📢 EstateX: The Next Phase Begins This week, we're... pulling back the curtain on what we've been building - and announcing the first wave of ecosystem activations. What's Coming This Week: ✅ Multiple Project updates ✅ Concrete dates for key launches ✅ Behind-the-scenes reveals Now that the launch is complete, it’s time for the REAL work and business building to begin. A series of exciting developments are scheduled for release in the near future, including but not limited to: 📊 The Ecosystem Overview: 👇 (All of which will have positive flow use cases and utilities for $ESX) 🔸 20-35% of Company Revenue Buybacks - this amount of revenue generated is used to buy the $ESX token off the market 🔸 Investment Platform Transaction Fees - all transaction fees on the EstateX investment platform are paid in $ESX or used to buy $ESX off the market 🔸 ESX Blockchain Gas Fees – Every transaction fuels the network, increasing $ESX usage and demand. 🔸 RWAPad / Unicorn Club Staking – Creating $ESX lockup and growth pressure. 🔸 Whitelabel Solutions – Platform adoption by other companies drives $ESX circulation and utility. 🔸 PropXChange – Trades in tokenized real estate generate fees that flow back to $ESX. 🔸 EstateX Pay – Card transactions generate revenue that supports $ESX growth. 🔸 CapitalX Lending – Loan and interest fees contribute to $ESX buybacks. 🔸 EstateX University – Access and education fees contribute to $ESX ecosystem growth. 🔸 $AIESX Utilization – Revenue drives $ESX buybacks. 🔸 Real Estate Rental Income – Passive rental flows create consistent $ESX circulation. 🔸 Expansion Into New RWAs – Future tokenized assets add more revenue streams, boosting $ESX demand. 🔸PLUS more surprises to be revealed! 💰 Financial Perspective: Consider just one of these components: real estate tokenization. A $100M AUM (Assets Under Management) portfolio in the first 6 months of operations could generate 10% in revenue from all pillars involved. That's $10M in total revenue. With up to 35% of that revenue allocated to buybacks, that's major buy pressure from a single revenue stream. Now multiply that across the entire ecosystem. But we're doing this RIGHT. That means rolling out strategically, testing thoroughly, and ensuring each piece is bulletproof before launch. 👉 Our new standard: Underpromise, overdeliver on EVERY deadline. This week, you'll see the first glimpses of what EstateX truly is. And this is just the beginning. First announcement drops very soon. The $ESX token is LIVE! Just a typical day in the 3D studio with... my little assistant… seems like she’s still figuring things out… 🔌💥 Since it’s the New Year, I figured it’s time for a proper re-introduction! ✨ • I’m chacha! A Virtual Guitarist 🎸 • I work as a technician in a chemistry lab irl🧪 • I only have 2-3 hours after work for guitar and 3D⌚ • I use VR trackers for mocap💃 • I’ve been playing guitar for years, but I’m entirely self-taught for fun, so my playing isn’t that great 😅 • Before I decided to do guitar mocap, I didn’t even know what Unity was (maybe I’m actually a genius!? 🧠✨) • I live for compliments! 🥺💖 No guitar mocap video this week, but I’m making steady progress behind the scenes: ✅Carefully fine-tuned the avatar’s shaders for better lighting and shadows ✅Got a new outfit and remade all the cloth physics from scratch ✅Wrote a script for smoother movement ✅Completely rearranged the music gear in the studio ✅Finally using the new guitar Midori made for me! 🎸 ✅Re-edited and remixed one of my older tracks, so a "Remastered" version is coming soon! 🎧 ✅Also recorded a brand-new song, so stay tuned!! 🤘show more

NATALIA FROM MELBOURNE FLEW TO THAILAND, FILMED 12 SECONDS... ON A PRIVATE BEACH AND MADE MORE FROM THAT ONE VIDEO THAN HER ENTIRE FIRST MONTH OF MALL WALKS. Thread. So here's what happens when a mall-walk creator discovers cinematography. Same girl. Same butterfly tattoo. Same body that broke the Melbourne algorithm. But she's not in a shopping centre anymore. She's on a hidden beach in Phuket, dappled shade falling through the trees onto her skin, metallic blue bikini, Miu Miu glasses, and a camera that moves like it's shooting a fragrance campaign for a brand that doesn't exist yet. Here's why this outperformed every mall walk she's ever done. The mall format works because of contrast. A see-through dress in a public place. The beach removes the contrast. There's no grandma staring, no man pretending to check his phone. She's alone on sand. And somehow it works harder because the audience shifted. The mall videos sell the argument. People share them to fight about what she's wearing. The beach video sells the aspiration. Nobody argues about a bikini on a beach. Instead they save it. They screenshot it. They send it to their friend with "this is where I want to be." The mall content grows the page through comments. The beach content grows the paywall through saves. Different mechanic, different revenue, same girl. The production upgrade changed everything. Her mall walks are phone footage with shallow depth of field and that's it. This video has cinematic