Ekko midscreen/corner combo with Vi to set up limit... strike install oki. Using j.S2 early then doing instant j.S2 after tag launch lets Ekko be +59 instead of +56 after install from normal routing, making the burrito oki much easier for me. 538 meterless #2XKO_EKKO #2XKO_VIshow more

i spent 4 dollars to make this post Akali... 3H single routing structure with positioning optimizations these range from bnb territory to psychotic, but mainly putting together as an example for combo limits / optimization adjustments on the fly. You can always 2 hit walljump / do single hit jM to reduce some length and maintain the routing if combo time is a concern. For the third and fourth combos, there are 2 versions - one that optimizes for limit strike damage / combo time, and one that sends in extra air normals for 5s2 oki. Just posted both as an example, but routing like this also helps bridge the gap on 5s2 damage if you'd like to use that. Notes: 1) Corner to corner, keep in mind extra normals will increase the pushback and leave you closer to corner by the end, reducing frame adv from the tumble. 2) Nearing corner (starting about 75% of the stage away) adjustment on the ender for when the tumble has less frame adv, just cram in more air normals and save your double jump. 3) Here's where you'll start to see corner adjustments - round start position, this ends up being the starter for max damage midscreen, but if you were to reach the corner after the apex of your second jump loop arc, you can squeeze in extra minimum damage for a notable increase. Fortunately also maximizes corner carry while pushing damage. 4) In corner route. Stupid hard wrt combo time, just posting as an example of combo limits. you can probably just opt for above, but it does get an extra min damage source in. Alternatively, learn an easier combo lol. Have similarly structured stuff for 2H, will probably get to it later.show more

MGIW Sovereignty napping in his stall on the Del... Mar backside Wednesday morning. It was announced this morning that he would be scratched from Saturday’s GI Longines Breeders' Cup Classic, a race he was made the 6-5 favorite for, after spiking a fever. He is currently being treated with antibiotics. “He seems to be doing well this morning, his temp is one tick above normal and he looks bright and pretty good. But he's definitely out of the Breeders' Cup,” said trainer Bill Mott. “There's nothing I would have changed, there's nothing you can do about it. When it comes to something like this, it's just bad luck.” Mott said that the plan was always for Sovereignty to be laid up in Kentucky after the Classic pending a decision on his future. Sovereignty is set to fly to Kentucky early next week. Read more:show more

The way people treat us does impact how we... see ourselves. Past partners made me feel like I was easy to forget and even easier to let go of. Most of them made me feel so unimportant after pursuing me when I initially wasn’t interested. I’m learning the way people treat me reflects how I feel about myself because if I believe that a man that can move on from me easily was ever meant to be with me- then I’m not respecting what a treasure it is to be let into my heart. When a partner leaves they only leave you better off. In loving myself, my work is forgiving myself for not trusting my gut. My heart knows what’s meant for me and that’s holding myself, my body, and my love in the highest regard. Don’t tolerate less than what you deserve. Don’t settle. We’re so much better than that. Leaving you with this reminder: no matter what anyone says about your body it is a sacred vessel that lets you impact people and have your life be your message 🖤show more

I still think Hermes agent is the most slept-on... AI tool of 2026. For literally $6/mo, you can launch multiple subagents that work for you 24/7. Most people don't know you can do this, but it's a complete game-changer. Instead of one Hermes assistant doing everything sequentially, you run specialized agents in parallel, each with its own job, its own context, and its own memory. Practical example: → Research agent: scans your watchlist and competitors overnight, delivers a morning brief → Content agent: drafts and schedules your posts based on what's trending in your niche → Ops agent: manages your inbox, flags anything urgent, drafts replies for your review All three can run simultaneously and improve over time. How to start: 1. Install Hermes Terminal command: curl -fsSL | bash (can also download desktop) 2. Prompting Simply tell Hermes directly: "I want to run separate subagents for [task 1], [task 2], and [task 3]. Set them up to run independently and report back to me." For the cheapest setup, you can use a $4/month VPS with Hostinger, plug in DeepSeek V4 Flash as your default model. There isn't another AI tool with this much value in 2026. Hermes is still so underrated.show more

