✨ Excited to share QVQ-Max, our visual reasoning model... that's still evolving We've been experimenting with this approach for a while - try it out on Qwen Chat! ( 🚀 Just upload any image or video, ask away, and hit the "Thinking" button to see how it processes visual information step-by-step. It's a work-in-progress but fascinating to watch! Your early feedback will be super helpful as we continue developing! 🙏 Blog:show more

We wanted to get video overviews in your hands... as soon as we possibly could. While we've been LOVING all the excitement, we know there are still some crucial features we need to add. For example, currently the best way to add images to your video overviews is through Docs, Slides, or image-only PDFs. While support for pulling images from all PDFs is our TOP priority, here's a "super easy" and "clear to understand" hack on how to make it work in the meantime ❤️❤️❤️show more

Opal, our no-code visual builder for AI workflows, just... got a major upgrade. 🧠💎 We’ve added a new agent step that analyzes your goal, determines the best approach, and automatically calls the right tools — such as Veo for video or web search for research — to complete the task. We’re also adding new tools to make the agent even more capable: 💾 Memory – Remember info, like a user’s name or your style preferences across sessions. 🚀 Dynamic Routing – Let the agent choose the next best step using the “@ Go to” tool. 💬 Interactive Chat – Initiate user interactions to gather missing information or present options before moving on. ✨ 3d models are now LIVE on Photo AI... 😊 You can now turn any AI photo you make into a 3d model by pressing [ 📦 Make 3d model ] And then you can view it inside Photo AI or download it as a .GLB 3d model file It's still very early in AI generated 3d model world but it's nice to have this feature working already As always, the models will keep improving, so this feature will keep getting better (like it did with video, it sucked before, now it's getting passable) Next would be nice to switch to .USDZ so you can load it straight into your iPhone with ARKit and put it in your room Available now for everyone on the Premium and Ultra planshow more

Hello everyone! Before we begin our first tournament, I... wanted to share with you the key points we’re focusing on. Win or lose, we’ll feel proud and accomplished if we achieve these objectives. In this first preseason tournament, our mission is clear: to build a solid foundation for our team’s growth this year. While results aren’t our main goal, every round will be an opportunity to experiment, assess our progress, and reinforce the fundamentals that will make the difference when it matters most. Here are the key areas we’re focusing on: 1️⃣ Executing the right plays in advantageous scenarios, like a 5v4. 2️⃣ Knowing how to respond and adapt in disadvantageous situations. 3️⃣ Closing rounds with precision and determination. We won’t reveal everything we’ve prepared just yet, but these fundamentals are essential because they work on any map and with any composition. This tournament is just the first step on a long journey, and it all starts with mastering the basics. #WeAreGiantx #GXWINshow more

Force feedback demo Force feedback is when joystick is... pushing on your hand when something is pushing on the robot arm. Feeling the force - so much helpful to control the robot, that done well it allows you to do tasks even without visual feed. You can make an experiment: close your eyes - you can easily get the headphones out of the case. Also, visual information is often not enough. For example, you're trying to pull out a usb connector, but you pull it at the wrong angle, causing it to get stuck. Visually, nothing changes, but the pressure is intense and you can break the connector. Surgical robots have been using force feedback for years, and there are also 3D styluses which use this feature, proving that the technology works and is useful. But in modern robots with AI, it's hardly ever implemented. Although it's useful for both teleoperation and AI model. That's one of the reasons why we are building our robotic arms starting with off the shelf motors rather than taking the whole off the shelf arm. There are still a range of easy wins that can be made iterating robot hardware.show more

Kling 2.6 Motion Capture is so good. It's a... huge leap forward. We've been able to do motion capture with AI for a while, but the quality bump finally made this approach useful. Here are the steps: - Get a reference video - record it or get a stock video - Grab the start frame of that video - Edit it using Nano Banana Pro. Ask to replace character and background. - Select the Kling 2.6 Motion Capture model in the video generator on Freepik (now Magnific) - Upload reference video + set the edited start frame - Video prompt can be simple e.g. "Gandalf dancing"show more

With ChatGPT Atlas, we aim to push the boundary... of what a browser can be — integrating ChatGPT and evolving it into an agent that takes action for you. But even as we build that future, the basics still matter. For most people we talk to, their tab strip is overflowing with too many tabs (mine certainly is!). This week's Atlas release: revamped tab search and a new 'auto organize' your tabs button. Click to remove duplicates, merge windows, or let ChatGPT group your tabs in a way that makes sense. Just hit “update” in the top right to try.show more

Step 1 : input your char reference, poster and... your product into GPT Image 2 and then put the prompt : Use the woman on image 1 as the main subject. create a vertical poster ad inspired by the reference poster style. show the image 1 woman holding the kimchi jar with her left hand, while the right hand eating kimchi to her mouth. with framing wide lens, low angle from the reference poster. This step is where you lock the visual direction. Step 2 : take the generated image into Seedance 2.0 and convert it into motion. Set it to 1080p if your design includes a lot of typography, this helps preserve text clarity. You can also strengthen your prompt by adding keywords like: “dynamic motion design commercial advertisement” to push the result closer to a polished ad style. Important note : If your design contains heavy typography, expect some inconsistencies in text rendering. The best approach is to generate multiple variations and select the cleanest result. For this sample, I generated it 4 times before landing on the final version.show more

MiniMax H3 Instead of sharing the prompts for each... of these videos, I thought it would be more useful to share how I created that prompts. All of the videos were generated with text-to-video. First, find an image with the kind of scene, composition and mood you want to recreate. I used a few YouTube playlist thumbnails as references but Pinterest is also a great place to find inspiration. You can even use your own old or nostalgic photographs. Then upload the image to ChatGPT and ask it to describe the scene. The description it gives you can essentially become your text-to-video prompt. From there, you can generate completely new scenes with a similar composition, atmosphere and cinematic language. You can of course use the reference image directly with image-to-video or as a first frame. But if the original image isn't yours, I prefer using it only as visual inspiration and recreating the scene through text-to-video. This is the prompt I use with ChatGPT: "Describe the scene in this image in English, focusing primarily on what is happening, the characters, their actions and body language, the setting and the overall atmosphere. Also briefly describe the composition, framing, camera angle, approximate lens choice, lighting, color palette and cinematic aesthetic. Keep it concise and scene-focused rather than overly technical."show more

Alright, now that we know *what* an agent is,... how does it actually work? When you ask for help on a task, the agent plans a series of steps and executes them directly in the application on your behalf, using the tools it has access to. Say you are booking a local service or trying to organize your inbox (which typically takes multiple steps): the AI model first plans how to achieve the task using its existing knowledge and then interacts with your inbox to execute the task. The agent will continue until it is confident the task has been successfully completed.show more
