This is absolutely shocking. Jesse Butler - The Oklahoma teen who violently r*ped and strangled a high school girl so badly she needed neck surgery and was seconds from dying - just had his entire case dismissed. He was looking at 78 years. He pleaded to the charges. He completed a “youthful offender” rehab plan… and walked free with zero prison time. His dad is a former Oklahoma State football director. The new DA said the defense claimed the *perpetrator* suffered more than the victims and called it an “affront.” He’s referring the case to federal prosecutors.

🚨UPDATE with EXCLUSIVE INFO: 14-YEAR-OLD MADDISON McDONALD IS BACK IN THE HOSPITAL - SHE HAS LOST FEELING AND FUNCTION IN HER RIGHT LEG, AND DOCTORS HAVE NOW DISCOVERED A MASS ON HER BRAIN This is an incredibly difficult update to write. Full 🧵 Three months ago, I brought you my exclusive investigation into what happened to 13-year-old Maddison McDonald, the autistic Northside ISD student who was brutally attacked by multiple students at Sul Ross Middle School in San Antonio. (She was 13 at the time of the attack) Now, Maddison is back in the hospital - and her recovery has taken a devastating turn. Her mother reached out to me directly with the update and sent me photographs of Maddison, along with images of her scans. According to her mother, Maddison was simply trying to make her bed when she ended up on the floor, screaming in pain and unable to even get herself onto her knees. Doctors performed scans and MRIs and discovered both a slipped disc and a bulging disc at L4 and L5, which her mother says are causing Maddison’s severe pain and loss of function in her legs. Maddison has regained most of the feeling and function on her left side, but her right leg has still not recovered. She currently cannot safely get around without the assistance of a wheelchair or walker. But doctors also discovered something terrifying: A mass on Maddison’s brain approximately the size of a gumball. It’s on the right side of her temporal lobe. When I investigated this case in May, I obtained documents, medical records, emails, photographs, interview transcripts and screenshots related to what happened before, during and after the February 26 attack. According to Maddison’s family, she had repeatedly reported bullying and threats to school staff for months before the assault. I obtained emails showing school staff discussing counseling resources for Maddison weeks before the attack because of emotional distress and bullying concerns. I also reviewed records documenting her autism and ADHD diagnoses. Then, on February 26, the situation escalated into violence. According to Maddison’s handwritten statement, her family, sources I interviewed, and video footage I personally reviewed, multiple older students approached Maddison from behind. Several students grabbed her, dragged her to the ground by her hair, punched her and kicked her. Her glasses were broken during the assault. Her mother told me students had already begun filming before the attack started. A source told me there were students recording from multiple angles and that the assault appeared coordinated. Photographs provided to me showed injuries to Maddison’s scalp where the family says chunks of her hair were ripped out. Other photographs showed her hospitalized in a neck brace while being evaluated for head, neck and back injuries. But what happened after the attack inside the school office was one of the most disturbing parts of my original reporting. According to sources I interviewed, Maddison was injured, crying and begging for help while administrators focused on getting her to complete a written statement. Her mother told me Maddison repeatedly begged for her mother and cried: “Can I just have my mom please? I’m hurting?”

🚨 Harry Sisson convinced 11 different women that 'he had no roster' and 'respected them for more than their bodies' while persuading them to send explicit photos of themselves through Snapchat, including one from a domestic abuse survivor. When the women discovered each other one by one, he called them all insane and attempted to coerce one of them into telling the public that the photos were 'fake.' A Request to the Reader - Set political differences to the side. I believe both sides of the aisle can agree that this is unacceptable behavior from a man-child with collectively over 2 million followers. Thread here 👇

REPORT: Jeff Metcalf, the father of Austin Metcalf, received a “cease and desist”, directing him to stop using the phrase “Watermelon Felon,” claiming the term is “privately copyrighted/patented,” valued at $100 million in .999 pure silver, and owned by a “Foreign Trust.” It referenced the “New Moon” as part of the date and demands that he remove the phrase not only from social media, but from his “mouth” and “vocabulary.” To top it off, it threatens legal consequences if he doesn’t comply within seven days. Here’s the problem: copyright law doesn’t protect short phrases, patents don’t protect words, and simply dressing a document up with barcodes, seals, and references to trusts doesn’t magically give it legal authority. If this was intended to intimidate a grieving father into silence, it missed the mark. I asked Jeff to send me a video that perfectly captured how he felt about this cease-and-desist. So… here you go. 👇 It appears CitySide Records can take their “cease and desist” and shove it right up their fourth point of contact. I will share the letter in the thread.

