Ever since Remake, I’ve had this idea that eventually... characters who exist in other “worlds” across the lifestream — or a life beyond death, even — might find a way to interact with those in the main world. I wonder if we will get a battle system where characters like Zack and Aerith or even Biggs, Wedge, and Jessie might be able to contribute. Somewhat similar to how Aerith’s “presence” bolstered Zack in the final battle and each party handled a different iteration of Sephiroth. Think about it: a battle for the planet across every world and possibility. After all, an omnitemporal Sephiroth demands and omnitemporal solution. Personally, I think it’d be incredible.show more

Be it a PFP or a brand, it carries personality and value. So let’s use NFTs as an example. NFTs are built around IPs. Characters that build the community and the world of a project. (I’ve been in the NFT space for 3-4 years. So yes, I’ve seen the cycle.) Some questions : - Beyond the image, how do we bring utility to every character? - What stories do they hold? - What personalities do they have? - Can each one have a digital identity beyond just being a PFP? - And most importantly : how can it talk to millions of people without the owner replying to every message? The people who made the OVAs shown from time and time again that they have faith in their viewers that they'll be able to understand the world building that culminated to this point. You can start the other shows prior to this, either before or after this OVA and it will still feel like a proper climax leading up to this. The story beats in this show are pretty good in the sense that anyone can understand it, it's not universally profound but it does a good job in highlighting perspectives of every side and have a glimpse at what happened that lead up to it.show more

I can't believe how good this turned out. Recently,... I put out my first physics paper proposing that life and the universe might be the result of a law governing how oscillators sync up and couple together. I find it beautiful, awe-inspiring, and deeply meaningful. It aligns with how I have always seen the world. It suggests that there is an arrow of negative entropy, a law governing how life forms in all of its complexity. Learning about it is intimidating. I am self-taught, and have struggled for months to understand and articulate the core concepts and framework. After I put out the paper, I was challenged by Danielle Fong 🔆 to make an 'explorable explanation'. A guide you can walk through, and which will hold your hand through each concept, equation, and principle. It was amazing to make. In fact, I plan to make many more covering the wide range of topics I have been researching and exploring. Both to help me, and because I believe that this is something the world needs right now.
