REPORT: Jeff Metcalf, the father of Austin Metcalf, received a “cease and desist”, directing him to stop using the phrase “Watermelon Felon,” claiming the term is “privately copyrighted/patented,” valued at $100 million in .999 pure silver, and owned by a “Foreign Trust.” It referenced the “New Moon” as part of the date and demands that he remove the phrase not only from social media, but from his “mouth” and “vocabulary.” To top it off, it threatens legal consequences if he doesn’t comply within seven days. Here’s the problem: copyright law doesn’t protect short phrases, patents don’t protect words, and simply dressing a document up with barcodes, seals, and references to trusts doesn’t magically give it legal authority. If this was intended to intimidate a grieving father into silence, it missed the mark. I asked Jeff to send me a video that perfectly captured how he felt about this cease-and-desist. So… here you go. 👇 It appears CitySide Records can take their “cease and desist” and shove it right up their fourth point of contact. I will share the letter in the thread.

Sunny Hostin constantly says “No one is above the law.” But when her Harvard son gets busted trespassing on railroad tracks, she’s suddenly on the phone telling cops: “My name is Sunny Hostin and I’m one of the co-hosts of The View and I’m a former federal prosecutor” - while bragging about his clean record and Harvard degree. Rules for thee, but not for me. The irony is wild. Keep in mind, this is also the idiot who claimed that “a jury of your peers” also meant that the jurors have to be the same race as the defendant. (After the Anthony trial). I challenged the view to have me on to debate her. They didn’t respond.

I just want to make it clear that this interview with Charleston White is POST-trial. A few facts: •It was a knife. •The photo shown is the actual knife used to kill Austin. It was presented as evidence during the trial. •No, the knife was not illegal because its blade was under 5½ inches. However, it was against school policy. And NO ONE brings a knife to a track meet. •The medical examiner testified, and her report was presented in court. •The jury was shown the video in full, from multiple angles. Charleston White does nothing but speak vomit from his mouth, which is exactly why I sued him.

🚨EXCLUSIVE: “Teen brawl” along Florida’s scenic 30A. Hardly any MSM coverage. (One short article by local agency was written.) That’s why I’m here. 👇 🧵 (Footage may be disturbing for some viewers) After reviewing the Walton County Sheriff’s Office arrest affidavit and speaking with an anonymous source who has direct knowledge of the incident, I have determined that there are a lot of questions surrounding what happened that night that have not been answered, and one big question is why, so far, only one person has been arrested. According to the arrest affidavit, deputies responded on the night of July 2 to reports of a physical disturbance near East County Highway 30A and East Ruskin Street. When they arrived, they found Kanyon Lee Williams unconscious in the roadway with severe facial injuries. Investigators documented extensive swelling to his face, multiple lacerations, loose teeth, fractures to his nose and a hematoma to the back of his head. Additional injuries to his shoulder and jaw were still unknown at the time because of the severity of the swelling. The affidavit states the confrontation began after an unidentified individual attempted to snatch Williams’ necklace, triggering a fight involving approximately ten juveniles. Investigators allege Williams was eventually able to escape the initial altercation before 18-year-old Bryson Adam Rodgers of Wylie, Texas allegedly chased him down and struck him in the back of the head, knocking him unconscious into the roadway. According to investigators, witness videos show Rodgers standing over Williams after he was incapacitated while yelling, “I knocked your ass out,” followed by, “Wake up b****, I knocked your s*** out.” Based on witness statements, video evidence and the deputy’s investigation, Rodgers was arrested and charged with felony battery. 🚨However, according to an anonymous source whose family was DIRECTLY involved in the incident and who requested anonymity to protect their son’s identity, the publicly released information tells only part of the story.🚨 The source told me several teenagers from Texas were vacationing in Seaside when they encountered what they described as a group of mostly African American teenagers confronting a Hispanic teenager. According to the source, Williams stepped in to stop the confrontation rather than participate in it. The source said Kanyon REPEATEDLY told the group he did not want to fight and attempted to walk away multiple times, but they continued coming after him anyway. It was only after someone ripped the chain from around his neck that the situation escalated into a physical altercation. The source alleges the situation escalated rapidly into a much larger fight involving between 20 and 30 people. According to the source, their own son entered the fight only after seeing Williams being overwhelmed and attempted to help him escape. The source described multiple individuals swarming the teenagers, striking and kicking them while they tried to defend themselves. By the time the fighting stopped, Williams was lying unconscious and bleeding in the roadway. I have not been able to independently verify every aspect of the source’s account because portions of the investigative file have not been released while the investigation remains active. However, several portions of the source’s account are consistent with the arrest affidavit, including that someone attempted to take Williams’ necklace, that Williams briefly escaped the initial fight, and that investigators allege Rodgers chased him before striking him from behind. 🚨 One of the biggest questions that remains is why only one arrest has been made. 🚨 READ PART TWO IN THREAD 👇