Sorry if I did not answer many of you.... I’ve never been a fan of the online eulogy. The immediate fallout is always about loved ones. And we should leave those closest be. And then I realised of course I was just incredibly upset, and a large digital outpouring is inevitable and testament to his character. My devastation came from having to watch it all unfold. From spending years trying to help and actually getting him close to a point where he almost had a normal life again - then being powerless to stop him doing things he should not have. Powerless in every sense as it also meant it sometimes not being my place to say anything. In the end watching some of the evil shits around enable the worst of it was too much for me, I had to step back it was too painful to watch. I told my mate who was filling in for me looking after him “ah I just need some space from it all, I’ll be back with him after Christmas” and then suddenly there was no Christmas. And it turned out no one was to blame, and I immediately looked to blame myself most of all, fearing the worst. But it was a simple accident in the end. A bolt out of the blue. So if you are ever estranged or overwhelmed by friends and family and think it will all be OK one day - DON’T put it off. Reach out now. Grab that person and hold them tight. There may not be a tomorrow. You might not be around to see them off. There may not be the grand luxury of time available you thought there was. He died in the arms of his beloved son, and that is a measure of comfort, if a passing can ever have any. He was my mentor, my friend and my glad burden. And there was nothing I would not do for him.show more

HOLEE SHIZZLES‼️ 🚨 The Fulton County Georgia FBI Raid... Affidavit CONFIRMS Election Records in Fulton County's 2020 Vote Count was MANIPULATED 1. Only 16 tabulators out of an expected much larger number were used to generate closing data for about 315,000 ballots across 138 provided poll tapes. This extreme concentration improperly funneled through a small set of machines, breaking chain-of-custody rules and making it easier to alter election results 2. Review of machine logs indicated that memory cards were likely removed from their original tabulators and inserted into different ones to produce or recreate closing poll tapes. This indictated tampering or fabrication of records to cover up discrepancies, as it allows data to be manipulated OUTSIDE the standard process. 3. Many closing poll tapes—essential documents that verify end-of-day vote totals from each polling site—were entirely MISSING from the records provided. Without these, there's no way to confirm that votes weren't added, removed, or changed post-election. FRAUD. 4. It was discovered that the Tabulator's data appeared to cover ballots from several different polling sites, which shouldn't happen under normal procedures. This suggests intentional mixing of data streams, which leads to DUPLICATE votes, misplaced ballots, or hidden errors across precincts. 5. Tabulators showed mismatched or anomalous timestamps in their logs, such as dates and times that didn't align with actual election events. This could indicate backdating, editing, or unauthorized access AFTER polls closed, further hinting at possible manipulation to make records appear consistent. 6. Auditors assisting in the Risk Limiting Audit reported counting purported absentee ballots that had never been creased or folded, as would be required for the ballot to be mailed to the voter and for the ballot to be returned in the sealed envelope requiring the voter’s signature for authentication. This is a question I think quite a lot... of people are wondering about. Right now, I’m hiring students to handle the newer phones, post content, and create content every day. For the TikTok accounts that are already trusted, have been running for a long time, and have a high follower count, I automate them using my own internal tools. Currently, I only handle the first steps myself: buying new phones → warming them up → making the first posts. After that, I hand the phones over to the students I hire to continue creating and posting content. Then, once I feel the accounts are strong enough, I move them into automation. And right now, I’m traveling with my family in Da Nang. This time I’m here with my family and want to spend all my time with them, so I won’t be meeting anyone while I’m here. 🏝️ I always aim to build everything in an automated way, or avoid doing things I don’t enjoy by hiring people to handle them for me.😌show more

The Godfather Marlon Brando insisted that reading his lines... during a take increased his spontaneity and made his lines sound less canned. “If you don’t know what the words are, but you have a general idea of what they are, then you look at the cue card. Then it gives you the feeling as the viewer, hopefully, that the person is really searching for what he is going to say,” Brando said in the documentary The Making of Superman: The Movie. Brando began using cue cards as early as 1966. Directors taped the cards to lamps, bushes and even other actors to keep them from showing up in the shot. Even if you don’t know anything about The Godfather, you probably recognize the memorable quote “Leave the gun. Take the cannoli,” uttered by capo Peter Clemenza after a certain dirty deed. Actor Richard Castellano improvised that line after director Francis Ford Coppola added a line in an earlier scene in which Clemenza’s wife says, “Don’t forget the cannoli!” as were actor John Marley’s screams. A fake horse head was used in rehearsals, but when the cameras were actually rolling, Coppola replaced it with the real thing, much to Marley’s surprise. What you know about this movie?show more

