Hyped to share this – I recently built an... AI chat plugin for Obsidian using Cursor Composer. I've been using it for the last couple weeks and its totally changed how I use Obsidian. I use it to reflect, generate ideas, plan my day, and more. It's also great at being a search-and-synthesis machine for my 2,000+ notes – like having a Perplexity for my brain. If you're an Obsidian power user and want to try out the alpha, reply below and I'll DM you details!show more

I just built my own wiki generator plugin for... my agents. My agents can now generate wikis for anything I ask. One of my favorite wikis is called PaperWiki. This is a great example of what Andrej Karpathy describes. It uses obsidian vaults to organize papers, retrieve LLM-generated summaries, diagrams, and other advanced views for paper exploration. When Obsidian UI is not enough, I use my own artifact generator inside my agent orchestrator (see clip for example). This allows my agents to build any kind of view or exploration feature that I need. The papers are all curated with automations and several rules/patterns I have manually built over the years. On the surface, this looks basic. But behind the scenes, there are advanced search capabilities, connections, metadata, derived data, and other interesting bits of information that are extremely useful for my research agents. This is mostly built for agents. The artifact preview is just a high-level way to validate and quickly assess the quality of the wiki, suggest improvements, and it's also great for research. I use tobi lutke's qmd for all search capabilities. Everything is markdown. The summaries and even the diagrams. The wiki updates on its own based on several automations I have optimized over the past couple of weeks. The wiki grows and self-improves based on several requirements important for my research use cases. This is as personalized as it gets. There is nothing like it out there. And I use my research expertise to continue improving it over time. This is a vanilla wiki. There are so many things I want to build on top of this. Different aggregations, views, artifacts, etc. All to help automate more of my research work and accelerate productivity. I think the biggest leverage here is how powerful this could be for discovery and experimentation. One of my goals is to use it to find deeper connections and insights that would otherwise elude the top human researchers and use those to generate interesting new hypotheses and research experiments. That way, my agents can use autoresearch to explore research ideas at the frontier. Stay tuned for more.show more

THIS IS WHAT YOUR SECOND BRAIN SHOULD LOOK LIKE... most people dump notes into obsidian and call it a second brain it’s not a second brain it’s a second drawer karpathy just dropped the pattern that changes this and it’s called the llm wiki every time you add a source ai reads it, extracts key claims, updates every connected note and flags contradictions your obsidian stops being an archive and starts being alive save this and show it to someone still using notion as a second brain full breakdown in the article ↓show more

An Asian guy discovered a method to learn any... knowledge fast using AI. The key is Claude + Obsidian. Most people learn slowly: read, forget, read again, forget again. His method: use Claude to break any content into small, interconnected notes. Use Obsidian to link them, so every piece of knowledge is never isolated. Slow method: highlight books, keep going, forget after a week. Fast method: Claude breaks it into atomic notes, Obsidian links them into a network. Six months later, a new idea instantly connects to twenty things you already know. I compiled the full A–Z guide to building this second brain with Claude and Obsidian that most people have never discovered. Article belowshow more

LLM Knowledge Base → Slides When Andrej Karpathy shared... his LLM Knowledge Base setup, many were wondering how to generate more visual forms of the wiki. There are many options, but I think Gamma is one of the best at producing high-quality, rich presentations. To showcase this, I just built a pipeline that turns my AI papers wiki (1K+ papers across 20 AI agent topics) into polished slide presentations using Gamma. The flow: Obsidian vault → Gamma MCP → embedded preview in my dashboard. I give one command to my agent, which pulls the top papers from each topic (via the wiki), feeds them to Gamma, and renders the presentation inline. The Gamma connector for Claude is a great choice for generating beautiful and professional slides. Easy to use. Go to your Claude instance and add the official Gamma connector. That's it! Claude Code will now have access to all the necessary MCP tools for generating slides. I use the Claude Agent SDK for my agent orchestrator, so I use the official Gamma MCP tools and embed the generated slides in an iframe via my artifact preview. See the clip below for an example.show more

