FG Flags Off Benin–Asaba Expressway: A Landmark in Private-Financed... Infrastructure Development The Federal Government of Nigeria, in collaboration with Africa Plus Partners, has officially flagged off the 125km Benin–Asaba Expressway Project in Edo State—an ambitious, dual-carriage, solar-lit superhighway that is fully financed by the private sector under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. Speaking at the event, the Honourable Minister of Finance & Coordinating Minister of the Economy Mr. Wale Edun described the project as a milestone in infrastructure financing. “What you see on the front page of the pamphlet will be delivered—because the cash is there,” he affirmed. “This is not reliant on direct federal funding. Africa Plus Consortium, backed by credible investors, has put forward the full capital commitment under the enabling policies of President Bola Tinubu.” This flagship initiative is part of the Tinubu administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda, demonstrating how strategic partnerships can unlock long-term value for the economy. Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi described the project as a cashless model. Governor of Edo State Senator Monday Okpebholo, standing in for Mr. President, lauded the financing structure. “This is a legacy project. For private investors to risk their capital, it shows belief in the president’s vision and the future of our economy.” HM Wale Edun reiterated that this model will be replicated nationwide: “This is just one of many projects that will be delivered week after week, month after month, through sustainable financial frameworks that ensure transparency, efficiency, and speed.” The Benin–Asaba Expressway is more than a road. It is a statement—that with innovative financing and investor confidence, world-class infrastructure is not only possible but imminent.show more

“IYALOJA GENERAL” IS ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL Ever since the... purported “installation” of a new ”Iyaloja” in Edo State by Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo, who styles herself the Iyaloja-General of Nigeria, I have been inundated with questions asking me to comment. Because of my ongoing investigation into the Edo State vs EuroAfrica CCI $250 Million deal, I initially held back. But after reviewing the Nigerian Constitution and relevant statutory frameworks, it is clear that the very concept and office of an Iyaloja-General is not only alien to Edo culture, but also illegal unconstitutional, and without statutory authority. Consequently, it has no legal power to confer titles in Edo State. Let us break this down carefully: 1. Is “Iyaloja-General” a constituted office? No. There is no federal constitutional or statutory office called “Iyaloja-General.” The 1999 Constitution (as amended) lists federal and state offices, commissions, and authorities. The title “Iyaloja-General” does not appear anywhere. It is a traditional or civil-society designation, not a public office created by law. 2. Do states have market women’s associations? Yes, but these are typically private associations, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020. They enjoy legal personality but have no governmental authority. Some states, such as Lagos, have created state-level market councils by law, but this is not universal and is strictly state-specific. 3. In Benin, what regulates the Iyeki role? The Oba of Benin has made it clear: market leadership in Benin is guided by the Iyeki system, a traditional office. Traders in each market choose their Iyeki, and the Oba’s palace confirms the selection. Iyeki duties are cultural and administrative, rooted in Benin tradition. There is no Edo State statute that overrides this customary process. 4. What authority does an “Iyaloja-General” have in Edo? None. Under the Nigerian Constitution, there is no power for an “Iyaloja-General” to install market leaders in Edo. At best, such an appointment would carry weight only inside her private association, not within Edo’s traditional or legal framework. For context, Lagos State is considering a Market Authority Bill that proposes an advisory council where an Iyaloja-General may be mentioned. But that is Lagos State law, not federal law, and it does not extend to Edo. 5. How much is the Edo State Government backing this? Despite the Oba’s firm rejection of the Iyaloja concept in Benin, the so-called installation was hosted inside the Edo State Government House. Reports confirm that top officials attended: the governor’s sister (who's the "first lady" of Edo State, representing her brother), the Commissioner for Women Affairs, the Commissioner for Health (Dr Cyril Oshiomhole), and several others in Governor Okpebholo’s administration. During the event, promises of “2.5 million votes” for President Tinubu in the 2027 elections were openly made. That raises urgent questions: • Was this really a customary installation, or a political rally disguised as tradition? • Why has the Edo State Governor himself remained silent since? • Why did the state government lend institutional weight to an office that is neither constitutional, nor statutory, nor indigenous to Edo culture? 6. On the ethnic spin Some have tried to frame this as an ethnic quarrel. That is misleading. The Oba of Benin never reduced the matter to who was installed, but to what was being installed. His objection was categorical: the very concept of an Iyaloja-General is alien to Benin tradition. Therefore, even if it had been an Edo woman from Ogbe who was “installed,” it would still be wrong. This is a matter of legality and culture, not ethnicity. My conclusion From a legal perspective, the title “Iyaloja-General of Nigeria” is nonexistent in the Constitution. From a cultural perspective, it is alien to Benin tradition.show more

