My friend Gary Harris brought this musician named D'Angelo... over to my NYC apt. He was trying to figure out what to do with the music he'd brought with him. Information that I have received includes - He avoided calls from the RCMP for several weeks - He left the store with the item - He is claiming it was just a misunderstanding - The RCMP still has an open investigation - Charges could still be filed - There was one item, not two as previously reported If this was infact the item he brought into the store along with his "This is for Mitch" message, this is hands down the dumbest thing anyone can do to the employees of the store, and to Mitch directly. There still is an active investigation as showing staff a bullet, or a pen that looks like a bullet, uttering a threat, and not responding to the RCMP for weeks, is still grounds for criminal charges. I never thought I would ever say this, but... I have truly lost all my confidence today. A part of me still believes in my work and knows the value of what I have built here over the past five years. At the same time, I just feel faded. The people I associated with closely haven't supported me, and the majority of my collector base has left the space. I still took it on the chin and continued to show up because I blindly believed in what I do and I know what it has done for me. I never had a Plan B. There was never a backup plan, and that is exactly why I even got here in the first place. I was good for nothing but art, and that is the reason I have always said that art saved my life. During this Press Conference I was at the FBI office with my agents working on a cartel prosecution. We all stopped to watch with amazement as Comey was initially eviscerating HRC’s unlawful conduct, but as we all now know he eventually stated “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case!” I remember turning towards my agents and saying “well, I guess I’m an unreasonable Prosecutor . . .” I knew in that moment at my deepest core, based on years of prosecutorial experience and instinct in federal law enforcement, that the reason Comey cleared HRC had nothing to do with the prosecutability of that fact pattern - it was political interference in its most corrupt form. And here’s why. Comey had NO authority to decline prosecution. At the end of the day, he was “just a cop” so to speak. His ONLY authority was to turn the investigation over to the DOJ which has sole discretion on who to prosecute, or not. It hurts to say this, but it’s the truth.... I’m disappointed in the amount of issues I’ve had with my R1S. This is going to be a long post. I’m disappointed that an issue that was found AT DELIVERY (Feb 8th, 2024) is still not solved. I owe it to all of you, especially my followers, to be open and honest. No car is perfect, but at some point you have to stop with the “I’m going to be nice and keep giving you chance after chance.” I live about 90 miles away from my service center. So that is 180 miles round trip. I’ve had 8 service appointments with number 9 scheduled for this Monday! 9th appt is for the R1T front driver suspension sagging. Some of my issues were solved. But the major issue on my R1S is not resolved sadly. The issue is my passenger door. It’s badly out of alignment, makes lots of noise when driving and rattles. The door has been realigned 4x now, the hinges have been replaced and it’s still making the noise and rattling and not able to be aligned. Now, the door is worse than at delivery and is rubbing the fender when you open it. It has now pulled paint off the door. I was told, that “Other R1S are doing this and currently no fix that engineering will have to come up with some fix.” Video attached. My R1S & R1T are leased. Between my R1T and my R1S, I have driven roughly 1450 miles of my lease mileage limit in service appt trips. I think this is unacceptable for ANY Vehicle regardless of power train. The R1S has done about 1k miles of the 1450. What I would say going forward, if you are buying a Rivian product, DO NOT TAKE DELIVERY of the vehicle if there is anything wrong with it at all. Make them find you another VIN. I still support Rivian. They are dear to my heart. But enough is enough. With almost 200k worth of vehicles in my garage, this is NOT the experience anyone would expect. I have had my share of issues with my Tesla vehicles, but nothing to this scale where I have been to a service center this much so early in the ownership. I have begun background processing about the situation, and expressed our intention and what we want done. I want to make this clear as well: every time I go to service, they are super nice & friendly. I appreciate that so much but, at the end of the day, it can’t get my R1S fixed. I will still continue to support Rivian just like I do with all EVs. But this does make me question my R2 purchase when it comes time. As much as I don’t want to go back to an all Tesla household, it’s looking like that is what will happen. I strongly LOVE my R1S. It’s been one of my absolute favorites. Mine just isn’t built well at all and sours the entire experience. Maybe if the background process makes progress and they do the right thing, or replace the vehicle our perception can change. There are plenty of ppl out there without issue. So keep that in mind. I’m just not one of them unfortunately. I’ll do my best to keep this updated as things progress. Claude Monet painted the same stretch of cliff more... than ninety times. The place is Étretat, a small fishing village on the coast of Normandy, where the chalk cliffs fall into the sea in great arches and a single spire of rock, the Aiguille, stands alone in the water. Monet had known the place since childhood. He grew up in Normandy, and these cliffs were among the first landscapes he ever saw... He returned to paint them again and again. He worked through the 1880s in front of the same rock formations, and across that time he produced more than ninety canvases of them: the cliffs at dawn, at sunset, under storm, under calm, in winter light and in the gold of a clear evening. In his letters to Alice, the woman he would later marry, he described the agony of it: the weather turning, the tide rising, the sun moving, the colour he had begun to capture vanishing before he could finish. He often worked on several canvases at once, switching between them as the conditions changed, racing each one against the hour. In a letter to his friend Frédéric Bazille he wrote: "It is beautiful here in Etretat. Every day I discover even more beautiful things. It is intoxicating me, and I want to paint it all, my head is bursting. I want to fight, scratch it off, start again, because I start to see and understand. It seems to me as if I can see nature and I can catch it all." The cliffs of Étretat had stood for millions of years and would look, to most people, the same on any given day. 