I am compelled to share a deeply concerning experience... that occurred to me on Monday, 12/04/2026 at around 12:03 which poses a serious risk not only to motorists but to public safety at large. After filling up my vehicle with a full tank of fuel at Oasis Filling Station along Kamloops Road in Kalingalinga, Lusaka, my vehicle stalled barely 1.9 km from the station while driving on the highway (Nangwenya Road). The engine completely shut down and could not restart. Initially, I suspected a battery issue and spent nearly two hours attempting multiple jump-starts, all to no avail. I then contacted my mechanic, who advised that the vehicle be towed back home for proper inspection. Upon draining the fuel system, we discovered a shocking issue: the fuel contained a significant amount of watery liquid (see pictures attached to this post) Visually and physically, it resembled water contamination. This immediately raised serious concerns about the quality and safety of fuel being dispensed at the station. I returned to the filling station and reported the issue to the manager on duty. Unfortunately, she appeared to have limited authority and could not provide immediate assistance or resolution without consulting her superiors. Regrettably, this engagement yielded no meaningful response. Even more concerning, Oasis Filling Station management has proven to be difficult, and non-compliant in resolving the issue affecting my vehicle, despite clear evidence and multiple affected customers on site. worse off, five other motorists were present at the station reporting similar incidents—vehicles breaking down shortly after refueling from the same location. As it stands, my vehicle is currently immobilized, and I am likely facing costly repairs due to what appears to be contaminated fuel. Sadly, This situation is not just an inconvenience—it is a serious safety hazard. Like in my case, a vehicle stalling unexpectedly on the highway put our lives at risk which could have easily resulted in accidents or fatalities. As it stands, I personally strongly urge: - Fellow motorists to exercise extreme caution when refueling in this area. - The relevant authorities, including the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) and consumer protection bodies, to immediately investigate this matter. - Oasis Filling Station management to take accountability and urgently address the issue to prevent further damage and harm (though they're proving to be not compliant as I speak right now). Hi Nyakundi can you please expose Rubis petrol station... in Kahawa West? They completely messed up my car. On Saturday, 06/04/2024, at 8:42 PM, I fueled 3k. My car is a hybrid. Upon leaving the station, I experienced a loss of power and serious trembling. I assumed it was a minor issue and got home. The following day, Sunday, upon igniting the car, it trembled seriously, and the check engine light along with all dashboard lights turned on. I called my mechanic for diagnosis, and at this point, we realized there were random misfires. I went ahead and replaced the cylinder coils and spark plugs on Monday, 07/04/2024. However, the problem worsened. We then realized that the inverter module in the gearbox was faulty. I proceeded to purchase a new gearbox (receipts can be available upon request). After installation, the car didn't even go 300 meters before it stalled. At this point, I engaged a breakdown service, and the car was towed to the garage (Shamas Gearbox Technician at Madaraka). Another gearbox was replaced, but the same issue occurred again. At this point, the mechanic decided to sample the fuel, only to find that it was a mixture of sewage and petrol. The fuel tank was disconnected, and all the contaminated substance was drained (I have samples of this raw sewage mixed with fuel). This should create awareness for people facing similar problems. The 3k fuel has costed me more than 200k. Anyone seeing this should avoid Rubis at all costs. Here is a conversation between me and the attendant who served me. The vehicle is visibly damaged and has been left in a position that is causing an obstruction close to the junction. While England does not yet have the same widespread pavement parking restrictions seen in London or Scotland, parking that causes an obstruction or creates a danger to other road users is a separate matter. The only negative I had is hopefully one which... is an easy fix but it is a huge bug bearer of mine and I have no idea why it’s so bad here in the uk. The lack of screens. I genuinely could not see a screen clearly and we were in the main grandstand. I had no idea how my horse had gone down to the start and we had to try and watch it on our phones. Only as the horses entered the final 2 furlongs could you try to see where they were. Completely takes away from the excitement and viewing. If you’re going to attend to watch the sport then you should be able to do so, the screens in the majority of racecourses are a huge issue and made to look silly by international meeting. I regret to inform my iRacing friends that I... have been suspended from the iRacing service as well as the upcoming Coke Series race at Iowa for “intentionally causing a caution” during the eNASCAR race at Kansas. This is of course pending an ongoing appeal process that JRM and I are going through while this is still playing out. I’m simply stunned at this ruling and I want to be perfectly clear… I did not, nor would I ever, intentionally spin to bring out a caution. I have