I just sold my startup Talknotes for $200,000 on... acquire.com 💸🤯🤩💰🥳🎉 I launched it last August when I was looking for an idea I could grow with paid ads, and made a MVP in one week. I took it from $0 to $7500 MRR in just 11 months. 👉 Here is how I grew it from zero: 💡 Idea: I got the idea when I tried to write a tweet using Google Doc's transcription tool, but it was terrible. And I was pretty sure I wasn't the one too lazy to type. So I made my own solution, and Talknotes was created. The audience is pretty broad so it was a perfect fit for Meta ads However… ✅ Validation: My rule is to only reinvest what the project generates, so, no ads until I make enough cashflow ❌ Listing on startup directories + a few Twitter sales generated $700 after 10 days. Yes, it's not much, but more than enough to show there is interest in the product and tell me to keep working on it 🤩 I started adding the features users requested, but the launch effect started to wear off and daily revenues quickly went to $0 after a few weeks 🫥 I got depressed and almost gave up on the app... 😔 But luckily, my friends and Dan Kulkov pushed me to continue And I'm glad they did because In October, I launched on Product Hunt 😸 and it blew up 🤯 It got Product of the Day and reached $1500 MRR thanks to the media coverage 🚀🚀 Until then, everything was done using vanilla JS/CSS/HTML + Node for back end. It's simple and easy, but I saw the limitations, so I remade the app using Nuxt to make it easier in the future 🏗️ (thanks to @blackevilgoblin and Piotr Jura for the content/courses! Tim Bennetto as well for the basics!) After that, I took a break and then launched ads on Facebook. The strategy is simple: Catch people's attention, and show them how the app can help them improve their life. No need to over-complicate 🙅♂️ Making good creatives is 80% of the job when doing ads on Facebook, most of the technical stuff is done by AI now. Thanks to the boost in traffic, I implemented a feedback loop: 1) Get new users 👥 2) Learn to know them with the onboarding form 💬 3) Make more ads based on the data you get from onboarding 📝 And it completely blew up. MRR doubled in ~2 months However... In May, I had a bad burnout 🥵😩 Multiple bugs slipped into the app, and I had to spend 2 days fixing everything in an emergency while revenues plummeted. This completely fucked me up mentally and had a hard time working on the app after that ( 💀💀 So I decided to list it on acquire.com and made a Twitter post ( I listed it for $200,000, a pretty low price considering the revenues and fast growth. I could have gotten $300,000 if I accepted payment over time, but $200,000 today is better than $300,000 tomorrow for me. 🚨 The process went smoothly until we tried to use Escrow, which almost fucked up the whole deal. (details: I got extremely lucky because the buyer really wanted to buy the app, but this could have ended the deal. We had to wait over a week to get the money back from them, even tho they said they already refunded it. But luckily, after threatening them, they sent it back the next day 🙃 The buyer finally got the money back, I transferred every asset to him, and he sent me the wire. With the profit made from the app + the sale, and other projects, I'm 30% away from being a millionaire 🤯 With this amount, I can pretty much retire in Asia if I want to. But that's just the beginning, I’m going to launch new projects soon! 🚀 But before that, I need to take a real vacation and detox. My brain is completely fucked up by those last 2 months. I gained weight, and got brain rot from scrolling all day waiting for the acquisition to move forward 💀💀 Surprisingly, doing absolutely nothing is 10x more exhausting than working 15h per day 🥱 Now, all this might sound like an overnight success. It is not ‼️ This is the result of 7 years of failure and working like a madman. I launched over 40 projects in those 7 years, and most of them failed. But a few took off, and that’s all I needed All those weeks working 15h/day without weekends and vacation feels soul-sucking when you don’t see the end, but this is what took me there You only need to win once to snowball everything. Work hard, focus, fail a lot and keep shipping fast. 🚀🚀 Thanks to you for reading until here, and thanks to everyone who supported me 🤞show more

