That's the price tag on a humanoid robot... built to carry the same rifle a soldier carries — walk at almost 4 mph, haul 44+ pounds of gear, clear a building before any person steps through the door. A US startup called Foundation already holds $24 million in contracts with the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Their stated goal: 50,000 units manufactured by the end of 2027 — scaling from roughly 50 units this year to 10,000 next year alone. Here's the part people get wrong: nobody's building a robot that decides who to shoot. Current protocol requires a human to confirm before any automated system engages. What they're actually replacing is the soldier who has to be the first one through a door, the first one over a hilltop, the first one into a room nobody's checked yet. An Army general once floated the idea that robots could replace a quarter of combat soldiers by 2030. #VPDNews: Vancouver Police are releasing a video of suspects... involved in the violent robbery of a 75-year-old man near East Hastings Street and Jackson Avenue on Tuesday. “This was a very serious incident where a senior who lives in the area was going for a walk in the neighbourhood and was attacked and robbed,” says Constable Megan Lui. “The suspects are still out there. Our hope is that the video will help us track them down.” “We are asking anyone who witnessed the robbery or has information that could assist investigators to come forward. We want to identify those responsible and hold them accountable.” The incident occurred around 9:15 a.m., when the victim was assaulted and robbed by a group of suspects. One suspect repeatedly pushed the victim to the ground before punching him multiple times in the face and stealing his personal belongings. The victim followed the suspects in an attempt to recover his property. During the confrontation, he was slammed into a wall twice before the suspects fled the area. Several witnesses and bystanders called police. The victim was transported to hospital with a head injury, bruises and abrasions. He has since been released from the hospital. But her definition of "Zionist" is anyone who refuses to share her irrational hatred for anything that has a connection to Israel. In this video the woman picks her first target, YouTuber CP Reports. She went on to attack others before being arrested. Being 'egged' may not sound much, but this is just the latest in a list that includes being spat on, kicked, punched—including having noses broken—getting food thrown at us, rubbed in our faces, and smeared over banners. The 'progressives', the Islamoleft, the Greens, Antifa—they have all whipped themselves into such a frenzy of irrational hatred against Israel that they now believe anything goes. They feel justified in using this kind of behaviour to try to exclude from the public square anyone who does not join in their hatred of Israel.