🚨🚨CHARLIE KIRK CRIME SCENE PART 2 Candace Owens ELIZABETH... LANE The Dan Merrell Interview: Yesterday, as many of you saw, I posted after interviewing several people involved in the crime scene cleanup. I learned the cleanup was treated as a biohazard, which explained why the University handled it the way they did. I shared receipts and questioned whether Dan Merrell had even been there. I was quickly corrected by Sup Citizen who provided proof that Dan was indeed on site. Dan is the contractor whose interview sparked many conspiracy theories about who ordered the cleanup and how quickly it was done. This led to a lot of speculation about the speed of the work. Today I had an extensive interview with him. I found Dan to be honest, sincere, and clearly devastated by Charlie Kirk’s murder. Before getting into the details, here’s some context: During our conversation, Dan said a few things that I realized could cause him problems. I interrupted and asked, “Dan, we are on the record here — would you like me to keep that off the record?” He immediately said yes, and I respected that. Those comments may have materially changed the tone of this interview even more. For those who doubt my integrity, I have had private conversations with Buckley Carlson and others. I’ve even received recordings I could have posted, but I deleted them when asked. I don’t burn sources. In the interview, I asked Dan point blank: Did the FBI or the Governor call you or contact you in any way? He replied: “No.” Do you have direct knowledge that the FBI or Governor called anyone involved at the scene? He again said: "No." Dan then told me: “My words are being twisted so badly. The shit I’m enduring — my wife and I — this is insane.” He expressed deep regret for getting involved and especially for an emotional video he made right after the assassination. “You’ve probably seen it. I wish I hadn’t. It was such an emotional time.” (I have never seen the video) He described the constant harassment he and his family have faced. When I asked about the person who claimed the FBI and Governor ordered the rushed cleanup, Dan said, “I think he was really trying to make himself look like a big shot. He was a strange guy… a few things he did, I don’t know why.” (I would later come to the same conclusion after more interviews) Dan confirmed he was only a small part of the cleanup. The job was minor — he wasn’t even sure how much they billed. When I told him I had the invoice (roughly $6k), he verified it was accurate. He was contacted on September 14 — four days after the assassination — via text from a University employee. None of the messages mentioned the FBI or Governor. (Dan read me the text messages aloud) I asked if the FBI took any soil as evidence. He said no. An uncle of one of the crew members hauled the biohazard soil to an approved disposal site. (Dan did not witness this personally he described a 550? as hauling away the soil, again, he could not state as fact) When I asked if FBI or investigators were present while he worked, he said, “I’m not sure. There were some guys up there — security — but I don’t know for sure.” Dan is very aware his name is now tied to the “exploding mic” theory and other conspiracies. He feels his words have been distorted and manipulated. He asked me directly if he came across as misleading in the Jimmy Rex podcast. I told him no — he never stated as fact that the Governor or FBI ordered a rushed cleanup. I proceeded to tell him that people seem to draw their own conclusions. We proceeded to talk about how his words were being portrayed with certain podcasters. On Candace Owens, Dan said: “Candace has a way of… putting out a theory, then changing… you know…” (He agreed when I said she avoids painting herself into a corner.) During our discussion, Dan advised that Most people in his area believe Tyler Robinson did it. Dan’s personal view: “I don’t think a .30-06 did that damage. I just don’t think it’s possible.” We had a detailed discussion about the wound and the exact area where Charlie fell. Dan confirmed Charlie was under a pop-up tent on the grass — not on a raised platform. The paving work was done just outside the main blood-soaked area. (some people thought Charlie was on stage/platform and therefore the blood-soaked scene was exaggerated) He expressed amazement that someone could get into that shooting position without being noticed. We agreed on this point. We both agreed that this shot was straight-on, and a genuine point of concern. (How was he NOT spotted?) We mulled the possibilities. (I would get an answer later) I asked Dan if anyone had reached out to him, any of the current investigators, podcasters, journalists to ask him anything since he has come back into the focus of the investigation again. He replied, "All of these idiots saying things, you are the FIRST person to actually call me to verify any of this." At this point, I expressed shock, surely someone would have reached out to him, I repeated my question, he said adamantly "no, nobody has reached out, you are the first and only, I regret the entire thing." "We were coming together as a community for Charlie; this has been hard." This interview made one thing clear to me: Charlie was killed on September 10. The FBI had the scene for approximately three full days and eight hours before releasing it. The University was closed through at least that Sunday. (Although it appears some people did get access) Dan strikes me as an honest, hard-working man. Nothing about his answers felt rehearsed. He should not be harassed, accused, or