AM2R is a triumph. The original Metroid 2 on... Game Boy was my first Metroid game, back when I was about 7. I've since played it about ten times. Over the years I've played all the 2D Metroids over and over, 5 to 20 times each. I don't usually play fan games, but this week I decided to finally give AM2R a shot (on Hard with an Xbox controller), and I gotta say... it's fantastic. It's simultaneously a more faithful remake than Samus Returns, and more satisfying to play and 100% complete. I like Samus Returns alright -- it's probably my least favorite 2D Metroid, still a good game though. But I think AM2R is even better.show more

This game is horrible to play since I can’t... play 3 premier matches without having a cheater in the matches. Meanwhile, instead of valve improving the anticheat they keep launching new animations and skins since valve nowadays only thinks this is important to farm more money from players,while the game is completely garbage. It’s no use lauching new skins and leaving the game with several cheaters in the matches, imagine using hack at 2 AM and calling others virgins in the chat how failed you need to be. I haven’t played for 4 days,I just wanted to have fun playing with a friend but there were 2 cheaters in the enemy team currently it’s impossible to have fun in this game, cs2 best game in the world according to some people. 😂show more

Alright this is starting to become a ridiculous problem.... Second time in 24 hours on V14.3.7. This isn’t a native 14.3.7 problem, it has been happening to me (though rarely) since 14.2. I’m ok with nav thinking roads are closed and re-routing. 95% of the time it does this it is wrong, but that’s beside the point. It’s the fact that it does it at the very last minute when it literally already started a turning maneuver. It is so startling and tries to whip it out of a maneuver like it’s avoiding a crash. And the worst part is that the roads it’s trying to avoid are almost never actually closed. Please fix this Tesla AIshow more

So... Vertical tabs are out in Chrome. I thought... it would make me switch back to it, I really thought it was the one thing I needed in Chrome. I currently use Dia , but here's the thing. In comparison, the implementation of vertical tabs in Chrome is just awful. It barely changed since I saw it in beta. I thought it would greatly improve during the beta phase, but it did not. So here's everything I dislike about it compared to Dia: 1. It's super laggy. 2. When collapsed, the sidebar moves down, meaning the position of the expand/collapse button shifts down too, making it much harder to find. (I ironically couldn't find the first few seconds of the video specifically because of that) 3. No keyboard shortcut to expand/collapse. 4. Collapsed doesn't move the tabs out of view, they are just tiny. 5. The amount of tabs per line in the grid of pinned tabs is not adjusted depending on the number of tabs. 6. In collapsed mode, all the pinned tabs are now in a column, which can push the actual tabs quite far down. ----- It's just awful. It was built into Chrome as a way to just say "hey we also have vertical tabs!" But the UX is simply awful. This has to be the worst implementation of vertical tabs I've seen so far yet, sadly. After 50 hours, God of war Sons of Sparta... Platinum 100% is done! Full thoughts: - The game gets better and better the more you play - Boss fights where awesome - Fun to see Kratos as a kid but also wish you could play sections in 2D as the adult - OST is incredible - From a Metroivania point of view it's decent, it's not the best but also not the worst - From a god of war perspectively it's definitely better, it has a lot of old school stuff - Side stuff where ok, mostly not needed - I really like the art style, playstation definitely needs more different art styles Basically there are 2 sides here, if you're a god of war fan then obviously this is a must play since it adds to the lore, story and pure fun. So that way worth asking price However if you're a Metroivania super fan or casual GOW fan then better to wait for a sale if you want to play it. Either way, it's a fun game and Sony needs imo more of these "smaller" scale games.show more

Finished Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced and SPOILERS AHEAD.... - I never played OG but have played AC 3, as soon as I heard Kenway I was wondering if Haytham was his son, and he is. - Pretty sad to see that his wife couldn't make it but at least his daughter did and chose the last name of her mother. - So many characters died in this game, gotta feel for Edward but at least he got a happy family, at least part of it - all along I was wondering if Blackbeard will be the villain of the game but his death hit me hard. His words - 'In a world without Gold, we could have been heroes' is one of the best lines ever delivered in video games, I feel like.show more

Last post on this I'd appreciate if people took... the time to read it and share it because I think when people listen they deserve credit but TRNSMT have done more than that I complained about the disabled situation TRNSMT Festival and I think the fact that they listened and made changes is the kind of progressive attitude we need towards disabled facilities. I wasn't complaining to come across as some sort of Karen, it just genuinely would've been a health and safety risk. So I think it's only right that I commend them for the work they've done with the platform this year. The platform has many key things that I think make it the best at any festival I've been at. 1.Clear marked out lanes for people to move out to the toilets and back to their seat to avoid congestion and create space 2. A bar for disabled people beside the platform this is amazing. 3. Toilets well spaced out as well as a changing places toilets for people who more severe disabilities beside the platform. 4. Plenty of space in the toilets. 5. It's huge and you feel really close to the stageshow more

❗️A THREAD >> TL;DR several etsy shops sell widgets... that are based on the code they stole from my asset, additionally just dozens of copycats blatantly steal any new original idea some ppl could've seen dozens of similarly looking designs of "liquid goals" on etsy - most of them (not all codewise) originate from one single asset I've put out there in 2023 :D I noticed one widget long time ago on the stream and got a lil confused, because it looks similar to mine, animations are 1:1 (and I remember them FRAME BY FRAME, because I MADE THEM) but it wasn't mine, huh? and then I jumped into the rabbit hole of dozens of assets that were made on the code carcass I made and those people were successfully milking it for years in all the shapes possible examples below are from shops Mynn Yori / Hana Yori and notorious Multiverse Valley, who were already called out for stealing and selling other artists work multiple times CSS code from both are 89% / 98% similar to mine, the difference is just renaming classes like "dropshadow" instead of "bottomshadow" and some values adjustments heh and the thing that pmo me the most is that those ppl couldn't even just copy the idea and make it themselves, huh? besides of those on the screenshot, I don't care about other creators selling the same goal design because I see that they at least made it on their ownshow more