movement, shadow play from the tree canopy painting her body, camera positions that orbit her instead of following her. It looks like it cost $10,000 to shoot. It cost a flight and a friend with a gimbal. The perceived production value is what tells the viewer "this isn't a TikTok, this is content worth paying for." And paid content lives behind the link. The dappled light is doing work that no filter can replicate. Sunlight through leaves creates random patterns on skin that move with the breeze. Every frame is unique. Every frame looks painted. She's lying on sand and the shadows are doing what a lighting team would charge $5,000 to do. The beach is the studio. The tree is the key light. Nature is the DP. She filmed 47 videos in 4 days in Thailand. Different beach, different bikini, same production style. That's 3 months of content from one trip. The mall requires a new location every week because the background cast changes. The beach doesn't need a background cast. The beach has rocks and water and light and none of them get tired of performing. The mall made her famous. The beach made her rich. The mall is the funnel and the beach is what's inside. Everyone who found her watching a girl walk past a SALE sign in Melbourne is now watching her lie on sand in Phuket. She didn't change. The setting did. And the setting turned a curiosity into a lifestyle brand. The mall asked "who is she." The beach answers "this is how she lives." And the answer costs $25 a month.show more

home page hero ✨ Design notes: - "Forever" hero... text dot pixel FX done in Unicorn Studio. (I will do a whole tutorial on this later. Unicorn's WebGL engine is absolutely wild and very powerful / robust) - built in Framer - I wanted to recreate the iOS unlock effect where your home screen icons cascade into place in a beautifully timed choreography. This took a lot of careful timing using Framer's "Appear" effect on the hero text and surrounding avatars because it was super important that we didn't lose the legibility of our main message ("Build Your Forever Audience") with all the animations. - If you look closely, the choreography is setup to lead your eye through the hero text first starting with "Build Your" then "Forever" and finally "Audience." - With those text layers in place + the surrounding avatars, there is a slight 1 sec pause before the remaining elements slide in below and above (How it works, CTA buttons, announcement badge, and lastly the main nav). - All told the entire loading sequence is 6 seconds - Custom particle system powers the interactive star field (the stars slowly gravitate to your pointer position, and the star field perspective changes ever so subtly as you move your mouse around on the page) - I have 3 shooting stars made of small white line layers that start out off canvas rotated at different angles that shoot across to another point off canvas at random times on a loop effect. - Given this hero scene is in space, I wanted the surrounding avatar elements to "float" in low gravity mode. For this I used Framer's loop effect that slowly oscillates the layer's y position. I then offset the delay of each element randomly to stagger the floating loop so each avatar floats independently/randomly - The final major treatment for this hero scene was the scroll animations on the avatars. I wanted to create a bit of a warp speed effect when you scroll down, as if the avatars were being pulled or sucked into a worm hole as you scroll down below this hero fold. - To accomplish this, I applied Framer's scroll transform affect set to "section in view" on each of the floating avatars, and set the "scroll to" position of the upper avatars to be much, much further away on the y-axis than the "scroll to" position of the lower avatars. (eg. -1700px on upper most avatars vs. -600px on lowest positioned avatars). This effectively causes the upper avatars to slide up off the hero canvas with much greater velocity than the lower positioned avatars. - And when you scroll back up to the hero section, the inverse happens where the lower positioned avatars "arrive back in place" from up above the hero canvas before the upper avatars come back into the scene and settle in place. - Overall I wanted this hero section to feel alive. The floating avatars, particle system with very subtle star movements, and the Caustics effect on the "Forever" text all sort of move at the pace of slow breathing - which is a great pace to create a sense of life and comfort in your scene. Conversion Results (so far) - When this new Framer site launched along with Calaxy v1.9 release on Base a couple weeks ago, we saw a surge in traffic, around 20k page views in the first few days. - Of those 20k hits, 11k visited the app install page ( - which is our main CTA - We saw around 10K new users in the first week after v1.9 launch Overall I'm very happy with the new site and early performance metrics. Lots of tweaking to do but its a good start. If you are a designer building in Framer - hit me with any questions on the above hero notes. Happy to share more specifics! 👾show more
