I found a useful little trick when recruiting players.... Normally, after the Fateful Reunion, the player leaves, and you have to find them again at their initial location. But if you open the Data Files, then exit the menu *from a different tab*, they will stay right there.show more

SCARED TO COACH YOUR BEST PLAYER? If you are... scared to coach your best player because they may leave, you are doing the rest of your players a disservice. Players will leave their HS, AAU, and College teams for a million different reasons. That is the basketball landscape today. But not holding them accountable or coaching them hard isn’t going to stop them from leaving.show more

Mikel Arteta on how he handles transfer speculation with... his players: "Very simple. Whatever you read, if you have a question, come and knock on my door and I will tell you whether it is true or not. If we put now the catalogue on all these walls about all the players that we wanted in the last three months, I think we need the whole building to put it on. So I think they know that there's so much speculation with a lot of players. "If ever they feel the doubt of what we think of them and if we're going to recruit a player, I tell them straight away. Normally I do it - so, 'we're going to sign somebody in their position', and normally tell them that these are the plans and these are the reasons why we have the plans. 'We still believe the same in you, but the competition is going to increase.' I prefer to do it that way."show more

They are thousands of miles away on a dream... vacation to Jamaica. They book an Airbnb for the convenience. When they get there, they find out the resort they rented from is abandoned. There is not a soul there. The doors are open, yet it’s eerie, like a village that was evacuated due to an emergency. Mind you, they already paid for their stay, with the place being abandoned, there is nobody stopping them from still staying there. Although it’s pretty creepy, if this was you, would you still stay, or would you get a refund and try to find a hotel with vacancy?show more

RECRUITING AND MARKETING College roster spots are in demand... and players need to not only produce but find ways to stand out. Players, parents, and coaches marketing to college teams a necessary (highlight film, networking, etc) The biggest thing you want to avoid is overhyping the player in the marketing. College coaches are going to do their research, watch full games, talk to people and eventually will figure out who you actually are as a player - whether that’s in the recruiting process or when you get to campus. I’ve always been more concerned with the Accounting - can the player actually play, what do they need to work on to produce more for their team now, and also to have a chance at the next level… the accounting always tells the truth, marketing can lie.show more

On 21 December 2025 in Mnambithi, in the Phayikeni... area, Ezimbuzini... there is a tavern known as eRobhothini...Mnambithi police went to that place and upon arrival took the alcohol. Police regularly visit places that sell alcohol. They are supposed to check the safety of the place and check the permit papers to see if the store selling alcohol has them. If not, they have the right to write a ticket, leave it at the store, and then take the alcohol to be kept at the police station. When police arrive at the store, as the owner, you know what is required of you — there is no need to fight with them. It is an offence if a police officer arrives, takes alcohol from the store, and then doesn't give you anything like a slip (ticket) that you can use to pay a fine. It is also an offence if a police officer puts their hands on you without reason or if you're not resisting... and it is an offence again if they beat you and then threaten you, saying you won't arrest them — if you open a case, they will point out the home where the alcohol was brewed. Here in Mnambithi, the police arrived, took the alcohol, and then arrested two men, taking them to be detained at Besters Police Station... the court then released them. There is Sergeant Lindiwe Ndlovu who works there in Mnambithi, appearing in the video below, where she can be seen slapping a child/young person with open hands, but we have not yet found the reason, though we will be busy with this matter. Some members of the community tried to take the matter to the Station Commander, Brigadier Mngadi, but we have not yet heard what he says about this matter, though we will call him because we have his numbers. The person in the photo is Sergeant Lindiwe Ndlovu.show more

Cleveland Browns HC Todd Monken - Coaching NFL vs... College Players - "I found it to just be the opposite (coaching NFL players). They want to be coached, they want to be great. They want to know you can help them achieve all their dreams and connect with them. You get out of it what you give. How do they see you, how do they see you as a human being and a coach." "Certainly your approach changes. You have to show them, show them the value (of what you're teaching)." "Embrace the players you do have not the ones you don't have. Get them better, fight like hell to do the little things right."show more

Andrew Tate: ”The average White family has a different... approach towards their financial stability and their emotional investments towards children. Third worlders will just have kids; they won’t say, “Can I afford to have this kid?” They will just have kids. When you let them into a country you have to be prepared for them to have more children than the native population. They will outbreed the natives. If you let in 10% of third worlders it is 10% for a while but not for long. The only possible end result of this is the absolute replacement of the native population. Which then begs the question: is a country a place on the map and a name or is a country the people who live in it? I would argue that if you replace all the British people with people from somewhere else it doesn’t become Britain anymore. If you took all the Norwegians and replaced them with Indians, would it be Norway? I don’t think it would be.” He is right.show more

WHERE IS THE BUTTON that sends this to every... parent with a child in academy football???? “It is possible to reach the first team at an older age. You don't need to go up there at 16. There's no rush. There's no rush. My advice is tell the youth players to stay calm. Their parents should be even more at ease. Let them study, let them train, let them listen to the coaches and trainers at the club. There's no rush to become a professional. In the end, it's better to arrive at a point of maturity. There are cases like Messi's, who get away because they already have such a high level that it's normal for them to rise when they are sixteen or seventeen years old. The vast majority do not have to go up to that age. They can try out for the first team or the reserve team, but they have to go back down, they have to recover, they have to live with people their own age, they have to live human experiences that will make them mature. There's no rush. There's always too much haste. You can feel it among the parents. It's not a mistake. Tranquillity. You can be a professional at twenty two or twenty three years old, playing for the first team in the First Division, and still play for ten more years. The important thing is that when you go up, you stay when you go up and when the time comes, you are prepared. That is important. There are countless cases of players who taste the sweetness of victory at a very young age. They are unable to assimilate a complicated experience, neither are their families, and then they end up in a category that perhaps they shouldn't have even tried.” - Luis Enriqueshow more

Giannis explains why the P&R can be very affective... for the Miami Heat with him as the screener: “We have offensive principles. Guys have to look for space, go downhill, move when somebody drives, but at the end of the day when the game slows down, you have to set some P&Rs. I might not be open, but if there’s a tag man, the weak side is open. We have to trust Davion or Pelle they gonna make the right pass. If the tag man is there and I’m not free for the pocket pass then you got to read the weak side. If the guy on the weak side plays, they gotta play two. If you swing to the corner then the guy has an open shot.”show more