far too much respect for the folks I represent and the people I race with to do so. The attached replay clearly shows me trying to gain control of the car after receiving suspension damage from an impact with the wall, and unfortunately I failed to do so. A mistake on my part no doubt, but nothing close to substantiating the claim that I had intent to manipulate the race. My replay is up here and my twitch vod is available for anyone who wants to view it showing my perspective of the incident… I have absolutely nothing to hide. None of those things (my replay, telemetry, or stream view) were utilized by the decision makers before coming to their conclusion. It is my hope that with this information provided in the appeal process, that it will clear my name of any wrongdoing. Regardless of their eventual decision, my conscience is clear on the matter and I take solace in knowing that I did nothing in line with what they have accused me of. I’m grateful to JRM for their continued support and the work they’re doing in attempting to get this ruling overturned. I apologize to them that they had to waste time dealing with this nonsense. I hate that I may not be behind the wheel for them in the #8 at Iowa because it truly is an awesome privilege being in this series, but I look forward to racing whenever that return might be. Welp...FSD(V13.2.2) smacked right into a curb on the Cybertruck... today...Both wheel caps are destroyed. I have re-watched the footage many times at this point and I am still puzzled as to why FSD decided to veer to the right. Quite frankly unacceptable behavior. To be abundantly clear, there was no one around me that would make FSD want to steer out of the way, I was not distracted at all and supervising the vehicle the entire time, and there was NO time to react to avoid this incident.. Thankfully no one was injured, and there seemingly is no additional damage to the vehicle or the wheels themself. Tesla AI team (Wes too), please feel free to use my vehicle's telemetry data or any additional data to look into this to avoid this happening in the future if you so choose. (DM me if any further info is needed) This is incredibly disappointing to me. I understand this is a "supervised" software but dang, does it sting when there is nothing you could have done to avoid this (Other than not using the software at all). To be clear, I still believe in the FSD mission, but I will not be using the software until the next revision. Lastly, and in some better news, the Tesla North America Ridgepoint service location did an incredible job at quickly checking my truck to make sure its safe to drive, and getting me some wheel covers IMMEDIATLY! Had a few questions about Turn 12 in 2026,... and to illustrate it further here is a video of Rosberg’s 2014 pole through the same corner. We see a very similar trait in the W05 through Turn 12, where Rosberg stops accelerating (briefly) and starts to clip at 251kph towards the apex whilst on full throttle. Mind you, this is in Q3, peak track conditions, no fuel in the car and maximum deployment. What we see from Antonelli is a slightly more extreme version of this - clipping at 241kph. It also must be said, Antonelli’s lap was during testing, not full qualifying mode, 40 degree track temperature and a bit of fuel in the car. Come Q3, the 2026 car will exhibit very similar traits to the 14-16 cars and as the engines get more developed over time, it will be a non-issue. Not to mention, the 2026 cars have slightly more downforce than the 14-16 cars and are faster on the straights. So they are still net improvement in my opinion. To bring up Allison’s point once more - the experienced drivers such as Alonso, Hamilton and Verstappen have had their muscle memory of the old era of cars completely wiped out. They do not remember that this was perfectly normal pre-2017. Alonso complaining that he can no longer take Turn 12 at 280kph is extremely baffling - as this has never been the norm.show more

From VICTIM to VICTORY… My attention has been drawn... to the UNFORTUNATE CRITICISM directed at the woman in the video circulating on social media, who did not receive USD100 like other airport staff during my recent visit to VICTORIA FALLS. As I prepared to board my private jet back to Harare in the company of my BEAUTIFUL and beloved partner, I felt deeply moved by the airport staff who were on duty, sacrificing time with their families during Christmas time. Out of gratitude and compassion, I decided to bless the STAFF wearing green reflective vests with USD100 each as a small token of appreciation. Unfortunately, this kind gesture was MISUNDERSTOOD, and other non-staff members, including the woman in question, began to join in, leading to the regrettable incident. In the video, one of the women mistakenly received USD100 before I realized the group included non-airport employees. When I stopped giving out the money, the woman in the pink top and blue jeans was unfortunately left out, despite making frantic requests to also get the USD. This incident has REGRETTABLY subjected her to ONLINE RIDICULE and DEROGATORY comments. I personally don’t know this woman, but I wish to extend my HEARTFELT apology for the public embarrassment she has endured, as well as to her FAMILY AND HUSBAND, if she is married. I understand her actions. I would have done exactly the same thing if I saw a MILLIONAIRE giving money in that context. This woman simply decided to seize the OPPORTUNITY out of hope and necessity.
