I do fully agree on concerns about weaving Snake... into Siege's more complex lore. Nothing Kudos says here is wrong besides one thing: Solid Snake is ALREADY canon to the Tom Clancy universe. Sure, it's more of an easter egg than anything, but precedent was set five years ago.show more

I fully agree with Mthimbana, Pirates are basically the... Arsenal of South Africa: forever promising, never delivering. The Carters in Final Chapter of Life President Carter's... grandson, Josh Carter, tells People Magazine that his grandfather and grandmother, Jimmy Carter and Rosalynn Carter have entered ‘the final chapter’. “He’s still fully Jimmy Carter,” Josh Carter said of his grandfather. “I mean he’s almost 99 years old, but he fully understands (how many well wishes he’s received) and has felt the love.” Josh also gave an update on Rosalynn, his grandmother, who has dementia: “She still knows who we are, for the most part – that we are family. My grandmother is still able to form new memories.” “They are still holding hands … it’s just amazing,” Josh Carter added. I think we all can agree that both the Carters are American treasures and incredibly good people. Here is Jimmy Carter at 95-years-old, building homes for the less fortunate:show more

A great meeting with Bart De Wever here in... Brussels, on my #TourdesCapitales. 🇧🇪 We fully agree on the need to accelerate the implementation of our “One Europe, One Market” agenda, to: cut red tape, increase investment, boost Europe’s industrial capacity, complete the single market and reduce our strategic dependencies. We are also aligned on the need to reach an agreement, by the end of the year, on a modernised long-term EU budget, fit for the future. We will continue the work on these issues – and other important topics, such as migration – at our October #EUCO. Fijn om u te zien / C'était un plaisir de vous voir / Schön, Sie zu sehen !show more

I own bulldogs and have been on the receiving... end of an attack just like the one mentioned in this video. I agree—it is the breed. Owners who deny the true inherent nature of bull breeds do not understand the dog living in their home. My parents bred bulldogs. Yet I was bitten in the face by our bulldog, Baby, when I was only 2. My injury required plastic surgery on my forehead and 48 sutures. Here’s a video of my boy. He looks gentle, but if triggered the wrong way, he will take your arm off. He is an 80 lb bowling ball with teeth. We never forget his nature—it is our responsibility. If you are not fully prepared to properly care for this breed, get a rescue dog with a different temperament.show more

Every week, almost every game, something happens and VAR... gets blamed, whether for interfering or for not stepping in. The tech doesn’t make the decisions, a professional referee does, and it really isn’t that difficult to let teams and fans know why that decision was made. Clubs should be able to ask for recordings of key decisions to be made public, with an explanation of the laws applied if needed, then everyone can hear what the thinking behind the decision was. It shouldn’t be Howard Webb cherry picking the ones he wants to share - and there should be minimal delay in sharing them. No doubt we’ll hear more admissions of mistakes being made, but unless the PGMOL really do have something to hide it’s probably not that many. It’s more likely decisions are being made because of the application of some specific part of a law, or restriction on the use of VAR, that most of us didn’t fully understand or know about. Or maybe knew about but didn’t agree with. So much of the frustration around these decisions is down to not knowing why a decision was made, knowing we’ll probably never find out why, knowing that it will happen again next game and knowing that these things don’t really “even out over the course of the season”. The “never explain, fine anyone who complains” policy pre-dates VAR, it should have been wiped out as soon as VAR came in.show more

I genuinely think the Terafab is going to end... up being one of the biggest moves ever made in human history to secure the future of AI... and I think most people still don’t fully see what Elon is trying to do here. The signs are clear to me. This is Tesla, xAI, and SpaceX essentially hinting to us that they are not going to wait on the world to give them the compute the team needs. They are going to build it themselves at a scale no one has ever attempted. When you really break it down, it gets a bit nutty. This is going to be a fully vertically integrated chip factory that will be producing over 1 terawatt of AI compute per year. This is NEXT LEVEL BIG. Today, AI is limited by chips. You can have the best models, the best engineers, the best everything... but if you don’t have enough compute, you will eventually hit a wall. Elon told us, the world can only supply a tiny fraction of the chips his companies will need. So this is the solution. Terafab puts everything under one roof like design, manufacturing, memory, packaging, testing, which means that they can build chips very fast.. like really fast. I'm talking about 100-200 billion custom AI chips per year at full capacity. Chips designed specifically for: • Tesla cars and Optimus robots • xAI models • Space-based compute You see, while other companies and CEOs are thinking Earth, Elon is planning for AI in space. Around ~80% of the compute is expected to go orbital, powered by solar energy bc Earth simply doesn’t have enough electricity. The U.S. grid is only about ~0.5 terawatts, while space has basically UNLIMITED energy if you can capture it. And this is the steps to get it: Starship launches → space compute → solar-powered AI → feeds back into everything to Earth. Bro... Elon and his companies are playing at a whole different level... And this is why I keep telling people that the Terafab is going to be the secret ingredient that will be the real unlock for everything: • Robotaxis at scale • Billions of Optimus robots • Massive AI models running 24/7 • Future off-world, other planet infrastructure Without these chips, none of this can happen... but with the Terafab, all of this becomes possible. That’s why Elon is calling it “the final missing piece.” I agree.show more