World Models are the path for some AI Models... in the future. But how can we efficiently train these models to not only see the world the way humans do but to see the world in a new and unique way. By visualizing, what is normally sequenced audio patterns, we can derive much more insights. Here we see Paganini in a visual form that can than be described and transcribed into a World Model. We can observe connections in a manner that may not have been clear prior to the digitalization of music and sound in this way. The company with the most valuable potential in building a World Model is Tesla. Mr. Peter Obi stands as a pillar of resilience,... a rock amid the relentless challenges that bedevil our electoral system and the profound concerns over the state of democracy in Nigeria—concerns that have reached unprecedented levels. Yet, despite the turbulence, Mr Peter Obi has once again shown his commitment to the democratic process by traveling to Ondo State to stand beside Hon. @SholaEbiseni, the Labour Party’s candidate for governor. This journey to Ondo is more than a campaign; it is a testament to the power of belief in a better future for Nigeria. It represents a profound hope that, even in adversity, we can still strive for leadership that places the people above all else. In a time when many are disillusioned, Mr. Peter Obi’s commitment to credible governance shines through, inspiring us all to keep faith in the promise of positive change. It is this shared belief in the possibility of a better Nigeria that fuels my own dedication to advocating for capable, compassionate leaders who prioritize the people's welfare. Together, we continue this journey with the conviction that, despite the odds, a new Nigeria is within reach. A Nigeria built on fairness, equity, and justice—where every Nigerian can thrive and where democracy truly serves its purpose. Today, at Redeemer’s University Redeemer's University, Ede, Osun State,... I was glad to commission the new Institute of Genomics and Global Health, marking a significant evolution from ACEGID’s @acegid status as a center of excellence. This moment is not only a proud achievement for all those involved, but it also stands as a powerful symbol of what African scientific leadership can achieve on the global stage. Under the visionary leadership of Prof Christian Happi Christian T. Happi, the team at ACEGID has made extraordinary strides in genomic research, particularly in addressing some of the most pressing infectious disease challenges of our time. The inauguration of the Institute reminds us that the work being done by the ACEGID team is a global public good, benefiting not only Nigeria and Africa but also contributing to global health security. The partnerships fostered between institutions and scientists from the Global North and South are a testament to our shared commitment to protecting and advancing human health. This collaboration has demonstrated what is possible when we work together to confront challenges that affect us all. Under the visionary leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Bola Ahmed Tinubu health security remains a central pillar of our broader strategy to transform Nigeria’s health system, unlock the value chain, and improve population health outcomes. This is why supporting cutting-edge scientific research, like the work at this Institute, is essential. We need to create a health system environment with strong public health capabilities to withstand the potential and evolving threats posed by infectious diseases and the ongoing impacts of climate change. The pace at which new health threats are emerging is accelerating, and with it, the need for robust scientific responses. The innovations in genomics we are witnessing at ACEGID provide a glimmer of hope, offering us the tools we need to be better prepared for what may come. The Federal Government of Nigeria Government of Nigeria is fully committed to supporting these efforts, knowing that science must lead the way in securing a healthier future for all.show more

“I repeat, Kill the Boer, the Farmer”, how can... anyone in their right mind say this is not incitement of violence, not even mentioning hate speech? These guys feel nothing for South Africa! After this week and everything that happened with the presidents US visit, these breakers continued with their hate in Koppies in the Free State province this weekend. This is again another element that makes a farm attack a unique crime. It is the only violent crime in South Africa that is celebrated by song, hateful political rhetoric and welcomed on social media. The singing of this hateful song has never been publicly condemned by the South African government. (To a certain extent in Washington this week, only after being cornered?)show more

PRESS RELEASE Forgery As State Policy: Bola Ahmed Tinubu,... His Cabinet, And The Department of State Services (DSS) Must Be Held Accountable Tuesday's resignation of Uche Nnaji, Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, has once again brought to light the deep moral crisis at the heart of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration. What should ordinarily be a matter of national shame is now being disguised as a “voluntary resignation”, an attempt to whitewash yet another scandal that typifies the forgery-ridden character of this government. Let the truth be told: Uche Nnaji should not have been allowed the courtesy of resignation. He should have been summarily dismissed and prosecuted for deceit and falsification. By permitting him to quietly exit through the backdoor, the Tinubu administration has once again demonstrated that it is an assembly of forgers, impostors, and morally bankrupt individuals masquerading as public servants. What makes this even more embarrassing is that the same Department of State Services (DSS) which screened out Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai for alleged “security concerns” is the very agency that cleared this same character, Uche Nnaji. The DSS truly deserves our flowers for this national disgrace. Their failure of due diligence has made Nigeria an object of ridicule before the world and raises the question: how many more of such individuals are occupying sensitive positions in this government? This episode is not isolated. It is a reflection of a pattern, a rot that begins from the very top. The man who occupies the office of President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has for decades been enmeshed in controversies surrounding his identity, age, and academic records. From the Chicago State University saga to multiple contradictory claims under oath, the world has seen ample evidence that Nigeria today is led by a man who himself has been unable to credibly defend the authenticity of his own certificates. When a man of questionable identity leads a country, deception becomes the standard of governance. Tinubu’s personal history of alleged forgery and perjury has effectively institutionalised falsehood in public service. It is, therefore, unsurprising that his ministers and aides have taken after his example by falsifying documents, inflating records, and desecrating the moral foundation of our nation. I, therefore, call for an independent, transparent, and comprehensive investigation into the academic and professional credentials of all members of the Federal Executive Council, beginning with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu himself. Nigerians deserve to know the truth about those who preside over their lives and resources. Until this cleansing is done, Nigeria will continue to sink deeper into moral decay, economic ruin, and global embarrassment. The time has come to rescue our country from the grip of deceit and restore integrity to public life. "We don't have to be here." That was the... message from Power Capital’s Omnes Capital, Power Capital Planning Manager at the "public consultation" for the Ballymoneen Solar Farm Proposed Extension. He stood in front of a room of concerned locals and told them that public consultation wasn't even a requirement. The arrogance is quite something. This is how Dublin‑based French private equity-backed corporates treat a rural parish in the west of Ireland: with open contempt. This video is the direct result of that attitude. Listen to the reaction when a local man stands up to tell them: "You are not going to come down and destroy the West of Ireland." I know that local voice speaks for a whole lot of the parish here, a lot of voters who will vote. Omnes Capital, Power Capital and the politicians standing over these fractured policies need to watch this closely. When you treat a rural community with this level of contempt, don't be surprised when they fight back. We won't forget this.show more

