This is next-level censorship! My own lawyer shared my... interview with Dr. Simon, as you can see below, but it doesn’t appear when I go to his account. For him, however, it looks like he reposted it! That also explains why it doesn’t have many views, even though Dr. Goddek himself shared it with his 1.1 million followers. Some people can see it, others can’t. I’ve been following many other accounts that cover these topics, and they also don’t get many views. This is probably the reason, in addition to the ‘normal’ shadow banning. I think the only way to counter this is to post the interview under other people’s posts. 🚨 Thousands of people are already using Dr. William... Makis’s ivermectin dosing chart... 📌 Clear and categorized breakdown based on body weight (mg/kg per day), as recommended by Dr. William Makis: 💊 LOW DOSE: ≤ 0.5 mg/kg/day Best for: • Cancers in remission • Strong family history or genetic predisposition • Prophylaxis (preventive use) Side effects: No long-term side effects have been reported. Example: Dr. Tess Lawrie reported a case of stage 3 ovarian cancer treated with chemotherapy plus 12 mg of ivermectin daily. The tumor marker CA-125 dropped from 288 to 22 after two months, and the tumor reportedly disappeared. 💊 MEDIUM DOSE: 1.0 mg/kg/day Best for: An initial dose for most cancers, including lung, pancreatic, renal, gastric, and other cancers. Side effects: No long-term side effects have been reported. Example: A 70-year-old patient with prostate cancer (PSA 89), treated by Dr. Shankara Chetty, took 45 mg/day plus lactoferrin. After two months, the PSA level fell to 10.9. 💊 HIGH DOSE: 2.0 mg/kg/day Best for: Very aggressive cancers, including leukemia, pancreatic cancer, and brain cancers. Side effects: No long-term side effects have been reported. Example: A patient with stage 4 gallbladder cancer treated by Dr. Allan Landrito reportedly took 2 mg/kg daily for 14 months, after which the cancer reportedly disappeared. 💊 VERY HIGH DOSE: ≥ 2.5 mg/kg/day Best for: Extensive metastatic disease, extremely poor prognosis, or certain brain cancers. Side effects: Possible short-term and temporary visual effects, which generally resolve within a few days. Example: Dr. Shankara Chetty treated a patient with 2.5 mg/kg/day, and no side effects were reported. 📌 Quick conversion example for a 60 kg / 132 lb person: Low: ≤ 30 mg/day Medium: 60 mg/day (approximately five 12 mg tablets or one teaspoon of liquid) High: 120 mg/day Very High: ≥ 150 mg/day There are many anecdotal reports of long-term daily use, ranging from several months to more than a year, without serious toxicity, but individual responses vary. Back in Kano with renewed energy and a deep... sense of purpose, alongside Mr Peter Obi, to receive His Excellency, Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, and the entire Kwankwasiyya movement. This moment is fast shaping into a defining chapter in our national political journey. This comes on the heels of our high-level engagements with key leaders across the coalition, including the National Chairman, Senator David Mark, His Excellency Rauf Aregbesola, alongside other notable leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), such as Chief Ralph Nwosu, Mallam Kashim Imam, Babachair David Lawal, Governor Lyel Imoke, Governor Emeka Ihedioha, Bolaji Abdullahi, amongst others. The momentum is building, and the message is unmistakable: Nigeria cannot wait any longer. There is a growing and undeniable alignment of purpose among leaders who understand the urgency of this moment. This is no longer just politics; it is a movement driven by a shared commitment to rescue and rebuild our nation. Kano, once again, proves its strategic importance, not just politically, but as a rallying point for national unity and transformation. The energy on the ground is real, the resolve is firm, and the people are ready. -DrMoshow more

Dr. Mark Hyman drops a jaw-dropping vitamin D claim:... "If your vitamin D level is higher, you're 97% protected from ending up in the hospital dying from COVID. And if your level is over 50 ng/dL — zero deaths. Zero. Better than any vaccine out there." Multiple observational studies and meta-analyses (2020–2023) consistently show that vitamin D levels above 50 ng/dL are associated with significantly lower risk of severe COVID-19 outcomes, including hospitalization and mortality — with some cohorts reporting near-100% protection at that threshold (e.g., Entrenas Castillo et al., Journal of Steroid Biochemistry, 2020; meta-analyses in Nutrients and The Lancet). The question remains: Is vitamin D the most underrated shield we’ve ignored? Are you keeping your levels above 50 ng/dL? What’s your current D strategy — sun, food, or supplements? 17-second clip — short, bold, and impossible to ignore.show more

