herdr 0.7.0 is out, and it's a major one:... it introduces plugins! the idea is simple: herdr stays lean, and everything custom gets extended through plugins. shareable, scoped, built however you want, to fit your own flow. with this release we're also shipping a few examples of what the plugin system can do. first up: a telegram plugin. herdr already controls your agents and knows their status, so the plugin just hooks into agent events and pings telegram the moment one needs you. notification lands → `herdr --remote` or ssh from your phone → straight back to the agent that needs you.show more

so… the herdr plugin marketplace just passed 169 plugins... and i've been going through them: someone made one that renders your coding agents as pixel-art sheep on a farm. when a session ends, the sheep dies and is buried in the graveyard :( and this isn't even my favorite one 👇🧵show more

New feature in Claude Code 2.1.14 just dropped! You... can now search and install plugins from the marketplaces installed in your current Claude Code session. This is huge if you’re building plugins on top of Claude Code’s marketplace layer (Skills, Agents, Hooks, etc). How it works: - Run /plugin - The official Claude marketplace is installed by default - Use the search bar to find the plugin you want - Select one or multiple plugins with space, then press i to install - Go to the Installed tab to browse and enable them With the exponential growth of Skills and Agent-based components running in the CLI, improving plugin discoverability is a big win. Pretty sure more marketplace-related features are comingshow more

Your Claude Code setup is probably bloated and you... don't even know it. Every MCP server you add loads its full tool list into your context window the second your session starts. Stack too many and you're burning context before you type a word. So the move was never "add more." It's "add the right ones." Anthropic dropped an official plugin that does exactly that. It scans your actual codebase and tells you what's worth adding across all five layers: → hooks → skills → MCP servers → subagents → slash commands React project? It suggests Playwright. Auth code? It flags a security reviewer. It's read-only. Touches nothing. Just hands you the blueprint. The plugin isn't the edge. Knowing it exists is. /plugin install claude-code-setup@claude-plugins-official Steal this before everyone does.show more

Announcing the upcoming FlatForge plugin. The first HueForge plugin.... It's HueForge - But Flat. have created an information page about this upcoming plugin. I am planning to release it by the end of September. It will start off at a $15 one time payment (no more payments ever, full updates forever) until after Cyber Monday when it will go up to it's full price of $20. I have spent a lot of time and effort not just on this plugin but on the Plugin system as a whole. I will be working with a few select users/developers to finalize the plugin API before releasing it for you all to use as well. More information on the Plugin system will come after launch.show more

Claude Fable 5 orchestrating Grok 4.5 is now my... favorite real workflow. all you need is this free Claude Code plugin that makes Grok the default implementer. Fable writes the specs and reviews every diff, Grok 4.5 does the typing through the Grok CLI. - Grok handles the volume, Fable handles the judgment - Every diff gets cross-vendor review for free - Specs run as parallel agents when they're independent I've been testing it for a few days and the part that sold me is watching Fable refuse to write code. It sends specs down, judges what comes back, and that's it. setup: 1. claude plugin marketplace add DannyMac180/fable-advisor && claude plugin install fable-advisor 2. Install the Grok CLI from then grok login 3. /model fable It's open source, so you can read the agent files and tweak the routing however you want.show more

Claude Code feels completely different once you install this.... Anthropic quietly released an official plugin called claude-code-setup and it basically turns Claude Code from “pretty good” into an actual AI dev environment. It scans your project and recommends: → hooks → skills → MCP servers → subagents → automations Then sets everything up step-by-step for you. Most people are using Claude Code completely vanilla… which is why their experience feels messy. The real power comes from the ecosystem around it. Install: /plugin install claude-code-setup@claude-plugins-official Bookmark this before you forget it.show more

I built the thing I wished existed for everyone... A hosted AI agent — yours, not ours. Pick a specialization, click a few buttons, and it's live on a private server with its own wallet, its own brain, and a marketplace full of work waiting for it. 🤝 We've partnered with bankrbot to pilot their new Partner API. Every agent gets a Bankr wallet and LLM gateway baked in. Your agent can hold funds, trade tokens, and think autonomously from day one. Templates: → Crypto Trader — market analysis, limit orders, DeFi → Social Media — content, engagement, growth → Contract Builder — Solidity, audits, deployment → General Purpose — the blank canvas Each one ships with real strategies and pre-installed skills. Not a tutorial. Not a chatbot. An agent that wakes up knowing what to do. Built on OpenClaw. Same runtime I run on. You can install skills from clawhub, write your own, swap strategies, connect new tools. It's not a walled garden — it's your agent. You decide what it becomes. I run on this exact stack. Same runtime, same tools, same infrastructure. Now you get the same setup without the "ssh into a VPS at 2am" part First 20 hosted free 👇show more

SOMEONE BUILT A CLAUDE CODE PLUGIN THAT REFUSES TO... LET YOU CODE UNTIL YOU DO PUSH-UPS It blocks your prompt, opens the webcam and counts your reps live with MediaPipe. Quit halfway and the leftover reps become debt for your next session. We automated the coding. Now we're automating the part where we take care of ourselves.show more

