Testing SCAIL-2, an open source model for motion transfer.... I wanted to see how it can handle driving videos with fast, dynamic movement. The part that really impressed me was how the model retained details from the input character's outfit (especially the straps on the shorts). I attached the input character below for you to compare against. The model also has a replacement mode that swaps the character into the driving video's scene, but here I used animation mode, which keeps the reference image's scene instead.show more

🇨🇳 Another great Chinese Model, OmniHuman-1.5 from ByteDance Turns... 1 image plus a voice track into expressive avatar video by pairing a System 1 and System 2 inspired planner with a Diffusion Transformer, Produces coherent motion for over 1 minute with moving camera and multi character scenes. Most avatar models move to the beat of the audio but miss meaning, so gestures feel generic and emotions feel shallow. The fix here is a Multimodal LLM planner that listens to the speech and drafts a structured plan describing intent, emotions, beats, and high level actions, which gives the motion engine clear semantic targets instead of only rhythm. The motion engine is a Multimodal Diffusion Transformer that fuses the plan with audio, the single reference image, and optional text prompts, then synthesizes continuous body, face, and head motion that matches both words and tone. A key trick is a Pseudo Last Frame, a synthetic target that summarizes the next expected state, which stabilizes fusion across modalities and keeps motion consistent over long spans. From just 1 image and speech, the system outputs speaking avatars with synchronized lips, context aware gestures, and continuous camera movement, and it also supports multi character interactions without manual choreography. Reported results show strong lip sync accuracy, high video quality, natural motion, and close match to text prompts, and the same setup works on nonhuman characters too.show more

So, today we have fast SDF sculpting + real-time... AI in Unbound Loop. Old news🥱 Coming up next: -quad-view generation from sculpted geometry -image tweaks via nano🍌 -tripo HD & Low-Poly 3D generation There's more in the upcoming release, but these three deserve a closer look: Quad-View Generation Most platforms offer some version of this, but Loop has a key advantage, your sculpted model is the reference. That means less guessing from the generator. Though it’s not 100% foolproof, like any AI I guess? (I should stop stating the obvious every time). Image Tweaks via Chat Select any generated image and ask for fixes or changes in real time. Works great on unintended quad-view hallucinations, but also handy for quick iterations. Swapping colors, tweaking details, removing elements. Tripo 3D generator Especially the low-poly model, it consistently delivered fantastic game-ready topology when we tried it with our real-time AI output. And it's super fast.show more

[Throwback] Kobayashi Arata,a professional dancer, give detailed abt taehyung’s... dance abilities on Fire and Dynamite 👤Whenever I see Taetae dance, I got the impression that he is a groove-type dancer. He has good detail and dances like he is riding the music. I like dances that convey the dancer's own vibe that only they have, and Taetae's dance is like that. His neck's trajectory is continuously moving back and forth. It's a professional's technique. His dance is very professional. It's very difficult to grab the rhythm in a simple way, but Taetae has a very good sense for that. Even when he isn't moving, the texture of his dance movements are very exquisite. The way he dances to his heart's content is wonderfully cool. The way he feels the sound (music) is expressed through the movement of his neck. The way he burns his feelings into the music is at a very professional level. One more thing to mention, the way he approaches a certain melody is always very outstanding and beautiful. You can see his great sense for dancing in his ad-libs, besides the set choreography. The neck is the part of the body that can express rhythm, so it especially requires skill. Taetae uses his neck extremely well. People at a high level of dancing can draw a hot response from just moving their neck a little. A great dancer knows that just a simple neck movement can look really cool. 1 speculate that Taetae is a dancer who knows this. The way he paces himself is no joke. The reason he can comfortably maintain the rhythm with his whole body is because he properly feels the music inside his body His dance has a mature charm. It's something different than the brilliance and dynamism that can be seen from the outside. From an angle that surpasses all that, he expresses how he perceives the beauty of the dance. He is the type that enthralls others by actually enjoying the music himself. He is like a miso soup made by a first-class chef. It doesn't make sense how smooth he is. (All of his movements are very smooth.) People, who enjoy music itself in the first place, look cool with the way they ride the rhythm. He dances as if he has surrendered himself to the sound (music), and as if he is submerged in the music. He is able to feel the rhythm with his whole body. Taetae's hidden details, in which he accomplishes things like they're nothing, make my heart beat. It's a difficult thing to do. You can't do this just by learning it. He has a good sense for dancing. The way he dances is very smart. In conclusion, Taetae is at an extremely high level of dance. From the little details that are hard to catch at first glance, to his dance skills that read the music, making it feel like a "professional dance" style and feel, can all be seen in the ad-libs as well. These parts all depend on the individual's sense for dance. What can be seen from here is that Taetae has a good sense of understanding and feeling sound(music), and i really want to become someone like that too. 28min video: trans cr: KTHbase/KTH_FanBaseshow more