made fun of. I’ve attached a clip of the ground crew cleaning the area. I cannot make out the words in the video, but this video seems is claimed to have been taken while the University was closed. It is not the greatest quality, but it seems genuine. I will continue releasing more interviews with witnesses, UVU police, and additional crew members. Today was long and productive. But the important thing to take away--I would learn in an interview later, that the FBI/Governor making any calls is based on a single source, who when pressed, would not show any evidence. My UVU Campus Police interview was abruptly cut short. I will detail this soon. My fear is that it will feed into the conspiracy theorists more, but I have to report what I am told accurately. Dawah is deception. Why are you leaving out the... context SeerahPro ? You know right after this he says he doesn’t remember well what he wrote in that entry on Muhaymin. Why leave that part out? He even goes on to say that section seems to be non-committal and he needs to go back and re-read it. So since you don’t want to show every one the full context, I’ll do it, and expose how you are lying now and lied in the debate. Sinai doesn’t help your claim that the Quran believes the previous scriptures were textually corrupted. He says he doesn’t think the Quran believes the previous scriptures were corrupted in the deep past and that they are unrecoverable (Clip 1). Now let’s look at the short clip you pulled in context (Clip 2). First, what he says does not affirm why you cited him to begin with, which is that the Quran is supposed to be a supreme authority and determine which parts of our scriptures are corrupt and which are not. In the very clip you pulled he says, “The Quran is claiming to be able to sort of determine the correct reading of these previous scriptures and to remedy misreading and misunderstandings.” So by arbiter he means it is not determining what parts of our scriptures are true or corrupted, it is only an arbiter in determining meaning. You just buried yourself by citing this, because you implied Sinai was saying the Quran is an arbiter for determining textual corruption, which he doesn’t say. It’s like you didn’t even pay attention to what you pulled. That is embarrassing. Second, right after this (in what you left out) the interviewer reminds him he entertained two possibilities in his book and was noncommittal. Sinai says he doesn’t remember what he said and was probably leaving open possibilities, which is what I already had to correct you on. If you go back to the book, once again, he said on page 707 essentially what I said, “Muhaymin, meanwhile, is derived from Syriac mhaymnā (or conceivably from its equivalent in some other form of Aramaic), a passive participle of the verb haymen and meaning ‘trustworthy, faithful, loyal.’” After this all he does in the book is mention other possibilities and the one you want is more contingent on non-canonical readings. But even if that interpretation is correct (which Sinai confirms in this interview is his view) it doesn’t help you, because you misunderstood what Sinai means by ‘arbiter.’ In Clip 3 he first says, “So I need to reread that entry. I guess it seems to be very non-committal.” But remember you said (Clip 4), “In his 'Key Terms of the Quran' he explicitly says that Muhaymin means the Quran is the arbiter of the contents.” That is incorrect. He did not explicitly say that. Why did you lie? In Clip 3 he goes on to say “But I think entrusted with authority can mean, authorized to sort of authoritatively interpret and determine especially theological significance.” So you don’t even understand what Sinai means by “arbiter.” He doesn’t mean what you mean, that the Quran is determining which parts of our scriptures are true and corrupted, but that it is an arbiter of meaning. The fact that you still do not see this means you are beyond delusional. You never should have cited Sinai because he doesn’t help you at all. So… The good news is Tyler is still with... us. He didn’t eat or drink much overnight but was up and down and fairly bright-eyed this morning. The bad news is he likely won’t overcome his condition barring a miracle. He isn’t stable enough to transport to a clinic and he is in all likelihood past the point of recovery anyway. The vet will be here a bit later to examine him but we are all bracing ourselves for the worst. He wanted to get out of his stall (pushed past as we cleaned it) so he roamed around the front yard for 20 minutes, looked into the living room, stood under a tree for a bit and is now lying down in the cool grass. With small exceptions he can do whatever he wants to today. I just wanted to say that I’m beyond overwhelmed by the support and kindness from everyone throughout this ordeal. Never once did I feel alone and I know Tyler felt it, too. Because of all of you he didn’t die in a grody kill pen, he will head to heaven feeling loved. Like they all deserve. Something happened this morning that really touched my heart.... ❤️ My son, who is autistic, has always struggled whenever it’s time to barb his hair. He would cry, scream and make noises, and some people at the barbing salon would talk down on him because they didn’t understand what he was going through. Because of this, I arranged for a barber to come and barb his hair at home. But after some time, the barber stopped coming. A few days ago, my son told me he wanted to barb his hair. I told him, “Okay, I’ll take you.” I called the barber and asked him to let me know whenever the salon was empty so I could bring my son without exposing him to unnecessary embarrassment. This morning, he called and said, “Nobody is here. You can bring him.” We got there, and something amazing happened. My son sat down by himself. I didn’t have to hold him. He didn’t cry. He didn’t scream. He didn’t make any noise. He simply sat there and allowed the barber to do his job perfectly. 😯❤️ I was shocked. I kept looking at him like, “Is this really my son?” 😂 God, thank You! 🙏🏽 Maturity is setting in gradually, and moments like this remind me that our children are growing, learning and making progress even when the progress may not happen as quickly as we expect.