I regret to inform my iRacing friends that I... have been suspended from the iRacing service as well as the upcoming Coke Series race at Iowa for “intentionally causing a caution” during the eNASCAR race at Kansas. This is of course pending an ongoing appeal process that JRM and I are going through while this is still playing out. I’m simply stunned at this ruling and I want to be perfectly clear… I did not, nor would I ever, intentionally spin to bring out a caution. I have far too much respect for the folks I represent and the people I race with to do so. The attached replay clearly shows me trying to gain control of the car after receiving suspension damage from an impact with the wall, and unfortunately I failed to do so. A mistake on my part no doubt, but nothing close to substantiating the claim that I had intent to manipulate the race. My replay is up here and my twitch vod is available for anyone who wants to view it showing my perspective of the incident… I have absolutely nothing to hide. None of those things (my replay, telemetry, or stream view) were utilized by the decision makers before coming to their conclusion. It is my hope that with this information provided in the appeal process, that it will clear my name of any wrongdoing. Regardless of their eventual decision, my conscience is clear on the matter and I take solace in knowing that I did nothing in line with what they have accused me of. I’m grateful to JRM for their continued support and the work they’re doing in attempting to get this ruling overturned. I apologize to them that they had to waste time dealing with this nonsense. I hate that I may not be behind the wheel for them in the #8 at Iowa because it truly is an awesome privilege being in this series, but I look forward to racing whenever that return might be. I reckon I’ll be back on iRacing when my suspension is up or this appeal is rightfully reversed. Hopefully by then I’ll have learned my lesson and be better at saving wrecked cars with unrepairable suspension damage. Maybe with the new build it’ll be easier, who knows. I guess we’ll see! ✌️show more

🚀 Introducing EgoExo Forge - built on top of... Rerun, Gradio, and Hugging Face hub (I’ll be in San Francisco July 21–29 — if you’re into robotics, egocentric AI, large-scale data collection, or just want to chat, DM me!) In my opinion, large-scale, diverse, and high-quality data is still the largest bottleneck for generalized robotics deployment. I believe that some version of imitation learning from human examples will be the most scalable + clean way to train humanoid robots 🤖 (similar to what Tesla did for Full Self Driving). Teleop is too expensive to collect a large enough dataset in a reasonable manner, so passive collection via egocentric (and in certain cases, exocentric) views feels like the right bet. Over the past few months, I've been trying to build out the scaffolding for this and using Rerun as my underlying infrastructure. Data being collected needs to be easily inspectable + time series and rerun provides the right tooling for this. My goal is to first build out a ground truth representative dataset from already existing open source data, generate some reasonable baselines, and then go out and collect my own data that adheres to the defined schema. 🔍 Starting with open-source datasets 1. EgoDex from Apple 2. HOCap from Nvidia and the University of Texas at Dallas 3. Assembly101 from Meta All these different datasets have different sensor configurations + annotations, so my goal with egoexo-forge is to have one consistent labeling scheme + data layout. I built a data pipeline that aligns all of the different datasets in one general schema assuming the COCO133 keypoint layout that allows for exo+ego, ego only, or exo only Since the scaffolding is already there, it becomes MUCH easier to add other datasets. So the next ones that I'll be including are HD-EPIC kitchens dataset, HOT3D, and finally my own personal iPhone + insta360 go collection method. Once I have a diverse variety of datasets, I'll double down on what I believe to be the key algorithms required to make useful data for imitation learning 📊 1. Camera Pose estimation via SLAM/SFM for ego perspective (and automatic calibration for exo) 2. Human pose estimation for both egocentric + exocentric views 3. Metric 3D reconstruction + object tracking I'll be setting up reasonable open-source baselines for each of these to validate that these datasets work, and then finally try to use the generated datasets for some imitation learning via the pi0-lerobot repo I've been working on. I plan on making a blog post + providing more info on all of this in the near future so stay tunedshow more