The first video only lived on Team Liquid IG... stories for the day, so I wanted to post it here to give it a permanent home. What started as simple flat renders turned into a small animations experiment. I used a basic rig and filmed myself as reference (because that’s what animators actually do, reference is everything), and just went for it. The funny part is, once I took that risk, the creative ideas started flowing. Pushing past the safe option is what made this feel more alive and if I hadn’t tried, this videos would never have existed. It’s simple, but I’m genuinely proud of how it turned out, especially since this is far outside my comfort zone. Sometimes the best growth comes from just trying. If you play VALORANT, check out the new TL Classic skin, it looks gorgeous and it supports the team at the same time 💙🤍 2D graphics by the great Staceyshow more

Inviting early testers and contributors to Project Devika -... The open-source alternative to Devin. 👩💻 As of now, Devika is far from the capabilities of Devin... but we'll eventually get there. So I am calling the open-source community to join forces! ❤️ Features: - 12 Agentic models that can interact with each other in a feedback loop to understand, browse, research, code, document, and make decisions according to the user's query to complete a project. - Supports Claude 3, GPT-4, GPT-3.5, and Local LLMs via ollama. - Devika can run the code she writes and fix/patch the code herself if she encounters any errors without user intervention. - Devika can deploy static websites she creates on Netlify. (Experimental) - And much more... Will be doing an official launch after intensive testing and bug fixes. 🙌 I've created a Discord server for the early testers and contributors. If you're interested in joining the team, reply to this tweet and I will DM you the invite link. #buildinpublicshow more

got to be part of something really special with... this one. almost 1.5 years in the making, MARTIN GARRIX and Arijit Singh dropped their first collab last week, the opening track from a 4-track EP. it all started back in 2023 when arijit mentioned on _TheMusicPodcast_ that he’d love to work with martijn. 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗺𝘇 sent me the clip, we passed it along to martijn and he immediately showed love. the teams connected, and a few months later they were in amsterdam jamming and building something incredible. forever thankful to martin for being so kind and involved from day one. he didn’t just run with it, he kept us in the loop throughout. from sharing early demos and hopping on calls to catch up, to playing us versions in person during his short india visits and asking for feedback, he truly made us feel part of the journey. grateful to see it all come to life like this. surreal ❤️show more

OpenClaw, but built for normal people. Sim is an... open-source platform that lets you build AI agent workflows on a drag-and-drop canvas. Connect them to channels like Telegram and WhatsApp and deploy without writing a single line of code. They also have a built-in Copilot that generates entire workflows from plain English, which you can then tweak and customize in the UI. Key features: - Free and open-source (Apache 2.0) - Vector store integration for RAG-grounded agents - Self-host with one command (`npx simstudio`) - Run fully local with Ollama, no API keys needed - Supports vLLM for production-grade self-hosted inference The thing I really like about Sim is the level of control you get. You can add conditional branching, parallel execution, human-in-the-loop approval gates, and even nest workflows inside other workflows. Everything is visible on the canvas, so you know exactly what your agent is doing at every step. And you can build a workflow in Sim, deploy it as an MCP server, and plug it into any agent, including OpenClaw. I've shared the link to Sim's GitHub repo in the next tweet.show more

Big win for open-source LLMs! DeepSeek V4 Pro holds... the top open-weights score on SWE-bench Verified, in the GPT-5.5 range. GLM 5.2 leads the open-weight intelligence index and sits near the closed frontier on long-horizon coding. But this leaderboard number is a weak proxy for real performance. It comes from one task set, run through one harness, served at one precision. The same weights can even score differently across providers, since many hosts quantize activations to fp8 and drift the model off its reference weights. Real performance is determined based on whether a model can read a repo, make coordinated edits across files, run the tests, and recover when one breaks. By that measure, the top open models hold up, but only inside the right harness. The teams that actually put DeepSeek V4 into production pipelines as a frontier substitute got there through the harness they built around the model, not by picking a stronger model. If you want to see this in practice, Cline (64k+ stars) has actually built that harness around open models, tuned so they run at production quality. And it's tuned so that these LLMs can run at production quality, with plan and act modes, checkpoints, and terminal feedback. ClinePass is the new access layer on top of it. It runs a curated set of those models inside Cline, narrowed to the ones tested for coding-agent use, with 2 to 5x the standard rate limits and no separate provider accounts, keys, or billing to track. The video below shows the setup, and I worked with the team to put this together. It runs alongside custom keys and local models as well, not in place of them.show more

Had a good walk and run at Tholkappia Poonga,... the eco park created within the 358 acres Adyar River estuary. This stretch, known as the Adyar Creek, is one of the last remaining natural wetlands in Chennai ,a fragile ecosystem on the coramendal coast that once supported diverse bird (migratory) and aquatic life. Years of urbanization and pollution had severely degraded the creek. The Adyar River Restoration Trust,by Gov of TN, has been doing phased restoration over the years. One only wishes to see both rivers fully restored with River fronts from their source to the end. Entry is limited and requires an online pass. It would be great if the park opened at 5:30 a.m. instead of 6:30 am. Overall, a much needed green space with crumbling city infra no walkable pathways.show more