Attorney Ben Crump, along with the family of Nolan Wells, addressed the media today after meeting with Jackson County District Attorney Angel Myers Mollrath. One thing Crump is not forthcoming about is that sending this to the grand jury is standard procedure for any unnatural or suspicious death in Jackson County. (Remember when I said they love to keep the uneducated, uneducated?) According to the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office: “Once the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office investigation into Nolan’s death is complete, the district attorney’s office will present the case to a grand jury. That is standard procedure for most unnatural or suspicious deaths in Jackson County.” This should not be interpreted as evidence that criminal charges are imminent. It is the normal process. This is likely because alcohol was involved. Also, just a side note: based on what was said publicly today, it appears they have not yet completed their own forensic review of Nolan Wells’ cellphone and are treating that examination as something that still needs to happen. Ben Crump announced that there will be a “mutual inspection” of the phone involving both law enforcement and independent experts retained by the family. That announcement strongly suggests they are not yet in a position to make definitive claims about everything that is - or is not - on the device. Yet Ben Crump has done nothing but spread wild accusations regarding Nolan’s death before the very forensic examination he now says will take place. In my opinion, that is completely unbefitting of an attorney.

🚨 UPDATE: Jashanpreet Singh has now been sentenced to less than five years in prison for the deadly 2025 crash that killed three people and injured four others. For those who may not remember this case: Jashanpreet Singh, an Indian national, was identified by law enforcement sources as being in the United States illegally after reportedly entering the country in 2022. According to the California Highway Patrol, he was driving a semi-truck under the influence when he plowed into stopped traffic on Interstate 10 in Ontario, California, causing an eight-vehicle crash that left three people dead and four others injured. During the court proceedings, records showed that Singh required a Punjabi interpreter. Later, toxicology testing did not confirm the presence of the substances initially suspected. As a result, prosecutors amended the case, and it proceeded as a gross vehicular manslaughter case rather than a DUI-based prosecution. Singh ultimately pleaded guilty to three counts of vehicular manslaughter. The sentence? 🚨Less than five years in prison for a crash that claimed three lives and seriously injured four others.🚨 America, we have a problem.

🚨 Harry Sisson convinced 11 different women that 'he had no roster' and 'respected them for more than their bodies' while persuading them to send explicit photos of themselves through Snapchat, including one from a domestic abuse survivor. When the women discovered each other one by one, he called them all insane and attempted to coerce one of them into telling the public that the photos were 'fake.' A Request to the Reader - Set political differences to the side. I believe both sides of the aisle can agree that this is unacceptable behavior from a man-child with collectively over 2 million followers. Thread here 👇

Sad. It appears Ben Crump and Al Sharpton have had a significant influence on this family’s public messaging. Early on, Nolan’s mother asked people to let law enforcement do their jobs and to stop making baseless accusations simply because some of Nolan’s friends were white. That message seems to have changed dramatically. Race baiting activists really are a cancer in this country.