Charlie meets Erika - They met at the office.... Erika was introduced to Charlie at that time and they talked for a moment about a job. Then they were set to meet again. Charlie says when he DM’d her to Urgently meet up it was partially for an interview but “partially for something else”. Sounds like that meeting at the office had Charlie crushing on Erika. When they met up for dinner…… 15 MINUTES into it he knew he was going to date her. Not hours but 15 minutes into it. Then they went on a second date because he had to see her again immediately and then took her to Hawaii the NEXT day. Josh and Sarah was there. Interesting Candace because you said he only dated her as a rebound and when you met her you believed she would only be a girlfriend. And that Erika basically wore him down over time claiming to be a Godly woman. That’s not how it sounds coming from Charlie. Sounds to me at the first meeting at the office he liked her. He took her to HAWAII the week after meeting her for dinner. They had already been dating and already gone on vacation to Hawaii before you met her. Why would you think she was only going to be a girlfriend? I think you’re fibbing again Candace. I don’t think Charlie was using Erika to make anyone jealous. Besides that wouldn’t be a Christian thing to do and I don’t see Charlie being that way. You on the other hand…..were you trying to make Charlie jealous with George and getting engaged so fast? Just asking questions. Seems suspicious to me. Super sweet video of Charlie and Erika about their meeting. He looks so young.show more

😓 Air India 🇮🇳 Flight AI171 with fully loaded... Boeing 787-7 Dreamliner fatal accident: I‘m an airline pilot with >15‘000h of experience and a physics institute: My brief PRELIMINARY analysis of the visible facts from the video of the takeoff: * The flaps are only slightly extended, presumably to position 1 instead of 5. * The landing gear is still extended, which should have been retracted at this altitude and causes additional drag. * The aircraft is at a high angle of attack, which confirms the insufficient flap setting. * From the video and witness accounts, only low engine noise is audible. * Neither smoke nor fire is visible. * An engine failure is less likely. The most probable cause is presumably a human factor, an incorrectly chosen, insufficient flap setting for takeoff, and consequently an inadequately selected thrust. In this context, the correlated speeds were too low because they were calculated for a larger flap setting or a lighter aircraft. As a result, the aircraft took off with insufficient speed and intentionally but falsely derated thrust, was therefore on the unstable side, and rapidly lost more speed and altitude due to the additional failure to retract the landing gear in a timely manner, leading to a subsequent stall at low altitude and crash. For the experts: the aircraft got onto the wrong side of the speed vs drag curve and maneuvered itself into a corner from where there is no escape. Another possible cause could also have been an incorrect input of a wrong takeoff weight into the Flight Management System, resulting in too low thrust and too low speeds. The pilots got startled after takeoff, couldn’t wrap their head around what went wrong and incorrectly prioritized making an emergency call instead of flying the aircraft first, manually increasing thrust immediately to maximum, and retracting the landing gear. In summary of this very early and preliminary assessment (your confidence level should be as low as mine): The most probable cause is human error 😓 - as most of the time these days. Not because the pilots got worse (although that effect can be observed as well with prioritization of diversity over competence) - but because technology got so much better.show more

home page hero ✨ Design notes: - "Forever" hero... text dot pixel FX done in Unicorn Studio. (I will do a whole tutorial on this later. Unicorn's WebGL engine is absolutely wild and very powerful / robust) - built in Framer - I wanted to recreate the iOS unlock effect where your home screen icons cascade into place in a beautifully timed choreography. This took a lot of careful timing using Framer's "Appear" effect on the hero text and surrounding avatars because it was super important that we didn't lose the legibility of our main message ("Build Your Forever Audience") with all the animations. - If you look closely, the choreography is setup to lead your eye through the hero text first starting with "Build Your" then "Forever" and finally "Audience." - With those text layers in place + the surrounding avatars, there is a slight 1 sec pause before the remaining elements slide in below and above (How it works, CTA buttons, announcement badge, and lastly the main nav). - All told the entire loading sequence is 6 seconds - Custom particle system powers the interactive star field (the stars slowly gravitate to your pointer position, and the star field perspective changes ever so subtly as you move your mouse around on the page) - I have 3 shooting stars made of small white line layers that start out off canvas rotated at different angles that shoot across to another point off canvas at random times on a loop effect. - Given this hero scene is in space, I wanted the surrounding avatar elements to "float" in low gravity mode. For this I used Framer's loop effect that slowly oscillates the layer's y position. I then offset the delay of each element randomly to stagger the floating loop so each avatar floats independently/randomly - The final major treatment for this hero scene was the scroll animations on the avatars. I wanted to create a bit of a warp speed effect when you scroll down, as if the avatars were being pulled or sucked into a worm hole as you scroll down below this hero fold. - To accomplish this, I applied Framer's scroll transform affect set to "section in view" on each of the floating avatars, and set the "scroll to" position of the upper avatars to be much, much further away on the y-axis than the "scroll to" position of the lower avatars. (eg. -1700px on upper most avatars vs. -600px on lowest positioned avatars). This effectively causes the upper avatars to slide up off the hero canvas with much greater velocity than the lower positioned avatars. - And when you scroll back up to the hero section, the inverse happens where the lower positioned avatars "arrive back in place" from up above the hero canvas before the upper avatars come back into the scene and settle in place. - Overall I wanted this hero section to feel alive. The floating avatars, particle system with very subtle star movements, and the Caustics effect on the "Forever" text all sort of move at the pace of slow breathing - which is a great pace to create a sense of life and comfort in your scene. Conversion Results (so far) - When this new Framer site launched along with Calaxy v1.9 release on Base a couple weeks ago, we saw a surge in traffic, around 20k page views in the first few days. - Of those 20k hits, 11k visited the app install page ( - which is our main CTA - We saw around 10K new users in the first week after v1.9 launch Overall I'm very happy with the new site and early performance metrics. Lots of tweaking to do but its a good start. If you are a designer building in Framer - hit me with any questions on the above hero notes. Happy to share more specifics! 👾show more