The Prime Minister and the Home Minister speak endlessly... about Nari Shakti. They posture on women’s empowerment and perform outrage for the cameras. But their conduct tells a different story. The Prime Minister publicly mocks a three-time elected woman Chief Minister with “Didi O Didi,” delivered with visible condescension. The Home Minister echoes it with “Ei Didi,” reducing a respected leader to a taunt. This is the “Poriborton” the BJP seeks to import into Bengal from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. It is not change, it is a regression in values. An insult to Bengal. An insult to every woman in this state and across the country. On 4th May, the people of Bengal will deliver a verdict that cuts through this hypocrisy once and for all. And that response will be decisive enough to remind these ZAMINDARS that respect for women is not a slogan, it is a standard!show more

So, my opinion on what the Antarctic (Antarctica) Anomaly... is that it's a type of frequency technology. It must be way more powerful than HAARP, as many have claimed it to be, because we would see these anomalies at other HAARP sites, and we don't, not like this. With that said, and I'm very much trying to avoid letting what I want it to be not play a part here, I think it is a technology that is being used either off the coast of Antarctica itself or Bouvet Island. A third possibility is an area just to the northwest of the island that looks odd. It's possible it is a sonar scan from a ship, but why in that remote location? It looks like an antenna set up or rows of something that is out of place. I also believe that the weather events and fires that have taken place in Africa could possibly have been because of this. Each time we saw the anomaly, it was followed by a destructive weather event in Africa. A weird connection to that is we have been told and warned of a very busy 2024 Atlantic hurricane season. This is in part because of the above-average Atlantic ocean temperatures, which is the fuel to Hurricanes. With all this info, it's possible to see how the Anomaly could be a frequency tech that can manipulate or create weather, And or WARM up the Ocean temps to purposely enhance the Hurricane season and Storm growth. Keep in mind that many of our hurricanes and many of the biggest hurricanes have come from the west coast of Africa and form over the Cape Verde islands before heading towards the Caribbean and the United States. This is all of course speculation, and I'm learning many new things every day, so this idea may morph over time as we learn more. In the end, it is very hard to ignore all these findings. #antarctica #anonaly #AntarcticaAnomaly #BouvetIslandshow more

“A Mark Carney-led government will balance the OPERATING budget... in three years. at the same time, we will run a small deficit on CAPITAL spending.” -Mark Carney I want you to listen very carefully to what Finance Minister Champagne is saying in this video. He is talking about a balanced OPERATIONAL budget. An operational budget refers only to the expenses of running the country. It does not include incredibly expensive CAPITAL expenses. Instead, Minister Champagne refers to capital expenses as investments. THAT IS COMPLETE DISHONESTY. There is no G20 country that has this type of accounting practice. This is important to understand because Canada must go to the bond market to raise money. The bond market does not give a damn how you categorize your debt. Whether it's operational or capital spending, the deeper you get into debt the higher the rate of interest you will have to pay on that debt. In essence, both Carney and Champagne are grossly misleading the Canadian public by telling them that they will balance the operational budget. They're hoping that you don't understand how budgets work, and the truth is they will likely get away with it. Expect a massive increase in our national debt under a Carney government. This company also appears to only do business in... Africa and in fact much of its management team is African. So in summary, we have a website with a hidden owner contracting an IT middleman who specialises in "raising sustainable revenue" through high-traffic regulatory activities (such as visa applications) to operate the website on their behalf. This website is not affiliated with the UAE government and the middleman operating it appears to only be active in African jurisdictions. My educated guess is that there is a private company behind all of this - possibly linked to someone in Aso Rock or the Foreign Ministry - which has quietly positioned itself to rip Nigerians off. In fact, I'd go as far as to guess that the reason why the visa ban dragged on for so long - and why there were multiple false dawns - is that this private entity was haggling over details like revenue split. I now await the frenzied, angry denials followed by the tacit admission that I've not even scratched the surface. If you're familiar with Nigeria, none of this will come as a surprise.show more

For Russia, this is not just about Georgia—it is about control of the Black Sea region, a strategic Russian goal that poses a threat to the national security of everyone in the region and across Europe.
