Our knees are should be ok with going past our toes, think of going down the stairs. If you don’t have a box or Slantboard you can do backwards walking for 5 min. That will also help. No, comparing the peaceful gatherings of the previous few days with the Euromaidan is inappropriate. Unlike in 2013, when Ukrainians spoke out against the authoritarianism and dictatorship of President Yanukovych, today's actions are not aimed at overthrowing the current government, but instead are a form of democratic expression of the will of the people against the adoption of a specific bill and peaceful dialogue with the authorities. The very fact of the possibility of holding such peaceful rallies during martial law and the authorities being capable of listening clearly shows that Ukrainian democracy is currently as strong as it is possible in conditions of full-scale war, and our civil society is mature and capable of using peaceful democratic tools to convey its opinion. The power is truly in the hands of the Ukrainian people, and our society will do everything possible to ensure that this continues to be the case.show more