This post about bench press safety escaped containment and... got a lot of people commenting in disagreement that safeties/spotter arms would've saved him. And in truth, my language below was a little too absolute: safeties MIGHT have saved his life (though even if so, would not have prevented all damage), but it's far from certain that they would have, so I stand by the overall sentiment. I will explain in detail below. The spotter arms have to be set below the top of your arched chest or else they’ll interfere with every rep - you'll clang the bar on the safeties, which not only severely interrupts proper technique and performance, but can also be potentially injurious in its own right as the clanging against the safeties takes you out of the rhythm of the rep and leads to uneven and chaotic force application demands mid-rep. The safeties can’t be set a mere milimeter or even a half inch below the chest: both because most racks have 2-3 inch hole spacings that don't allow such finely calibrated setting, but even if they do - also because as a gross movement pattern, not a fine movement pattern, you can’t control the movement of the bar precisely and accurately enough not to clang the safeties if they’re so close to your chest. Human beings performing gross movement patterns simply lack such fine control: on heavy sets, the bar might be slightly uneven on one side, you might lose a touch of your arch over the course of the set, etc... and end up clanging the safeties anyway, if they're set so close to the top of your arched chest. These issues are not form errors that can be prevented with proper training, but are inherent limitations in the human capability to control gross motor pattern movements at a heavy weight. Thus, the safeties have to be far enough below your chest in order to not interfere with the set itself, such that they can’t possibly catch the bar before it hits your chest in the case of a sudden catastrophic drop. The proper placement for the safeties is far enough below your chest so as not to interfere with the normal execution of the set and so the bar never touches the safeties at all during the set, even with the inherent human limitations of gross motor pattern control. But high enough such tha - if you find yourself unable to successfully press the bar to lockout - you can bring the bar under control back down to your chest, exhale and drop your arch, and the bar will ideally now rest on the safeties instead of your chest and you can crawl and slither out from under it. Worst case, you can roll the bar slightly upwards and the safeties will soon take it, well before it would lie on your neck. I have an example of using the safeties this way in the video below, with 485 lbs. The ability to set this position with precision and accuracy depends on the equipment you're using: Some racks/benches have 1 inch spacings for this purpose, which is excellent and allows greater precision in safety placement, but most common racks have 2-3 inches between holes and thus people must often have the safeties a little lower than they'd ideally be. The main point is the proper use and purpose of safeties in the bench press is not really to catch a very rare catastrophic sudden drop onto your chest, but to allow you to survive the much more common situation of a normal failed rep. Could they theoretically save your life in such a situation where you drop it? Yes, they might. They won't stop the bar before it hits your chest but they might reduce the impact by stopping the bar from going further down and reducing the impact. This may or may not save your life in this rare catastrophic drop situation - it's good to have them there, set up anyway, but it's far from a sure bet. The most important things you can do are to learn and practice good technique, which involves stiff wrists in a very slightly bent back position, and thumbs around the barbell - NO SUICIDE GRIP. The safeties won't catch the bar and stop it from hitting your chest, so it's best to reduce the chances of dropping the bar on your chest from almost zero to even closer to almost zero. I've been bench pressing regularly for well over 20 years, always put my thumbs around the bar, and have never dropped it on myself. Nor has anyone I have coached to the best of my memory, over tens of thousands of sets and hundreds of thousands of reps. I have used safeties to successfully avoid getting trapped under the bar after a failed rep. In the video below, I tweaked my pec while pushing through a rep at 485 and had to set the bar on the pins to avoid getting trapped under it. This kind of situation is the primary use for the safeties. It's good to have them set up regardless - they might indeed save you if you somehow still manage to drop the bar, but they also very well might not.show more