I remember, long back when I started giving bites... to YouTube channels, Dr. Tamilisai Soundarajan Avl used to give me points and ideas on what to add in my next video, through my X chat. Today, I never thought I'd be in a situation to see such a senior person exposing herself as a totally different person. I never wanted to simplify her work and effort to the party, She has faced too many trolls and hate and still put on all her efforts but now her talks are really vanishing her works. All I can see is the hate she throws up to others especially Annamalai anna ( who was the youngest State President of BJP TN ). Senior leaders were expected to give proper guidance and support to him but all that happened was simply the opposite. It's clear now. There is no use talking (about,to) them. They will continue this. So Sad to see such things.show more

“Good morning!” Toddlers are up being friendly ahead of... most people. As some of us who live or have lived with them can attest, this often starts at 6am, or earlier…😊 A bright and happy “good morning” is a toddler greeting they don’t miss as they get excited about their day and want others to be excited too. And although many of us are not as awake as them during our mornings, it can help us, and those around us, to give that cheery “good morning” to everyone, including strangers. In a study looking at the behaviors of 60,000 adults, researchers from Turkey found that people who had these types of momentary interactions had increased wellbeing by establishing belonging. Lead author Dr. Esra Ascigil explained the reason for this as “Having a sense of belonging involves feeling like you are accepted and valued by other people – it is often considered a fundamental human need.” And we see this not just in the morning, but throughout the day as toddlers and preschoolers walk around malls and grocery stores greeting strangers much more than adults do. They intuitively know what makes them, and others, feel good. nzherald article with an excellent summary of the research from Sabancı Üniversitesi: Video Credit: erin_dittmer on TTshow more

Certifications are like flags; go get them! They showcase... and highlight you among your peers and put you in the spotlight. It’s just a matter of time before people and organizations that matter will come looking for you. But in all your getting, remember to add competency and character. Those 3 Cs : Certification, Competency and Character are the quintessential triad that will take you places in your career. Life is about making Choices and taking Chances so as to see the Changes you desire in your Circumstances. I am grateful to the The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh for the invitation to be a fellow of this illustrious college, the oldest surgical corporation in the world (established in 1505!). Thank you for recognizing my achievements (Certifications, Competence, Character) and using this as a yardstick of acceptance. I was humbled to be the only one in this category at the ceremony as I know that your criteria for this is very stringent. My time in Scotland has made me proud of this institution. The strong Oak of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, though rooted in the past, has strong branches into a technological savvy and innovative future. I am grateful to the Almighty, my loving wife Dr Yemisi Adeyeye , my family, friends, teachers, colleagues, clerics, patients and so many others too numerous to mention. They have helped me make the right choices and seize the right chances(&opportunities), in order to make the changes that have propelled me to lofty heights in my career. I need to specifically mention Dr Ali Babata of University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He was the first FRCSEd I ever knew. He taught me surgery in Nigeria and has continued to follow my career with keen interest, giving me his journals and Surgical resources from the college over the years. Thank you sir for sowing those seeds of sacrifice. They are definitely bearing fruit. To stand in the hallowed halls of the college and receive my certificate after numerous mind boggling exams, just like you did many decades ago, is a dream come true. To someone out there, keep getting the necessary certifications. It’s just a matter of time before you too will be celebrated. Some of you know my story. These things are achievable and not far fetched. Let’s keep inspiring each other ✌️show more

With Labor Day coming up, imagine melting down on... television, like Ted Cruz did last night because the head of the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism suggested that 2 beers a week may be a good guidelines for Americans to follow. Here are the facts: - NOBODY is going to prevent you from drinking beer. - The director of the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), Dr. George Koob merely stated that if alcohol consumption guidelines were to go in any direction, it would be in line with Canada's, where guidelines published by the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA) recommended citizens limit alcoholic drinks to two a week. - Koob said: "You are likely to avoid alcohol-related consequences for yourself or others."[if you limit your consumption to 2 drinks per week] Once against Republicans are trying to fear monger ignorant voters into believing that the government is going to stop them from drinking their precious beer. For the record I probably have 3-4 alcoholic beverages a week on average. I also understand that it's probably not healthy. Just stop with the false outrage already!show more

