enough dataset in a reasonable manner, so passive collection via egocentric (and in certain cases, exocentric) views feels like the right bet. Over the past few months, I've been trying to build out the scaffolding for this and using Rerun as my underlying infrastructure. Data being collected needs to be easily inspectable + time series and rerun provides the right tooling for this. My goal is to first build out a ground truth representative dataset from already existing open source data, generate some reasonable baselines, and then go out and collect my own data that adheres to the defined schema. 🔍 Starting with open-source datasets 1. EgoDex from Apple 2. HOCap from Nvidia and the University of Texas at Dallas 3. Assembly101 from Meta All these different datasets have different sensor configurations + annotations, so my goal with egoexo-forge is to have one consistent labeling scheme + data layout. I built a data pipeline that aligns all of the different datasets in one general schema assuming the COCO133 keypoint layout that allows for exo+ego, ego only, or exo only Since the scaffolding is already there, it becomes MUCH easier to add other datasets. So the next ones that I'll be including are HD-EPIC kitchens dataset, HOT3D, and finally my own personal iPhone + insta360 go collection method. Once I have a diverse variety of datasets, I'll double down on what I believe to be the key algorithms required to make useful data for imitation learning 📊 1. Camera Pose estimation via SLAM/SFM for ego perspective (and automatic calibration for exo) 2. Human pose estimation for both egocentric + exocentric views 3. Metric 3D reconstruction + object tracking I'll be setting up reasonable open-source baselines for each of these to validate that these datasets work, and then finally try to use the generated datasets for some imitation learning via the pi0-lerobot repo I've been working on. I plan on making a blog post + providing more info on all of this in the near future so stay tunedshow more

Charlie meets Erika - They met at the office.... Erika was introduced to Charlie at that time and they talked for a moment about a job. Then they were set to meet again. Charlie says when he DM’d her to Urgently meet up it was partially for an interview but “partially for something else”. Sounds like that meeting at the office had Charlie crushing on Erika. When they met up for dinner…… 15 MINUTES into it he knew he was going to date her. Not hours but 15 minutes into it. Then they went on a second date because he had to see her again immediately and then took her to Hawaii the NEXT day. Josh and Sarah was there. Interesting Candace because you said he only dated her as a rebound and when you met her you believed she would only be a girlfriend. And that Erika basically wore him down over time claiming to be a Godly woman. That’s not how it sounds coming from Charlie. Sounds to me at the first meeting at the office he liked her. He took her to HAWAII the week after meeting her for dinner. They had already been dating and already gone on vacation to Hawaii before you met her. Why would you think she was only going to be a girlfriend? I think you’re fibbing again Candace. I don’t think Charlie was using Erika to make anyone jealous. Besides that wouldn’t be a Christian thing to do and I don’t see Charlie being that way. You on the other hand…..were you trying to make Charlie jealous with George and getting engaged so fast? Just asking questions. Seems suspicious to me. Super sweet video of Charlie and Erika about their meeting. He looks so young.show more

😓 Air India 🇮🇳 Flight AI171 with fully loaded... Boeing 787-7 Dreamliner fatal accident: I‘m an airline pilot with >15‘000h of experience and a physics institute: My brief PRELIMINARY analysis of the visible facts from the video of the takeoff: * The flaps are only slightly extended, presumably to position 1 instead of 5. * The landing gear is still extended, which should have been retracted at this altitude and causes additional drag. * The aircraft is at a high angle of attack, which confirms the insufficient flap setting. * From the video and witness accounts, only low engine noise is audible. * Neither smoke nor fire is visible. * An engine failure is less likely. The most probable cause is presumably a human factor, an incorrectly chosen, insufficient flap setting for takeoff, and consequently an inadequately selected thrust. In this context, the correlated speeds were too low because they were calculated for a larger flap setting or a lighter aircraft. As a result, the aircraft took off with insufficient speed and intentionally but falsely derated thrust, was therefore on the unstable side, and rapidly lost more speed and altitude due to the additional failure to retract the landing gear in a timely manner, leading to a subsequent stall at low altitude and crash. For the experts: the aircraft got onto the wrong side of the speed vs drag curve and maneuvered itself into a corner from where there is no escape. Another possible cause could also have been an incorrect input of a wrong takeoff weight into the Flight Management System, resulting in too low thrust and too low speeds. The pilots got startled after takeoff, couldn’t wrap their head around what went wrong and incorrectly prioritized making an emergency call instead of flying the aircraft first, manually increasing thrust immediately to maximum, and retracting the landing gear. In summary of this very early and preliminary assessment (your confidence level should be as low as mine): The most probable cause is human error 😓 - as most of the time these days. Not because the pilots got worse (although that effect can be observed as well with prioritization of diversity over competence) - but because technology got so much better.show more

This took a lot of careful timing using Framer's "Appear" effect on the hero text and surrounding avatars because it was super important that we didn't lose the legibility of our main message ("Build Your Forever Audience") with all the animations. - If you look closely, the choreography is setup to lead your eye through the hero text first starting with "Build Your" then "Forever" and finally "Audience." - With those text layers in place + the surrounding avatars, there is a slight 1 sec pause before the remaining elements slide in below and above (How it works, CTA buttons, announcement badge, and lastly the main nav). - All told the entire loading sequence is 6 seconds - Custom particle system powers the interactive star field (the stars slowly gravitate to your pointer position, and the star field perspective changes ever so subtly as you move your mouse around on the page) - I have 3 shooting stars made of small white line layers that start out off canvas rotated at different angles that shoot across to another point off canvas at random times on a loop effect. - Given this hero scene is in space, I wanted the surrounding avatar elements to "float" in low gravity mode. For this I used Framer's loop effect that slowly oscillates the layer's y position. I then offset the delay of each element randomly to stagger the floating loop so each avatar floats independently/randomly - The final major treatment for this hero scene was the scroll animations on the avatars. I wanted to create a bit of a warp speed effect when you scroll down, as if the avatars were being pulled or sucked into a worm hole as you scroll down below this hero fold. - To accomplish this, I applied Framer's scroll transform affect set to "section in view" on each of the floating avatars, and set the "scroll to" position of the upper avatars to be much, much further away on the y-axis than the "scroll to" position of the lower avatars. (eg. -1700px on upper most avatars vs. -600px on lowest positioned avatars). This effectively causes the upper avatars to slide up off the hero canvas with much greater velocity than the lower positioned avatars. - And when you scroll back up to the hero section, the inverse happens where the lower positioned avatars "arrive back in place" from up above the hero canvas before the upper avatars come back into the scene and settle in place. - Overall I wanted this hero section to feel alive. The floating avatars, particle system with very subtle star movements, and the Caustics effect on the "Forever" text all sort of move at the pace of slow breathing - which is a great pace to create a sense of life and comfort in your scene. Conversion Results (so far) - When this new Framer site launched along with Calaxy v1.9 release on Base a couple weeks ago, we saw a surge in traffic, around 20k page views in the first few days. - Of those 20k hits, 11k visited the app install page ( - which is our main CTA - We saw around 10K new users in the first week after v1.9 launch Overall I'm very happy with the new site and early performance metrics. Lots of tweaking to do but its a good start. If you are a designer building in Framer - hit me with any questions on the above hero notes. Happy to share more specifics! 👾show more
