This man went to the gas station because he... was low, when he pulled up, he saw that all the pumps had bags tied around them as if the pumps were out of order. For whatever reason he decided to pump it anyways, and the pumps started going, indicating to him that they do have gas. Could it be that someone was playing a prank, or could it be that they are low on gas or doing maintenance.