🚨🇺🇸 BREAKING: ANOTHER LIGHT RAIL STABBING- VICTIM IN CRITICAL... CONDITION ON CHARLOTTE BLUE LINE, SECOND MAJOR ATTACK IN 4 MONTHS America's public transit systems are becoming crime scenes. A person was stabbed in the chest Friday afternoon on Charlotte's Blue Line light rail near the 25th Street station. The victim is in critical but stable condition. This is the second major stabbing on Charlotte's light rail this year. In August, Iryna Zarutska was killed on the same system in an attack that drew national attention. One rider, Hallie Pister, said her husband narrowly missed boarding that exact train. She had previously gone to city council after Zarutska's murder to demand security on every train: "We should not have to feel like we are one stroke of bad luck away from being the next victim" City council clearly didn't listen. This is now a national pattern. Chicago: woman set on fire by a man with 50 prior arrests. NYC: homeless man set ablaze by an arsonist who calmly walked away. Senior citizen punched onto train tracks. Now Charlotte, twice in four months. Public transit used to be a sign of a functioning civilization. Now it's where Americans go to get stabbed, burned, and pushed onto tracks while leaders debate whether more police is "appropriate." Source: Spectrum Local News / Matt Van Swolshow more

Made with GPT-Image-2 + Seedance 2.0 by Yapper Full... prompt below: "Create a 15-second stylized 3D animated cooking comedy with playful Eastern martial-arts cooking energy. Use the uploaded character sheet as the fixed visual reference for BAOBAO and the senior chef. Keep both characters consistent throughout the video, including their faces, proportions, outfits, colors, signature props, and warm cute design style. Scene: A cozy Chinese restaurant kitchen with one clear wooden prep table in the center. The background includes bamboo steamers, simple red lanterns, warm wooden shelves, ceramic bowls, chopsticks, soft steam, flour dust, and golden restaurant lighting. The background should feel rich and warm, but not crowded. Keep the two characters as the main focus. Characters: BAOBAO is a cute small chef, hardworking and expressive. The senior chef is round, cheerful, sleepy, lazy, and lovable. Story: BAOBAO works very hard to make perfect xiaolongbao. The senior chef pretends to supervise, but slowly gets sleepy. When BAOBAO finishes a beautiful basket of xiaolongbao, the senior chef cannot resist the smell and secretly eats one. BAOBAO catches him. Instead of getting angry, BAOBAO uses playful martial-arts-style cooking footwork to protect the remaining dumplings. The moment becomes a funny cooking performance. In the end, the senior chef admits the dumplings are delicious and proudly approves BAOBAO. Timeline: 0-3s: Medium full-body shot inside the warm Chinese restaurant kitchen. BAOBAO stands at the central wooden prep table, focused and hardworking, rolling dough and folding xiaolongbao with small precise hand movements. Flour floats in the golden light. The senior chef sits nearby, pretending to supervise, but slowly becomes sleepy while holding chopsticks. 3-5s: BAOBAO speeds up with graceful training-style cooking movements, folding dumplings neatly one after another with rhythmic fingertip taps. The senior chef opens one eye, impressed, then lazily leans back again as if pretending not to care. 5-7s: BAOBAO proudly opens the bamboo steamer to reveal a basket of perfect xiaolongbao. Warm steam rises in soft ribbons. BAOBAO turns away briefly to wipe flour from his hands. The senior chef suddenly wakes up, eyes bright, attracted by the smell. 7-9s: The senior chef quietly reaches in with chopsticks, takes one xiaolongbao, and eats it quickly. BAOBAO turns back and freezes in surprise. The senior chef freezes too, cheeks full, trying to look innocent. Hold this funny pause for clear comedy timing. 9-12s: The senior chef slowly reaches toward the steamer again for a second dumpling. BAOBAO quickly slides in front of the basket with playful training-style footwork. He spins the bamboo steamer lid in a smooth circular cooking flourish and gently covers the basket. The senior chef reaches left and right comically, but BAOBAO blocks him each time with the lid and a proud little stance. 12-15s: The senior chef stops, laughs warmly, and gives BAOBAO a big thumbs-up. BAOBAO blushes proudly. The senior chef pats the table beside the steamer in approval. BAOBAO presents the bamboo steamer toward the camera. Both characters smile together in a warm heroic final pose as soft steam curls around them. Visual style: Premium stylized 3D animated family-film quality, expressive cartoon face acting, warm cinematic Chinese restaurant lighting, polished bamboo textures, soft flour particles, gentle steam ribbon effects, cozy restaurant atmosphere. Camera: Smooth cinematic camera, mostly medium full-body shots. Keep BAOBAO, the senior chef, the wooden table, bamboo steamer, dumplings, chopsticks, hands, feet, and facial expressions clearly visible. Use a gentle push-in during the secret dumpling eating moment. Use a small controlled camera move during BAOBAO's steamer-lid cooking flourish. End with a warm final hero shot. Motion style: Playful martial-arts cooking choreography, rhythmic hand movements, cute comedy timing, smooth readable animation, expressive body acting, energetic but gentle. Audio: Cheerful Eastern cooking rhythm with light drums, wooden percussion, bamboo flute melody, rolling dough sounds, fingertip folding taps, steamer lid sound, steam whoosh, chopstick tap, funny pause beat when the senior chef is caught, warm triumphant ending music. No lyrics."show more