First Mission: The Ghost Ship (Part 4) #Amalgaverse [An... away team made up of Colonel Jack O’Neill, Dr. Daniel Jackson, the android/AI Rommie, and Dr. Rodney McKay has been dispatched to investigate a seemingly derelict freighter. The ship’s service android, Maia, helps them gain access to the bridge where they are presented with three crucial tasks: A) Acquiring crucial data from the ship’s computer, B) Investigating a fast-fading life sign, and C) Going to engineering and venting the drive before the core goes critical.] Jack makes the call. They’ll split up. Maia and McKay will head to engineering to vent the drive. He and Daniel will investigate the life sign. And Rommie will remain on the bridge to decipher the corrupted data. Maia leads the way to engineering, McKay trotting alongside her to keep pace. He tries to make conversation as they go, asking her how long she’s served aboard the Waldorf Astoria. She tells him she was commissioned for the freighter’s nine hundred and fifty-sixth voyage, a little over eight years ago after the previous service android was decommissioned and retired. “What’s android retirement like?”asks McKay. “Custodial work at a museum?” “Component donation of functional subsystems, followed by industrial recycling,”replies Maia matter-of-factly. McKay is aghast. “Are you serious? That’s horrible!” Maia doesn’t understand the reaction. “I will have served my purpose. I am the property of Traugott Corporation after all. They may do with me as they wish, and my salvageable parts contribute to the betterment of the company.” McKay is winding up to argue the point when they reach engineering. The doors slide open, and the sight inside stops him cold. Crawling across the floor, up the walls, and over the core itself are a half-dozen small, metallic spider-like machines. What does McKay do? A) Draw his weapon and fire. Drive them away from the core. B) Run. Get clear and warn the others. C) Trust in Maia. Let her handle them. CHOOSE! This was filmed last Tuesday at Animal Rescue in... Albuquerque, New Mexico. The man is Will Navarro. He's 38 years old. Marine Corps veteran. Served two tours. He's been in outpatient treatment for combat-related stress for the past two years. The dog is a four-year-old gray German Shepherd named Atlas. Atlas had been at Cornerstone for fourteen months. The file on his kennel was marked with a red warning label. Multiple volunteers had been unable to work with him. He growled at anyone who approached. Had snapped at a staff member during an early handling attempt. The rescue had quietly concluded that Atlas was unlikely to be placed and had been discussing next steps. Will's therapist, a woman named Dr. Okafor, had suggested animal-assisted interaction as part of his ongoing care. She'd contacted Cornerstone asking if they had any dogs who might benefit from calm, patient company. The rescue coordinator almost said no. Then thought of Atlas. She told Will's therapist exactly what Atlas was. Warned her it might not go anywhere. Dr. Okafor passed the information to Will and left the decision to him. Will showed up on a Tuesday morning. Looked at Atlas through the kennel door. Atlas growled. Will told the coordinator: "That's fine. Can I just sit in the room with him?" Staff brought Atlas into the meet room. Atlas went immediately to the far corner. Low growl. Hard eyes. Will sat down on the floor on the opposite side of the room. Didn't move toward Atlas. Didn't speak to him. Didn't make eye contact. Just sat. Thirty-five minutes passed. Atlas gradually stopped growling. Started watching instead of warning. After about fifty minutes, Atlas took a step forward. Then another. Then crossed the room slowly and stood in front of Will. Then leaned into him. Full body weight. Just leaned. Will put one hand gently on Atlas's back. That was all. The shelter coordinator watching through the window said she had to step away. Will told us afterward: "Atlas isn't dangerous. He's been overwhelmed for a long time and nobody slowed down enough to let him decide when he was ready. I know what that feels like. You're not dangerous. You're just not okay yet." Will applied to adopt Atlas before he left that afternoon. The rescue approved the application the same day. Unanimously. Without discussion. Atlas went home with Will on Thursday. Dr. Okafor said: "I referred Will because I thought the interaction might help him. I didn't expect him to walk out with a dog who's been labeled unadoptable for over a year. Will saw something in Atlas that everyone else had given up on seeing." Sometimes healing recognizes healing. Sometimes patience is the only thing that was ever needed.show more
