It was the first movie I saw in theaters. I was enamored with Gaston, the first thing I said was “mama he’s not a bad guy.” In which she responded “oh boy.” As I got older I loved the love story of cracking a monster open showing his vulnerability and how love is something beyond what we see with our eyes. It’s a classic Iron John tale of masculinity, let the wild man out of the cage but learn to control him…So an adult adaptation is right up my alley.show more