Al Sharpton, Ben Crump and Nolan Wells’ family are publicly inviting people - including Nolan’s friends - to gather in Mississippi to remember Nolan for what would have been his 19th birthday. And THIS is why Nolan’s actual friends cannot simply show up to a public vigil and grieve their friend like normal human beings. A man supporting this movement just went on camera and told people to “gather up their weapons,” put on masks, head to Mississippi, and “don’t come back until somebody pays.” And then people have the audacity to ask why Nolan’s friends aren’t standing shoulder-to-shoulder with everyone at these public events? THIS. THIS IS WHY. They lost their friend too. They should be able to mourn Nolan. They should be able to attend a vigil for him. They should be able to celebrate his birthday and grieve the fact that he isn’t here without having to wonder whether someone in the crowd believes an internet conspiracy and showed up armed.

🚨A heartbreaking but hard-hitting memorial at Auschwitz I. 🚨 A reminder of just how quickly things can change. I walked through this exhibit right after walking through one of the most painful exhibits at Auschwitz - one where cameras are not allowed. A massive mound of human hair that has been preserved. Nearly two tons of it. People need to remember that the horrors of Nazi Germany did not affect only one group of people. Jews were the primary targets of Nazi racial extermination, and approximately six million Jews were systematically murdered during the Holocaust. But Catholics, other Christians, Poles, Roma, Soviet prisoners of war, people with disabilities, political opponents, resistance members, Jehovah’s Witnesses and others were also persecuted, imprisoned and murdered. And there was a horrifying distinction in how countless Jews arriving at Auschwitz were treated. Many prisoners brought into Auschwitz were registered, photographed, assigned prisoner numbers and processed into the camp - often for forced labor, imprisonment or punishment for supposed political or criminal offenses. But enormous numbers of Jewish men, women and children never became registered prisoners at all. They arrived on trains. They were selected. And those deemed unfit for labor - including countless children, mothers, elderly people and entire families - were taken directly to the gas chambers and murdered simply because they were Jewish. There was no crime they had committed. Their existence was their “crime.” At first, registered prisoners had their heads shaved as part of the humiliating process of stripping them of their identity and turning them into prisoners. But for many of those sent directly to the gas chambers, particularly women, their hair was cut from their bodies after they had already been murdered. The Nazis found uses even for what remained of their victims. When Auschwitz was liberated and the horrors were finally exposed, enormous quantities of human hair were discovered that had not yet been sent away. I solemnly walked through an exhibit that was nothing but a massive mound of human hair. Women’s hair. Children’s hair. Babies… Hair that still looked as though it belonged to someone. And knowing that every strand represented a human being who had a name, a family, a life, hopes and dreams before they were reduced to something the Nazis considered useful material. I felt sorrow knowing that this happened less than 100 years ago. This savagery wasn’t something that happened in some distant ancient civilization centuries ago. There are people alive TODAY who lived through the Holocaust. This particular video I’m showing you is meant to show something else: how quickly normal life can disappear. Look at these people. They had families. Careers. Businesses. Homes. Children. Friends. Birthdays. Weddings. Plans for the future. Some were wealthy and thriving. Some of this footage was even captured in color. Color photography existed then; it was simply far less common and considerably more expensive than black-and-white photography. And many of the people you’re looking at had absolutely no idea what was coming. Within only a few years, countless people represented in scenes just like these would be displaced, imprisoned, deported or dead. Families would disappear. Entire Jewish communities that had existed for generations would be destroyed. At Auschwitz alone, approximately 1.1 million human beings were murdered. About one million of them were Jews. Tens of thousands of non-Jewish Poles, Roma, Soviet prisoners of war and others were murdered there as well. Their bodies were burned. Their bones were crushed. Their ashes were dumped into rivers and ponds, buried, scattered across fields, incorporated into compost on camp farms and even used as landfill. Human beings reduced to ash. This is what hatred combined with unchecked power and the systematic dehumanization of other human beings can become.

I’m honestly struggling with posting this because it’s very out of character for me. I’ve never said the F word so many times in my life. But I’ve also never felt an anger quite like this. The other night, while we were staying in Poland, we went live on TikTok from our hotel. I was asked to give my final update on the Karmelo Anthony case. What happened afterward is probably the most raw and emotional I’ve ever allowed myself to be publicly in front of my audience. There was no script. No carefully chosen words. No attempt to make it pretty or palatable. It was just me, completely overwhelmed by the anger and emotion I’ve carried throughout this case, finally letting it out. I debated whether I should even share it because this isn’t normally how I present myself publicly. But I ultimately decided to. Because I think people need to hear it.