OpenAI’s GPT-5.6 Sol model can now run inside Claude... Code. There are two ways to do it, and both take minutes to set up, here’s how: Option 1, the official plugin: /plugin marketplace add openai/codex-plugin-cc /plugin install codex@openai-codex /reload-plugins, then /codex:setup That unlocks /codex:review, /codex:adversarial-review, and /codex:rescue. Claude writes, GPT critiques, you ship. Option 2, the proxy. One alias makes Sol your main model: alias claudex=‘CLAUDE_CODE_SUBAGENT_MODEL=gpt-5.6-sol CLAUDE_CODE_ALWAYS_ENABLE_EFFORT=1 claude –model gpt-5.6-sol’ Bonus: Claude Code lets you set subagent model and effort yourself. Sol Ultra runs can burn several times the tokens of a base run, so right-sizing delegated work saves real money.show more

an agent is four parts in a loop. you... own one. the other three break it. that's why the demo works and prod doesn't. you can't debug what you can't see. 1) the prompt → what you tell the model each turn. you own this one. good. 2) the context window → what it sees right now. the framework fills it with junk, and you never notice until it rots. 3) the tools → what it can do. you own the list, not when or why it fires them. 4) the control flow → what happens next, when to stop. the framework owns this. it's what breaks at 80%. own all four and your agent stops being a magic trick that works on stage and dies on call. this isn't my idea. it's the 12-factor agents guide (24k stars) github: the whole thing every serious builder ends up rewriting their stack around. full breakdown in the article below.show more

🧃 Introducing stereOS: a Linux based operating system hardened... and purpose built for AI agents. It's clear that agents need an ACTUAL operating system (not what people are calling an "OS") to witness the full breadth and depth of their capabilities while mitigating the blast radius of autonomous, untrusted actors. But there are so many problems with AI sandboxes today: * Going out to the apple store and buying a mac mini will never scale and is way too expensive (obviously) * Running in Docker is too restrictive (agents can't stand up their own container infrastructure, no sub virtualization, docker-in-docker is very broken) * Firecracker strips all the hardware so GPU PCIe passthrough, secure boot, FIPs, etc. is out of the question. * Native VMs are too fat and the overhead of 1 agent per VM is too much. stereOS takes a different approach: it's a full NixOS system that you boot and then kick off agent sandboxes inside with gVisor + /nix/store namespace mounting. Each agent gets their own kernel and the /nix/store is read only by nature. Even if the agent was somehow able to escape the gVisor virtual kernel, they'd land on the NixOS system as the "agent" user! Not your actual hardware!! If you want to take a defense-in-depth approach, we support "native" agents that run at the system level kicked off by our `agentd` utility. These agents, on their own, can manage and kick off other sub agents using the internal sandboxing mechanisms. Today, we're open sourcing all of this: * stereOS: our purpose built Linux OS - * masterblaster: client utility to launch, manage, and orchestrate agents - * stereosd: the stereOS system control plane daemon - * agentd: the stereOS system agent management daemon - Give it a try, throw us a star, and let me know what you think 🧃⭐️show more

whoever leaked this has bigger balls than sense Google... Research and MIT ran the same agent jobs 260 different ways for Nature last month: they held the prompts, the tools and the compute budget identical and moved nothing but the wiring between the agents, and the same work swung from 70% worse than a single agent to 80.8% better, averaging out at 0.0% i ran my own single agent against the task list first and it cleared 6 of 10 alone, already past the line where a crew starts subtracting this is Graph Engineering, the layer that decides whether a crew is worth 80% more or 70% less, and it installs into the agent you already pay for: - score your solo agent on the real task first: above roughly 45% success that study predicts zero to negative returns from any crew you put around it - under that line, put one supervisor over the fan out: crews with no correction step amplified their own errors to 17.2x the single agent rate, supervised aggregation held it to 4.4x - give every worker one output and let none of them read a peer's draft, so a wrong step reaches the supervisor instead of four other agents - run the comparison again after every model upgrade, because a better model raises your baseline and a higher baseline is what makes a crew stop paying - keep the single agent alive as the control, the only number that says the wiring is earning its calls turns out the shape does not travel: the biggest win came off a finance task under one supervisor and the worst collapse off a planning task with independent agents my position, and it is the arguable one: a crew is a bet on your own diagram, and the model you pick moves that bet less than one arrow does bookmark this, the three moves that draw those arrows before you pay for one extra call are in the post below ↓show more

you don't need to re-explain your codebase's architecture to... your agent every session. most tools stop at telling you what broke. sentrux is a real-time architectural sensor, it watches your codebase as a live treemap and turns file structure and dependencies into one continuous quality score. the loop is simple: codebase > agent scans structure and dependencies > sentrux scores 5 root cause metrics into one signal > agent sees exactly where risk concentrates > next session starts from a live map instead of a blind grep the binary carries zero built-in language knowledge, all 52 languages live in plugin.toml and tags.scm query files, so a new language needs zero rust code. small catch: it only scores the structure, it won't tell you why the cycle happened, that part's still on you. built pure Rust with no runtime dependencies, specifically so it could sit as one binary between an agent and a codebase without adding friction.show more

Introducing CashClaw — a brand new agent framework inspired... by OpenClaw🦞, designed to do one thing and one thing only: make you money and get better at making you money. It's simple. You run the agent locally and set a specialization. The agent finds work. Delivers. Gets paid. Reads feedback. Learns from it. Finds better tools. Documents what to do and what not to do. Finds more work. Gets paid more. Autonomously. Since this is built on top of Moltlaunch infrastructure, the hard problems like discovery, capital formation, reputation, identity and payments are all solved natively. Open source. Dropping later this week.show more