🚨BREAKING: just dropped their Shopify integration yesterday. Now you... can build a complete Shopify store by talking to AI. This changes a lot of things for ecom. WHAT THIS MEANS: Lovable AI can now: • Build complete online stores from text prompts • Set up checkout and shopping cart automatically • Add products with AI-generated descriptions • Deploy live stores in minutes, not weeks They proved it by building their own merch store: lovable[.]dev/merch THE OLD ECOM SETUP: • Hire Shopify developer ($3K-$10K) • Wait 2-4 weeks for completion • Go through endless revision cycles • Pay for theme customizations • Debug technical issues • Launch after months of delays THE NEW REALITY: "Build me an online store for selling fitness equipment" → AI creates complete store in 10 minutes → Add products with descriptions → Click publish → Start selling immediately WHAT THIS MEANS FOR ECOM OWNERS: The Technical Barrier Just Disappeared: • No coding knowledge required • No designer needed for basic stores • No developer for functionality setup • No technical troubleshooting Speed Becomes the New Standard: • Test product ideas in hours, not months • Launch seasonal stores instantly • Pivot business models without rebuilding • A/B test different store concepts rapidly The Cost Structure Changes: • $29/month Shopify + AI tool vs. $10K+ development • Instant iterations vs. expensive revisions • Self-service setup vs. agency dependencies • Focus budget on marketing, not development THE REALITY: While you're waiting 6 weeks for your developer to finish your store… Your competitor just described their business idea to AI and launched 3 different store variations to test the market. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR BRANDS: • Test 10 product ideas instead of 1 • Launch seasonal campaigns instantly • Create niche stores for different audiences • Focus on products and marketing, not tech THE WINDOW IS CLOSING: Right now, most ecom owners don't know this exists. In 6 months, everyone will expect instant store creation. In 12 months, waiting weeks for a basic store will look amateur. As for me, I’ll say basic Shopify development just became commoditized. P.S. Thanks to Lovable, everyone will have a store soon. Your real edge isn't in JUST building it. It's in the operations, automations, and strategy that make it profitable.show more

let me explain what's actually happening with $ZOE and... why most of CT is gonna miss this entire window Charms is launching their public platform this month. character economy. AI characters that are tokens, tokens that are characters, every trade pays creator fees forever. $ZOE is the first one. live this week on Base, deployed through clanker. CA: 0xC29832025E7652ef58D15F7fA3e232A2fDfaaB07 three things you need to clock: 1. this is the platform's launch token. not a random clanker. the FIRST character ever shipped from Charms, used by the team to demo what the entire economy will look like once public launch hits. every other character coming after $ZOE references $ZOE. that's a specific kind of asset and the market historically misprices these on day 1. 2. the creator fee model is the real bull case. Charms straight up posted: if you had launched Zoe, you'd have made $15K+ in fees in 24h. that number tells you exactly how much volume they're routing through this thing. 0.8% of every single trade goes to creator. perpetually. now imagine that fee tap on a token that becomes the reference asset for an entire AI character economy. 3. they're paying $15K + 3 months of fees to top 3 posters. think about what that means. they have so much confidence in the volume this thing will do that giving away 3 months of creator fees is a worthwhile marketing budget. teams don't do that math unless they expect the fee pipe to be massive. Clanker as the deployment layer is also not a footnote. CLANKER itself runs a revenue -> buyback flywheel. that infrastructure is battle tested. $ZOE plugs into a system that already works. the setup: - first character from a platform launching this month - pre-public-launch entry window - proven fee mechanics - Clanker rails underneath - team aggressively seeding distribution i'm not telling you what to do. i'm telling you the structure of this launch is one of the cleaner asymmetries on Base right now and the entry window is measured in days not weeks. if you wanna talk to her first. then decide. NFA. obviously.show more