This is Pommel Horse specialist Stephen Nedoroscik. He didn’t move from his spot for two hours while he simply waited for his one special moment. He mentioned that he is cross-eyed and that he can inexplicably switch his dominant eye. Before his routine, Nedoroscik removed his glasses. He told "TODAY" that if he kept his glasses on, they would fly off mid-routine. And now because of him, we won our first medal in gymnastics in 16 years.

REPORT: Pro-life activists were unlawfully and unconstitutionally arrested at the Alamo for PEACEFULLY carrying signs. My attorney was present and is representing them. I don’t know what country this is anymore. And honestly, this is actually bringing me to tears because why was I even in the military? If this is what my country is starting to look like, I certainly don’t recognize it anymore. I am enraged. And I’m starting to understand the absolute disgust my attorney has for the police, who have quite literally turned, for the most part, into brown shirts.

In one of the most iconic moments in State of the Union history, Trump checkmated every Democrat by asking Congress to stand if they agree: The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens. The Democrats stayed seated.

🚨 ROCKTON, ILLINOIS: 8-MONTH-OLD FRENCH BULLDOG COLLAPSES AND DIES FROM EXTREME HEAT WHILE UNDER AN OFFICER’S WATCH - OWNER PLEADS FOR OVER 30 MINUTES FOR HELP On a hot, 97-degree day, Collazo Gonzalez was pulled over for speeding and detained for driving with a suspended license. Gonzalez stated that he did not know his license was suspended. Officers detained him and instructed him to call a family member for a ride because his vehicle was going to be towed. We requested all camera footage through an open records request to find out exactly what happened next. The result was a clear message from Rockton PD to me and my team: “You’ll only get what we want to send you.” They redacted nearly the entire written report. They also redacted very strange portions of the bodycam footage, including a portion where, allegedly, Gonzalez’s aunt was telling the officer over the phone to at least give the dog some water. She also told the officer, “The dog is gonna die if they don’t do anything.” There were other portions of the bodycam footage that were redacted as well. Gonzalez was pulled over at 12 : 40 pm. When he was pulled over, Kody, his 8-month-old French Bulldog, was already panting. When officers removed Gonzalez from the vehicle, they left Kody inside the non-running car for more than 20 minutes. During the process, Gonzalez asked if they could please put Kody in one of their police cars. He was ignored. At 1 : 02 pm, Kody was finally placed in the back of the police vehicle with Gonzalez. The AC was not on. When one of the female officers came to check on them, Gonzalez begged her for air. She turned on the air, but it was not cold. For the next 15–20 minutes, you can see Kody in visible distress. I have looked over every minute of this footage. And I cried. I haven’t cried watching bodycam footage in a long time. This made me cry. And if anyone wants the file, I’ll happily provide it. Then, approximately 30 minutes after being placed in the back of the hot police vehicle, another male officer finally comes to speak to Gonzalez. This is the footage I’m showing here. 👇 He listens as Gonzalez pleads with him over and over again while he stands there and doesn’t budge to help. In additional footage, you can see Gonzalez, with his clearly distressed dog, attempt to head toward a nearby house to get water. He is stopped by the officer so they can read off his citations. All while there appears to be no urgency for Kody. They then offered to drive Gonzalez several minutes to a nearby convenience store - not an emergency vet. And in this footage, they REDACTED anything said about the emergency involving Kody, but the sound came back in when they were discussing Gonzalez’s citations. I will share another video in the thread with more context regarding this. Unfortunately, Kody later passed away in Collazo Gonzalez’s arms. Gonzalez has retained an attorney and has actively tried to raise awareness about what happened to Kody. RIP, baby. 💔

According to the 75-page manifesto tied to the San Diego Islamic Center attack, here are the facts about the shooters based on their own words: They hated Jews. They also hated Islam. They were not trans, they were incels. They hated women. Their hatred for women was only surpassed by their hatred for Jews. They hated Black people. They hated all immigrants. They hated gay and trans people. They were not MAGA. They did not like Trump, and they did not identify with the right. They openly encouraged the left to take out Trump and JD Vance. How did we reach such an insane level of radicalization that literal kids are carrying out attacks and then taking their own lives afterward?

San Antonio, Texas - 6/28/24- Three children (including an infant) were left unattended in a non-running vehicle in front of a shopping center. Temperatures in San Antonio reached triple digits yesterday. Thankfully the driver door was unlocked, and this hero, Pati Velazquez, was able to call authorities and remove the children from the hot car. Video surveillance shows that the mother was inside the store for an hour. She was immediately arrested by SA PD.

A second 911 call has been released. This was a very difficult call to get through in the courtroom. This is the one that destroyed me. You can hear the coach screaming “Stay with me Austin! Stay with me!” You can also hear Hunter. Listener discretion advised.
