I remember when I first experimented with effects, I... had no idea how to do impact frames or anything of that sort. I definitely focused on shots that lingered on screen because I wanted the viewer to have time to absorb everything. I wanted everything to be visible and feel meaningful. Looking back now, if I knew how to effectively incorporate impact frames into my work, it'd probably elevate my animation by a lot. Still, I am proud of what I managed to achieve using the basic principles.show more