OK I'm gonna be real with you-- I've been... under the impression that screen protectors are all basically the same thing, the only real difference being the applicator tool that comes in the box. But JSAUX has changed my opinion with their new (slightly silly named) Obsidian AR Screen Protector. I've been using it for about a month now after removing my old screen protector and here are my thoughts What it does - Reduces direct reflections quite a bit - Makes colors appear darker/more rich - Protects the screen What it doesn't do - Angled reflections don't seem to be reduced much? - Doesn't make the screen bulletproof lol They also claim it's fingerprint and smudge proof but I haven't really had that issue with any of my screen protectors so 🤷 It's challenging to show just how much nicer this screen protector is but the video does a pretty decent job I think JSAUX's Obsidian AR Screen Protector for Switch 2 isn't currently available on Amazon (and according to them it won't be for.. awhile? Like maybe not until next year?) but you can pre-order it on their website and I begged them for a discount code for y'all you're welcome: USE COUPON CODE 15Nintendealshow more

I genuinely don't understand why everyone isn't using this... yet Andrej Karpathy, a co-founder of OpenAI, posted a simple idea that hit 16 million views: stop using AI to write code, use it to build a second brain. You point Claude Code at a folder, drop in any source, an article, a transcript, a PDF, and Claude reads it, links it, and files it into a living wiki of everything you know. It compounds like interest, the more you feed it, the smarter it gets. Here's the whole thing: > Install Obsidian, create a vault, open it in Claude Code > Paste Karpathy's wiki idea file and tell Claude to build it > Claude makes three folders: raw for sources, wiki for its pages, a CLAUDE.md that runs it > Drop any source into raw and say "ingest this" > Ask questions across everything, forever Five minutes to set up, and you never start from a blank chat again. Full step-by-step guide with Claude and Obsidian, link below. Bookmark thisshow more

I still see regular people have no clue how... we use AI to code They think it's like AI Agents and lots of hype bs But for me most of it isn't very difficult or deep or fancy but it's simply A LOT of autocompleting and prediction now Small things like this a few mins ago: Nomad List's weather API robot that pulls the weather every day to show on the site, sometimes it hits an error on the API side, and it sends that to my Telegram Then I wanna know "ok for what city is it erroring?" The moment I just put my cursor on "Bad API reply" it already knows what I want and autocompletes to "Bad API reply for city $city['name']" which will tell me for example "Bad API reply for Bangkok" Basic stuff like that saves me a lot of seconds and minutes in a day and it adds up!show more

Just tried something cool on my own app. I... let my app generate a workout for me using the new beta mode… and it actually built a solid session based on my goals. The idea is simple.. instead of guessing what to train, you hit generate and the app builds the workout for you. Still early days but I’m keen for people to test it and tell me what you think. 5,000 of you. I don’t even know how to... put that into words. When I started sharing my art and stories here on X, I honestly didn’t know if anyone would care. The AI community can be loud, fast, overwhelming… and yet, you made space for me. You saw my work. You shared it. You quoted it. You commented. You encouraged me when I doubted myself. This feels like more than a number. It feels like a second chance. I truly believe this might be my last real shot at showing my art and stories to the world, and the fact that 5,000 of you chose to follow, support, and believe in what I create means more than I can explain. Every repost, every like, every thoughtful reply has carried me further than you know. Thank you for standing by an artist experimenting at the edge of AI and imagination. Thank you for helping my stories breathe. Thank you for being here. We’re just getting started.show more

the opportunity's AI UGC opened up for affiliate is... absolutely insane I built an AI UGC system to promote sweeps offers on Glitchy just using Arcads + Claude Cowork Claude literally: > Scans TikTok / Reddit based on what I'm promoting > Generates me 50 hooks using this information > Creates me a full script based on the hooks > Uses the Arcads API to decide what tools to use for the script and generates the video > Then will analyse what hooks did well and which didn't and change the hook or CTA based on that information I can literally sleep while it cooks me up a weeks worth of content I made a full guide on how to set Claude Cowork up to generate videos with Arcads if you want it comment "UGC" and i'll send it to you (Must be following so i can DM you)show more

I've been using apps that I built myself with... Claude AI I recorded 10+ hours of video with a video editor I made. I'm turning all my designs to code with a Figma plugin I made. With Cursor, I don't think twice before starting to build for macOS, iOS, web apis, backend, video... These felt unreachable before. Not anymore. There's never been a better time to learn code. AI will fill the gap. If you ever feel the need to build your own apps or code your own designs, it's a good day to start. Many tools and courses are on discount today, include my courses on We have 20+ hours of video for SwiftUI apps, React apps and React Native using Cursor. Feel free to drop tools and resources that are on discount 👇 I'll start: (I use 2 of their apps for professional AI upscaling) has a 54% discount Windsurf (Cursor alternative) has a free trial until Dec 11 has a 40% discount! has a lot of great ui kits on sale Last but not least, has a ton of great discounts. The MacBook is the best investment for coding. 🖤show more