This video is one of the exhibits filed in Karmelo Anthony’s appeal seeking a new trial. It can be downloaded directly from the Collin County government website. What this video actually shows is someone who is upset because she wasn’t allowed into the courtroom after failing to follow the same process everyone else did. If she had simply gotten out of her car, parked elsewhere, and walked like the rest of us had to, she could have joined the line that started forming around 3am (And sometimes even earlier). If she truly arrived around 430 am, she would have seen that line. Instead, she chose not to follow the process, and now wants to complain about it. For comparison, at the Tyler Robinson hearing, people were literally camping and sleeping on the ground the night before just to get a place in line. That’s exactly the type of situation Judge Roach was trying to avoid. And frankly, can you imagine if I had tried to sleep on the ground outside the courthouse? Given the threats against me, that could have ended tragically. It didn’t matter who was the first car in the parking lot at 6 am. What mattered was who was first in line on the public sidewalk to be escorted into the courthouse. We figured that out within the first couple of days. If she genuinely wanted to get inside, the solution was simple: follow the same process that everyone else was given the opportunity to follow. EVERYONE else.

According to the 75-page manifesto tied to the San Diego Islamic Center attack, here are the facts about the shooters based on their own words: They hated Jews. They also hated Islam. They were not trans, they were incels. They hated women. Their hatred for women was only surpassed by their hatred for Jews. They hated Black people. They hated all immigrants. They hated gay and trans people. They were not MAGA. They did not like Trump, and they did not identify with the right. They openly encouraged the left to take out Trump and JD Vance. How did we reach such an insane level of radicalization that literal kids are carrying out attacks and then taking their own lives afterward?

🚨REPORT: I Asked the Mississippi Medical Examiner About a Potential Disclosure of Sensitive Information Regarding Nolan Wells. They Have Yet to Respond. I sent a formal request for comment to the Mississippi Chief Medical Examiner regarding statements made by two women in a viral TikTok video. As of today, my questions remain unanswered. The women publicly stated they were told by someone involved in transporting bodies that Nolan Wells was transported face down following his second autopsy. Since then, I have learned that transporting a drowning victim face down after an autopsy is a recognized practice because it allows postmortem fluids to drain and helps preserve the body during transport. If these women knew Nolan was transported face down before that information was ever made public - and they themselves said they learned it from someone involved in transporting bodies - then someone with knowledge of the transport appears to have shared sensitive, nonpublic information. This needs to be investigated. I asked the Medical Examiner’s Office straightforward questions: •Was the office aware of these public statements? •Has it initiated or requested a review into whether sensitive information regarding Nolan’s transport was improperly disclosed? •What confidentiality policies apply to personnel and contractors involved in transporting decedents? •Would the office like to issue a public statement? Also! For weeks, people on the internet have pushed theories that Nolan did not drown and was instead murdered by some other means. Yet the reported transport method is consistent with how drowning victims are handled after an autopsy. It aligns with (not contradicts) the official determination that Nolan drowned. The two women appeared to treat the fact that he was transported face down as though it were shocking or disrespectful. In reality, if that information is accurate, it is consistent with established post-autopsy handling practices for drowning victims. These women may have accidentally dispelled many of the wild conspiracy theories. But the bigger issue is the apparent disclosure of sensitive information. If they were accurately repeating information provided by someone involved in transporting Nolan’s body, the public deserves to know whether that information was disclosed appropriately or whether confidentiality policies were violated. That is exactly why I contacted the Medical Examiner’s Office. I will continue asking questions until I receive answers. If the Medical Examiner’s Office responds, I will publish its statement in full.

Ben Crump was publicly criticized by Samaria Rice, the mother of Tamir Rice, who accused him of being a poor attorney and even referred to him as an “ambulance chaser.” Tamir Elijah Rice was a 12-year-old boy from Cleveland, Ohio, who was fatally shot by a Cleveland police officer on November 22, 2014. In her own words: “I just feel like he didn’t know what he was doing. I was getting phone calls from other attorneys stating he didn’t know the law.” Good for Samaria!

This is Pommel Horse specialist Stephen Nedoroscik. He didn’t move from his spot for two hours while he simply waited for his one special moment. He mentioned that he is cross-eyed and that he can inexplicably switch his dominant eye. Before his routine, Nedoroscik removed his glasses. He told "TODAY" that if he kept his glasses on, they would fly off mid-routine. And now because of him, we won our first medal in gymnastics in 16 years.
